We picked this resort for the location , çlose walk to the fresh seafood markets shops and cafes. King size bed.large pool

Great being able to sit outside and access the pool having individual bungalows.

The property could do with an update. It could do with more hanging space in the bathroom for towels etc.

Nice place, clean, off the main road, but not too far. Good food in the area.

The place is poorly maintained. The photos on bookings.com are not updated and the hotel is being sold as very nice which is not the case. One of the staff from front desk is very unfriendly.

De locatie dicht bij restaurants en het strand was heel goed. Ook al was het zwembad verouderd, het water was heel proper en werd dagelijks gereinigd.

We hadden een kamer aan het zwembad maar doordat katten hun behoefte deden in de planten voor de deur moesten we ergens anders gaan zitten. De bedden waren bijzonder hard en de hele accommodatie is aan een grondige renovatie toe.

The pools are excellent, but the hotel is very run down and in desperate need of maintenance...the gardens are not maitained very well there are CATS EVERYWHERE cockroaches in the units

In 4 days I couldn’t find any thing nice about this place

oh there's a lot to say here. first of all I was shocked by the rudeness of the girl at the reception. she practically started yelling at me telling me to calm down, just because I asked her why she was asking for a 1000 bath deposit. Then the hotel doesn't look at all like the pictures on booking. it's unkempt, dirt everywhere, pipes sticking out of the ground and the pool with many broken tiles. the rooms are quite spacious, but they still have a lot to work on cleaning. broken furniture, the fridge dirty and full of ice, the bathroom disgusting. They don't have a restaurant or cafe in the resort, although on booking there are pictures showing that they serve breakfast. My advice is to avoid this hotel and Rawai. Nothing nice here. Just nasty people who don't speak English

De kamer. Helemaal geen 35m,maar de helft. Sterk verouderd. Kamer werd niet alle dagen gereinigd. Beddengoed om de 4 dagen vervangen,na aandringen. Helemaal geen 4 sterren. Is geen hotel,maar kamerverhuur

The great location, beachfront, shops bars restaurants on the doorstep. The nearby pier for island trips. The two swimming pools in the complex. Good size room. Clean and comfy

The access to the room meant opening patio doors directly on to the garden/veranda, where mosquitos could get in easily if you aren't quick to go in and out and rapidly shut the doors. Our room safe didn't work. The complex outside areas felt a bit neglected. For example the pool bar area was not functional, just empty. Just tables and chairs but not stocked with drinks and no staff. A once-was water- fall wall feature outside, left baron and dry Perhaps passed it's prime which seems sad.

Lugnt och skönt, men ändå nära till både seven eleven och restauranger. Poolen bara 4 meter från rummet.

Sängen. Dettta ständigt återkommande problem. En bäddmadrass som inte ens var ½ cm tjock. Vad gör den ens för nytta liksom. Den håller definitivt inte lakanet på plats heller. Vi valde att hitta annat hotell istället för att förlänga med 4 nätter till.

Booked a double bed but on arrival was given a twin room, as it was late and the promise of moving rooms in the morning to what I’d booked and paid for I made do for the night. The next day there was no room with a double bed available, as this is not what I’d booked I asked for a refund so I could find somewhere suitable that could cater for my needs. This is when I hit a brick wall with the staff “we don’t do refunds”, that’s fine then just give me what I paid for then. After 6 1/2 hours I got absolutely nowhere and the staff got very rude. I ended up paying to stay somewhere else and i’m still waiting for a refund. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star, a 2 star rating would be a generous rating. It is like a 1970’s holiday camp. My advice is avoid and book a different hotel.

Great location on Rawai beach, close to fish market, shops, restaurants. 2 pools that were long enough to swim. Room had good bathroom with strong shower. Wardrobe and safe and fridge - all the necessary things. Staff were helpful.

Hotellet lå super centralt og alligevel uden støj fra den nærliggende hovedgade.

Hotellet var overordnet meget slidt, men funktionsdygtig. På hotelbilleder var der afbilledet en masse mad, men der har ingen restaurant eller lignende på hotellet.

Хотела заселить нас не пойми куда, когда ее спросили , рядом свободный номер есть ли не на слив и не на стену, она стала сразу не довольна, пошла за другими ключами, фыркала и не сказав ничего оставила ключ и ушла , сломав нам балконную дверь Ужасное отношение первый раз за всю историю всех поездом в разные страны

La playa no es para bañarse,y la cantidad de bichos que hay en las habitaciones es impresionante! Y no digo de los que entran de fuera,hay bichos de los muebles que son más antiguas que cristo! El vater del baño se atascaba cada día! Todo es muy antiguo ,por fuera todo muy descuidado! Las estrellas las tiene desde cuando fue nuevo a lo mejor hace 50 años!

A localização é muito boa apesar da praia em frente não ser boa para banho. As piscinas são o melhor acredito.

A senhora na recepção quando fiz o pedido de duas toalhas extras me perguntou pra que, tive que explicar que era para a piscina, viajo o mundo todo e nunca vi isso 😳 Tem muito potencial mas precisa de uma renovação em algumas coisas que realmente não vão bem

Ottima posizione d’appoggio per raggiungere i punti d’interesse tra cui Phuket, Patong e le isole.

La struttura non è sicuramente un 4 stelle; è attempata e un po’ trasandata, necessiterebbe di alcune ristrutturazioni. Le camere sono poco isolate e spesso si sentono i rumori e la musica proveniente dalla strada.

Personnel adorable , je me suis trompé en réservant , je pensais que villa etait supérieure a chambre , sur place ils ont reussi a me satisfaire , les villas sont un peut petites , les chambres sont plus sympas , les deux piscines sont justes géniales trés longues parfaite pour nager , endroit calme bordé de frangipanier , établissement un peu vieillissant malgrés tout .

Nichts. Ich würde nicht empfehlen in der Anlage ein Zimmer zu buchen. Die Gegend drum herum ist auch verdreckt. Es gibt kein Strand, ein Gestank fliegt in der Luft und Raten spazieren rum wie Touristen.

Unterkunft ist verdreckt, Außenanlage nicht gepflegt. Kein Restaurant, Bar o. S. Wie auf der Webseite angegeben. Personal ist nicht gerade hilfsbereit

Vastinetta rahoille. Mukavan rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä alueella. Huone siisti, isolla kylpyhuoneella. Uima-allas ihanan pitkä ja syvä.

Rantatuolien pehmusteet olisi syytä vaihtaa. Monet päälliset oli homepilkkuja täynnä.

This my second time staying here. Just like my first stay the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Even with the pools the nights were quiet and calm. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket

Really can't think of anything

All in total nice hotel. Pool big enough for swimming, about 25 meters. No restaurant but that's no problem as many nearby. A little inside of mainroad makes place silent.

Nice place, a little run down and needs work. Pools are ok. Cats are cool. There is value here.

On booking.com the facilities listed included a restaurant and a good breakfast. Neither were open/available and did not eventuate despite claims they would be. Those facilities were important for me due to mobility issues. On upgrading to a Delux Pool Access room, the microwave listed on the booking.com site that I was going to use instead of the defunct restaurant, was missing and when I asked for one to be provided, as listed, I was told no. My family members (staying elsewhere) also complained about these issues but to no avail.

Las instalaciones están un poco viejas. Aunque ponga que es un 4 estrellas, no lo es ni de lejos, 2 como mucho. Tampoco tiene la opción de desayuno, tienes que buscarte la vida fuera del hotel.
