Stunning property on the lakeside, with beautiful views over the lake. Beautiful room.

Came at the end of the season and facilities were half closed. Staff wasn’t up to the standard of such a hotel.

La vue sur le lac et le personnel gentil et agréable.

Le bâtiment et les extérieurs ne sont pas du tout entretenus. La vue sur lac est un atout, mais encore faut-il que les vitres des chambres permettent de bien le voir, ce qui n’était pas le cas pour nous. La salle de bains est trop faiblement éclairée. D’une façon générale, la décoration est très vieillotte, pas à notre goût. Le petit déjeuner faisait vraiment cheap. En résumé, une grande déception et un prix pas du tout en rapport avec la prestation proposée.

An exceptional location with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room had a great balcony to enjoy the view.

Shabby-chic adds to its charm and the views are breathtaking.

Shabby-chic is now starting to move towards the shabby end and needs some money spent. We noticed a difference from when we stayed here 2 years ago.

La ubicación por las vistas únicas, la atención recibida por su personal ( eli sandra, Germán y Pablo ) hacen sentir atendido y mimados. El hotel cuenta con una amplia infraestructura que te permite fluir en paz en distintos ambientes, con baja densidad, además de la calidad física del hotel, como una mansión propia.

The location and the views are breathtaking. The light in the room, the decor of the whole place is just stunning. The hotel staff were great with recommending places for food and to visit. Worth the money simply for the view and comfort of the bed.

Not a dislike, rather a suggestion - given the grandeur of the hotel, it would be perfect if there was a dinner service offered rather than a snack bar, as it seems a waste to not be fulfilling the potential, given there is a kitchen. Also again, not a dislike but the decking near the pool had warped guessing due to the weather.

La locación, y la vista. El tamaño de las habitaciones es muy bueno.

Las instalaciones en general parecen anticuadas, y con mantenimiento mínimo. El baño se inunda, no hay restaurante en el hotel excepto por “pizza y empanadas!!!”. El servicio es muy básico, los chicos que atienden pareciera que nunca trabajaron en un hotel, llegas después de correr 100km en 3 días, y no te ofrecen ni un vaso de agua, no tienen comida excepto por pizza y empanadas pero no te dejan entrar comida de afuera, tienen un sauna que tenes que pedir prender con anticipación, el desayuno es muuuuy pobre y lo hace la misma chica que limpia las habitaciones. Fuimos antes a Las Balsas y no conseguimos reserva para volver lamentablemente, cualquiera que esté evaluando ambas opciones no lo dude y vaya a Las Balsas que es un hotel con servicio de verdad.

Casarão muito charmoso, com todo o conforto, quarto e banheiro enormes, vista deslumbrante. Atendimento muito bom, precisávamos fazer o check-out antes do início do breakfast e nos serviram antecipadamente (frugal mas suficiente).

Acesso com uma ladeirinha íngrime ainda que curta. Sem problema bom as malas que são transportadas em um mini carro mas a subida na saída é desconfortável. Pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção (não é nosso caso) desconsiderem este hotel como opção.

Hotel exepcional. Não tem o que acrescentar.

A vista é maravilhosa. É o ponto forte do hotel. É confortável. O próprio hotel é lindo, de muito bom gosto.

Alguns funcionários eram bons. Mas tinha gente antipática. Não tem restaurante. Só dá para comer lanche de noite, com pouquíssimas opções.

La recepción, la ambientación, la calidez del lugar, la calidad del personal, la ubicación, la privacidad, las vistas, el sector de spa y la habitación. Todo es parte de un sueño del cual podes vivir. Iría una y mil veces.

This hotel is quiet and elegant. The pool and sauna are perfect. The views are fantastic.

La ubicación frente al lago. La privacidad y el tamaño de las habitaciones. La piscina climatizada nevando con ese paisaje te dan ganas de quedarte a vivir!

Excellent location to stay a night or two in this castle like place. We went here after Easter long holiday and had almost the entire property to ourselves. Enjoyed the hot swimming pool and sauna with views to its fullest.

One of the most beautiful hotels in the world with an unbeatable lakefront location. The rooms are facing the lake with unobstructed mountain views. The king size bed is very comfortable with soft pillows. The breakfast is good with great tasting croissants and your choice of eggs along with fresh fruits, bread and cereal. The staff is very friendly and the room service is very fast. There is a heated pool and dry and wet sauna for the guests

Beautiful setting and property, and the spa and pool were great!

A couple days to rejuvenate at Luma Casa after visiting the area and skiing. Could not be happier with site, breakfast and especially the exceptional staff. The best was the view from the heated pool at sunset!

Wi-Fi speed could improve

Amazing and beautiful location, good facilities.

In the winter their should be staff plowing and shoveling the parking areas in the morning so that the guests don’t have to spend time doing it in order to leave the grounds in the middle day the day after a storm.

Would stay again in a heartbeat. The place had a beautiful view but also close enough to town to be able to walk in. Perfect all around.

The place´s architecture is amazing, very friendly and helpfull staff, the rooms and breakfast views a breathtaking, it is perfect for a honey moon or a little scape together.

The pool could be warmer and bathroom towels a little better.

Overall I would tell people to stay here and rated it 6/10. Gorgeous building and views overlooking the lake and mountains. Very nice indoor/outdoor pool area which allows you to sit outside to sun but also inside looking out with a huge wall of windows. Breakfast area and lobby is nice to sit and views.

Coffee in the morning. Invest in a nice high-end coffee/latte maker, so we do not have to wait until 8:30 am and then beg a server to bring us coffee. The first morning I noticed a couple sit down and get special breakfast service at 8 am, including a full coffee canister and milk. I was ignored for 45 minutes until, at 8:40 I had to go beg for coffee and service. The room was nice, but the pillows were hard/bad. The place gets noisy at night, and one night someone came back at 1:30 am slamming doors and walking so loud. Then blasted the TV until 2:30 am. The noise carries so easily in this hotel, and I was surprised. The place is showing a lack of care. Look it is a 4-5 star facility charging 5-star pricing but there was deferred maintenance in many places. If I was paying half the price I would not mention the above stuff but when you decide to splurge you should get high-end service and a well-maintained facility. With all the above said I would still recommend this place to stay for anyone who does not care about the things above. It is a gorgeous building and it has fantastic views.

spectacular location and views of lake from very spot. our room was fantastic and the views were incredible. loved the indoor/outdoor pools and deck.

we arrived expecting to have dinner in the restaurant only to find that the chef was unavailable and the restaurant closed for dinner. no explanation or apology given. The staff recommended a restaurant in town which was mediocre. Breakfast was unexceptional.
