前台工作人员接待很好，交通也方便，房间设施旧破，洗手盆放水堵塞，冲凉房地漏也堵塞，房间过道异味很大，这里的管理人员不行，每个平台差价很大，在别的平台300多块，在这里预订竟然500多，建议大家参考，别踩坑

The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was old and has a slight smoky smell although I am staying in non smoking room. During my 4 nights, the cleaner has never came to vaccum the carpet. I notice a few piece of rubbish on the carpet from day 1 to day 4. Food was good in the hotel restaurant.

Teppanyaki restaurant. Was difficult to order in English and it turned out to be extremely expensive. My fault for not understanding them

The service staff is very friendly and is very near the exhibition hall mrt.

The furniture is dated

位於展覽中心附近，附近有不少餐廳、小吃、蠻方便的。 反應環境後有立刻清潔，也非常有誠意的送上小禮物。

房間髒亂、頭髮、果子、掉落食物、，滿地，牆角都是慢慢灰塵⋯跟客服反應後、有乾淨很多，但實在還是不行。 完全沒有熱水，只有溫水，洗澡發抖中。跟櫃檯反應說水流8分鐘後會有熱水⋯8分鐘我的天啊！太浪費水了，重點10分鐘後還是沒有熱水🤷‍♀️

Hotel muito bem localizado, super confortável e deslumbrante, poucos funcionários falam inglês mas nada que o tradutor não resolvesse.

People can smoke inside the hotel. My room gets the smell of cigarettes from the hallway or so. Other than this, it’s a decent hotel in the area.

At breakfast, 90% of the food is Chinese, with just a few Western options. The lobby bar is nice and has live music.

Most of the staff did not speak English. The lobby bar closes too early like 11 pm.

Nice buffet breakfast!

Front Desk staff could not find my reservation and spoke no English....even told me via phone translator that the hotel name was not Regal Palace.....wasted atleast 15-20 minutes in the process before finally giving me a room!

Good location in Houjie, efficient and quick trasnfer by Metro to Dongguan Center. Good equipment of room, room itself very clean, bathroom a bit less but clean enough. Breakfast good enough to return to this good business hotel next time.

Garry's service was spectacular in assisting with the language barrier in Dongguan. He was extremely supportive and always available and willing to help!

So many things i have to say about the hotel but let me summarize it as follows: Very welcoming staff, spacious rooms, value for money and close to certain stores. Most importantly, i have never seen such a hotel that is so attentive to details like this before. For example, i have forgot my mousepad and was using my t-shirt as a pad so the housekeeping realized that while cleaning the room so they left a note as displayed in the pic stating and i translate " we realized that you forgot your mousepad so we have your back " Imagine!!! And that really made my day..Special thanks to Garry from the guest relation who knew from my passport that it was my bday and made sure that a cake is delivered to my room with lovely greetings on my bed ..That is next level of attentiveness..Garry if you are reading this then thank you and i believe the hotel is lucky to have you :)

Nothing really but i would recommend to have a room service menu accessible not via wechat but other platforms as well and more international theme buffet at breakfast is recommended
