Posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro. Pulizia ottima, letti comodi e bagno spazioso. Consigliatissimo.

Die Lage, Toller Ausblick auf die Burg, schönes Bad, schöne Vorhänge die das Licht komplett abgedichtet haben. Schöne ungewöhnliche Deko überall im Haus und die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche und Wohnbereich), die wir zwar nicht genutzt haben aber sahen schon gut aus. Bahnhofsnähe für die Ausflüge (+++)

1. Der Preis :-( 2. Wir hatten zwei Single-Betten in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer (15), und die Matratzen rutschten vom Bett runter wenn man sich hingesetzt hat. Das musste man tun, den es gab keine andere Möglichkeit sich irgendwo hinzusetzen, außer auf kleine Hocker. 3. Das eine Leselicht neben dem Bett war an die Wand angebracht und so hell (ein Spot), dass man es ungern nutzen wollte (ginge vllcht. bei Einzelperson mit verschieben, aber wir waren zwei). 4. Self-CheckIn war fein, aber was hätte man gemacht wenn irgendwas akut nicht gepasst hätte? Wir haben KEIN Personal gesehen in den zwei Tagen.

Sehr schönes, außergewöhnliches Haus.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Betten standen extrem nahe beieinander und es war stickig und heiß.

De ligging was top.

Personeel, hygiene, prijs. We hebben de eerste dag gevraagd aan de housekeeping om niet in de kamer te komen omdat we ziek in bed lagen. Er zijn geen kaartjes om aan de deur te hangen dus we moesten het persoonlijk gaan zeggen. Alsnog komen ze tot 3 keer de kamer binnen zonder kloppen. De volgende dag vragen we housekeeping & ligt er enkel een nieuwe badmat. Voor de rest is er niets gebeurd. Er is geen mini frigo in de kamer of geen enkele andere voorziening die je standaard krijgt in een hotel waar geen ontbijt wordt voorzien. De bedden liggen super slecht. We hebben tijdens het volledige verblijf rugpijn gehad (en we zijn nog maar 30 jaar). De badkamer is heel netjes vernieuwd, maar erg klein.

Se ajusta todo a las fotos y a la descripción. Por poner un inconveniente decir que la Máquina del Check-in es un poco lenta, cuando se llega cansado de un largo viaje.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ideal , durch den Park und über die Strasse .

Filz unter den Stuhlbeinen . Auf dem Holzboden macht es zu viel lärm und zerkratzt den Boden .

Wir hatten Zimmer 15, für ca.8qm sind 169.-Euro einfach t zu viel!!

Nice room, cozy and comfortable beds. Located wiring walking distance from center.

Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Kostenpflichtig, aber immernoch besser als irgendwo im Parkhaus zu landen.

La habitación era espaciosa y bien decorada. Camas cómodas. Ubicación inmejorable y jardín alrededor de la villa muy bonito y tranquilo. Ideal para familias. Que tenga parking también es un plus aunque cueste 8€ al día.

No había opción de desayuno en el hotel. Tampoco había recepcionista, entrabas y hacías tu check-in / check-out directamente con una maquina. No había cortinas de visillo en el baño o habitación por lo tanto siempre tenías que cerrar las cortinas opacas y estar con la luz abierta... está mal pensado para el verano (habitación que daba a la calle en planta baja).

Locatie is perfect. Het huis ziet er mooi uit en is leuk ingericht. Bedden liggen lekker.

Ik vind het duur voor wat je krijgt. Er zit natuurlijk geen ontbijt bij, je moet betalen voor het parkeren op hun eigen terrein, er komt nog toeristenbelasting bij, de kamer was heel erg klein en de bedden zijn 80cm breed voor een eenpersoonsbed (anders past het ook niet). Geen airco. Daar valt allemaal goed mee te leven, maar ik vind het dan wel duur voor wat het is. Ik begrijp niet waarom er 'budget' in de naam staat.

No habia servicio de desayuno. Nos tocó una habitacion triple con litera y para mi hija no era nada practica tener que subir escalones. Caro calidad precio sumando que tenias que pagar parking a parte en la misma propiedad del hotel y la chica joven que habia en la entrada muy justa.

Great location, spacious room.

We missed a small fridge/mini bar and coffee/tea in the room. Since it’s a hotel it would be nice to have a drink when the kids are asleep

Camera ampia con vista sul castello, parcheggio interno

Tutto molto pulito, biancheria profumata e stanza in ottime condizioni. Bagno spazioso e molto bello con finestra. In centro con parcheggio comodo ma a pagamento. Lo staff non lo abbiamo visto perché è in self check in. C'è anche una comoda sala comune dove poter mangiare o fare colazione. Struttura ricercata negli arredi. Ha anche un bellissimo giardino con sedie e tavoli.

La stanza era angusta e totalmente priva di servizi di base quale frigo, condizionatore e anche punti di appoggio. Il terzo letto, a castello, risulta opprimente in quanto posizionato sulla testata del letto matrimoniale. Il secondo giorno la stanza non è stata pulita. Non c'è presenza di personale e il check in e il check out vengono effettuati in autonomia.

Il check-in e il check-out sono avvenuti tramite totem self-service. Era presente una ragazza dello staff che avrebbe potuto assisterci, ma abbiamo avuto l'impressione di ricevere poca attenzione e abbiamo perso più tempo del necessario. Alle nostre richieste ha sempre risposto, ma con un atteggiamento che ci è sembrato piuttosto distaccato e, a tratti, quasi infastidito. Un'accoglienza più cordiale e una maggiore disponibilità avrebbero sicuramente migliorato la nostra esperienza.

Geen airco, niet te doen,kamer op zolder. Amper daglicht op de kamer. Geen uitzicht, je kijkt tegen een wand van een dakkapel. Enige raam functionerde niet goed.

De locatie en tuin.

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer kleine kamer voor 4 personen, leek wel een hostelkamer. Geen koelkast op de kamer, alleen een gezamelijk koelkast beneden. Geen airconditioning, terwijl het heel warm was. Kamer aan de straatkant, dus met ramen open veel geluidsoverlast. Wel een waterkoker op de kamer, maar geen koffie/nespresso apparaat. Koffie alleen tegen betaling verkrijgbaar in de gezamenlijke ruimte beneden.

L’établissement est bien placé tout près de l’hypercentre de Fussen et a 10mn de Neuschwanstein. Notre chambre au dernier étage sur l’arrière avait une vue magnifique sur le château de la ville et un petit balcon très agréable

Vienintelis minusas- painokas įsiregistravimas. Atvykus į viešbutį reikia pasidaryti kiekvienam asmeniui išsamų check-in per jų kompiuterį. Man padėjo admininstratorė. O kas atvyko vėliau turėjo tai atlikti savarankiškai- tai jie užtruko labai ilgai

The location was great and the place was super clean.

They should maybe increase the size of the lobby a bit because when people are trying to check in on the machine and it’s raining outside, there’s not much of a choice where to stand if the card readable door of the hallway is closed. Would be nice to have at least some form of human working there in order to make the check in and check out processes faster for guests who are not so tech savvy. I shared room 15 with my brother and we had twin beds. My bed was comfortable however the mattress was a bit lopsided. It had a tilt towards the right so I had to sleep next to the wall in order to avoid falling down from the bed. Apart from that there was no toilet paper holder. If you put it next to the sink, it gets wet, so you can only put it underneath the sink inside the cabinet.

Zentrale Lage in Füssen. Aussergewöhnliche Liegenschaft mit parkähnlichem Garten.

Die zentrale Lage bewirkt natürlich, dass bis spät nachts entsprechend viel los ist in der Umgebung - das muss einem bewusst sein.

Very quiet and comfortable. Just outside of the town center and close to trains/buses. Room was great and had a good breeze during the heat wave.

Insgesamt doch ziemlich teuer. War aber buchungstechnisch auch ein sehr schwierige Wochenende in Füssen.

The villa is very close to the railway station. Very well maintained and managed. Check in was very simple. The staff at the reception was friendly and printed out the Füssen card as soon as I asked for it. The kitchen is well equipped and accessible throughout the day.

Nice cozy hotel, parking is paid but available 😁, good location close to city center

The best thing about the property is the location as it is in the city centre and walking distance from all the restaurants. It has free parking for guests, which is also a plus. The hotel itself looks really beautiful and the room was very spacious! Check in was self service, so was quite fast and straightforward.

The hotel was a bit pricey in my opinion and even though they provided a kettle, there was no cups to use it with nor tea/coffee.

Hotel sin aire acondicionado y con un solo ventilador y hay muchísimo calor en Junio y no es posible que pagues tanto dinero para pasar incomodidades

Sødt lille hotel med charmerende indretning, venligt personale, tæt på bymidten. Der var pænt og rent, badeværelset var nyligt renoveret og sengene var behagelige.

Fint til en overnatning eller to, men ikke et sted jeg ville bo i længere tid - i hvert fald ikke om sommeren. Vi fik at vide, at værelset var med balkon, men der var nærmere tale om en lukket altan, hvor man kunne vælge at åbne vinduerne op, men disse åbner indad og kan ikke selv holde sig åbne, hvilket udelukker at man kan opholde sig på altanen og fx sidde og nyde et koldt glas vin eller blive afkølet af en kølig brise. Der var kogende hedt, og vi måtte i stedet lukke vinduerne og de tunge gardiner, for at forsøge at nedkøle rummet en smule med den lille ventilator, der var stillet frem på værelset. Check-in var overdrevet langsommeligt og besværligt, da de benytter sig af en form for self check-in maskine, der dog er så besværlig for nogen at finde ud af, at der stadig skal sidde en ansat ved siden af for at guide gæsterne igennem processen. Vi fik dog at vide, at de forventer en opgradering af systemet, der tillader online self check-in, hvilket burde gøre processen noget nemmere. Personalet var dog meget venligt og hjælpsomt, så det skal de have ros for :)

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer waren schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Empfang durch die freundliche junge Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat uns direkt das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Dank ihr begann unser Aufenthalt auf die bestmögliche Weise. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Vi havde udfordringer med at vores forlængerledning ikke kunne sættes i deres stikkontakt fordi vores normale runde stik fra DK ikke passede i, heldigvis kunne vores normale appel stik godt komme i så vi kunne lade vores telefoner. Der kunne godt have været et minikøleskab på værelset.

Location close to center of Fussen on a calm road. It's very clean.

The room was under the roof and too warm during the night despite the fan that was kindly provided. The doors of the neighboring rooms are super loud. It's self check-in which takes quite a while and makes it all very impersonal - I'd rather speak to a person than type in a machine. No breakfast and parking is extra.

O hotel é muito bonito por fora e a localização excelente e espaço coletivo com micro-ondas e mesas.

Auto-checkin, quatro bem pequeno. Para o valor da diária, eu esperava uma estrutura melhor.

La ubicación es muy buena, habitación amplia (éramos 4), el coche se puede aparcar en la puerta. Muy buena ubicación para darse un pasito por Füssen, preciosa localidad.

Más que no gustar... fue un error de idioma, que mi reserva la hicieron con mi segundo apellido y no conseguía hacer el check-in. Cuando caí en eso, todo sin problemas. Una neverita en la habitación no hubiera estado mal.

Gefallen hat mir die Sauberkeit und ein sehr süßes Badezimmer

Die Straße ist ab und zu schon sehr laut. Man hört oft lautes Türen schlagen aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das ein und auschecken hat etwas länger gedauert, weil man es komplett selber machen muss.

It’s a beautiful place to stay in Fussen. Next to banhof and great views.

The room was very clean and we appreciated the terrace and the beautiful garden. The kitchen for breakfast was very useful and everything was in good condition and useful. As a suggestion: maybe it would help to have an insect screen on the window, there were a lot of mosquitoes and I couldn't leave the window open because of them.

The lack of air conditioning was noticeable; we were unlucky enough to encounter some very hot days. We appreciated that a fan was provided.

Non c’è l’aria condizionata, la luce della nostra camera era troppo soffusa. C’era un ventilatore, ne servivano due. Il letto a castello a 3 posti va bene solo per bambini, non per adulti.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Altstadt von Füssen und der Lechfall sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und der Blick auf das Hohe Schloss wunderschön. Der gepflegte Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rundet den guten Eindruck ab. Das Zimmer war gut, das Bad groß und perfekt ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Die Villa ist sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt von ein bis zwei Nächten geeignet.

Dass im Zimmer nur ein Wasserkocher ohne Tassen o.ä. steht, hat mir nicht gefallen. Ja, man kann es sich im Gemeinschaftsraum holen, aber eigenartig ist das schon. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlen außerdem Ablageflächen (Schrank) und wenigstens ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Man mag ja nicht ständig in den Gemeinschaftsraum laufen. Am Bett gibt es leider keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Brille und/oder Handy.

Clean tidy great parking facilities for motorcycles

This hotel exceeded all expectations! It’s close to the town center of Fussen. You can use public transportation for free because you are a guest. The rooms were clean and there were black out shades so we slept great.

Nothing. Loved it all- and we traveled as 2 families with 6 kids. The staff could not be more accommodating.

I loved the location after a busy day out to be able to walk downtown for dinner with the family with so many options. We were able to experience culture, site seeing and great food & drinks.
