Elevators always full, you need to wait to get there. Staff to learn English as communication is poor. HK knocking the room door even when DND button is on. Breakfast are poor and the same every day. Variety of food is less. Coffee machines always in errors. BTW coffee in the rooms much better than on the breakfast. Deposit upon arrival was 1000 baht.

Хороший отель на берегу моря с аквапарком на территории. К сожалению воспользоваться им не успел. Снимал отдельное бунгало. Для непродолжительного пребывания вполне годно. Рум сервис на ежедневной основе. Можно даже покормить белок, которых полно на территории отеля.

Норм отель за свои деньги.

Das Personal war überfordert. Beim einchecken gegen 21:30, wir waren die einzigen an der Rezeption zu der Zeit, wurden uns falsche Zimmernummern und falsche Zugangsdaten zum Internet gegeben. Beim Versuch die Mängel dort zu melden, hat es nicht geklappt mehr als eine Sache vorzubringen. Die Sauberkeit in dem gesamten Hotel und im speziell im Zimmer war schlecht. Trotz zweimaliger Beschwerde and der Rezeption hat sich nichts geändert. Einen Tag kamen 5 Personen zum Reinigen, aber der Dreck vom ersten Tag war immer noch da. Wir bekamen auch feuchte Bettwäsche aufgezogen. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste, was ich je hatte. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar, die Rühreier schwammen im Wasser, die Pfannkuchen waren innen grau usw. Ich kann hier leider nicht alles aufzählen. Das W-Lan hatte ein sehr schlechtes bis kein Signal. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einstellen, der Kommentar vom Personal: Ist schon alt, können wir nichts machen. Die Fahrstuhltüren schlossen auch wenn man gerade im Eingang stand. Sicherheit? Der Aqua Park ist nicht wirklich etwas für Erwachsene und hatte in Sachen Sauberkeit und Sicherheit einige Mängel. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, aber was vergleichbar schlechtes habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Ich kann auch die vielen positiven Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Meine Frau, übrigens eine Thailänderin, ist der selben Meinung wie ich.

On aurait aimé déjeuner dans un buffet à aire ouvert ou climatisé. Les serviettes de plage peuvent être renouvelées car elles font pitiées avec les morceaux trafficolés.

Отель не плохой, бывают хуже, для 3- х звёзд вполне. На завтрак голодными небыли - яйца, сосиски ветчина, мясо: курица, свинина, рис, спагетти, овощи свежие и тушёные, ананасы, арбуз, кофе конечно так себе. Но в корпусе Park поставили кофемашина там кофе нормальный, есть аппарат по приготовлению мороженого и 4 электровафельницы. Ходить на завтрак можно в любой корпус. На территории два бассейна и аквапарк, гостям отеля предоставляются бесплатно пригласительные в аквапарк. Правда не понятно по какому принципу рассчитывают количество этих билетов. У нас на двоих на 19 ночей дали 10 штук, маме на одну на 13 ночей дали 12 штук. При обмене пригласительных на браслеты в будние дни выдают ещё билетик на бесплатные: холодный кофе либо фруктовый лёд. Рядом ночной рынок где можно купить сувениры, подарки а также пообедать -поужинать. Рядом 7 севен, в нем тоже можно купить что то покушать, причем вам там же могут разогреть. На улице много кафе и пунктов продаж экскурсий, покупать экскурсии на улице можно с тем же успехом что и у туроператора только дешевле. А ещё во многие места можно добираться своим ходом ( на такси Болт) и покупать входные билеты через трипком - так ещё дешевле. Удобное расположение отеля позволяет добираться из аэропорта на рейсовом автобусе за 143 бата. Только нужно учитывать что автобус ходит с 6 утра до 22 вечера. Билеты можно купить через интернет, правда для оплаты нужна зарубежная карта ( для Россиян) и при покупке через интернет берется комиссия 25 бат за билет.

upgraded room to bungalow, room very dated but functional. although the whole buildings foundation had sunk towards the back so the floor is sloping. the squirrels in the tree's outside of bungalow were fun to feed, they love peanuts! breakfast wasn't that good, especially when serving hot food in an unair-conditioned area with minimal air flow and fans that really did nothing. my first night there, I had the buffet dinner on 53rd foor of tower. the food was ok and great views of the area. but paying for my entry ticket the cashier stole some of my change money. definitely not a general mistake, she knew what she was doing. so before you move away check your change when paying with cash. this put a bad feeling about this place from the start. some of the staff very professional especially a gentleman in the lobby but others no so much. finally the free wifi, constantly getting disconnected. very frustrating having to re-enter details to reconnect every couple minutes and very slow. I would not stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it..

施設全体的に暗い。いろんなサービスがあるホテルだが施設案内がなく、何階に何があるかわからない。 繁忙期じゃないからか、フロントなどに対応がなげやりなスタッフがいた。 ビュッフェも品数が少ない。 部屋は清潔だったし、眺望は良かったのでもったいないと思います。

Die Lage war sehr gut, gleich am Meer! Für die Familien mit Kindern ist optimal. Das Hotel hat zwei Swimmingpools, einen Aquapark und ein kurzen Weg zum Meer.

Das Hotel ist schon älter und die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer (Deluxe) ließ sich die Balkontür sehr schlecht öffnen.

1. the hotel has its best days for sure years ago. The furnature, the fitness room, the chairs around the pool, ... everything neefs total renovation 2. Poor language level 3. unfriendly reception

Ucharmerende hotel, men skønt værelse med perfekt udsigt. Stort værelse med både stole inde og liggestole på terrassen (der dog ikke er gode at sidde i). Rengøring hver dag med rene håndklæder, sæbe og drikkevand. Måtte dog gerne have fejet gulvet bedre. Vi var her 8 nætter. Morgenmad er ok, men ikke den store variation, men man kan sagtens blive mæt. God plads i morgenmadslokalet. Kommer gerne igen.

We didn't have to go far from the hotel foe food or snacks.

Their eggs are not good. We are elderly so take a shower in a tub is dangerous with no way to get in safely. Also in and out of the pool..no railings. One step with no balance to get in or out could be disasterous

The sea view!! Breathtaking!! Will visit again just for that!

Thai breakfast was good. Eggs too wet, no omelets. Coffee was good and strong. A tob for older people is dangerous to get in and out.

Easy check-in and Checkout. Room are really huge. Bathroom are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet its awesome.

Air conditioner sucks

My first time to have stayed at this unbelievably bad condition of hotel and provided services. - Wi-fi did not work properly for 2 whole days during my stay. - Incredibly old bed mattress, spring sound there when sit/lie down. - Mold everywhere like bathtub, wash area, wall etc. at toilet. - Wall mounted power-outlet came out. - Did not refurnish towels and water after housekeeping service while they did not forget to take tips by me on the bed.

The breakfast was terrible. The staff was rude. Only the man in front of the elevator was very kind. The pool is small. The room is big and the bed is conformable.

There were lots of staff “working”, but pointless!!! I only stayed 2 nights, they didn’t clean our room, when I came to complain and ask for fresh towels they were surprised and ask “don’t you have towels” I said I’d like fresh ones and toiletries and water. They fixed everything - they came and cleaned right away. The tub was leaking.. water gone everywhere on the floor. Then internet was broken, so no WiFi. Also some lights had burnt out bulbs.

1st of all the hotel takes a cut from the taxi service that Spring them to you. And when you leave. Water is charged double from nearby store. The electricity in the Room ruined my newer razor. The overall place looks good and the setting is beautiful, but this place is a cash cow. I realize my Room was only $57 but hair on the floor mold in the bathroom and bugs don't make it worth it. The food was not good either so what good is a free breakfast. I do appreciate the attempt to even have some American food, but it was poor at best. It is a good thing I came alone. It was hilarious that they have to check your room before you check out. No hotel has ever done that before. They have a nice pool but they charge and have very limited hours only 9-6. The TV had limited channels. The sad thing is this place could be very good but several details are not being met. No more Pattaya for me.

Старенький номерной фонд, немного запущенная территория, большое количество китайских туристов. Но эти недостатки окупаются отличной локацией. Идеален для первого путешествия с ограниченным бюджетом: рядом ночной рынок с огромным количеством недорогих кафе, массажные салоны, обменники. Недалеко тук-туки.

The mattress was not too comfort, but not that bad to ask to change the room. The bed sheets are not been changed daily, while the room was cleaned. You will need to request it explicitly. The breakfast was actually ok, but u will not have enough vegan options. ราคาจองเองถูกกว่า แล้วเข้าสวนน้ำไม่ได้ถ้าจองมากับเอเจ้นท์ ไม่ประทับใจ

К сожалению сервис отеля ухудшается (был здесь в 2007), подтвердились отзывы путешественников, которые я читал в интернете по поводу того, что пропадает посуда из номера, а потом за нее просят заплатить, у нас в день выезда пропало блюдце, которое было, но во время проверки номера персоналом отеля "испарилось". Из плюсов расположение отеля и большой номер, минусы: низкое качество завтраков, уборка в номере (3 раза забрали простыни и забыли принести, потом долго просили их, к сожалению персонал не может по-английски понять, что от него хотят, так же по-русски), долгое заселение, WiFi работает плохо, аквапарк стал платным. Вывод- хорошее расположение при очень низком уровне сервиса.

Wi-Fi wasn't good at all, Very Frustrating. The local area was nice, there were places to walk and the night market was fun.

super fun and nice huge hotels. I really liked the huge sea facing rooms. the adjoining beach was one of the best beach in pattaya...very serene. great breakfast! would love to be back. Tips: sea facing mini suites are recommended
