A beautiful old Grand Hotel with nice looking interiors and beautiful chandeliers, the pool was clean, we enjoyed that it was close to the train station.

The hotel definitely is no longer a 4 star hotel and all the interior is of age and seems like it’s been a long time since replacement. There are some stains, limestone, rust, old hair dryer etc. We had a suite and the bed was two small mattresses that were put together, so one person was always lying in the middle gap. The breakfast buffet was huge however also felt old-fashioned to us. We also didn’t feel overly welcomed here, but were probably also the youngest couple there.

La chambre était grande et confortable

L’attention de la réception. La madame avec les cheveux noirs elle était vraiment désagréable pour répondre aux questions, lorsque je lui demandais quelque chose elle me faisait sentir que je la dérangeais. De plus, elle n’était pas sympathique, elle démontrait son mauvaise humeur. Dommage pour la réputation de l’hôtel

Beautiful hotel

The air conditioner was not cooling the room at all. The pool was not available, we were told the pool would be available the next morning and check out the next morning was 10Am! When we got back to the hotel in the evening, the new guy at the front desk said the pool opened up at 4 PM. We were originally told it would not be available at all that day. So we missed out on the pool! The internet did not work. We were supposed to get a reimbursement of $45.00E which has never showed up yet on my credit card!

L'hotel è a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e a dieci minuti circa a piedi dal centro storico. La colazione è abbondante e c'è vasta scelta tra dolce e salato.

La stanza era un po' calda.

La piscine est très bien mais à l'ombre dès 14h. La literie est très confortable. Le petit dej est complet, il y a beaucoup de choix.

La salle de bain est très grande, mais difficulté pour l'écoulement de l'eau, le sèche cheveux est inutilisable, il est vieux et sent le cramé.

Just a 5mins walk to old town, some free on street parking outside, old building, nicely decorated, decent breakfast selection with homemade sweet&savoury bakes, staff was very nice and friendly, they let us to opt for late check out.

Dell'antico edificio restano diverse testimonianze interessanti, che permettono di apprezzarne il carattere e la qualità architettonica originari.

È un peccato che una struttura potenzialmente così affascinante appaia oggi poco curata sotto diversi aspetti, dalla manutenzione dei bagni all'efficienza dell'aria condizionata. Inoltre, alcune scelte più recenti risultano difficilmente conciliabili con il carattere storico dell'edificio: i pavimenti del primo piano, la macchinetta delle bevande collocata nel corridoio e alcuni elementi decorativi, come gli gnomi sul caminetto in pieno agosto o i conigli rosa, finiscono per creare un effetto piuttosto dissonante rispetto all'eleganza originaria della struttura.

La posizione centrale, lo stile elegante, gli spazi ampi

La camera che mi è stata assegnata era molto comoda, sia per gli spazi a disposizione sia per la comodità del letto e la capienza dell’armadio. Anche il bagno era molto grande, ma purtroppo non altrettanto confortevole. In particolare, ho trovato poco pratica la vasca con doccia, che richiede di scavalcare il bordo per entrare e uscire, e ad ogni doccia il bagno tendeva a semi-allagarsi. Inoltre, era presente un solo erogatore di sapone all’interno della vasca e mancava un appoggio per la saponetta. Anche il pannello dell’aria condizionata perdeva acqua sul pavimento, creando purtroppo un rischio di scivolamento. Credo quindi che il bagno necessiti di un intervento di ristrutturazione e di alcuni accorgimenti per renderlo più sicuro e confortevole. Detto questo, tengo particolarmente a sottolineare un aspetto che per me è molto importante: la pulizia è stata davvero impeccabile. Tutto era pulitissimo, anche gli oggetti e gli elementi più vecchi della camera e del bagno. A mio avviso, una pulizia accurata e scrupolosa è molto più importante di una doccia che presenta qualche problema, e proprio per questo i disagi riscontrati sono stati assolutamente superabili. Nel complesso ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno e ho voluto condividere queste osservazioni soprattutto perché possano essere utili per migliorare ulteriormente la struttura. “Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla colazione, davvero ottima e ricca: cibi freschi, frutta di qualità e tutto davvero buonissimo!” Grazie e complimenti ancora per la cura e la pulizia.

Everything has been amazing, the location is great, and the staff is also great. Definitely would stay again.

Pillows were too flat, feather ones, but no big deal. I would definitely invest in bathroom to change the silicone around shower as it doesn't look pretty, but again... It was great

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Lecce. La piscine est très appréciable. Le parking est très pratique et plutôt acceptable en prix 15€/jour. Attention à bien le réserver en direct avec l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et divers. Le personnel est très agréable.

Les salles de bain sont un peu vieillissantes, et la robinetterie des baignoires commence à fuir, cela mériterait une remise a neuf.

La posizione, col fatto che ho viaggiato in treno, è perfetto a 100 metri dalla stessa ma anche vicino al centro storico. La colazione tanta roba. La piscina è strategica, con il caldo che faceva, era perfetta, e ancora mi chiedo come mai tirava sempre un aria più fresca. Zona esterna alla piscina ombreggiate e una bellissima pianta che faceva ombra.

Hotel che avrebbe bisogno di qualche rinnovo, la mia camera era buona, ma il frigo bar dovuto metterlo al massimo perché non rinfrescava abbastanza, poi erano presenti solamente due bottigliette di acqua, mentre su ingresso c'erano tutti i prezzi del frigobar, e snack, ma erano assenti. Ultima cosa ho richiesto il tappo vasca idromassaggio per poterla utilizzare, e le ciabattine che erano in dotazione nel kit bagno, ma non erano presenti. A nella mia camera i comodini erano diversi. Tassa di soggiorno esagerata per me, 4,5 euro a notte a persona, a Bari sempre stessa categoria, 4 stelle, 3 euro a notte a persona. Ultimissima cosa consiglio di mettere nella scaletta della piscina delle strisce antiscivolo perché io son scivolato e sbattuto sotto il ginocchio destro, staff gentilissimo mi hanno procurato prontamente del ghiaccio.

Siamo rimasti solo una notte, ma è stata davvero fantastica. Eravamo due adulti e un ragazzino. La camera era spaziosa, la piscina era pulita e la colazione offriva una vasta scelta sia di dolci che di piatti salati. Anche lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione (2 minuti a piedi), non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori (la finestra si affacciava sulla strada).

C'était la canicule et, le soir d'avant, nous avons demandé de pouvoir bénéficier de la chambre plus tôt. Quand nous sommes arrivés à Lecce, à dix heures du matin, la chambre était prête et le personnel totalement aimable.

Purtroppo per la vicinanza alla stazione la notte è stata molto rumorosa.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet Hôtel à 10min du centre de Lecce, au style rococo qui a un certain charme,, chambre confortable, juste pour celles donnant sur la rue , un peu bruyante mais cela reste correct. personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Et le vrai plus : une belle piscine au calme, qui permet de se relaxer pleinement. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Deux petits détails : pas assez de transats au bord de la piscine et la prise de la bouilloire dans la chambre 1a partager avec celle du frigo, pas très pratique

La ragazza in reception, era lentissima e sembrava proprio di proposito, infastidita e non proprio cosi cortese. Ero in ritardo e quando l’ho detto sempre in modo educato mi è stato detto “poteva svegliarsi prima” Follia per me e anche io lavoro con il pubblico!

La habitación y el baño son súper espaciosos, las camas están bien, las cortinas tienen excelente black out no filtra un solo rayo de luz. El desayuno es muy completo, la piscina es excelente! Está súper bien ubicado cerca del casco antiguo. Tiene parking privado pero en frente también se puede dejar aparcado el auto y a partir de las 21 no se paga

So nice, friendly staff and great location near the stadion but within walking distance from everything. And the pool was a blessing in the August heat! Très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique. Garage auto dans l’hôtel. Très joli cadre autour de la piscine et de la terrasse. Chambres de belle taille. Personnel très gentil.

De ligging en de faciliteiten zoals het zwembad zijn prima! Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. Ook aangenaam terras om het ontbijt te nuttigen. De kamers zijn misschien wat retro, maar zeker prijs-kwaliteit.

De stijl van het hotel. Beetje art deco met echte kunst aan de muren. Zeer ruime kamer met een prachtige vloer. Locatie dicht bij het centrum. Parkeren in de garage was voor ons comfortabel, maar is heel kleine garage en niet makkelijk om vaker in en uit te rijden. Een paar plaatsen slechts dus reserveren echt noodzakelijk.

Geen Spa/gym.

Hotel bardzo blisko centrum, dworzec kolejowy praktycznie obok, autobusy do nadmorskich miejscowości 200m od hotelu, czyściutko, sprzątane codziennie, duży przestronny pokój, pyszne śniadanie, basen, sympatyczny personel. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

La piscina estava a l’ombra. La dutxa perdia aigua. Cal una remodelació i modernització de les instal.lacions en general, ja que la decoració era extremadament carregada.

-entsprechen den Rezenzionen -kann man machen, muss man aber nicht -insgesamt werter der Pool das Hotel auf -Frühstücksbüffet reichlich, Kaffee mittel - absolut sauber, Hotel und Ausstattung sehr veraltet, die Handtücher sind mittlerweile gräulich statt weiss - bei uns hat die Tür nicht abgesperrt im Zimmer, haben sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen - die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kühlte auch kaum - insgesamt waren wir mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden

Everything was perfect. Hotel is very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was huge bug walk in area which was brilliant for storing luggage so it was out of the way. Lovely pool which wasn't extremely busy you could still get a bed in the high of the season. I would highly recommend tis property. Only 5 minute walk into the main town, and a couple of shops and bars along the way down.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, ce qui est très appréciable pour visiter la ville. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et très appétissant.

En revanche, notre expérience a été mitigée. L’environnement est assez bruyant, avec des klaxons dès 7 h du matin, et l’insonorisation de l’hôtel est insuffisante. Bien que la décoration soit soignée et agréable, l’établissement montre des signes de vieillissement. Dans notre chambre, la salle de bain prenait l’eau à cause d’un joint de douche usé qui n’assurait plus l’étanchéité, et la climatisation, pourtant présente, ne rafraîchissait pratiquement pas. Au vu du standing annoncé et du tarif pratiqué, nous nous attendions à une prestation de meilleure qualité. C’est dommage, car avec quelques rénovations et une meilleure isolation, cet hôtel pourrait offrir une expérience bien plus satisfaisante.

Alles beviel, zo goed dat we hadden bijgeboekt. De grootte van de kamer, het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt, de keuze tussen buiten op het terras ontbijten of binnen met airco, het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel, het heerlijke zwembad, de badkamer met bubbelbad. De bediening aan het zwembad. De ligging, de klassieke inrichting met veel mooie schilderijen etc. Etc We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen in dit hotel.

Een van de matrassen was wat harder, maar dat is een kwestie van smaak.

On voit que cet hôtel a été réellement splendide, mais il nécessiterait un peu de rénovation. Rien de grave mais c’est dommage ( par exemple une des lattes du plancher n’est plus bien emboîtée, le sèche serviette est vraiment vétuste, la pomme de douche est abîmée, etc. )

Emplacement parfait, centre historique accessible à pied et stationnement correct (on s’est pris un PV le dernier jour). Salle de petit déjeuner très agréable mais il manquait yahourt ou fromage blanc nature.

Coupure Internet de deux jours et télévision compliquée à mettre en marche. Par ailleurs il manque à notre avis une présentation historique de l’hôtel.

J'ai adoré le personnel, le petit-déjeuner, la piscine, les chambres.

Het is ooit een zeer luxe hotel geweest. Dat straalt het nog steeds uit maar helaaa heeft de tijd zijn inpact gehad. Desondanks houden ze het hotel nog echt goed schoon, zijn de kamers mooi en netjes en is het ontbijt prima.

Ramen sluiten niet meer zo lekker (simpelweg oude systemen..) en hier en daar zijn dingetjes wat verouderd en klein beetje kapot. Maar verder prima hotel.

It’s got an outside swimming pool

Parking was full, so you have to find a space either at the station or on the roads. The problem is the hotel is located in a busy areas close to the station with a one way system. If you hate driving in foreign towns this hotel would not suit you. Overall the hotel is definitely in need of some care and attention as it’s a bit faded and in need of some love. Breakfast is average but the staff were nice. There’s no restaurant here.

Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful swimming pool and breakfast area, beautiful old-style building with modern facilities, pet-friendly and good parking options. Close to old town.

The hotel is well located near the railway station and is indeed a grand old lady of Lecce! The rooms are clean, the lobby is a classic and the breakfast is terrific. Most importantly for any establishment , it's the staff that make a difference. Our experience of the Grand hotel in Lecce, demonstrated the very best in professionalism, friendliness and knowledge.

Väldigt fint med pool och där var lugnt och skönt Tyst

Receptionen kändes Lite krånglig och lite gammaldags på ett inte så bra sätt. Det kändes lite som att de trodde att man ville lura dem på något sätt. Hotellet kunde med enkla medel bli mycket trevligare. Att ha en tjej som står brevid poolen och väntar på att ta upp beställningar känns bara otrevligt som hon sen går in i hotellet och förbereder är konstigt. Gör en liten bar och ha ett litet kylskåp. Poolen är bra men poolområdet är trist Att hämta ut poolhandukar mot deposition från repan är nästan overkligt

We arrived thinking that we had a car park at the hotel. I was told that an email was sent confirming unavailability of a car park. The receptionist was not very helpful in assisting us to find an alternative car park.
