Naxos Resort

Had a wonderful stay here. It has a luxury feel with very nice pools. Our room (154) had a patio going right out to the quieter pool. You can see the sea from the pool too. Restaurant had great food which you could also order to the room or a sun bed on the beach or pool. Great location walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and attractions in Chora.

Very nice hotel: great pools with many loungers, super close to the beach, exceptional breakfast, aircon worked great, bed was super comfy (and I have a bad back sometimes).

The roomservice food was a 6/10, the tv wasnt (easily) pairable with cell phone

Shower in bathroom was not separate so just sprayed over the entire bathroom floor. WiFi did not work within room.

The rooms were a decent size and the gym was nice.

The staff wasn't super accommodating in terms of helping to figure things out like the bus or coming to get luggage from the room (my parents stayed in a room not accessible by an elevator) and the staff never came the day we checked out so my 75-year-old dad ended up carrying all the luggage down multiple flights of stairs. The resort itself is a little further on the outside of town - not too bad, but if you want to be in the heart of Naxos, this isn't the place for you. Overall, we were underwhelmed by the facilities.

Gutes Frühstück und gute Anlage. Sehr nahe zum Strand mit einem sehr guten Service. Die Lage zum Städtchen war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Badezimmer könnten modernisiert werden (Duschvorhang vs. Glasabtrennung).

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and level of service did not meet our expectations. The shower drain was blocked with hair when we arrived, which I ended up cleaning myself. The tables in the room were also still dirty, so I cleaned them with a cloth. There was a visible layer of dust inside/on the lamps, which gave the impression that only the main areas of the room receive regular cleaning and that the room had not been thoroughly deep-cleaned for some time. We were also disappointed with the availability of beach towels. At around 10:00 in the morning, we were told to collect them from the bar, but when we went there, none were available. We then went to reception and were simply told that we would need to wait until 11:00. For a hotel where guests are on holiday and naturally want to make the most of their time at the beach or pool, I would expect clean towels to be readily available in the morning or, at minimum, a more service-oriented solution from the staff. It is also worth noting that although the hotel does state that there is an additional charge for using the sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, the fee is €10 per day. This can add up quickly over a longer stay and is something guests should factor into the overall cost of their holiday. Overall, these issues made the experience feel below the standard we expected, particularly when it came to cleanliness and guest service.

Everything was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Fresh fruit and Cappacino's every morning. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach and into town. Every staff person i dealt with was pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful! Your hotel is one of the best i have stayed in globally. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Les machines à café, il serait temps de faire du vrai café filtre, plutôt que d utiliser des dosettes pas écologiques. Pour faire un mug, il faut 6 dosettes. Machines trop sollicitées Mettre des petits récipients pour miel et confitures

Nous avions choisi une chambre vue mer avec balcon mais la vue mer était très partielle. C'était davantage une vue piscine. De plus, entre notre balcon et la mer s'étend un terrain vague plus ou moins occupé par les voitures...

Lovely pools, two to choose from and always a sun lounger available. We had great food when we stayed for lunch. My husband loved the belly pork. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and to the centre/port.

The shower was very old fashioned, very small and the temperature was inconsistent. You had to dive in for a rinse between scalding hot and freezing cold. The Nespresso coffee machines at breakfast were slow and wasteful.

Petit bémol sur la pression de l'eau dans la salle de douche qui était bien trop forte, éclaboussant partout (douche et robinet) C'est un coup à prendre Autre point négatif mais qui n'a pas de rapport avec l'hôtel, le manque de respect des clients quant aux transats des piscines ... 9h du matin des serviettes et sacs sont déposés sur les transats afin de les "réserver" et ça pour la journée..... Des heures sans que personne ne vienne .... Dommage que la direction ne fasse rien à ce sujet...

The location is absolutely brilliant - short walk to beach and short stroll to town centre and old town. Quiet but near everything! The hotel offers subbeds at a very reasonable rate and you can order very reasonably priced food to be delivered. Beach is fantastic.

Pretty good location, very close to the beach & easy walk to town. Room was very modern & comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a decent selection of sweet & savory, hot & cold. Staff was efficient & friendly for the most part.

My original booking was for a non-refurbished room so I upgraded. The room was a bit cramped for the cost. The maids came early one day, we were barely up, then the next day when the room was empty all morning, they came fairly late when we'd just got back. They didn't give us fresh washcloths the entire 3-night stay. Most staff were polite, although not overly so, but one or two were a bit curt. Breakfast was a bit early for us, with a cutoff at 10:30. We're on holiday & hate to be rushed.

Buffet breakfast was very average . Spinach / cheese pie always dry, embarrassing to be serving that in Greece. Shower head broken, asked to get it fixed - never fixed so I had to use string to hold it up . Asked staff for a change in music by the pool - not accommodating to make the atmosphere better .

Arriva alla sufficienza solo grazie alla disponibilità delle ragazze della reception, sennò lo avrei bocciato clamorosamente. La struttura è in gran parte molto datata, la prima camera che ci hanno dato era terribile, al livello di un due stelle. Per fortuna una ragazza della reception molto carina ci ha spostato in una camera nell’ala nuova. Nel complesso ci sarebbe bisogno di una grande manutenzione, anche la zona piscina era mal tenuta. Altra nota dolente il ristorante, avevo scelto questa struttura perché avendo una bambina piccola mi era comodo avere il ristorante a portata di mano, ma lo trovavo spesso chiuso, e gli addetti non sapevano a che ora avrebbe aperto.

Very clean, great air conditioning, walking distance to ferry and old town, four minutes to a beautiful beach, 2 sunbeds and umbrella with a large bottle of water on ice for ten euros.

The breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient, just a few steps away from the beach.

Ubicació molt bona, a uns 10 minuts del centre i a més té aparcament, que anant amb el cotxe era el que necessitàvem. Està a pocs metres de la platja (molt maca) i té dues piscines que estan molt bé, amb servei de tovalloles i bar. El buffet de l'esmorzar és correcte i força variat. També té restaurant per dinar o sopar i el menjar és bo amb prou diversitat per triar. Les habitacions es veuen una mica antigues però estan netes, prou àmplies i són còmodes.

Honnêtement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, au-delà de nos attentes. La chambre était propre, confortable, lumineuse, avec un espace extérieur très agréable. La salle de bain était très bien, la literie aussi. Rien à dire sur le petit déjeuner également, qui était très varié et bon. Le personnel était également au top. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 200%, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

La seule petite critique que nous pourrions faire est le fait que la piscine fermait à 19h00. Il aurait été agréable qu'un créneau réservé aux adultes soit prévu de 19h00 à 21h00. Mais c'est un détail, vraiment nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Η τιμή που πληρώσαμε δεν είχε καμμία σχέση με τις βασικές παροχές του ξενοδοχείου ,δηλαδή πρωινό πολύ κακής ποιότητας και χωρίς μεγάλη ποικιλία , καθαριότητα μέτρια εώς ανεπαρκής , ελάχιστο προσωπικό, μικρά δωμάτια. Ενώ έχει προδιαγραφές το ξενοδοχείο δεν ανταποκρίνεται καθόλου στα χρήματα που δώσαμε για τις 8 διανυκτερεύσεις μας!!!!!!!!!!!!! Δεν κλείσαμε απλά ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο !!!!!!

La camera meriterebbe una ristrutturazione. Bagno piccolo e lavabo striminzito difficile da usare senza bagnare ovunque.

Beautiful hotel within a few minutes walk to a gorgeous sandy beach. The walk to town is about 10 minutes as well so the location couldn’t be better.

Posizione perfetta a venti metri dalla spiaggia e circa 400 dal centro. Colazione ottima e con una vasta offerta, staff cordiale e disponibile pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Ho prenotato una tripla vista mare, forse al limite delle dimensioni per tre persone ma con letti comodi, pulizia costante e in posizione strategica tra le due piscine il bar ristorante e la spiaggia.

Está muy cerca de la playa. Tiene dos piscinas y eso hace que al menos una de ellas sea muy tranquila. La habitación es amplia y la terracita también. El bufet es muy amplio y varían algunas cosas cada día.

The access to the beach is very convenient — it’s only a few minutes’ walk away. The location of the hotel is also excellent, and you can reach the city center in about 7 minutes.

Although check-in was at 3 p.m., we had to wait an additional 45 . Breakfast was quite repetitive, with the same food served every day. The coffee, however, was very good. The room felt outdated, and the bathroom in particular definitely needs renovation. In my opinion, this is certainly not a 4-star hotel.

Walking distance to beach, many restaurants, and town. Also close to bus stops to other beaches or mountain towns. The room was very clean and spacious and included a delightful breakfast buffet. The pools were very nice and clean. We would recommend.

Falta informação ( placas) indicando a recepção,housekeeping deixou minha porta aberta e não retirou uma garrafa por dias. Tambem notei que na área a frente do meu quarto pratos e copos foram deixados por dias, do dia que cheguei ao dia que fui embora. Sei que a Grecia e famosa tambem pelos gatos, mas gatos na área do café da manhã não e prazeroso e para quem tem alergia, pode ser um problema.

Η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν απογοητευτική. Η υποδοχή και η εξυπηρέτηση στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν απαράδεκτες, χωρίς την απαραίτητη ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμό και διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης. Σε ένα ξενοδοχείο περιμένεις τουλάχιστον στοιχειώδη ευγένεια προς τον πελάτη, κάτι που δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε. Ο μόνος που πραγματικά ξεχώρισε θετικά ήταν ο κύριος Μιχάλης, ο οποίος ήταν ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Κατά τα άλλα, η εξυπηρέτηση χρειάζεται άμεση και σημαντική βελτίωση.

Η διαμονή μας ήτανε άριστη .Η κυρία Βάλια βοήθησε πολύ σε αυτό με την εξυπηρέτηση και την ευγένεια της.Η τοποθεσία ...το δωμάτιο ...το πρωινό ...οι παροχές...όλα ήταν άψογα. Προτείνω το Naxos resorte..για τις διακοπές σας !!

Location was perfect. The fact that we had the option of beds and umbrella at the beach at a low cost.

Breakfast, some of the food could have been available hotter. Coffee makers were confusing to use which created delays for people waiting to use.

La struttura è in una zona molto tranquilla, si dorme benissimo. Non abbiamo neanche avuto bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata. La spiaggia si trova a 1 minuto a piedi, insieme a tanti piccoli market. Il centro è anch'esso raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti,passeggiando per le vie della zona che sono molto vive. Ps: I letti erano comodissimi!

Air conditioning is very weak which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. The rooms were a bit dated especially the bathrooms.

Naxos Resort is a great beach resort with big pool and two mins to the beach. Customer service was excellent. Many thanks to Cristo at reception and Nicholas and breakfast staff were very helpful with my Gluten Free issues.

La chambre (supérieure) en rez-de-jardin était agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au village de Naxos, à proximité immédiate tout en étant au calme, et facilement accessible en arrivant en ferry.

La vue mer ne l’est pas réellement en raison d’un terrain vague entre l’hôtel et la plage. La plage de l’hôtel est payante même pour les clients de l’hotel, avec une réduction heureusement ; considérant le prix de la chambre c’est décevant. Le personnel n’est pas très agréable. La chambre n’était pas prête à l’horaire prévue de Check-in.

Le personnel est assez peu attentif à vos demandes, et n’est pas vraiment sympathique. Les piscines sont assez petites, et pour notre part la chambre est minuscule pour le prix et vieillotte. Les prestations ne valent définitivement pas le prix payé.

Breakfast is very good with plenty of variety. The hotel ia very clean.

However our 2nd nigjts stay the air con didn't work for some.reason so that was uncomfortable. Also.we requested a double.bed but didnt get one.

The room was nice even if it was a superior a little bit small.

The breakfast was rather uninspired, and the indoor breakfast area felt more like a train station concourse than a comfortable dining space. There were no designated quiet times around the pools, which made it difficult to relax. The staff were friendly, but rather reserved and not particularly attentive. Overall, considering the price, there are better options available in Naxos.

This was our third consecutive stay at the resort, and we are already looking forward to our next stay! As always, everything about our stay was exceptional. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and well-appointed, the facilities spotless and tasteful, the location (just a 10-minute walk to town) absolutely perfect, and--above else--the staff is truly wonderful. They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. I want to give a special thank you to Vallia, who greeted us each morning with a big smile and was so kind to our little son. We can't wait to come back next summer!

The room, though on the small side, was comfortable and clean, and we had a nice view of the nearby beach. We were also close to one of the two pools in the property. Breakfast was ample and varied, and the restaurant served up good food. We liked that it had the feel of being out in the sticks, but actually is about 200m from Naxos Town and our favourite restaurant.

Grosse déception sur ce resort classé 4 étoiles mais valant pas mieux que 3. Les photos sont réellement trompeuses, c’est beaucoup moins bien que ce qui est affiché sur le site. Bâtiments vieillissants un peu datés, manque cruel de charme ( c’est globalement froid), le personnel menager n’est pas au niveau du standing présumé du resort ( souvent avachis sur les marches d’escalier , campés sur leur tel, ne relevant pas la tete, ne disant pas bonjour, etc). Proche de la plage mais avec terrain vague entre les 2. Plein de petits détails qui rn font un logement au rapport qualité prix médiocre ( en comparaison d’un logement moins cher et bcp mieux, choisi sur Paros).

This is our 3rd time at this hotel and, as always, everything about our stay was exceptional. First of all the staff are all absolutely lovely--and a special shout out to Vallia, who went out of her way to accommodate us. The facilities are immaculate, the breakfast options plentiful, and the location perfect: a few steps from a sandy, shallow beach and just a ten minute walk to the town. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine, a delicious dessert, fruits, and a thoughtful note thanking us for returning to the resort. I cannot recommend Naxos Resort strongly enough, and we will absolutely be back!

The resort met all of our expectations. We visited at the end of our Greek vacation and it was wonderful to relax by the pool and beach. The space was so comfortable. There were some ants in our bathroom, but to be expected in an island facility. The food options were wonderful and the service was excellent.

δε εχω αποψη καθωσ λογω ατυχηματος τησ μητερασ που θα εμενε δε εγινε η διαμονη καθολου και ενω ενημερωσα στισ πρωτεσ 10 ωρεσ απο τη κρατηση δε αποζημιωθηκα ουτε μια μερα απο τισ 4. και αν το καταλυμα οπως ειπε δε μποροθσε να δωσει το δωματιο , για το μεγεθοσ του και το ονομα του θα μπορουε να αφησει ανοιχτες ημερομηνιεσ.
