Location was great for what we needed

No room service or anything open for lunch or dinner. This is important for travellers that are not well voiced in Chinese

古いので仕方ないですが、清潔はギリ保っております。 朝食ビュッフェはいつ来ても同じ。 徒歩圏内内にレストランあるけど、少し寂れています。

昔は良かったが今はイマイチ。 宿泊者が少ないとエレベーターを全部稼働させない。シェラトンのブランドはもうここにはないです。 値段は安くないし。朝ごはんは美味しくない。 昔と違って種類も多くなく中国人向けに100％なっている感じ

Wang Manager, Jenny and Leo are extremely helpful during our 3 days stay in the hotel. The rest of the service team are efficient in meeting guests needs. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is located 5mins away from a small mall with a huge super market.

部屋が寒かった。エアコンのレベルが低い！ エレベーターが泊まる人数によって節約の為か間引き運転していて不便だった。 朝ごはんもイマイチでレベルが落ちあまり美味しくなかった。

골프 여행차 방문한 호텔입니다. 조식 뷔폐 매우 훌륭하고, 전체적으로 오래된 느낌이 있지만 청결함을 유지하고 있네요. 수영장이 있으면 좋을것 같아요

The manager called Jenny is very nice and helpful. Overall staff are nice. I can smell smoking smell in my room in the morning, may be someone is smoking in room. I can hear people's sound when they pass near my room too.

Location

Leah from reception very helpful with her local knowledge during our brief stay. My wife appreciated her advice tremendously. Great staff all around. Down side was to see the bar in the ground level closed as I had many memories there over the years.

The room condition was very good. I recommend it to travelers who want to relax.

바로 앞에 가게가 있어 새벽에 한번 시끄러워서 잠을 못잤었요!! 두변에 큰 마트, 버거킹, kfc,한국 음식이 있어 생활하긴 편했어요!

建物は古そうだけど、室内は清潔が保たれており安心して宿泊できます。 全室に温水便座を設置してくれると嬉しいのですが… 朝食ビュッフェはほぼ毎日同じで長期滞在では飽きてくる。クオリティももう少し上げて欲しい。

仕事場に近く利用させていただいております。 おそらく建ててから時間が経過しているのでしょう設計が悪い。 水回りの動線が悪く、トイレも狭い。 清潔は保っているものの水回りにゴミ箱がない。 以前利用した部屋にはウォシュレットが設置されていたが今回はなかった。 できれば全室に設置してほしい。 朝食ブッフェは韓国料理多く、韓国人が多く利用しているのが伺える。

I stayed at this hotel during business trip. Easy to access to down town and shopping center. Employees also kind and I could have nice breakfast

Hotel is big and well maintained, hot water shower was working well and provided good amenities in the bathroom. Nice RT Mart beside hotel that sells clothes and supermarket items. Good number of eateries beside hotel as well. Gym was decent enough to get a workout

Didnt have a swimming pool. Staff didnt really readily greet guest. breakfast spread not great, and no explanation on how to eat the local variety provided ( i took a bowl of noodles but realized it was totally plain, need to add your own sauces and condiments) When my supplier dropped me off at the hotel, there was no porter or anyone to greet at entrance, felt like going into a 3 star hotel instead of a 4 or 5 star place. had to carry my own luggage off and no welcome drink offered.

Very dry and even thou I didn't turn on the air-conditioner, water drop on the shower floor or sink, it's dried completely within a hour I guess... Room condition and bedding was good but room was really really dry. The breakfast area was cold, without any heating, and the food was getting cold during enjoying.

It was disappointing that you couldn’t get something to eat for dinner. The rooms were hot, between 27-30 degrees. The rooms were tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. It was like turning back the clock 15 years.

We stopped here for seven weeks as part of a business trip and the hotel and staff were excellent. From the minute we arrived, Bill, Jessie and the rest of the team could not do enough for us. Any request was dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. Leaving after 7 weeks was hard, almost like leaving family. We would definitely stop here again.

Nothing to be concerned about. A good hotel. It's not close the the airport. Overall, a nice place with good service.

In the past months, I had many buffet breakfast in the F&B, there's various coffee/croissant/bread/noodle/sausage/congee... to meet the diffrent demands. The quite impressive service is from Ms Lisa Liu, smile as always, greetings to the guest in the proper manner and appear at the right time to offer the service when you need, high above the standard.

1. 拉行李的服務人員態度很好 2. 附近交通很不方便,吃的很少 3. 房間很舊,廁所水不通 4. 離機場太近,打的士會被罵

They have charged separately at Hotel and mentioned, Expedia charges is only for guarantee the room. This wasn’t clear during booking the room at Expedia

프론트 여직원 표정이 어둡고 불친절했음 예약한 방값과 현장에서 더 비싸게 청구되서 확인요청 했는데 오래 기다려야 했고 아주 불친절 그자체 였음 쉐라톤 이름이 아까웠음

I had stayed at this hotel about 6-7 years ago while in Qingdao, China for another project. I am happy to stay here again with a new project in the area. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the micro brewery off the main lobby. This is definitely on my list for the next stay.

근처에 바로 대형마트와 식당들이있고 쉐라톤 계열 호텔이라 고급지고 좋았어요. 조식은 생각보다 별로..60위안 인뎅..

I have stayed at this hotel over 12 different times now. My first review of this hotel was above average, but based on my recent stay, I need to update my review. The hotel feels very dated and not well maintained. Since coming to this property the first time over 5 years ago, I am disappointed that things have fallen so far downhill: the gym was not clean and staffed, the rooms smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking floor, the HVAC unit in the rooms only spit out hot air even though it was super hot outside which made sleeping uncomfortable, the breakfast area wasn't staffed well, the rooms did not seem super clean, etc. While this is still probably one of the better hotel options in Chengyang, I think I may try other hotels on my next trip.

Large busy hotel in Chengyang District. This is a long way from downtown Qingdao but the area has lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Have stayed in this hotel several times and am always made welcome - but don't expect to find much English spoken. The rooms are large and well appointed and there is a selection of restaurants and a large lobby bar area. Easy access to and from the airport.

This was my first stay at the Four points, it is a large hotel with impressive lobby area. I was a bit disappointed with the room to be honest, felt quite dated both decor and maintenance with broken tiles in bathroom - also had dispensers for soap etc which is not what I’d expect from a hotel in this category. Room itself was comfortable and good size and breakfast ok.

The hotel is modern and rooms are very comfortable and maintained. Restaurant provides a good range of food, mainly breakfast for me, and the bar area is a relaxing point for end of the day. Recommend to any Visitors to this area of Qingdao

Spacious room & bathroom. Not the greatest of views - outlooks onto shabby tired buildings & streets

-area is ok for finding small restaurants -wifi is very very slow -had a big box left at concierge, need to take it outside of the main lobby door for easier loading to waiting car, lady told me to get the trolley and place box on trolley myself, i didnt mind her and waited for some male staff to help me take it outside -had to leave early on date of checkout (630am) advised front desk if possible to have my breakfast delivered to my room at 530am, a lady who seems to be in management (not front desk staff) took note and advised a male staff to prepare the simple breakfast for me, woke up at 5am, waiting for the breakfast till 545, called front desk to remind them they said yes, waited till almost 630am and still no breakfast delivered! left hotel afterwards with no breakfast!

great experience great warm service enjoyed the nights..the late night tsingtao beers in the ight a great cusine of seafood offered in the restaurant makes the stay worth while.... a great transport service of the beach.. we rode bikes cruised in luxury cars ...will never forget qingdao

체크인, 체크 아웃 기다리지 않고 바로 했구요. 주변에 마트도 있고 먹거리가 많네요. 1층 뷔페도 괜찮았습니다. 룸도 좋았어요. 단, 욕실 구조가 개방형이라 좀 어색한 점만 빼면여~ 다음에 다시 가고 싶네요.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Hope this hotel would offer free breakfast buffet in the future. Also, more frequent airport shuffle should be provided given that it is less than 2 miles away from the Liuting airport.

We stayed in four points for 2 nights . The service provide by eden from concierge is excellent and the hotel is pretty and room is clean and the food is very tasty .we will come back again . Thank you .

Nice place to stay for business or holiday trip. Friendly staff and very clean rooms with everything you need for a short trip. Keith @ Lobby bar is very friendly and make you feel home. Will come next time definitely if I plan to visit Qingdao.

Tres bel endroit prix tres abodable salle de bain immaculê

出張で利用しました。フライトスケジュールの関係で、アーリーチェックインで、2時くらいからずっとホテルの部屋で滞在しておりました。 部屋に関しては、非常に綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました。レストランが中華とビュッフェがありましたが、中華を選びましたが、1人で食べるようなところではありませんでした。外にも出たのですが、外国人にとっては少し難易度が高い環境と思われます。

Das Hotel ist etwas abgerockt, also eher kleine Schönheitsfehler - aber trotzdem in Ordnung und sauber. Die Klimaanlage konnte gut heizen, aber kühlen wäre schöner gewesen. WiFi war sehr gut, das Bett war auch gut und sonst gibt es keinen Grund zum Klagen.
