Sehr schönes und sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel ausgestattet. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein 7-Eleven für kleine Besorgungen zwischendurch, allerdings hat das Hotel auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit einem sehr vielfältigen Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage am Strand (damit meine ich direkt am Strand) macht es zu einer sehr komfortablen Wahl für einen Strandurlaub. Die Gegend ist ruhig und geeignet, wenn man sich entspannen möchte und gleichzeitig ein paar Aktivitäten am Strand machen möchte. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, was will man mehr. Würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen!

It's completely absurd that they're paying so much for a room that they can't even let someone in, even according to their ID! Not even with an extra fee!!! I need to buy another room, it's crazy... The gym is too small for a hotel like this. Ot's a pity by night to hear the noises of the fountains and not the sea, they have to turn off by night!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Anlage ist sauber, die Zimmer sind groß und die Reinigung war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Der Strand ist groß und liegt direkt am Hotel. Es gibt Ebbe und Flut. Am besten kann man bei Ebbe und am Anfang der Flut schwimmen, da das Meer bei Flut fast den ganzen Strand bedeckt. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist flach und der Boden ist überall sandig. Vielleicht wegen der Nebensaison gibt es derzeit keine Rettungsschwimmer. Darauf wird aber überall mit Schildern hingewiesen. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an das ganze Team für den herzlichen Empfang. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Daniel bedanken, weil wir ein besseres Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer bekommen haben. Er war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich regelmäßig bei den Gästen erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob sie noch Wünsche haben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Im Hotel gibt es zwei große Pools und einen Kinderpool. Direkt gegenüber ist ein 7-Eleven und auch eine Wechselstube. In der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants. Wir können auch das Fischrestaurant im Hotel empfehlen. Das Abendessen mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang war sehr schön.

Pools are great. Having a room on the ground floor right by the pool was a bonus. Goat beach club next door was great.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in my room. Not so much a fault of the hotel but something to note. It is a tropical climate after all

The location can't be beat. It's right on the beach which is perfect when you just want to go there directly from your room. There are two huge swimming pools. The neighborhood has all the basics you need - restaurants, convenience stores, even a decent sized supermarket nearby. Traffic to Phuket town or other beaches is always trouble but you don't really need to leave as everything you need is right here. At this price range, this is the best you can get.

There was a lot of humidity in the room until we found the right settings for A/C. Traffic in Phuket is horrendous, as it seems to be in all of Thailand, but that is not the hotel's fault. Just be advised that a trip to another beach or the town will likely take a long time.

La proximité avec la plage nous a séduit. La plage était propre avec de nombreux restaurants. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. La chambre familiale était top et bien décoré. Les piscines au top. Le petit déjeuner était génial.

Everything was fantastic. I had a health problem on my last day, the staff was beyond nice and helpful. THANK YOU Rooms are spacious, quiet, bedding was comfortable, they accomodated my gluten-free diet. I was super pleased

We all (4 of us) got very sick the 2nd day of our stay with vomiting and diarrhoea totally ruined the rest of our holiday as it dragged on for ages. The only thing we all had the same were the pool bar cocktails so we are attributing it to the ice 🤷‍♀️ The staff at this hotel are not overly friendly which is not our usual experience in Thailand.

The A/C system it's very noise in the room even if the fan it's at the minimum. This cause poeple like me, light sleeper, to struggle having a good night sleep.

Wir haben bereits das 2. mal hier unsere ersten 3 Nächte in Thailand verbracht zum Ankommen. Es geht einem hier wirklich gut und man durchsteht den Jetlag wunderbar. Das Frühstück kann man mit Meeresblick genießen. Der große Pool verfügt über eine tolle Atmosphäre mit einer Insel und auch einer Treppe zum einfacheren Einstieg in den Pool. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer kleinen Straße mit Restaurants, Massagen und einem 7/11. Man vergisst ein wenig, dass man sich im Massentourismus befindet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und vorausschauend. Wir sind mit Senioren gereist und sie haben für die beiden sofort das Zimmer vom 4. Stock ins Erdgeschoss verlegt.

Food variety wasn’t massive both restaurants seemed similar. Weather was very rainy so not much to do during the rain.

Het was onze eerste keer in Thailand (alsook het eerste hotel) en het was onmiddellijk een schot in de roos. Wat een prachtig hotel!! Het personeel is zo lief en vriendelijk en staat steeds voor je klaar. De kamers zijn ruim, netjes en comfortabel. De badkamer is groot en beschikt over een ruime douche. Alles is ook voorzien wat je maar nodig hebt. De zwembaden liggen verscholen in een prachtige oase van groen, je raakt er niet op uitgekeken. Je loopt ook zo het strand op waar je mooie, lange wandelingen kan maken. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel gevarieerd en lekker, voor elk wat wils. Probeer zeker ook een massage in het hotel! Deze dames hun handen zijn goud waard!! Bedankt voor het fantastische verblijf aan al het personeel, wij hebben enorm genoten!

A lovely resort style hotel. Staff and amenities were great. Right on the beach and a great pool. Stayed in the off season though so may be different when its full of Europeans.

Can't fault the hotel its self, but its a little bit out the way.

The buffer was great, a wonderful spread daily. Of all the hotels we visited, this was the best buffet. Out hotel room was cool, beds comfy, and bathroom was noce. Folks were friendly. Overall, great stay and would consider staying again.

I didn't like the fact that we had to put up 5000 baht cash for a room deposit, entirely too much and the front desk was not the nicest about it. The neighbors next door were too easy to hear, kept us up late at night. Limited TV channels to watch anything non-Thai. I also thought the pool was dated looking and could use a refresh. This location is not close to most of the areas needed to visit so it ended up costing time and money for Grab rides.

Beach is very beautiful although there is a lot of garbage around, but it ''cultural'' in the whole Phuket area, it has nothing to do with hotel.It's a kind of weak government policy, there is not even public garbage bins around.

The hotel was really comfortable, the front door and reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Golf, super helpful guy! Breakfast was great with good choices. The pools were nice and big, the pool bar was a nice touch. Our room was amazing, clean with great facilities, WiFi was worked perfectly.

The air conditioning in the room is not a traditional air conditioner, it’s more of a fan with 3 settings and temperature control, it worked but it was hard to get a comfortable temperature in the room. The spa was very busy and the jacuzzi pool outside the spa was never clean and the jets were never on so it felt a little abandoned.

Beachfront, proximity to the town, swimming pools, breakfast. Good staff support. Rooms are well maintained. Quite fast check in and check out procedures. 7-11 just across the road. Not far from Porto de Phuket. We stayed first two days and last day of our trip (the mid days were not in Phuket) In general I would recommend it.

Ground floor rooms are a bit dark and outdated, it's not a new hotel (but not runned down, just design is not newest). Coffee was just average.

При заезде с нас взяли ещё 16000 бат, мы ошиблись при бронирование с количеством людей. Но когда я набирала через букинг,доплата не высвечивалась, было очень неприятно .Вообще я не рекомендую этот отель

Нам понравилось все. До заселения мне написали заранее что бы подготовить номер, что бы знать во ск мы прибудим. Угостили welcome drink. Проводили в номер, ознакомили с гостиницей.. Что касаемо море 1линия никаких дорог просто идеально...завтраки европейкие +азия..ужин каждый день разная кухня итд.. на ресепшене Daniel говорит по русски что очень удобно и намного комфортнее..нам с супругом и с детьми все очень понравилось. Держите свой уровень. Мы будем возвращаться снова и снова🙏

Die tolle Lage am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Zimmer waren sehr schön und vor allem das Bett super bequem. Das Bett war fantastisch geschmückt zu meinem Geburtstag.😍 die Massagen am Strand waren sehr gut.

Am Wochenende war es am Strand doch recht laut von den Gastronomie rechts und links vom Hotel.

Нам посоветовали этот отель и мы остались очень довольны. Лучшее соотношение цена-качество. 1. Потрясающее местоположение. Прям у входа в отель обменник, магазин продуктов, массажные салоны, рестораны (понравился ITalay Bangtao Restaurant), аптека, магазины со всякими принадлежностями с нормальными ценами. До аэропорта 35 минут. 2. Приветливый персонал. Все рассказали, показали, провели экскурсию сразу после заселения. Нам проводили на английском, но в отеле есть парень Даниил, который может помочь и на русском. Он вообще каждый день ходит по территории и отвечает на вопросы/консультирует. 3. Небольшая, но комфортная территория. Всего 3 бассейна - лягушатник для деток, напротив него бассейн с глубиной 1,2м - 1,4м (в нем в основном купаются люди с подростками), и с другой стороны есть бассейн глубже (в основном купаются взрослые, но детям там тоже можно купаться) Есть небольшой спортивный зал, 2 точки с массажем - одна на улице, вторая около спортзала и там массаж делают внутри. Судя по количеству людей, которые туда идут, он недорогой и качественный. Есть джакузи-бассейн. Включить его стоит 100 батт. Включают на 10 минут или около того. Нам хватило 1 раза) 2 ресторана - один, где проходит завтрак и ужин, второй на пляже. Понравилось, что лежаков много и у бассейна и рядом с пляжем. Ни разу не было проблем найти свободный. 4. Очень спокойно Хотя и порядочно людей с детьми, но как-то все размеренно. Все распределяются по территории и никто никому не мешает. 5. На территории отеля цены даже в баре вполне себе нормальные. Кофе 95батт, фреши тоже 95 батт (это если совсем лень куда-то идти) Один раз мы ели в ресторане при отеле на пляже, нам не особо понравилось. Цены чуть выше, чем в ресторанах на улице. 6. Номера Отличные и просторные номера. У нас была большая кровать и дополнительно поставили доп кровать для ребенка. и все равно места хватало. Мебель не новая, но работает отлично, правда мне она показалась немного неудобной. Есть каналы на русском.

Tolles Hotel an ruhiger Lage 👍 sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal! Trotz der ruhigen Lage gibt es ganz nahe viele Restaurants und kleine Läden. Die Massage direkt am Meer (vom Hotel aus) war eine der besten, welche wir in den ganze 3 Wochen Urlaub erleben durften 🤩👍

I absolutely love this hotel the food is lovely and all of the staff are so helpful and friendly. I would like to say a big thank you to Tes on reception who always goes above and beyond to make my stay here amazing and to kitty in the restaurant for being so lovely and always looking after me. I would highly recommend the best western and I will definitely be coming here for many years to come xx

Das Hotel, die Zimmer, der Pool, das Frühstück, das Essen im Rest. Seafood, hat uns super gefallen.

Die Liegestühle am Strand waren etwas gar nahe beieinander. Die Idee mit dem Zettel auf den Liegestühle, dass bis 09.30 Uhr nicht reserviert werden darf, finde ich ausgezeichnet. Das Reservieren von Liegestühlen in den Hotelanalgen ist immer sehr mühsam. Ich würde noch befürworten, dass die reservierten Liegestühle vor 09.30 Uhr konsequent von den Badetüchern befreit werden würden. So mussten wir leider selber Hand anlegen, was zu bösen Blicken oder gar Diskussionen führte.

We booked through Expedia from 26th February to 2nd march 3026. We were lucky to get a beautiful room 5111 a semi detached bungalow a short distance from the beach. We rented sunbeds for 200 bhat to the first right on the beach brilliant location, especially as I could pop to the toilet, having room so close to the beach. I’m not a pool person so was highly welcomed. The beach is beautiful and clean not like other reviews I saw. Sea water was clear too.Be warned the toilet and washing facilities at this beach bar were one of the worst I’ve seen. Shame my husband had ordered food there. I warned him to check the toilet facilities as you could see the kitchen washing facilities. This is no reflection or anything to do with the hotel. The hotel was spotless throughout and we had evening meal at the beach side restaurant. Food was well presented my husband absolutely loved his sea bass. Food was well presented at a good price. I love Thai food and brought up on spicy food, however I have difficulty in getting the chef to prepare my food and they are reluctant. Even when I say I’ll sign a statement saying I want it that way. They still prepared it western style and spices in dishes. The customer should be able to ask for the meal preparation as it’s prepared as they eat it. That’s the only frustrating thing I found, rest of stay was faultless. The reception staff as well as every member of staff was amazing. They really do want you to have an amazing time and you feel you were the only person there. A massive thank you to all the staff. I can’t comment on breakfast as we were room only. The drinks and food were delicious and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend staying here and definitely would stay here again

Dejligt værelse med god seng. Flot pool. Lige ned til strand og byen er lige udenfor døren. Der var pænt og rent over det hele.

For at få en plads med sol, skulle vi være tidligt nede ved poolen om morgenen og det er irriterende. Personalet forsøger at fjerne håndklæder hvis man reserverer solsenge inden kl 9.30. Intentionen er god, virkningen mindre god.

My husband and I stayed 20/2/26 - 6/3/26. After a very long flight, 12 & 1/2 hours, direct from Manchester - Phuket we arrived at our hotel around 9am. From the outside the hotel doesn’t look much, as it’s on the main road, wait till you see the inside, it’s gorgeous and massive. We checked in and were told our room number, 5302. Unfortunately check-in is after 3pm, which we knew after having read about the hotel on their website. We had prepared for this and packed our swimwear, sun cream and a hat so it was easy to get out of our suitcases. We were given a slip to take to the restaurant for a complimentary breakfast. After breakfast we lazed around the pool, had a dip and lazed again until we could get our room key. When we had our key we made our way to our room, which was in the 5th block on the 3rd floor. There isn’t a lift and the stairs are a killer, had we realised I would have e-mailed the hotel requesting a room on a lower floor or a ground floor room. The stairs weren’t good but we persevered, it was good exercise. Our room overlooked the 2nd pool and we had a partial sea view to the right and a view of the Main Street to the left. The room was fantastic, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Cleaned every day and bottles of water replenished every day. There were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Towels were changed every day. Bedding was changed about 4 times during our stay. We had a mini bar - a few cans in the fridge, a chocolate bar and nuts. The mini bar was not free, I would have expected it to be free for a 4 star hotel. We didn’t use anything from the mini bar, we had booked All Inclusive so if we wanted a drink in the room we got it from the pool bar and took it to our room. There was also a safe, iron, slippers, robes, hairdryer and mosy plus in our room. We didn’t use the mosy plug as we didn’t need it but it was a nice touch to provide it. The 2 restaurants were lovely, the main restaurant was buffet style and the other restaurant was waiter/waitress service. This was the Seaside restaurant which needed to be pre-booked the day before. The staff in both restaurants are all very nice, friendly and make you feel welcome, they are very attentive. We ate at both restaurants, our favourite was the Seaside restaurant. The food was out of this world (be prepared to put weight on, I did). Again the staff went above and beyond. Special mention to 2 members of staff - Johanna Mebato and Beeta - they made our dining experience special. There was never a shortage of sun loungers though a lot of guests reserved them with towels, though this is against hotel policy before 9.30am, we only saw one lot of towels moved by the hotel though lots of guests got away with it. The hotel is on the beach, and very relaxing, no loud music, there isn’t much night time entertainment in the hotel, but after a full day lying in the sun or after a day out it was nice to have a quiet drink after our meal and then return to our room, watch to and bed, which was very comfy. There are 2 areas where you can have a massage, we both had a neck, shoulders & back massage. If you want to go on any trips, trips can be booked through the hotel, TUI rep (our rep was Emma) or independently through tour shops on the main street or on the beach outside the beach bars. We booked to go to the Phi Phi Islands with a tour company on the beach, the trip was fantastic but we struggled to understand the guide. We also booked 2 other trips with our TUI rep - the Phuket Elephant Conservation and the trip to the James Bond Island - both absolutely fantastic. There is a tuk tuk taxi rank outside the hotel, which we used to go to the Boat Avenue Night Market. Absolutely fantastic experience. Our tuk tuk driver also came back for us later to go back to the hotel. This was our first time in Thailand, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, we met some lovely people, guests and staff. On day we will definitely return.

Arrived at BW Bangtao Beach after a 4 night stay for a family wedding in Bangkok. Nice change to go from the madness and chaos of the city to the calmness and quiteness of Bangtao. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the pool and with a view of the beach in the distance. No lifts at this hotel. Our twin room was a decent size with a large TV streaming Netflix (if you have an account) Bathroom had a large walk in shower. Air con was much needed and worked well. Mini bar was chargeable but they did supply 2 glass bottles of water every day for use in the room. Maid was in daily and towels were refreshed if needed and beds made. Personally I felt there was very little storage for clothes. A cabinet under the TV was too low and the wardrobe had hangers but no shelving. I hung a few things and then pretty much lived out my case. The balcony had a small wooden hanger thing for wet stuff. Pools were lovely. Not too cold or busy. Towels are lifted if people put them down and leave before 9.30am There was plenty loungers when we were there at both pools and you can opt to lounge at the beach too if you fancy it. Pool bar does do food which can be ordered to have at your lounger. They have two massage areas. I went to both and favoured the one where the ladies are dressed in green. Had a terrific head, neck and feet massage. So lovely listening to the waves during the treatment. Breakfast was nice. Pretty standard and basic. The usual cereals, breads and continental options. Nothing to write home about but the view from the restaurant looking out to the beach is so nice. There is a 7-11 right opposite the hotel which is situated on a dodgy bend. Beware the traffic (it is Thailand!) We booked two trips through the lady at the hotel. A full day boat trip to include Phi Phi Island and a visit to an elephant sanctuary. Both were reasonably priced and went without a hitch. The lady herself is very helpful and friendly and has good English so communication is easy. Plenty of places to eat nearby and we loved Siam Mumbai which is practically opposite. Food was super tasty with a large varied menu. Our stay at BW Bangtao was lovely. Relaxing and peaceful. There is no schedule here. No games at the pool. No entertainment unless you count a singer at dinner. A bit atmosphereless but this is maybe the normal in Thailand. A special mention to Golf who meets and greets at reception. A credit to the hotel he was always smiling. Very friendly and helpful.

Заказали трансфер, встретили в аэропорту, как надо. Персонал отличный, особенно хочется отметить Даниэля ,помогает во всем. Курение на территории только в специально отведенном месте ,под роспись выдается бумага о запрете курения в номерах и штрафе за нарушение. Очень правильно! Лежаки всегда можно найти и почти все они в тени сосен.

Le personnel incompétent et désagréable, manque de professionnalisme, on n’est pas traité comme un client. Par ex au dîner, les assiettes ont été apportées et il a fallu payer de suite. La qualité du dîner au restaurant mauvaise

Superbly located hotel right on the beachfront. Excellent facilities available such as the swimming pool, restaurant and bar and close to other excellent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

The resort is a little dated - some tiles missing in the pool, but overall this didn't detract from the stay.
