Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Very clean and professionally managed hotel. Very clean, modern and good breakfast.. Hotel next to a jewellery shop if you are thinking of proposing.
No negatives. We were in the attic room in Sept so lack of air-conditioning wasn't a problem. The fan provided and a small window opening onto the main street would not keep the room cool.

Das Frühstück. Raum absolut unterdimensioniert. Schlecht organisiert, Kaffeemaschine im Eck, blockiert weitere Bereiche. Laut. Angebot ist Standard.

Svårt att hitta med bil då det låg på en gågata - tog ca 45 min extra. Rummet var varmt och inte optimalt att sova med öppet fönster pga ljud från gatan under natten. Frukosten var lite av en katastrof. Helt underdimensionerad i förhållande till antal gäster. , stökigt och hög ljudnivå. Man vill bara ut därifrån.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Sehr unscheinbar direkt in der Fußgängerzone gelegen, aber sehr modern eingerichtet, Zimmer komfortabel und recht groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten, es war damit relativ ruhig, zur Fußgängerzone sieht die Sache möglicherweise etwas anders aus. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, das Personal war freundlich.
Die Fahrradgarage war leider nicht abschließbar, und hatte keine Möglichkeit zum Akkuladen.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Perfecte ligging midden in het stadje, comfortabele en goed uitziende kamers. Erg vriendelijk receptie personeel.
De douche was niet goed schoon (haren aan de muur geplakt en het prullenbakje zat gebruikt hygiënisch verband in). De kamers zijn erg warm (geen airco). Van te voren had ik gevraagd of er glutenvrij ontbijt aanwezig was, wat wel zo zou zijn. Toen ik een medewerker in de ontbijtzaal vroeg omdat ik niets glutenvrij kon vinden, gaf deze aan dat er geen glutenvrij was. Bij de receptie boden ze hiervoor hun excuses aan en gaven aan dat dit wel aanwezig was.

L’unico piccolo punto di miglioramento che sento di segnalare è sui cuscini, che a vedere mio e della mia famiglia erano troppo morbidi.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location was gorgeous, adorable and the sites were unmatched. The hotel room, the building and the facilities were all top notch. Except the beds and the bedding. I don't understand the duvets in germany and lack of covers. However it was also MUCH warmer than usual and understandably that is out of the hotels control except for having more fans or better ways to cool a room off. I have lived in the UK long enough and traveled enough to know this is more a climate change issue than the fault of the hotel.
It was too damn hot. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have hope so the temperature just made it that much harder to adapt. The GPS and arrival instructions were not as clear as they could have been leading to us having a confrontation with others as the GPS was sending us down the wrong pedestrian road. We were meant to go down a pedestrian road that doubled as a drive way / access point to the hotel, however the map took us down a more heavily occupied route that resulted in angry Germans yelling at us instead of being helpful causing all of us to be overwhelmed, confused and angry. Booking details should be more specific and detailed regarding how to arrive by car. They were provided, but were arguably lacking clarity and detail. All was good after we called the desk and the gentelman on staff spoke to the local who had been scolding us and then came outside to meet us at the correct point where we were to turn, so for that I thank the hotel and its staff with the most sincerity.

The room didn't have enough curtains to cover all of the windows, so it was very bright in the room. This made sleeping, especially for our child, difficult. Being in the centre of town meant that it was quite noisy and the smell of cigarette smoke was quite strong. This meant keeping the windows open wasn't a good option, and the room became very hot.

Wij miste een klein koelkastje op de kamer. We hadden medicijnen bij ons die koel moesten blijven. Verder zou een koffie apparaatje ook erg prettig zijn omdat wij mega koffieliefhebbers zijn.

Parcheggio subito dietro l'hotel (a pagamento come specificato), camera bella ed è una delle poche volte che in 4 troviamo dei veri letti per tutti e non divani letto né letti a castello. Personale gentile e disponibile durante la colazione. Colazione essenziale ma completa di tutto e di buona qualità
L'unica nota negativa è stata che essendo nel building 2 e la colazione era servita al building 1, spostarsi voleva dire vestirsi completamente e usare gli ombrelli in caso di pioggia in quanto bisogna uscire in strada e cambiare edificio. La reception inoltre dopo le 21 era già chiusa e non presidiata

Tivemos uma experiencia ruim com o hotel. Passamos apenas uma noite hospedados, e antes de dormir, eu tirei a minha doleira, que estava meu passaporte, coloquei na parte de baixo da mesa de cabeceira, e no dia seguinte, esqueci de colocar a doleira no corpo de novo. Fizemos o check out e cerca de 5 horas após o check out me dei conta do ocorrido, já estávamos em Munique. Ligamos para o hotel, e eles falaram que não encontraram nada. No dia seguinte, ligamos de novo para falar com quem tinha limpado o quarto, e eles seguiram falando que não havia nada no quarto. Mas eu lembro exatamente que tirei para dormir e no dia seguinte não recoloquei, ficou lá. Tinha um pouco de dinheiro junto, penso que foi o motivo pelo qual eles não devolveram, mas foi uma experiência ruim com o hotel, que não esperávamos de alemães.

Kesähelteillä ilmastointi olisi ollut tarpeellinen, mutta onneksi huoneessa oli edes pieni tuuletin.

Matig ontbijt. De kamer was heel erg warm en had nauwelijks ventilatiemogelijkheid. We hadden een kamer in gebouw 2, direct bij de ingang met slechts een klein raam, waarvoor de motoren geparkeerd stonden. Starten gaf veel lawaai en stank. Ook de arriverende en vertrekkende rolkoffers gaven lawaai.

Great, modern room with all the desired comfort, kind and helpful staff members and a very extensive and varied breakfast in the beautiful in-house restaurant. The hotel is located right in the middle of the historic centre. We had a relaxing evening stroll through the picturesque streets of Füssen before getting a good night's sleep.
The rooms were very clean and tidy with all the desired comfort (comfortable beds, refrigerator, television), but felt a bit 'empty'.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Albergo di recente rinnovato, in posizione centralissima, la finestra guarda sul corso principale di Fussen. Il parcheggio è raggiungibile da una strada laterale, che accede alla piazzetta. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Avendo noi una moto, non ci è stato fatto pagare il parcheggio. Date le temperature ci è stato fatto trovare un ventilatore in camera che ci ha permesso di affrontare la notte in modo confortevole anche a finestre chiuse. Colazione completa.
Dotazione in camera essenziale, ad esempio manca il frigobar.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The location is great, and the breakfast was very good. The room was fine (but didn't meet our expectations based on the pictures).
The hotel was difficult to find by car, You drive to the backside of the hotel which was a bit confusing since we had to drive on a street that looked like pedestrians only based on the number of people. I thought the check-in time on the web page was somewhat misleading. If you arrive after 6pm, you need to call and arrange to get your key via a lock box. However, they did send an email after I booked stating this. But, if you have any issues when arriving after 6pm, there is no one there to help you.. other than I guess a phone call?

Keine Lademöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder, nur für Autos. Batterien konnten wir nur auf dem Zimmer laden.

Très chaud avec seulement un ventilateur d'appoint. Une toute petite fenêtre. Pas d'ascenseur poir cette aile de bâtiment. Impossible de m'envoyer une facture, me dit de passer par Bookings, c'est la première fois que je vis cela.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026En plein coeur du centre historique de Füssen, proche des châteauw Neuschwanstein et Hohenschwangau. Equipements modernes et petit déjeuner de qualité.
Un simple ventilateur lorsqu'il fait chaud n'est pas suffisant. Nous avons eu une chambre double normale (plus petite et sans canapé lit) alors que nous avions réservé une chambre double deluxe. Il y aurait un souci avec la configuration sur Bookings car la chambre deluxe étant au même prix que la normale, c'est considéré comme chambre normale par l'hôtel.

Ubicato sopra la strada principale, se ci sono eventi in citta' come e' successo a noi, non so dorme fino a tarda notte anche con le finestre chiuse. Nel complesso lo consiglio

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The hotel is nicely located right in the pedestrian area in the old town, with restaurants and shops right outside the door. At the same time, it was easy to arrive by car, as we could access the hotel garage from a side street. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and modern, but unfortunately we experienced a little noise from the hallway and slamming doors. The breakfast was OK.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The parking was right next to the hotel and the manager was helpful. It was a two minute walk to the restaurants and bars.
We had a very strange set up of a room. It was very minimal with the furniture. As you opened the bedroom door you walked right to where the bed was and if you turned left along a corridor inside the room you eventually got to the bathroom. We have never stayed in a hotel with a room like it. Also it was very hot and there was no air conditioning.
