Bed and Sofa. Soft, smooth and smells good bed. Sofa is so comfy pluffy.

Room is not so clean and some parts of room is not working properly (looks ancient). It appears that they do not have enough staff. We are not aware that the pool is in another building and it is not clean.

The receptionist herself was polite and accommodating, so no issue with her personally. But it honestly seemed like she was handling everything alone — receptionist, assistant, cleaner, and even cook.

Our stay was unfortunately not smooth at all. We arrived around 11 AM and there was no one at the reception. The guard still had to call the receptionist. We were very tired from the trip and hoped to check in early if available. They also charge ₱250 per hour for early check-in. We came back around 1 PM, and the room was already available. We were willing to pay the ₱250/hour fee just to rest early. However, the family room (2-bedroom) we booked had a major issue: one bedroom’s aircon was leaking badly. I called reception and was only told to wait for maintenance. They simply gave us a bucket first. When I followed up again, I was told: “Ma’am hindi po namin alam kung darating yung maintenance at tawag na lang po kayo ulit kasi bago pa lang ako dito.” The leak was not minor at all — one bucket would fill up every 2–3 hours. On top of that, the sound of dripping water was extremely loud the entire time, making it impossible to properly rest. Since it seemed like the issue would not be fixed anytime soon, we requested to transfer rooms. Because there were no more available family rooms, we ended up moving to a single room instead. They simply locked the bedroom with the leaking aircon in the original family room. This became very inconvenient because we had to transfer our things around, even though we specifically booked a family room for comfort and convenience. There were actually many other hotels or condos in Tagaytay where we could have just booked two separate rooms for a lower price, but we chose this property because of the family room setup. We paid more than ₱7,000 for 4 adults and 1 child, yet there was no compensation or even consideration for the hassle we experienced. The pool was also disappointing. The water looked dirty and was only half-filled, so our child was unable to swim. Additional issues we experienced: -The bidet would not stop once pressed. -One of the fans was not working. -The WiFi connection was very weak.

The location was good. The size of the room was good. The bathroom/shower was good.

On first arriving at the hotel I noticed that the front door was two sliding doors but 3 of the 4 handles were missing so you had to open/close the two doors by holding onto the screws that were still in the doors even though the handles were long gone. It's all about first impressions! I'm sure replacement handles are not expensive or difficult to fit. We checked in and were given Room 210 and were shown to the room. After putting all our luggage down we were told that the key card was not working for this room and that whenever we wanted to re-enter our room we would have to get a member of staff to come and unlock the door for us. Not impressed! Why give a guest a room with a broken door? It's a good job we were only there for two nights otherwise I would have asked for a different room. The bedroom had been painted kermit the frog green on the walls and the doors were painted orange. Horrible! No teaspoons were provided in the room so I asked for some and got given two tablespoons instead. Oh well. Only one of the ceiling fans worked. We were never shown where their restaurant was so we went out for meals instead. The 3 of us walked past the security guard and he was fast asleep. This was at 10am! It was obvious to us that this hotel was under staffed. It looked like the girl on reception that booked us in did pretty much everything else as well. We didn't bother with their swimming pool as it is not attached to the hotel. We had a pretty disappointing stay at Lee Boutique and will not be returning.

Several inconveniences affected our stay: the swimming pool was left half‑filled, our room key card never worked (requiring staff to open the door each time), one ceiling fan was unusable, and the televisions offered only limited channels with streaming unavailable. We also noticed the security guard asleep in the lobby late at night, and a light bulb that was replaced became busted again after just two days. These recurring issues made the overall comfort of our stay fall short of expectations.

I booked for 2 beds, when we checked in there’s no available room that has 2 beds, Only 1 queen bed so disappointed we’re charged with extra bed.

We stayed for 4 days, and despite spending days checking emails, messages, and the phone number listed on the website before arrival, we couldn't reach anyone, neither an authorized person nor anyone else, to guide us. We couldn't even reach the manager to explain the difficulties we faced getting there from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. We left a note at reception stating that we wanted to speak with the manager, but no one contacted us. No one listened to our problems... I think this is a major shortcoming. I would have definitely wanted the manager to contact us and listen to us. But it didn't happen. They told us he was out and would pass on our note when he returned, but for 4 days there was no manager or anyone we could speak to... I give them full marks for their indifference and apathy, 10 out of 10.

There was no hot water in our bathroom. No phone in the room so we couldn’t advise thebgtontbdesk. From the online info we thought there was a restaurant. But the accommodations were good. Very clean and the mattress was very comfortable.

Not soundproofed. Stayed there to get some rest, unfortunately, the neighbors are too loud, the front desk didnt do anything, didnt even say sorry. My stay was a so disappointing, waste of money and of rest day. Also very poor wifi connection and no mobile signal

Hello I'm trying to get a reply as to change my booking I stayed at the hotel 14 to 16 oct as I booked wrong dates I was expecting a reply and canceled confirmation as I stayed there at a earlier date 1

It was clean and the room was spacious for both of us. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

Some of the sockets didnt look like it was working. The TV wasn't turning on, the room was a bit dark for us. Bring your own toiletries

I spent 5 days here. The other reviews are accurate, in that the lobby and room really do feel luxurious! The dual inverter in my room was new and efficient, and I had access to netflix and youtube on tv. It also is in a great location...it's on the crest of the mountain and nestled among residents and one or two other venues (both were empty on my walk), so it's quiet and you can hear a symphony of frogs and crickets every night because it is basically in the forest. At the same time, it is on a major road, so I never had to call or wait more than a minute for a taxi/tuk-tuk driver. The staff are excellent and really made my stay seamless! They were around at all times of the day, and made sure I was well-hydrated (I never had to worry about buying water bottles, they were very generous!). The breakfast and massage services were both in my room so it was also really convenient. If I ever get the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again!

Location is accessible & room size are okay for a 2 bedroom suite.

Cleanliness & neatness of the reception, stairs, roof top & surrounding areas could be maintained to manage guests expectations as seen in the website photos. Furnitures & decors can be improved to give a modern look & feel.

When we checked in, there was no basic amenities available. Had to go to the reception to request for the amenities.

we arrived let - the front-office was manned by a guy in shirt, shorts and sleepers (not his fault). our party of four adults was given only one room key - which broke and we had to pay P300 for the replacement. there was a rug inside the room ref (it was unplugged and open), no shower curtain. we had to request for towels, shower curtain (which we hanged ourselves, because they just gave it to us). we were not able to sleep due to noise from the other guests (the walls are thin).

Clean facilities, friendly staff were a plus. But breakfast menu was very limited with some of the items not available and the pool in the photo belongs to the property next door! Booked junior suite but there was loud noise from the road so we moved to another, quieter room. It’s a long way from the centre of town and the busy road has no paths.

How can this place call itself a "boutique" hotel when they don't even provide the basics, such as dental kits, facial tissue, and slippers?

Friendly staff, easy to check in and out of the hotel. The security deposit was 2000 per room and I didn’t know about it before booking the room. I barely had enough money when I checked in, I did receive it all back when checking out.

Only one staff was there to do everything. reception, cook,roomservice, etc. The rest were OJT who partially know what they're doing. Bfast should've been buffet esp for it's price of 600/plate

Understaffed!!! He was manning the front desk, doing the cooking for bfast and also had to do other errands/chores. The OJT didnt know half of what they're ding. And one even stank. Also not well lit hotel. pool was at a different location/compund.

I didn’t like the fact that I had booked two rooms through Booking.com and they booked me just one room, so the charges were way over priced. Most of the blame for this poor experience I would put on Booking.com, despite writing to the hotel to confirm the two rooms, they didn’t receive the email. I won’t be booking anything with booking.com again.

They did not replenish the amenities such as dental kit, toilet papers, welcome amenity (nuts and coffee). Even of the guests did not consume it, they should replace it especially if the guests are staying for more than one night because they are paying for the amenities per night. I should know because I am a hotelier myself

It was easy to find.

- The door was broken, we had to ask for an administrative help to ensure that our belongings were still safe inside if we want to find something to eat outside. - Nearest restaurants are 5-10 minute walk. - The pool is not well-maintained. - Some of the staff were not welcoming.

We staff let us borrow some bowls for the take out that we had and ate it on the rooftop. Staff as also attentive and accommodating. Had a chat with a few of the housekeepers on the rooftop while they were cleaning and they were very polite and nice.

The rooms does not have iron and hair dryer. We did request both at the front desk and was able to get a hair dryer but another guest had the flat iron. The rooftop has a swing chair that fell when we sat down. There was also a leak in the bathroom and the floor under the sink countertop was flooded the whole time we were there.

We just stayed there to sleep after we came from a golf game and dinner. The room was clean, and the aircon was cold enough, but the wifi was poorly fluctuating. The television set was not working, and the lavatory was clogged, but we managed somehow. But the price was fair for the room we got.

- Limited parking space. - Wifi is not very stable. - Limited to none tv channels, it is better to have a smart tv connected to the internet for youtube or netflix.

I love the location and their staffs. It is few minutes to the center and 6kms to sky ranch. Aircons were really cool. Easy to reach the place. Their staffs (Marvin, Sylvia and the other 2 who replaced their shifts)were really accommodating.

The initial deposit mentioned in my booking was PHP2500 but at the property, Sylvia told us 2500/room and she just made it PHP4000. No problem as the deposit will be returned. Good thing I have enough cash. We are in digital world now and not all have cash on hand. There is no hairdryer in the room but you can request.

Uniqueness of the property was the area in the Philippines. The fact that it was on a road that was busy but not in a main city area. So in the evening it quieted down

Took me by surprise once I saw the actual rooms.....Very good location in Tagaytay. Great deal too- if in fact the rooms were $200plus USD! Rooms were advertised as special discount, starting as low as $42 (I wanted a balcony so I chose the Executive Suite,at like $49 (after a closer, ALL rooms were listed as the same size). BTW, rooms were spacious.... WiFi was painfully slow to constant losing connectivity (non-existent in the bathroom, where I needed it most) FYI- There is hot water, TG! ...It takes awhile to heat up,I later discovered, but just before I was about to cut my losses to find a newER hotel. Just know that you should lower your expectations about 1 1/2 Stars from what you may see in the pics (and read reviews!)

Its truly a 5 star stay experience in Lee Boutique Hotel with a classy room, perfect hotel location and above all the excellent and friendly services of all the hotel staff.
