The rooms very old,full of Indian people,noisy,breakfast not up to standard,and far out from anywhere.dissapointing.wont be going there again.

Le lieux un peu vetuste mais ça semble logique avec le prix ..

Hotel duży, nie najnowszy, basen mogliby odnowić, niemniej jednak nie korzystaliśmy z niego, woda czysta, pokoje czyste, personel uprzejmy zdystansowany jak to w dużych hotelach. Teren zadbany, NA trzy noce był ok. Plaża przy hotelu ładna pusta. Mogę polecić jako obiekt przejazdowy w trakcie objazdu Tajlandii.

Leider hat die Air-condition im 7. Stock nicht richtig funktioniert und der Mangel wurde, trotz Beschwerde, nicht behoben. Im Zimmer waren es trotz Dauerkühlung auf höchster Stufe 28° C.

Madrass var svært hard, ba om en overmadrass og da var alt ok, noe slitasje på rom.

We had a wonderful stay at Asia Pattaya Hotel! We booked a sea view room, and the view was absolutely fantastic. Waking up to the beautiful ocean view made the entire experience even more special. The breakfast spread was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Everything was fresh and well prepared, making breakfast something we looked forward to every morning. The property itself is very nice, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy the coastal charm of Pattaya. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend Asia Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic place to stay in Pattaya. ⭐

Aamiainen oli loistava, mukavan monipuolinen.

One of the first hotels in Pattaya and it doesn't seem to have changed much. The architecture is fantastic, the gardens are lovely, and it's on the beach. IT'S ALITTLE GEM.

The staff was very nice. The lobby and outside area including the pool was kept up.

In stark contrast to the way the lobby and outside areas looked, the rooms were in need of repair, upgrading and the cleanliness was lacking. The bathrooms had mold around the sink and bathtub, water damage and lots of chipped paint. The beds were so hard we woke up with sore shoulders and hips.

Loved Ginny, she had the biggest smile, and so welcoming every morning. I would say she’s the most valuable employee. The pool was very nice but outdated a bit. Need some work. Being close to the beach. The breakfast every morning was nice and fresh and full.

The bathrooms need to be updated. The bed was hard but doable. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Very dated.

Room was great , slightly dated pool good and location was great breakfast very good.

Комфортный номер с видом на море. Расположен отель в тихой зоне Протамнак. Хорошие завтраки, без излишеств. Все есть. Вкусный кофе. Попадая туда, словно попадаешь в начало 90-х годов. Начиная от лифтов, заканчивая сантехникой. Но все работает. Убираются, хотя иногда приходилось их просить об этом. Вид на море супер! Балконов нет, но окна открываются. Бассейн есть, но мы купаемся на море.

1. Когда я отодвинула тумбочку, чтобы найти розетку, я поняла, что ее не отодвигали лет 20! Толстый слой пыли на проводах подверг меня в шок. Уборщица ничего не сделала с этим, а просто задвинула ее обратно. Не убрала! 2. Розеток мало, берите удлинители с собой! 3. Окна с видом на море не мешало бы помыть!!! Это такая мелочь, но так значительно портит к себе отношение!

Great location lovely staff shame thry have taken security off the beach steps as Everyman is coming up from beach jumping in the pool covered in sand them showering & leaving as not paid to stay at the hotel have come here many years security used to stop this happening but now it’s a free got all have to watch your belongings like a hawk

The pool and lawn areas are unuseable. All the chairs and umbrellas are reserved with towels by people before breakfast. and they go shopping. Security should remove these towels if these areas are empty. I've been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years. and this has been the same problem. What's the point of coming to a resort if you can't use the pool? I can go to Hawaii or Mexico. I will never come here again.

ขออนุญาตรีวิวตามควาทคิดเห็นส่วนตัวนะคะ ความรู้สึกส่วนตัวคือพนักงานต้อนรับน้องผู้ชายไม่ค่อยช่วยเหลือลูกค้าเลย 1)ต้องใช้บัตรประชาขนผู้เข้าพักทุกคน เน้นว่าทุกคน เลยบอกว่ายังมาไม่ครบ รถกำลังตามมาอีก น้องก็โอเค เอาของคนที่มาถึงก่อน ให้ไปเสร็จสัพเรียบร้อย เปิดห้องได้ 3ห้องตามที่จองไว้ ได้คีย์การ์ดครบทุกห้อง ส่วนคนที่มาถึงตามหลัง ไม่ขอบัตรเพิ่ม งงเลย ตอนเเรกยืนยันหนักแน่นว่าจะเอาของทุกคนเท่านั้น จำเป็นต้องใช้ครับ รวมถึงเก็บเงินมัดจำ 1000บาท/ห้อง/คืน ***ก่อนการเข้าพักเท่านั้น*** ยืนยันชัดเจนหนักแน่นว่าต้องได้บัตรประชาขนและมัดจำก่อนเข้าพัก ไม่ยอมให้ขึ้นห้องพักก่อน บอกว่าขอเข้าห้องพักก่อนได้ไหม เดี๋ยวเอาให้ทีหลังได้ไหม ทั้งๆที่จองออนไลน์จ่ายค่าห้องครบหมดแล้ว พนักงานบอกว่าต้องก่อนเช็คอินครับ โอเค พาครอบครัวเด็กเล็กและผู้สูงอายุไปเที่ยว แอบเซ็งนิดหน่อยต้องมารื้อหาบัตรประชาชนกว่าจะได้เข้าห้อง ต่อด้วย มัดจำห้องละ1000 จ่ายผ่านเงินสดหรือบัตรเครดิตก็ได้ ไม่ได้กดเงิน เลยใช้บัตรเครดิตจ่าย หลังจากนั้นขึ้นห้องพักได้ พอมาวันเช็คเอาท์ น้องคนเดิมบอกว่าห้องเรียบร้อย ค่ามัดจำจะได้คืนภายใน 14-15วันนี่แหละ จำไม่ได้ โอเค เซอร์ไพรส์เลย คิดว่าจะได้คืนวันเช็คเอาท์ ไม่เป็นไร ตอนนี้ 13วันแล้ว ยังไม่ได้เงินค่ามัดจำคืน 3000บาท (3ห้อง ห้องละ1คืน) เดี๋ยวรอดูค่ะ จะได้เงินคืนวันไหน แอบลุ้น (เรื่องบัตรประชาชนกับมัดจำ ไม่มีปัญหานะคะ เพียงแต่เราไม่รู้มาก่อน เลยไม่ได้เตรียมตัวไปให้พร้อม ส่วนตัวถ้าได้รู้ข้อมูลตรงนี้มาบ้าง จะได้เตรียมบัตรและเงินสดไปให้พร้อมค่ะ) 2)ลูกค้ายืนรอเช็คอินอยู่2คน พนักงานก็เห็นว่าใครมาก่อน แต่เลือกที่จะทักทายให้บริการคนมาทีหลังก่อน และลูกค้าที่มาทีหลังต้องบอกพนักงานว่าให้เราก่อน งง

Отдыхали в этом отеле в 2018 году с мужем и по старой памяти решили вернутся в 2026м. Пожалели. Контингент 99% русскоговорящие шумные туристы, дерутся ночами в номерах, кричат. Лежаков свободных не найти. Пляж очень грязный стал, валяются ошметки фруктов ананасов и кокосов на территории и на пляже. На территории по уборке персонала не видела. Вода в море стала тоже грязная с пакетами и остатками еды, плаваешь среди мусора. На пляже предлагают кукурузу прямо как в Адлере. Отель был старенький в 2018 году, а в этом году он без изменений и еще больше постарел. Попросила поменять номер на одну двуспальную кровать, мне отказали по причине наполненности отеля. Больше не вернемся. Очень надеюсь, когда нибудь на этом месте будет чистый новый отель

First room allocated was really horrible, demanded change

Spa suite was large and had a really nice garden ocean and terrace view. Pool and gym excellent. View from hotel is fantastic with superb sunset photography possibilities. Direct beach access to a beautiful beach.

Upgrade of electrical charging options in the room needed and newer aircond

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Badezimmer renovationsbedürftig. Nicht so sauber wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.

My room was outdated. Air condition barely worked, hard to control. Lowest setting was still to high.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Voor elk wat wils. Veel fruit, yoghurt, muesli, maar ook oosterse gerechten uit diverse landen. Er was volkoren brood en veel soorten kleine gebakjes. De tuin is prachtig en je kunt er heerlijk op ligbedden relaxen, met uitzicht over zee. Ook het grote zwembad is ideaal!

Soms waren er wel erg veel bussen en dan was de ontbijtruimte wat krap. Verder had je geen hinder van de vele gasten omdat het hotel ruim is opgezet.

Last night, we couldn’t sleep because next door has someone knocked the door it was so loud and disturbed me also two working lady came around 4:30 am room 741 they were kicking the door and punch up I have ran to the reception and tell them to get security check with this room 741 what was happening? In my opinion. I think the people from outside shouldn’t come up to the Customer room. and security should solving the problem before police man came. By the way just to let you know and solving the problem if there is happening with other customer in the future.

The location of this hotel is great, and the private beach area is very nice if you just want to relax. However, the rooms really need renovation — the furniture is old, the lighting is dim and yellowish, and there’s a dusty smell. The breakfast experience was terrible. The staff seemed to treat guests differently based on appearance, which felt discriminatory and very uncomfortable. Staff need proper training to treat all customers with equal respect. Overall, a beautiful location but disappointing service and outdated rooms.
