The location was good, near El Corte d'Ingles Shopping Centre and a short walk from some nice cafés and the room was bright with two big windows overlooking an old church building

A lot of dust in the room and the telephone and seating area and counter beside the bed needed cleaning. Also, I am not a fan of barking dogs or pets of any description in a hotel or in hotel rooms.

Eine sehr gute Lage nur 2 Minuten in die Stadt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war super sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

**Good location and helpful staff, but too expensive for the quality** We stayed at Novotel Suites Málaga Centro during Feria de Málaga and really enjoyed the city and the festival. The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 9-minute walk from the historic centre, where many of the daytime festival activities were taking place. The hotel interior is fairly modern, the room was clean, housekeeping was good, and the staff were helpful, respectful and professional. We also appreciated having 24-hour reception and security present during the night. However, there were several things that reduced the overall experience. The room felt quite small for a four-star hotel. More importantly, whenever the air conditioning was running, water was dripping into the bathroom area. By the end of the day, the bath mat in front of the shower was completely soaked, even before we had used the shower. We also had a recurring problem with the electronic room keys. They stopped working almost every day, so after returning tired to the hotel we regularly had to go back down to reception to have them reprogrammed. After two days the cards were replaced, but only one of the replacement cards worked reliably. Breakfast was available, but we felt the price was too high for what was offered, so instead we preferred walking into the old town and having a more traditional breakfast in local cafés. Overall, the hotel was clean, well located and had very good staff, but considering the room size, maintenance issues and repeated key problems, we felt the price was too high for the quality of a four-star stay, even taking into account the very busy Feria period.

Zawsze były zmieniane brudne ręczniki i jak trzeba było to zmieniano nam pościel . Regularnie zmieniane kosze na śmieci Dziękujemy Paniom które tym się zajmowały .

Jedynym minusem były śniadania . Codziennie to samo Mogła być jakaś ryba (była ryba raczej z konserwy )skoro jest to miejscowość nad morzem Za taką cenę jaka hotel sobie życzy śniadania były słabe chociaż personel był bardzo miły i pomocny

Micul dejun a fost gustos, dar nu foarte variat. Un lucru neplăcut ar putea fi faptul ca locul alocat pentru mic dejun este mic si trebuie asteptat pană se eliberează o masă! Desi eram cazați de 2 zile, cu sejurul plătit, nu au avut increderea de a trece achiziția unei sticle de apă si a unui suc in contul camerei, urmând să fie achitate la check-out. Locurile de parcare mici, puține si accesul in parcare și iesirea pe un singur sens, inedit aș spune!

Le personnel pas courtois du tout et allor que ont de vais prendre la chambre à 14h ont à attendue 1h de plus pour avoir la chambre. Ils ont trouvé ça normal . Chambre salle avec des poile dans la salle de bain des rideaux troué. Bref.

L’emplacement est vraiment le gros point fort de l’hôtel. Il est très central et permet de faire énormément de choses à pied : la Plaza de la Constitución, les grands magasins El Corte Inglés, Larios et de nombreux commerces sont tout proches. Il y a également plusieurs restaurants proposant de la nourriture halal à proximité, ainsi que Primor juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. Le port est également facilement accessible à pied et la plage de La Malagueta est à environ 20 minutes de marche. Pour visiter Málaga sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture, l’emplacement est donc parfait. Les chambres étaient propres et l’établissement globalement bien entretenu. Le parking Indigo se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel et nous avons pu bénéficier d’une petite remise, ce qui est très pratique pour les personnes qui viennent en voiture

Le petit-déjeuner est assez limité en choix, même si les produits proposés étaient de bonne qualité. La salle du petit-déjeuner est également assez petite. Pour les familles avec enfants, une séparation est prévue, mais le rideau n’était pas installé lors de notre séjour, donc cela manquait un peu d’intimité. L’hôtel étant situé en plein centre-ville, il faut également s’attendre à un environnement urbain classique.

Habitación amplia, bien equipada! El wc está separado de ducha, bañera y lavabo en otro cuarto pequeño, me pareció buena idea. Camas cómodas, buena ubicación y parking que aunque es público, está pegado y accedes a recepción directamente por el ascensor y con el descuento del hotel queda a buen precio y puedes entrar y salir libremente.

El aire acondicionado, no se, a veces iba fuerte otras no..... Pero vamos, calor no pasamos!

Vakarā pie viesnīcas nejutos droši, jo blakus bija vairāki bezpajumtnieki. Atrašanās vieta tuvu vecpilsētai un dažiem apskates objektiem, arī bāriem. Biju rezervējusi naktsmītnes 3 cilvēkiem, beigās visas gulējām kopā 1 lielā gultā.

La habitación cómoda y agradable. El tamaño de la habitación ideal con un diseño moderno, y muy buen gusto. Las camas muy cómodas y buen tamaño. Tenia parking disponible con buena tarifa por el día completo. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La ubicación del hotel buena, podrías llegar a la playa y zonas turísticas caminando, también tiene el Corte Ingles al lado. Opciones de restaurantes cerca, tiene un japonés al lado con buenos precios. El personal muy amable, servicial, y muy educado. Todos, el front desk, servicio de habitaciones y el personal de seguridad un 10. Lo recomiendo mucho, me encantó este hotel y seguro volvería. Muy recomendable.

Por poner una pega, los ascensores un poco lento sobre todo cuando temporada alta con booking alto, pero nada grave.

the homeless people living very close to the hotels. I highly suggest to park your car in the garage and pay the 20 Euro daily because i got robbed, they brake the small window of my rent car to subtract a suitcase with shoes and it ruin my lovely days in Malaga

Every thing was perfect

This was our first stay at the Novotel Suites Malaga and we were very pleased. The location is excellent, close to the Málaga-Centro Alameda station and the Historic Center. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We were on a family trip for a few days, in my opinion, it's fantastic place for parents with children. Our Stay was short but sweet:)

I have no negative comments

Room was clean, comfy beds, food was okay even with same products every day. If I can suggest something it will be great adding sourdough bread and porridge for breakfast it will be great and healthy option. Thank you.

Mosquitos in the room were biting us every night even on the high floor. We didn't use air con during the night because of the noise it makes. So, if i can suggest something, it will be great adding plug-in mosquitos repellant(liquid) or any other things to keep them away from the room.

Podoba Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Novotelu w Maladze. Miło zaskoczyła nas funkcjonalność i świetne zagospodarowanie pokoju był bardzo kompaktowy, a jednocześnie idealnie wyposażony dla naszej trójki. Wszystko było bardzo czyste, personel niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy, a lokalizacja okazała się świetną bazą do zwiedzania miasta. Z przyjemnością wrócimy! 🫶🙏

L’aire condicionat . Vaig entrar a l’habitacio i la temperatura era de 31 graus. L’aire condicionat desastrós.. Després de funcionar 1h va baixar 2 graus. Horrible. Vaig queixar-me i amablement em varen canviar l’habitació. La cosa va millorar una mica. No es un hotel per recomanar durant els mesos d’estiu.

Lit un peu petit, 1 er étage avec un bébé j’ai du faire changer chambre car j’était côté rue (bruyant) et surtout la Clim odeur pas agréable et difficilement réglable.

Our room was very clean, and was cleaned to a high standard every single day. You are very close to the river and straight into the old parts of the city which we really enjoyed wandering around and finding lovely places to eat and sit and relax

We didn’t find reception staff attitude towards us satisfactory when the last couple of days our room keys repeatedly stopped working and then the safe stopped working. We felt like we were the problem.

Sehr praktische Lage. Mit der Bahn erwa 15min vom Flughafen. In der Nähe ist eine Markthalle, bis zum Strand ist etwa 20min zu Fuss..bis zur alt Stadt etwa 15min zu Fuss. Ich war sejr zufrieden und ich werde wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten!

No indicaron con claridad si estaba incluido el desayuno. No obstante cuando lo solicité me pasaron una tarifa muy alta. El baño grande en la ducha, pero el inodoro estaba separado en otro baño chico muy precario.

Konum çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok cana yakın ve yardımsever. Odalar iyi dizayn edilmiş.

La nostra stanza era stupenda, pulita, accessoriata. Un vero comfort per me che viaggiavo da sola con mio figlio. La posizione è ottima, fuori dall'area pedonale ma a due passi dal centro storico e dal porto. La posizione perfetta. Il personale ci ha presi a cuore e ha dimostrato attenzione e interesse nei nostri confronti. Tutti molto carini.

Il menù del ristorante è un po' limitato e abbiamo potuto cenare dentro una sola sera. Ma comunque il cibo servito era buono. Quindi per una sera in cui si è stanchi, va benissimo. All'esterno nell'area antistante si ferma qualche senza tetto a dormire, quindi se viaggiate da sole, non tornate troppo tardi :)
