כלום. מקום נוראי עם צוות שבקושי מדבר אנגלית. הכספת שלנו ניצה פתוחה כשחזרנו לחדר ולא נחתה להם תשובה מי ולמה נכנסו לחדר. No dining room. Asked for extra money for blanket and sheet for the baby bed. Our safety locker was opened while we were away!

Fijne huisjes, alles werd heel goed schoongehouden. Tuin zag er prachtig uit en personeel was super behulpzaam. Strand was 5 min lopen en grote supermarkt om de hoek.

Zwembad was fijn maar aan de warme kant (wij waren er in april, de heetste maand). Badkamer was prima maar afwerking kon beter.

Leider zu Beginn sehr unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Zimmer. Außerdem extrem viele Mücken, ein Moskitonetz wäre super. Etwas zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften

Lovely Thai style bungalows surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and pool. Staff very friendly and accommodating. A close walk to Bang Tao beach past some nice little shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely exceptional service, staff went above and beyond to look after us, even though we only stayed one night. Wished we'd been there longer. Will definitely return! Beds super comfy, lovely setting and great location.

Quiet and peaceful. Spacious room very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was good. Pool was nice too. I liked that the bungalows have a small terrace to sit outside. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was good and reasonable price. Staff were very helpful when booking tours at the resort. Walkable and convenient location to restaurants, beach, mini mart and shops. Staff were very polite and helpful. Gardens were lovely.

Allt var toppen! Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal, väldigt tyst, lugnt och bekvämt boende. Fina rum med de faciliteter som behövs som städades varje dag. Bra avstånd till restauranger och stranden. Mer än nöjd med boendet :)

Very friendly staff always had a smile on their face, we only stayed for one night before flying back home and after staying in some pretty uncomfortable beds I was so happy to finally have a very comfy bed and pillow to sleep on!! Very beautiful resort and inviting pool area, located close to local cafes and the beach which was perfect.

Would have loved to swim in the pool but the chlorine smell was very strong when walking past

The property was very clean and well cared for. The pool area was lovely. There’s no bar but it’s very close to many shops and bars with about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The room was cleaned every day and they replaced the mini bar water daily too. They provided towels as well as pool towels.

Room was slightly dated but this was not a problem for us.

Das Resort ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Zum Strand ca 10 Min zu Fuss. Strandtücher vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Personal war mehrheitlich sehr nett. Frühstück war gut.

WLAN: Leider schlechtes WLAN, Fernseher: Den Fernseher brachten wir nicht zum laufen, sehr komplizierte Bedienung. Bad: WC Sitze sollten unbedingt aus hygienischen Gründen gewechselt werden, dieser war gelb verfärbt. Duschen muss man in der Badewanne, kein Duschvorhang vorhanden, das ganz Bad war danach nass. Ausstattung: Es fehlen zusätzliche Stühle im Zimmer. Auschecken: Beim auschecken wurde uns von einem sehr unfreundlichen Herrn (Chef?) eine Rechnung von 90 Bath präsentiert. Grund: ein wenig Haarfarbe auf einem Handtuch, ich betone "ein wenig". Geht in einem Waschgang problemlos, ohne irgend welchen Mehraufwand raus. Scheint ein neuer Trend zu sein. Dies ist in den vielen Jahren, welche wir in Thailand unterwegs sind noch nie dagewesen. Sehr schade. Wenn man dies bei uns machen würde, hätten wir keine Gäste mehr. Preis-Leistung: Der Preis ist viel zu teuer für das was es bietet.

Alles gut zu erreichen , Strand , Restaurants aber reichte mir für 2 Nächte.

Das man kein Handtuch für das Kind bekommt. Und es zahlen muss. Absoluter Minuspunkt .

We booked because someone said it was in a nice area.

The whole place needs completely fumigated. On our 1st night we seen rats right outside our door. We went to bed and were bitten all over by bugs. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after one night. There was also no hot water in the sink. Men need to shave daily. Not in shower but in sink.

Very cute and traditional style hotel, very lovely staff, pretty grounds and a really welcome pool - small and friendly which is what we wanted rather than one of the bigger more impersonal hotels.

Piękna roślinność w hotelu, mały, kameralny basen. Dobre śniadania. Dobra lokalizacja. Miła obsługa.

Pokoje skromnie wyposażone. Brak moskitier w oknach, komary wpadają do pokoju. W łazience odpadało pokrętło od kranu.

Friendly staff and breakfast. Nice pool. Garden was kept clean and always someone around to assist.

Lack of people following pool conditions in loud music, pool diving, no respect for culture of the resort. This is holiday makers and not the staff.

Die Lage war für Phuket wirklich ruhig, vor allem nachts. Nebenan ist eine Boxhalle, bei dem am Tag Musik läuft, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat,weil die Musik super war. Man hat schnell alles erreicht mit einem Roller. Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und hat uns alles organisierst für einen fairen Preis. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten wenn ich in Phuket bin. Frühstück war prima und ausreichend.

An average hotel, oasis among the ruins. The area isn't particularly interesting, but it's close to the airport and excursions. Overall it was a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay there.

We were charged 3% for paying by card, but Booking agreed to compensate this amount. Drinking water is not provided, but it can be purchased. The bathroom doesn't close and water from the shower ends up on the floor. The pool is heavily chlorinated in the fall.

Hübsche Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber, nettes Personal. Wir hatten ein Häuschen mit 2 Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Bad. Sehr komfortabel!!! Sollten wir je wieder in die Gegend kommen, gern wieder! Danke!

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber leider waren direkt hinter unserem Häuschen an allen Werktagen sehr laute Bauarbeiten. Das war dann wohl Pech.

Le Bangtao Village resort est un hôtel très appréciable , nous séjournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel à chacune de nos vacances à Phuket. Hôtel propre , calme , très bien situé proche du centre de Bang Tao , de toutes les commodités ainsi que des plages qui sont à quelques minutes à pied. Les chambres sont jolies et spacieuses. Le lit confortable.La piscine est très agréable et les jardins sont très bien entretenus. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet avec en supplément de très bonnes omelettes. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Au moment du Check out , un vestiaire à disposition avec une douche serait un plus.

Villaggio piccolo ma un paradiso! Alloggio con 2 camere spaziose e con minimo necessario. Posto emerso nel verde, molto silenzioso e rilassante. La vera chicca è il balcone. Posizione ottima e Non rumorosa . Staff gentile e premuroso! Grazie a tutti Per un soggiorno meraviglioso

Very basic, but clean. The pool area was very small compared to how they were depicted in the photos. Good for a base, not as a destination.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Eine Oase an bester Lage. Der Preis ist für mich eindeutig zu hoch. Das Personal und der Service sehr nett und gut. Ich war schon dreimal in dieser Anlage. Das erste Mal habe ich Sfr. 40.—/Nacht bezahlt. Das zweite Mal 80.— und nun 150.—. Würde ichnicht mehr bezahlen

Room was very basic. Noisy plumbing and aircon. No chairs or stools. No shower curtain or sink plug.

Tout d’abord l’accueil est fort sympathique. L’établissement conserve aussi un cachet thaïlandais ce qui est une belle découverte. Les villas sont reparties dans un adorable jardin exubérant ce qui est très agréable. De plus, l’hôtel est un peu retiré de la grande route donc notre chambre était tranquille.

До пляжа идти 5-10 мин, с маленьким ребенком далековато. Пляж не очень, мутная вода. Тихий район, цены чуть выше, чем карон и ката

The place is very central and close to everything you will need (beaches and restaurants). Pool was sparkling and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

The breakfast is a little basic and not too much variety - adding muesli, other spreads (other jams, peanut butter) and other fruits would be a big plus.

This is a great hotel perfectly located if you want a quiet retreat. It’s suited for a relaxing time, with a nice but small pool and friendly staff. It’s clean and feels safe.

Bangtao is quite isolated from the rest of the island and there isn’t much to do except relax on the beach or by the pool, and to train muay thai / mma. Hardly a negative if that’s what you’re looking for.

Hermoso hotel. Muy cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Esta a dos cuadras de Bangtao Beach. La zona es linda y tranquila.

Расположение кондиционеров в комнате (легко простудиться), много комаров, слабый ассортимент на завтрак , пора заменить розетки в домах.

Nice mini resort close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely staff - kept a delivery safe for me and were helpful in letting me know it had arrived even after we’d left.

Close to nightlife so could sometimes hear noise late at night. Not a huge amount of sunbeds but we always found space.

It felt like we were in a tropical forest once you stepped into the resort with all the trees around which was lovely!

The air conditioner didn’t work properly and was extremely loud which made it difficulty to sleep. We mentioned to staff but due to language barrier not much was done about it.
