Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Building was quiet. Amazing perk was they let us leave our car on their property while we took the train to Churchill for 4 days.
Water pressure seemed low and taps were plumbed opposite (hot was cold, cold was hot), so not the best shower. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, it just wasn’t the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in at that price point.

Filthy. If I wasn't there for medical, unable to walk and with 2 small children i would have majorly complained. Pulled back bedding as I always do to check for bugs. Found skin and blood? Moved bed against the wall *3 inches or so and it was DISGUSTING. The headboards were Filthy, the floor was Filthy, the lamps were covered in caked on dust. One didnt work TV channels didn't match the website. Nothing for kids. Only about drug addiction on multiple channels. I had to get it fixed whe. I arrived. I asked about kids channels and just ended up dropping the phone call because they didnt know. Thankfully I had my laptop to occupy my kids. Had a shower after they went to bed....... hair everywhere. Top shelves had yellow dried on soap from bars of soap, hand towel rail and the toilet paper holder covered in dust. The vent on the roof looks to not have been wiped .. ever? The hair dryer had the fluff completely stuck on it. Looks to not have been wiped at all. Only 1 piece of cutlery. 1 fork 1 knife 1 lg 1 sm spoon. My first visit was great. This one.. less than okay.

The beds were small. They only had double beds, queen size beds would’ve made it better. The TV wasn’t working when we checked in. The front desk said the system was down. We found out the next day that there was a cable wire missing so the tv wasn’t connected at all. The shower was weak and coffee maker was dated and small. There were in 8 oz. Cups.

Reviewed May 20, 2025I wouldn’t recommend staying here at this time. We were rudely waken by workers that are currently renovating the hotel from a previous fire. We woke up hard noises banging and drilling, you name it. We arrived late at night at the property so we weren’t able to get much rest. The staff are very strict with late check out, other hotels usually allow 1-2 hour late check out no problem and the house keeping lady here is rude she will walk in your room. For $300 something dollars a night I would not recommend we only come here when there’s no where else to stay.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024Enjoyed my stay here. Check in was nice and quick and the hotel was pretty quiet. Breakfast was ready each morning and had a fair selection. The automated Pancake machine was kind of cool. Room was nice and nice to have a kitchenette. They have a air fryer that you can checkout and use in your room as well as free movies. The room I was in had a toilet that occasionally randomly made noise but otherwise the stay was fantastic. Close to the mall and Boston Pizza as well. Was able to plug my EV in on level 1 as there is only one EV charger in town.
