The site, view, peacefulness(if you don’t have noisy neighbours).. the pool!if you have a car location is perfect for everything! The walking distance to centre was okay! Walking to several beaches easily! Very dafe to walk at night! The staff very nice and helpful for boat tours , restaurant and taxi!

Było bardzo czysto, personel niezwykle uprzejmy, śniadania były pyszne. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów. Okolica hotelu przepiękna - widoki podczas jedzenie śniadania zapierały dech w piersiach. Można było poprosić recepcję i obsługę o zamówienie taksówki, służyli radą i pomocą.

Jedyne co mi się nie podobało to godziny otwarcia basenu. Wracałyśmy dość późno z plaży i czasami chciałoby się tak po prostu odpocząć przy basenie. Tu niestety o 19:30 basen i „okolica” basenowa była całkowicie zamknięta.

Niestety daleko od centrum, wg mnie minimum 20 minut spacerem i to nieoświetlona droga - dla dwóch dziewczyn dość niebezpieczna trasa, lokalizacja totalnie poza centrum miasta, godzina wymeldowania to 9 dość wcześnie, brak kosmetyków, ani mydła ani szamponu, czepki na basenie pierwszy raz sie z tym spotkałam.

To był nasz drugi pobyt w tym obiekcie. Wróciliśmy, bo poprzednim razem byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Hotel ma nie tylko bardzo dobrą lokalizację, piękne widoki, ale też bardzo profesjonalny personel. Pyszne śniadania pozwalały dobrze rozpocząć każdy dzień, doceniamy również czystość basenu, oraz dyskretną pracę każdej osoby, która dbała o to, żebyśmy mieli czyste ręczniki, czystą pościel, każde miejsce do wypoczynku. Dobrze tu wypoczywamy, bardzo prawdopodobne jest to, że wrócimy tu za rok.

Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, die Lage ist perfekt zur Stadt und zu den Stränden und dem Hafen. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist sehr schön. Es gibt auch eine Küche draußen am Apartment, um sich selbst etwas zu kochen.

Leider muss man im Schwimmbad eine Badehaube tragen.

Het bed is aan de korte kant voor iemand van 1.90 m.

Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel, die Küchenzeile ist sehr praktisch und der Pool auch traumhaft.

Die Handtücher bekommt man nur gewechselt wenn man sie ausgetauscht haben möchte, das Frühstück ist gut aber es ist immer das Gleiche und nach ein paar Tagen hat man die Nase voll davon. Die Kloschüssel ist immer noch, wie in den Vorjahren, sehr hoch eingestellt. Auch bei Normalgröße, baumeln die Füße und berühren nicht den Boden;)

I liked the excellent location, the magical view of Tropea from the breakfast area, and the ample space of the room; not to forget the balcony offering endless vistas of the infinite blue of the Tyrrhenian sea.

It would meet my standards if it offered daily room service; unfortunately, you can’t leave every little speck of sand out of the room when you return from the ethereal beaches of Capo Vaticano.

Super zentrale Lage

Der Name der Anlage sagt alles: Paradies. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und Pool- und Meerblick. Die Außenküche haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Frühstück hat für uns alles geboten , was man braucht. Sehr leckerer Kaffee! Es gab immer ausreichend Platz am Pool. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Zum nahegelegenen Strand nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Und das Zentrum nach Tropea ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen - hier sollte man wegen der zahlreichen Treppenstufen gut zu Fuß sein. Unschlagbar ist die Aussicht aus der Anlage. Blick auf Tropea und den Hafen. Einfach toll!

Eine zusätzliche Sonnenliege auf der Terrasse wäre zu begrüßen(wie bei den Appartements im Erdgeschoss)

Direi la piscina è per bambini e che chiudeva alle 19.30 altrimenti dovevi pagare per restarci ed ordinare un aperitivo e la famosa vista mare ne godeva solo un appartamento Odore persistente di fogna dal bagno e la soluzione del personale è stata di darci un deodorante

Kényelmes szép szállás, a városon kívül. Kb 25 perc a belváros és a város alatti strand a Rotonda. A szálláshoz közelebb 10 percre van egy kis öblös strand a Lido del Nonno a kikötő mellett, azt nagyon szerettük a kikötőben van az Elf Bár ahol isteni a tengeri herkentyű. A másik közeli, Pargheliában lévő strand a Spiaggia La Grazia annyira nem tetszett, az sziklásabb és az étterem sem túl tiszta. A szálláson a reggeli korrekt, lehetne nagyobb választék pl italban, joghurtban. A személyzet szuper kedves és előzékeny. Transzfert intéztek a vonatállomásról, azt javaslom igénybe venni. A medence is szép tiszta volt, a környezete csendes az egész szállás pihenésre tökéletesen alkalmas. Isteni kilátás volt a városra reggel kávézni este koktélozni ilyen háttérrel szuper.

5 nap alatt nem volt takarítás, az annyira nem volt gond, de egy törülköző csere egyszer beleférhetett volna - igaz nem kértük külön, biztosan megtették volna, nagyon kedves mindenki. A klíma kicsit furcsán működött, időnként folyt belőle a víz, de hűtött végül is. Nem tetszett, hogy a medence sapka köteles, viszont ha már az, akkor aki nem tartja be arra szóljanak rá.

Großes Zimmer, tolle Terrasse und schöner Pool. Circa 5 Gehminuten entfernt gibt es einen schönen Strandabschnitt.

Parkplatz unter Weintraubenreben hat das ganze Dach vom Auto beschmiert und hart getrocknet. Mussten direkt in die Waschanlage. Standort muss einem klar sein, dass ohne Auto nichts geht. Zu Fuß ist fast nichts erreichbar. Und keiner konnte uns sagen wo die Bushaltestelle ist. Der kleine Imbissladen unten an der Straße war unterirdisch. Das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass ich Essen so entsorgen musste.

das war einfach Top. Küche steht in der Trasse, so kann man kochen wie will. nur 5 min bis zum Strand. Meeransicht ist unglaublich schön, traumhaft 15 min bis zum Supermarkt und ca. 20 min bis Altstadt

Il residence gode di un ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Parghelia ma altrettanto vicino al centro di Tropea, consigliabile una piccola torcia di segnalazione se si và a piedi. La terrazza panoramica è stupenda e altresì la piscina.Inoltre sono ben organizzati e gli appartamenti puliti, tornerei senz'altro.

La posizione del Residence è leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro storico di Tropea (circa 25 minuti a piedi), ma la zona è tranquilla, silenziosa, anche se vicina alle spiagge principali (troppo affollate in agosto, per la verità). La vista è davvero bellissima e la nostra camera era davvero ben posizionata con vista mare e montagne intorno. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, molto carini.

Migliorerei la colazione che, pur avendo dolce e salato, gioverebbe magari di prodotti locali. Penserei anche a un servizio notturno, giacché la reception chiude alle 20 e riapre alle 8.

Badekappenpflicht, durchgesessene Stühle beim Frühstück

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sauber und für vier Personen völlig ausreichend. Besonders schön fanden wir den gepflegten Vorgarten mit der Outdoorküche – gerade für Selbstversorger ist das eine tolle Möglichkeit, entspannt draußen zu sitzen und selbst etwas zuzubereiten. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl her zwar nicht besonders üppig, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend und qualitativ gut. Hier findet jeder etwas für einen guten Start in den Tag. Ein besonderes Lob verdient das gesamte Personal: Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die Aussicht! Der Blick auf das Meer und auf Tropea ist wunderschön, und die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach ein Traum. Gerade am Abend kann man dort wunderbar sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Service und einer fantastischen Lage – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Der Weg zum Strand ist leider etwas anstrengend. Zudem sollte man auf dem Weg wegen des teilweise starken Autoverkehrs besonders vorsichtig sein. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das nicht ganz optimal. Die Anlage selbst ist teilweise modern und neu gestaltet. Einige Apartments sind allerdings noch auf einem älteren Stand und könnten aus unserer Sicht eine Renovierung vertragen.

A great location with its own parking lot, which is very important in this area. The staff was very friendly and helpful; plus, after checking out, you can easily spend a few more hours at the pool or leave your car and go for a walk to Tropea. The breakfast was pretty good—mostly sweet—and you can order delicious Italian coffee to go with it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have working air conditioning. You can tell the resort has both a new and an older section; we stayed in the new one, and I have no complaints about it.

We learned on the spot that you must wear a swim cap at the pool, regardless of whether you have short or long hair. You can buy a swim cap at the front desk for €2.50.

Al ritorno la porta della camera non si apriva , abbiamo dovuto forzare più volte per riuscire ad entrare .non c’è accettazione notturna per cui abbiamo chiamato il numero che avevamo ma senza risposta . La mattina ci hanno detto con sufficienza che la notte non rispondono . Peccato perché la struttura merita ma non si può lasciare alla mercé di problematiche il cliente in piena notte senza possibilità di comunicare .

Struttura con camera vecchia e tenute male. Porte senza maniglie e bagno fatiscente. Paghi un prezzo esagerato per nulla. La mattina a colazione il cameriere si dimentica di portarci i cappuccini, passano 20 min, vado da lui che non stava facendo nulla e glielo ricordo. Dopo li porta e dice scusate per l’ attesa ma siamo pieni. Ridicoli

The location is perfect—peaceful and away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to the historic center of Tropea. The absolute highlight is the breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the town, especially from the breakfast terrace and the beautiful pool area.

Le logement est confortable et dispose d’un agréable espace extérieur ainsi que d’une kitchenette. La très belle piscine offre une magnifique vue sur Tropea et la mer. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de qualité, avec de bons produits locaux. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant.

Alcune strutture un po’ vecchie ma nulla di particolarmente brutto

Szanowni Państwo, moja opinia o tym obiekcie znacząco różni się od pozostałych. Chciałbym jednak żeby ktoś, kto w przyszłości będzie wybierał ten obiekt mógł oprzeć się na rzeczowej, konkretnej opinii. Zatrzymaliśmy się w pokoju nr 101 i moja opinia dotyczy tylko tego pokoju oraz ogólnodostępnych „udogodnień”. Przywitał nas miły pan z recepcji, który pokazał w lodówce butelkę prosecco i powiedział, że możemy przyjść do recepcji wziąć kieliszki. No właśnie w pokoju nie ma żadnej „zastawy” ani filiżanki czy szklanki, nie mówiąc już o czajniku. Kolejna rzecz - bar zamyka się razem z recepcją o 19:30 - o czym zostaliśmy poinformowani w czacie z obiektem na dzień przed podróżą. Basen jest otwarty w godzinach 8:30-19:30, w czasie pływania trzeba mieć czepek, o którym też zostaliśmy poinformowani przy zakwaterowaniu. Pokój, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy był dość mały i tu się zgodzę z niektórymi opiniami - po prostu stary. Armatura w łazience powinna być wymieniona, mieliśmy pękniętą umywalkę a i meble w pokoju lata świetności mają za sobą. Dziwne jest dla mnie również to, że sprzątanie jest raz w tygodniu a w pokoju jest jeden mały kosz na śmieci - dokładniej w łazience. Kolejna rzecz to wymiana ręczników raz na trzy dni - w upalne lato gdy człowiek bierze prysznic kilka razy dziennie a i jest ogólna wilgoć to niedopuszczalne. Śniadanie - codziennie to samo, zero urozmaicenia. I rozpływające się masło - ja rozumiem, że temperatura ale na pewno w barze jest kostkarka - wystarczyłoby położyć pod masło pojemniczek z lodem. Lokalizacja - hotel jest pięknie położony ale… to już było wspomniane w innych opiniach - spacer na plażę czy do miasta jest nie lada wyzwaniem - po pierwsze mało to komfortowe w temperaturze 36 stopni, nie wspominając już faktu, że na drodze z hotelu brak chodnika i jest po prostu niebezpiecznie z uwagi na szybko jeżdżące samochody.

Le mobilier vieillot, très petit pour 4 personnes, l’emplacement car pour accéder au centre de Tropea il faut monter 200 marches ( impossible d’y accéder en voiture) et la plage à 400 m de l’établissement avec un déniveler de 100 degrés. En gros rien n’est accessible directement !!!!!!!! ( comme indiqué dans l’annonce). Mauvaise expérience.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Tropea und das Meer. Jeden Abend konnten wir einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön gestaltet und der Pool war sehr schön.

Già all’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato e segnalato una perdita d’acqua in bagno, con conseguenti odori molesti. Nonostante i vari solleciti il problema non è stato risolto, influenzando negativamente il nostro soggiorno lì…..Peccato. Da attenzionare che le pulizie non sono incluse e che vanno pagate a parte. Il kit doccia non era sufficiente per la durata del soggiorno (3 notti)

L'emplacement face à la mer et proche de la vieille ville est fantastique. La piscine avec vue sur la mer était incroyable. Le personnel est également très serviable. La chambre était très grande, dans un état impeccable avec vue sur la mer. Le plus : la kitchenette extérieure.

Det var rotter utenfor hotellet. Dette var virkelig ikke greit! Vi så flere rotter hver dag. Dette gjorde at vi dro en dag tidligere enn planlagt. Frokosten var dårlig. Maten sto framme i varmen i flere timer, noe som gjorde at vi ikke turte å spise så mye av den. Personalet virket lite interessert. Bildene på nettet ser langt bedre ut enn i virkeligheten.

A hotel egy domboldalon van, és gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre. Tiszta szoba, egyszerű bútorokkal. Kedves személyzet, saját ingyenes hotel parkoló. Kedvező ár, ezért ár-érték aránynak megfelelő.

Szoba lehetne modernebb, reggeli lehetne kicsit bőségesebb, de gondolom akkor a szállás ára is emelkedik.

The accommodation was even better than we expected. The views were breathtaking, there was plenty of privacy, and everything was spotless.

The only minor downside, if we had to mention one, was that the apartment was a little dated.

La posizione vicina a Tropea ma appartata, vista mare e relax. La piscina è una grande risorsa, dopo la spiaggia un po’ di relax è estremamente piacevole. Noi eravamo negli appartamenti più vecchi, che sono spartani ma molto funzionali. Il personale servizio è molto disponibile ed accogliente

The hotel met my expectations. I had a room with a terrace, a small kitchenette on the terrace, and a beautiful sea view. The location was excellent – it was possible to walk to the city center, and the beach was very close as well. Breakfast was served with a stunning view of Tropea, which made every morning even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back!

La colazione era buonissima, ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Il caffè preparato al momento. Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile.

Il Wi-Fi non prendeva bene nella camera dove abbiamo alloggiato.
