Great pools and lounging areas, big room with bath and distant sea views and pool views. Great location

Wifi was very intermittent and weak mostly and hot shower water was very intermittent also.

Deux semaines de vacances dans cet hôtel où il a fallu se coller au carrelage de la douche pour pouvoir se laver tellement qu’il n’y avait pas de pression au 5 eme étage. Mais cela ne dérange en aucun cas le personnel Pour se baigner à la plage il faut obligatoirement prendre une navette, car la plage qui se situe à 100 mètres de l’hôtel est pleine de bateaux, de cordages pour les bateaux et surtout pleine de vase

La piscine était très très bien

La propreté de l établissement est à revoir aucune hygiène C’est clair j’avais pris le petit déjeuner inclus et je n’ai pas pu en bénéficier car infecte et pas propre. J’ai pris mon petit déjeuner à l extérieur pendant 6 jours( Restaurant WE CAFÉ). Aucun geste commercial de la part de l hôtel pour le remboursement de cette prestation alors que j’ai tout signalé photo à l’appuie de l’état et de ce que ma fille a trouvé dans la salade de fruit. Si je n’ai pas effectuer un écrit pour le changement des serviettes celles ci n’étaient pas changé quotidiennement ( serviettes tachées par l’usure). Oui le cadre est super mais il est vite assombrie par les à côté.

Great facilities, visually very attractive with multiple pool options, kids beach, koi pool. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our pool access room with it’s own private pool

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'établissement, les infrastructures dont les jardins/piscines sont exceptionnels. Le personnel est tellement agréable et serviable, et nous propose un petit déjeuner incroyable ! Un grand merci pour cette belle parenthèse.

Le garde moto qui laisse tout les thai se garer n’importe comment mais dès que toi tu arrive à minuit et que tu veux te garer entre les lignes jaunes donc emplacement exprès mais qu’il estime qu’il a une mini place pour un scoopy hors que toi tu as un xmax en location et que tu ne veux pas qu’on te le griffe etc il se gêne pas de déplacer les scooter des gens pour te pseudo forcer à t’intégrer mais les thai ok problème de travers de côté peut importe et lui jamais de bonjours

That the buffet breakfast restaurant was closed for renovations If I would have known this I would not have have chosen this resort . Breakfast room was down in the conference room .

Nice resort, staff are lovely. Room was as shown in photos, nice and clean.

Can be noisy with traffic if you are staying at the right hand side of the resort.

L'emplacement, la belle piscine, le bassin avec les carpes, le buffet du petit-déjeuner, le taxi à proximité, les bières dans le frigo et la salle de fitness.

Absence de pommeau de douche, température de l'eau fluctuante. On nous a facturé 80 thb pour une vieille paire de tong qui était dans la chambre et que l'on avait utilisée pour la plage mais qui s'est cassée au bout de 2 minutes... De plus, la majeure partie de la piscine était fermée, sans que l'on nous prévienne en amont.

Loved having pool access right outside our room. Good selection of drinks from the bar by the pool. Close to the other beach areas in Phuket but Rawai is a lot quieter which is nice.

L'humidité très importante des chambres (de l'eau le long des murs!) Ne pas avoir été prévenus que la moitié de la piscine était en réparation donc déçus en arrivant mais rattrapé par le surclassement.

Die Matratzen rutschen bei jeder kleinen Bewegung vom Bett runter, das ist sehr nervig. Es müssen dringend Rahmen an die Betten gemacht werden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur gut auf der niedrigsten Stufe, dadurch wurde es oft zu Kalt aber ohne Klima ging es auch nicht, weil es dann sofort schwül, feucht und muffig wurde. Wenn man die Klimaanlage etwas wärmer gestellt hat (20+) wurde es auch sofort sehr feucht und muffig im Zimmer. Irgendwie ist dort ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit/Klimatisierung. Die Holzschränke hatten auch alle einen unangenehmen muffigen Geruch durch Feuchtigkeit. Sonst waren es schöne Zimmer

The staff very kind, helpful and friendly.

The room smelled musty. It was clean but the smell was preventing me from falling asleep. Also there is a construction in a half of the area of the hotel - which is noisy and dusty obviously - but there was no say about it when booking the stay. WiFi not stable enough. Left after one night stay, sadly disappointed

My room was a little far from the reception but hey good exercise. I’m sure they would of changed if I had asked

Rawai Palm Beach Resort is a wonderful property right by the water in Rawai. I love the quick walk to the restaurant strip by the beach where the long tail boats await there next customer. A favourite part of the island, rawai is away from the bustling tourist areas but still super convenient to access any and all attractions on offer on Phuket. Family friendly resort with great pools and breakfast daily. Wonderful staff as always. We have come yearly and will continue to do so.

Clean and comfortable beds

Aircon not cold and got told prices from stuff for late checkout but was charged a lot more then what they originally said before we got late checkout very unprofessional

The room was spacious and a short walk to the pool. The aircon was powerful which was needed after being out in the heat all day. The breaky selection had a good range everyday and the staff were all super helpful and friendly, we even got to check in early. The hotel is a short walk from the main road where there are some really good places to eat! They also have a shuttle to take you to and from the local beaches!

Rawai is more on the quieter side of Phuket but bolt was less than £5 to get around on the motorbike.

4th visit. Great pool access room, close to great village, attentive staff.

A bit tired and in need of some TLC. Restaurant/bar closed for reno. Room a/c not adjustable. Kettle broken. Staff familiarity with English not as good as on previous visits.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights mid May. Normal checkout was 12.00 but they let us keep both rooms on till 16.00 for free as our flights were not till the evening. Breakfast was great and the price was amazing.

A traditional Thai resort in a great location of Rawai. The pool room was huge with our own sun loungers. Walking distance to the front where there is a selection of restaurants and bars.

A slightly older property with a little bit of maintenance required but still for the price it’s great.

A pillow cover was left on our bed on our second day, washed with old hair colour stained with a note to pay for it. Our bedding won't changed since it was only out first night and we're staying there for 3 nights. Which made no sense and no one used hair colour. Everything else is clean but the bedding and towels are all very old and if this is how they're trying to replace them, it's wrong. Off course we didn't pay for it and they did apologise.

Been here before last July. Lovely resort. Great staff, all of them. Love the swim up pool.

A bit shabby from last stay, no cushions in deluxe room on wodfen based sofa,no curtains between bathroom and bedroom. Mosquitoes. Changed room. Paid for deluxe room with swim up pool. Last day moved breakfast into downstairs room, no view or windows. Restaurant good food and service. Furnishings and floors , walls need a good clean or refresh. Or dont say deluxe room . Loved the big bed, air con very noisy and no remote. Wifi good. Worth a stay.

The whole area was available to smokers, the guests were mainly russian and others, it was a very bad pick when you are from Australia and you want a lovely holiday. definitely would not recommend. The smoke was all around the pool and the pool bar , and as we are non smokers it stunk everywhere. we could only stay in our mosquito infected area which was our room and some of the pool.

We had the pool entry room which was outstanding. Good size room and very clean. The pool was lovely.

The breakfast is not really catering for westerners, mainly Asian food. I found as an older guest I was quite worried about the uneven grounds and steps. The sofa in my room was very uncomfortable. I had 3/4 of a pizza ordered from room service left while I had a swim and the cleaners took it when they cleaned my room.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are big and clean and had everything we needed and more

I do wish the pool could stay open a little later than 7pm

La clim dans la chambre faisait pas mal de bruit , et la chambre n'était pas vraiment insonorisé donc on entendait fort les voisins de chambres (les personnes à l'étage du dessus surtout )

Très bel emplacement au sud de Phuket, personnel très avenant et efficace, magnifique piscine et chambres spacieuses et bien aménagées.

Les horaires du restaurant de l’hôtel et le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de bar ouvert en soirée.

Super Pool und das Frühstück war einmalig. Obwohl um 10:30 das Frühstück zu Ende ist, wird noch bis zum Schluss alles aufgefüllt. Habe ich bis jetzt noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. Deswegen sind wir auch schon das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel.

Perfect location walking distance to the beach and both main streets. Pool access rooms were such a treat being able to step straight into the pool from the balcony and having the private little area to hang out in was perfect. Bed was really comfortable.

The rooms were a little run down particularly the bathrooms. Our shower drain backed up everyday and there was a really bad smell consistently. I didn’t like seeing the cleaners put our fresh pillows on the floor and then they got annoyed when I asked for fresh pillowcases.

Stayed 3 times now and it’s still one of our families favourite place to stay in Rawai! The children love the lagoon style pool and little beach for playing footy! Rooms very spacious. Would highly recommend

L hôtel, la piscine et le petit déjeuner est plutôt sympa. On choisit Rawai pour ses départs en excursion et son calme.Si vous souhaitez plus d animation il faudra peut être monter un peu plus haut sur Kata.

Bassein oli väga suur ja avar, palju oli ka rohelust ning oli hubane. Hommikusöögi valik oli suur ning oli olemas ka korralik kohvimasin. Tuba ise oli väga kena ja avar, imekombel ka pehmem madrats, kui teistes Tai hotellides.

Valisime kallima toa basseinivaatega ning saime kõige tagumises majas neljandal korrusel toa, kus oli vaade teiste maja katustele. Oleme aru saanud, kui teha broneering läbi booking.com, siis antakse kõige kaugem tuba, kõige viimases hoones. Võibolla oli asi selles, et broneerisime selles hotellis ainult 3 ööd, kuna liikusime palju ringi.

We loved the location, close to all amenities, transport hubs and lovely eateries. Hotel facilities were great, we loved the pools and the gym. The staff were friendly and the taxi service on the ground floor was handy. We loved the Songkran celebration the hotel decided to share with us. They also provided shuttle service to local beaches, but we have not had time to take advantage of these.

The mattresses sliding on the wooden bed frame were annoying and the cold meats & cheeses at the breakfast weren't very nice, but these are really minor things.

The property was in a good central location to walk to Rawai beach area where we celebrated Songkran. The swimming pools were really nice and breakfast was good

Our room was quite loud we could hear traffic all night making it hard to sleep, we left a day early as a result.

Pool was huge and great for families Room was big and led right onto the pool - great!

It was very busy and there was very much a resort feel to it. We also didn’t find Rawai itself to be our favourite part of Phuket.

The pool was excellent, the breakfast good and the service was very accommodating

WiFi in our room had issues for 3 days but the hotel worked to fix it. Certainly an irritating factor but not one to cause lasting ill feeling.

Check in is long and wasn't very friendly - and they wanted a 3000baht deposit, despite having my credit card from the booking one morning 40 school children arrived during breakfast to use the pool next to the breakfast area. That was not the peaceful morning I wanted. By 8am people have reserved the best sun loungers by the pool.. it's that sort of crowd... The property is starting to feel old now

Facilities were good for value.

Staff were rude sometimes, specially housekeepers and restaurant staff. Breakfast : not many options available, not a variety of fruits or salty food.
