Sommige gedeeltes van het resort zien er super leuk uit (ijssalon, winkeltje, zwembad en strandgedeelte, taverna).

Veel is verouderd en heeft een likje verf en wat opfrissing nodig, prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding vind ik matig, voor deze prijzen kun je elders veel meer, moderner, mooier aangekleed verwachten.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und eigenem Strandabschnitt, liebevoll gestaltet bis hin zur Musik, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und eine tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war so reichhaltig dass auch bei geringer Abwechslung keine Langeweile aufkam.

An manchen Stellen (Kid‘s Club, Küchenutensilien, Pool-Liegen) fanden wir die Ausstattung dem hohen Preis nicht entsprechend. Zusätzliche Ausgaben für Essen und Getränke in der Anlage sind sehr hoch und die angebotene Qualität eher durchschnittlich. Der Strand ist von allen Seiten durch Wassersportanlage, Felsen und den Hügel mit Bäumen begrenzt, dafür aber schattig.

Les deux plages superbes, les piscines, la vue. Le personnel du bar très sympa ainsi que ceux à l'accueil à notre arrivée.

Nous avons quitté le lieu très déçu, au 3 ème jour, une souris est sorti du dessous de notre lit, nous avons soulevé celui ci, et découvert des canettes vides d'ice the, de la nourriture et énormément de poussière, le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis bien longtemps sous celui ci. Le jour suivant, encore une souris.. Nous avons montré la vidéo à la réception qui nous a demandé une copie. Lors de notre départ,nous avions une note importante de 1200 euros à régler nous avons demandé un geste commercial auprès du manager ( Ou au moins des excuses...) après une attente de plus de 30 min il nous a fait comprendre que c'était nous qui avions mis ça sous le lit et à été très méprisant... (Comme si nous voyagions depuis la France avec un sac d'aspirateur ) Nous ne garderons pas un bon souvenir de cet hôtel, la nourriture est chère, il n'y a pas d'ambiance après 22h et pour les enfants, dormir le matin, c'est difficile l'équipe ménage parle très fort et tape à la porte à partir de 9 h00 .. La cuisine ne compter pas dessus, très peu de vaisselle ( Même pas assez de couverts par personnes) et aucun équipement.

The private beach and divided pool is perfect for families of different ages. The houses are super cute and the village is very nice ambience. Always a chair for the pool at least, which is nice!

The staff are not kind at all. The only kind people are honestly the cleaning staff and they seem overworked. However the rooms are not super clean either. Every staff seem bothered to be there and that creates a funny vibe. The prices are also insane, but that was to be expected from a resort.

Gostei do quarto e do Hotel em termos estéticos, de facto todas aquelas casas, plantas, árvores e flores, torna o espço muito bonito. O quarto era grande e tinha uma grande varanda, as camas eram confortáveis e a limpeza era boa. Os funcionários da receção são muito simpáticos. Foi a nossa pior estadia nos 4 hoteis em que ficamos em Creta, mas valeu muito a pena, pela proximidade a Elounda, Plaka e Voulisma Beach. Aconselho vivamente e fazerem as refeições fora e aproveitarem um jantar à beira-mar em Ágios Nikolaus, comer um gelado ao pé do Lago Voulisméni, jantar em Plaka com vista para Spinalonga, jantar em Elounda, que nos fazem esquecer as coisas menos boas da estadia.

Fiquei neste hotel pelas Piscinas para a minha filha, mas são um desastre! Num hotel familiar não percebo porque ambas tinham zonas sem pé, a piscina grande na sua maioria tinha zona de 2 metros e tal, e a das crianças zona com 1 metro e 70. Espero que façam obras durante o inverno e corrijam essa grave falha nas piscinas. Para além disso, também praticamente não existe qualquer sombra na zona da piscina, as palmeiras são muito pequenas, e as piscinas são insufientes para tantos hópedes. As cortinas do quarto não bloqueiam a entrada da luz para dormir. Ficamos num primeiro andar, devia ter pedido um quarto no rés do chão para não ter que subir e descer escadas sempre que íamos ao quarto. Escolhi a estadia com pequeno-almoço incluído, mas foi uma desilusão pois o café e o leite quente não estão disponíveis em self service, nos dias de hoje não se entende não terem máquinas de café, um café expresso tem que ser pago à parte, não existe nenhuma máquina, trazem-nos para a mesa uma cafeteira com café e um potinho com leite morno/quente, para além disso as mesas eram todas no exterior, não havia opção interior, e as cadeiras são muito desconfortáveis em palha que marcam as pernas, ou temos que usar as almofadas que supostamente são para as crianças ficarem mais altas. Muitas vezes só estava uma pessoa nos ovos e omoletes, que têm grande afluência o que fazia com que os ovos ficassem um pouco queimados, alguns funcionários que estavam a servir às mesas não eram nada simpáticos. A apresentação do QR code obrigatória, fazia com que tivessemos que andar com o telemóvel. Para sair e entrar do hotel tem mesmo que ser de carro ou táxi, pois o hotel é muito grande. Sendo ainda um hotel familiar deviam investir em divertimento para as crianças como colocarem um escorrega para a água, um parque ou uns baloiços.

Petit déjeuner qui ne propose même pas d’expresso gratuit il faut payer un supplément, pas de machine à café à capsules dans la chambre (vu le prix de la chambre…) tout est en supplément et très cher, le tennis 8€/ heure c’est la première fois que nous payons dans un resort. Si vous voulez un coca au bar, c’est 5€ pour un « faux coca cola » comme au Mac Donalds. Poignée de porte de la terrasse cassée dans la chambre. Personnel globalement peu aimable et peu réactif, mais il faut reconnaître le beau cadre.

יש פער גדול בין התמונות והאתר והאינסטגרם למקום עצמו. חשוב לומר את זה. החדרים מאוד מיושנים. רק המקלחת משופצת. טיח מתקלף בחדר ובמרפסת. אין החשכה מספיקה בחדרים, מזגנים ישנים (עובדים בסדר אבל מרעישים) רהיטים ישנים ותחושה פשוטה בכללי. הבריכות מלאות ואין בריכה שמבוגר יכול לשחות בה. הצוות בחדר האוכל לא נעים. האוכל בינוני.

המון מדרגות ועליות כל הליכה לבריכה או לחוף היא מאמץ. ללא עזרה בטוקטוקים . מי שקשה לו פיזית יתקל בבעיה. מצד אחד המלון מתאים לילדים מצד שני אין שום משחקים בבריכה , מועדון הילדים דליל. הארוחת בוקר בנאלית מלא אוכל מתוק ומעט ירקות. כל פעם מבקשים להציג קוד לתשלום על כל משקה. בחדר שלי ננעלתי פעם אחת במרפסת כי הדלת נטרקה ולולא הייתי עם הנייד הייתי צריכה לצעוק או לקפוץ מהמרפסת. הדלת עץ של המרפסת לא נסגרה עד הסוף. מלא אור בחדרים ללא אפשרות כיסוי.

The place is beautiful, especially the garden, the swimming pool area and the amazing beach, which is very private and special.

Cost for some things when there such as meals and drinks feel pretty high (captive market). Need a car to explore the local area - but well worth it.

Le lieu est magnifique, l’eau de la plage translucide, le personnel très souriant, les glaces à la gelateria délicieuses et le petit supermarché très pratique, mon fils a beaucoup aimé les activités, tout est propre et l’appartement est confortable.

Je n’ai pas mis une note parfaite car le prix me semble cependant élevé pour l’ameublement des appartements, il n’y a même pas de rideaux occultants sur les fenêtres, certains sont même déchirés, j’ai dû apporter mes propres rideaux ! Il faut par ailleurs enlever soi même les affaires des clients qui bloquent des transats avant d’arriver à la plage, ils restent parfois vides une demi journée voir une journée entière …

Équipements en mauvais états (escaliers piscine sale, transats cassés, tables terrasses rouillées, façades parfois décrépies et/ou assez fissurées, baie vitrée de notre appartement fermant difficilement). Deux lits simples dans notre chambre parentale…

I manage holiday parks for a living. The facilities were outdated. Pavers were broken, glass over the floor and very slippery. Does NOT meet WHS standards particularly given it is catered for parents with children. Rooms dirty no plastic glasses or plates for children. Heavily reliant on QR codes which is not practical. No cash accepted which is ridiculous given cash is universal. Recommend in investing more for kids such as jumping pillows, playgrounds for kids and shady areas, overall an awful experience

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and private beach are great, the views are beautiful and the staff was super kind and helpful.

Capuccino in breakfast was extra charge, I would expect it to be included in hotels of such high standard.

The hotel facilities and location are perfect. The breakfast is great with gluten free options and the nicest staff. The room is very simple and old. We moved to the suites with sea view and the room is amazing. Expensive though We would definitely come back

-Super Lage, direkt vorm Wasser mit 2 Pools, Restaurant, Bar und Mini Market -Nicht weit weg (mit dem Auto erreichbar) von der Hauptstadt Agios Nikolaos -Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites, herzliches Personal (Sind 11 Tage hier geblieben und alle Angstellten überall waren äußerst herzlich und schnell) -Der Reinigungsdienst hat immer fleißig gearbeitet -Wir hatten eine Suite, mein Mann hat den Ausblick aufs Meer total geliebt. -Ideales Hotel für Familien mit Kindern, viel Platz für alles, mit Betreuung aber irgendwie trotzdem kompakt und nicht anstrengend mit langen wegen. -Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant war besonders lecker und auch vielfältig genug.

Найбільше нам сподобалася територія готелю — велика, зелена, дуже доглянута, з цікавим плануванням та приємною архітектурою. Ми проживали у люксі, який виявився дуже просторим і комфортним для сім’ї з чотирьох людей. Велика тераса з чудовим видом стала одним із найприємніших місць для відпочинку. При заселенні нас також приємно здивували компліментом від готелю — пляшкою шампанського та свіжими фруктами. Пляж дуже гарний, море чисте, а територія постійно підтримується в ідеальному стані. Сніданки хороші: вибір страв стандартний, але достатній, і меню частково змінюється щодня. Окремо хочеться відзначити ресторан à la carte — кухня була дуже смачною, а обслуговування на високому рівні. Особлива подяка Антоніосу за його уважність, привітність і професійний сервіс.

Готель уже потребує часткової реновації, особливо це помітно в загальних зонах. Також мене здивувала відсутність рятувальників на пляжі, хоча пізніше ми відпочивали в іншому п’ятизірковому готелі, і там їх також не було. Ще одним невеликим мінусом є те, що Towel Point відкривається лише о 10:00, що не дуже зручно для тих, хто любить приходити на пляж із самого ранку.

- notre chambre méritait un petit rafraîchissement et certains meubles pourraient être plus grands (notamment la table de la terrasse où on mange difficilement à 4) - le canapé lit pour nos 2 ados n’était pas top (matelas très fin, coussins inconfortables) - l’espace cuisine est très limité (4 fourchettes, 4 à couteaux, 4 cuillères, pas de poêle, un couteau à pain seulement…bref rien de motivant pour cuisiner un minimum) - le prix du buffet le soir est assez élevé (on mange pour 2 fois moins cher en ville pour une famille de 4 personnes) - les transats (malgré un nombre suffisant) sont en mauvais état (notre fille a pris le dossier en pleine tête…aucune assise fixe) - à savoir : village très très familial avec une majorité de familles avec petits enfants

It is like as living in a small village. The room was spacious not very new but in a way that I really liked it. The beach was very nice and the pools were large enough for my kids to enjoy. The breakfast had a lot if choices and the taste of food was very nice.

It could have more activities for the guests and kids and more free playgrounds to keep us occupied.

Lovely authentic hotel with Greek atmosphere and warm hospitality. Big swimming pool. Beautiful beach with clear water. You can park your car close to house. Clean comfortable rooms with AC. Good kids club. Great location. 5 min from hotel Olive farm where you can book different workshops. 15 min from nice Plaka village. 1,5 hour to Knoss palace and around 2 hours to Zeus caves. Hotel arranged activities for kids every day (Greek dinner, movie night).

Breakfast very easy, not bad, but very simple. You have to pay for drinks separately. There is good seafood restaurant so I recommend not to book dinner from Hotel. No ironing desk in the room.

An absolutely perfect family holiday We just got back from Candia Park Village in Crete, and honestly — if you're travelling with kids, stop hesitating. This is the place. The beach is the most beautiful and accessible one we found anywhere on the island: calm, clean water and genuinely easy to reach with children. And the best part is that everything is in one spot — the beach, the pools, the restaurants. Once we arrived, we didn't need to get in a car all week. The food was excellent. Fresh, with an amazing variety, and enough choice that even the pickiest eaters in the family were happy at every single meal. The staff deserve a special mention. Smiling, warm and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. Everything about the place is easy to navigate — check-in, getting around, booking things, sorting out any small request. No friction anywhere. And as a parent, what I appreciated most was how safe the whole place feels. Safety and security are noticeable everywhere you go, which meant we could actually relax and let the kids be kids. An amazing holiday from start to finish. We'll be back.

We loved everything, really. The only thing — and it's the same in most places in Europe — is that there are bees and wasps in a lot of the areas, and they come to the food. For kids with an allergy, that can be more of a problem.

Convenient location close to Agios Nikolaos. Was very easy to rent a car and do great day trips. Hotel was incredibly helpful when I needed to sort out a luggage problem, they recommended and helped us make bookings at great restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was spacious enough for a family of four. Great modern bathroom. Loved the convenient onsite grocery store with cheap bottled water and snacks.

The pool and beach areas were not as upmarket as they looked in the pictures. Grass was a bit overgrown, not very well kept, and loungers on the beach generally old and not comfortable. It was packed with young kids and felt like a kindergarten. Which is great if you have young kids but not relaxing and doesn’t feel like a premium resort.

I like the whole place, it makes a relax environment travelling with kids. Also, having the dive shop and water sports in the resort is a huge bonus!

The shower floor was clogged, if you shower long, you will flood the whole shower and toilet floor.

Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Anlage bietet genügend Schatten. Neben dem Sandstrand gibt es auch einen schönen felsigen Strand mit Steinterrassen, dort ist es beseutend ruhiger.

Leider gibt es viele Gäste die früh Morgens die Liegestühle besetzen. Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag gibt es irgendwie Abends keine Show, keine Live Musik oder Unterhaltung. Keine Ahnung warum. Der Kaffe am Morgen ist ungeniesbar. Das Katzenkloh vor der Gelateria ist auch nicht gerade sehr schön ;-). Die Yogalektion müsste eine Stunde vor dem Frühstück beginnen.

Die Anlage, die Rezeption, super Gelato, das Yoga, die Kinderanimation, das Meer. Eine überschaubare ruhige Anlage obwohl viele Familien da sind, es war trotzdem irgendwie immer angenehm ruhig. Der Abend Yoga Spot war unglaublich schön. Open Air Kino ein Highlight für die Kids.

Die Betten könnten besser sein. für 4 Personen doch etwas eng und dass unser 2 Jähriger schon zahlen musste beim Buffet.

Complexul este plin de verdeata, are 3 restaurante, magazin, bar, oamenii chiar incearca sa te faca sa te simti bine. Este curat atat in camera cat si la plaja, piscina.

Consider ca este necesar o zugraveala prin camere si la exterior. Din pacate nu ai o zona pe unde sa te plimbi si asta din cauza zonei care este stancoasa si nu exista faleza.

Infraestrutura excelente para famílias com crianças. Restaurante excelente, com muitas opções e alimentos de primeira qualidade, bem preparados e com variedade.

Como ponto de melhoria, rever o protocolo utilizado para limpeza dos apartamentos durante a estadia dos clientes, pois percebi que o piso interno acumula um pouco de pó e manchas no piso.

It is hard to find some place on this large property that has the plants, flowers, trees in a bad shape. Everything seems taken cared of with great responsibility. It is an absolute joy. The village with it s painted houses is really cool. And even if on a hot day you may find the walk from your apartment to the beach or the pools rather long, your eyes will be happy for the views. The hotel’s beach is a strong point. Small but not to small to get excessively crowded, with enough sunbeds, with plenty of natural shade from the pine trees, sandy, clear sea water, watersports right there… well nothing is ever perfect but this is really close. The pools are rather large in size, with various depths, ranging from the kids pool to the big one having even half of it at 2.8m. The pool area is spotless and has an adjacent grass and olive trees area for sunbeds which is lovely. Breakfast was decent, but we are on the picky side when it comes to food so should be quite ok for vast majority of people. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. We found it to be ok. The staff is nice. No issues here. Lovely people, eager to help, kind, pacient. All good. The reception gets a bonus. All 4 times i interacted with them they surprised me in a good way out of the blue.

Just because this field exist, i may say that we would have preferred some different pillows. Not so big and not so firm. But except for that… this is a 4 star hotel as solid as can be. Nice job!

海にすぐ入れるのが良かったです。景色も綺麗でした。子供クラブもありましたが、結局使わず海とプールで遊び続けました。猫がいて子供が喜んでいました。 部屋も広くて、ベランダに水着を干せるのも良かった。 キッチンもあり、材料を買っておいて昼は部屋でパスタを食べました。 食事は夕飯にタベルナを利用しましたが、どれも美味しかったです。

最後の日に部屋にポーターを頼んだけど約束の時間に来ませんでした。オーシャンビューの部屋にしましたが、本当にちょっとしか見えませんでした。プールまでも遠かった。

A wonderful hotel for the price! The food selection was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The sandy beach is perfect for families with young children, as the water is shallow and safe. There is also a great area for older kids to snorkel and explore underwater. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

One thing to keep in mind is that some rooms are located on the second floor of the buildings, and there are no elevators. If you have small children, heavy luggage, or mobility concerns, it's worth considering this when booking your room.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The gardens are beautiful, and the view from our room was stunning. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our children especially loved the pool.

The restaurant where breakfast is served is very noisy. The hotel's à la carte restaurant is quite expensive, and the food was not particularly exceptional. During our stay, the sea was unfortunately quite dirty. Every day, patches of white-gray foam floated on the surface, along with plastic bags, bottles, and other debris. While the view from our room was beautiful, the beach itself was much less inviting because of the water conditions. I understand that the hotel cannot control the wind or the sea currents, but it was nevertheless disappointing.

Very kid friendly, everything needed on site. They even provided potty for my kid. Breakfast was very good, as was the taverna food. Great pool. Large comfortable room and really kind staff. Great to have the kitchenette. No prices are not cheap but seemed fair for a resort of this type. Lots of activities for kids.

Minor things - the bathroom was clearly updated but shower water got all over the bathroom and there’s no shelf or space for toiletries or for a young kid to sit. The room is clearly rustic intentionally which is lovely but could use some sprucing up. Some of the hours are odd- pool only open from 10-6 and the gelato shop only open until 6:30. Considering the target audience of families with primarily young kids, it surprising they don’t have laundry on site besides an expensive service that takes 24 hours.

The Staff at the restaurant wasn’t as good and friendly as the other staff in the hotel. Especially the old guys were rude and totally don’t want you in their restaurant.

Трошки все застаріле , але це не заважало відпочинку . Штори у спальні не дуже щільні , для тих у кого малі діти на денному сні це може бути проблемою . Не вистачало звичайної кавоварки з капсулами і питної води.

Jeżeli dziecko nie pozwala na zwiedzanie i jedyną opcją jest spędzanie czasu w hotelu, to ten obiekt jest naprawdę świetnym miejscem na tego rodzaju wypoczynek. Spokój, piękne widoki i różne atrakcje zapewniane przez kompleks — ogólnie wszystko jest w jednym miejscu. Można skorzystać ze spa, basenu oraz plaży z krystalicznie czystą wodą. Do wypoczynku z małym dzieckiem naprawdę niewiele więcej potrzeba. Obsługa również jest przemiła. Rzadko się zdarza, żeby na każdym kroku i właściwie ze wszystkiego człowiek był aż tak zadowolony. Jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie, wybór jest ogromny, a samo jedzenie naprawdę bardzo dobre. Brzuchy dosłownie nam pękały, bo chciało się spróbować wszystkiego. Okolica nie jest może szczególnie atrakcyjna, ale nie wiem, czy w ogóle jest sens opuszczać teren ośrodka. To chyba jedno z tych miejsc, do których się przyjeżdża, zostaje na miejscu i po prostu odpoczywa. A widok, który oferuje ten ośrodek, jest naprawdę wyjątkowy — niewiele miejsc może się z nim równać.

chyba jedynym minusem tego miejsca jest to, że jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Krety nie najlepiej się nada, bo wszędzie jest po prostu daleko.

Facilities was really good

The staff of the buffet wasn’t that nice. Buffet on the evening was overpriced compare to the food quality.

Beach bar and the view, the atmosphere of the entire village is breathtaking… like you would end up in a greek local authentic village where modernity and culture meet.

We didn’t like that quite a lot birds’ excrement were on the balcony as there is no protection and roof against.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, σαν ένα μικρό γραφικό χωριό, βγαλμένο από σκηνικό ταινίας, ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας σε όλα τα επίπεδα! Πολύ φιλικό το προσωπικό, εξαιρετικά πλούσιο το πρωινό και προσεγμένες οι εγκαταστάσεις. Ξεχωρίζει!

We spent 8 wonderful days at Candia Park Village with our two-year-old daughter, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. First of all, the staff were outstanding. The reception team, the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner, the housekeeping team—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful at every stage of the day and with every request (Zelka, Mariana, Manos, Niki, Dimitris, Ledion, Adamandia, and the rest!) This resort is incredibly family-friendly, and we didn't fully understand just how much until we arrived. We intentionally chose a resort without a water park, and it turned out to be absolutely the right decision for our family. The pool, the sea, the beautiful natural surroundings, and the short evening shows provided more than enough entertainment for both children and adults. There are performances every evening, but they are never overcrowded or noisy. The entertainment is high-quality and suitable for the whole family, such as bubble shows and live Greek music performances. Both children and parents dance, participate, and enjoy themselves. Everything is well-maintained, accessible, clean, beautiful, and organized. Children can run around freely, and no matter how many guests are staying at the resort, you still feel like you're enjoying quality time with your own family in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We've never stayed in such a clean hotel. Even when we experienced a small inconvenience in our room, the hotel staff responded immediately and solved the issue for us. There will always be occasional problems anywhere, but what matters is whether there is someone to turn to and whether the issue is resolved. The way the staff handled everything gave us a great sense of comfort, security, and enjoyment throughout our stay. The sea, the pool, and the views are simply breathtaking.

The only thing we weren't prepared for was the relatively high prices at the bar, restaurants, and convenience store. If you don't take that into account when planning your vacation budget, it can be a bit disappointing. We also highly recommend booking half board, including dinner. It is very convenient, delicious, and definitely worth the cost. That said, despite the prices, the convenience store at the resort is genuinely useful and has everything you might need.

Beach side

This hotel cannot be considered truly luxurious based solely on its appearance. While the design may look impressive, both the room layout and the overall organization of the hotel feel poorly planned and inconvenient. At night, the noise from passing cars makes it difficult to sleep. The entertainment program for both children and adults is very limited. Evenings are especially boring, and there is very little to do during the day as well. We found ourselves having to plan trips to nearby towns and villages just to make our stay more enjoyable. Before coming here, we stayed at another hotel on the same island, and there we never felt the need to leave the property because there was always something to do. The most disappointing part of our experience was the behavior of the woman preparing omelets at breakfast. She repeatedly asked whether I wanted an omelet, although that was essentially the only dish she was preparing. She seemed irritated while I was choosing the ingredients and rolled her eyes in front of me. This happened for three consecutive days. Eventually, I spoke with a manager about it. The response I received was surprising: “She is probably just jealous because you are beautiful. It’s better if you avoid that corner.” The fact that this was the management’s solution to the issue was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I would not choose to return to this hotel. There were also organizational problems from the very beginning of our stay. On the first day, we completed a registration form and were told that we would receive a code used to charge expenses to our room. However, the code only arrived two days later. During those two days, the restaurant staff seemed frustrated every time they realized we did not have the code yet. It was an uncomfortable situation that could have been easily avoided with better organization and communication.

המלון כל כך נעים, יפה, עם חוף מושלם ובריכה מעולה. לא המוני, מעוצב בטוב טעם! המינוס היחיד הגדול זה מחירי האוכל והשתייה במלון, ממש מוגזם. כוס קולה עולה 5 יורו, כמו שבסופר עולים 2 ליטרים. חוץ מזה המתקנים מטופחים, הספא מצוין, הצוות אדיב והיה לנו מושלם.

The view was incredible, the rooms were lovely, the rock beach was such a lovely swimming area.

The food prices seemed really high. Prices for buffet dinner were also super expensive considering how much a person can actually reasonably eat.

Better isolation of rooms from insects (like something at the bottom of The Doors to avoid them entering). Prices of extras (bar/dinner/etc) quite high especially in low season.

L’emplacement! Petite plage privée, même un ponton un peu à l’écart. A 5 minutes de Agios Nikolaos, pour les restos ! La petite terrasse est un plus pour manger !

Les prix des conso/resto assez chers par rapport à ce qu’on peut trouver en dehors ! (Pareil pour le spa, plus cher qu’à Paris) Et finalement dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée en avril, impossible de se baigner !

The village itself is an incredible oasis, with so many flowers and picturesque landscapes. Also great kids club, with very nice staff, and super good ice-cream at the gelato shop. However, this is where the good part stops. Everything is nice outside, inclusing the pool and beach, but the houses are old, moldy, and worn out.

We changed 3 rooms to get to one where there was no mold smell. In the standard room category it seems all had this issue and you could see from outside, that all houses were full of cracks and very old. There is no obvious difference between the village view rooms and garden view rooms, they were identical, so we came to the conclusion that they included the most damaged and moldy ones into the cheaper category. I would not usually leave a bad review, especially since they did change our room until we found an acceptable one, but I am upset because the second one they gave us had an existent issue with some infiltration and they offered it to us after they used a good amount of perfume to cover the issue. In 3 days the infiltration was obvious, with the smell building up and a damp floor corner revealing itself, where old marks were on the floor. Insects were everywere inside the room, no nets on the windows or doors. Breakfast was ok, but not something amazing as seen in other comments. Omelette station used literally the same amount of oil as eggs. We tried the almond milk and it was bad, chunks coming out of the bottle, and when we informed the staff they said they will do something but meanwhile left it there for other people to consume. The food in the restaurant a la carte was below average for a greek taverna, while the prices were very very high. We were a group with kids so we used the restaurant every day of our stay, and it disappointed us each time, with not so great food and sometimes veery slow service. kids menu was ok and with nice options, pool bar very nice as well. To wrap up the 7 days experience, a very nice complex, in desperate need of renovation (not only the serenity suites please, with a 2x price...), and an upgrade of the food.

This was a visually stunning place with fun architecture that took inspiration from Greek mountain villages. Very warm staff and delicious food. A perfect resort really!

Fab setting, staff were lovely, pool & beach facilities great, all very clean. In general it was a lovely place!

Accommodation could be better equipped (e.g. we had no knives, only 2 bowls even though there were 3 of us, and no coffee making facilities) and the bed was two singles pushed together (my one was extremely creaky to the extent that it woke my toddler if I moved too much!). I can see why the buffet option works well for most and would be good value, but one of us is vegan and while there were some options available, it seemed crazy to pay the standard price per head for extremely limited options for both breakfast and dinner.

Helaas blijkbaar nog echt laagseizoen ondanks meivakantie, waardoor dus ook niet alle faciliteiten in gebruik waren. Dit is niet vooraf gemeld, let hier dus ook als je in april wil boeken. Verwachtingen waren hoog na tips van familieleden, dus dat viel tegen. Overigens wel netjes een voucher gekregen ter compensatie.
