I didn’t like the room at all. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was no proper blanket, just a thin linen sheet. I had to take a blanket from the closet, but it didn’t have a cover. The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures and even basic amenities such as cotton pads were missing. The check-in experience was unwelcoming. The lady didn’t explain anything about the pool towels or provide the cards needed for them.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Great central location, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, friendly and professional staff, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. It was a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Málaga.
There wasn’t anything significant that I disliked during my stay. If anything, some aspects of the hotel could perhaps benefit from a little updating, but overall this didn’t detract from my experience.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Location was good and check in was fast and efficient. Bar staff at the pool were great and very friendly.
At check in, our room wasn't ready but said we could go to the pool. Couldn't get through the pool door and despite going downstairs to reception twice, still couldn't get access through the pool door without a key card. Staff at the bar downstairs in an evening were quite abrupt and not very helpful. Cleaning wasn't always consistent - drinking glasses not cleaned or replaced and had to ring down for towels twice as not given any.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Allocated hotel room not 4* more like a basic 3*! My husband asked if we could be moved to a room with a view as no balcony. The room looked over a street on ground floor. Reception said they were fully booked but would try to get us moved the next day. We were happy with this and settled in for the night. OMG! Don’t stay in room 013!!!!! Noisiest hotel room I have ever attempted to sleep in…..I heard ever passerby, which was a lot, every vehicle, siren and anything that made noise! Really disappointed! I will be going to reception first thing to demand a room change! Absolute torture not relaxing at all! To be pay circa £156 a night without breakfast and endure the noise and basic surroundings is just not acceptable!!
