Von Anfang an wurde ich sehr herzlich begrüßt, mir wurde auf einer Karte gezeigt was man sich so anschauen sollte, zusammen mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Obwohl ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte, wäre es möglich gewesen morgens einen Kaffee und ein Croissant zu bekommen - ohne Zusatzkosten...Da meine Eltern in einer Ferienwohnung um die Ecke waren, aber ich dort gefrühstückt und das Angebot nicht genutzt, finde es aber super, dass es sowas gibt. 😊

Die Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett (Kopf), das finde ich unangenehm zum Schlafen.

The location is the best reason for choosing this hotel. I got a room on the 5th floors which came with a wonderful view on the city. Although the location, the locals were quiet and respectful so the noise wasn't an issue at night. The staff is very friendly and ready to help at any moment. Thanks to them I found out that a taxi from the hotel to the airport takes around 25Euros. Before that I wanted to go by the train from the train station which was far more complicated and the price was almost the same. So I suggest the taxi for everyone.

On the room description on Booking it said that we would get a double bed but instead we got 2 separate beds put together. We didn't address the staff about the issue. I also found the bathroom especially the shower being quite narrow for a 1.87m man.

La posizione è ottima, la colazione nei limiti il bagno non era per nulla comodo, di piccole dimensioni con lavabo vecchio e rubinetti obsoleti.

Il bagno della camera non era per nulla conforme a quello che dovrebbe lo standard di un bagno e non corrispondente a quello che pubblicano sul sito. Pertanto il rapporto qualità prezzo è scarso.

Location is excellent - 10 to 15 minutes from the bus and train stations. Lots of restaurants nearby and convenience shops within a few minutes walk. Piazza Maggiore is less than 10 minutes walk. Complimentary croissant and coffee for breakfast.

Shower was tiny and door didnt close properly.

ホテルの受付の人が地図をくれて色々教えてくれました。教えてくれた図書館と教会がとてもよかったです。部屋は清潔感があり洗面所もきれいでよかったです。朝ごはんはクロワッサンとコーヒーかカプチーノを選べます。騒音もなく快適でした。チェックアウトの後荷物を預かってもらえたのも助かりました。立地も駅から徒歩圏内でボローニャの有名な場所にもすぐ着いてよかったです。

しいて言うと冷蔵庫があったらもっとよかったかもしれないです。

My girlfriend and I liked everything about this hotel. It offers fantastic value for money and is located right in the heart of Bologna, a short 15 minute stroll from the Bologna train station. The check-in was seamless and only took a few minutes. Every member of staff, from the receptionists (one of whom appeared to be the owner) to the breakfast and cleaning ladies were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a lift in the hotel and the reception area is well air-conditioned. The hallway on our floor also was air-conditioned as was our room when we entered it. The room was spotlessly clean, which is important for us. It was very spacious with a large double bed. There were plenty of towels in the room and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The window was facing a busy Bologna street. The TV has plenty of channels. The hotel serves a simple breakfast that includes a coffee and a fresh crossaint, which is typical of Italian breakfast. We had an issue with our shower head on the first evening, but staff came in to check on it that same evening and had it fixed the following day.

The shower cabin as well as the sink were somewhat small, which is not really the fault of the hotel, but something to be conscious of.

Zentrale, unschlagbare Lage und die Herzlichkeit des Personals. Ein kleinen italienische Frühstück bestehend aus Kaffee und Croissant und dazu ein echtes Lächeln sagen mehr als standardisierte Höflichkeit in einem Kettenhotel. Es ist nicht mehr das neuste Hotel, aber alles sauber. Mehr brauch ich nicht.

It was a nice central location, close to good cafes and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and kind, I felt taken care of the whole time. The air conditioning worked really well and I liked the simple but elegant furniture in the room. I also liked they attended me at all hours of the night when arriving.

Maybe adding some fruit to breakfast would be nice, but I understand they are keeping it traditional.

The hotel's location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the iconic Two Towers. The amazing view from my window—I could even see the Two Towers. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés just outside the hotel, making it perfect. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was perfectly fine for one person. The room was equipped with air conditioning and a hair dryer, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided. What truly made this stay memorable was the staff. Every single person I met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Santino for his great sense of humor—it always put a smile on my face. I also want to thank the person who cleaned my room and thoughtfully left the air conditioning on before I returned, so the room was nice and cool. I feel it's a bit unfair that I don't know the names of everyone who helped me during my stay, because they were all absolutely amazing and each one contributed to making my visit so enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again the next time I'm in Bologna.

Struttura comodissima al centro e vicina anche alla stazione. Camera pulitissima, staff molto gentile. Colazione offerta dall'hotel! Un'ottima soluzione per chi si reca a Bologna, anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Piccolo hotel in centro, a 5 minuti da piazza Maggiore. Non fa servizio di colazione, offre solo un caffè e un croissant (peraltro molto buoni). Staff attento e gentile. La camera era fresca anche senza l’uso del climatizzatore (comunque disponibile e performante).

Good locations

Too much noise. Could hear the people in the room next to mine come in laughing and talking as if they were in my room. They were also playing the violin at weird times.

Уже в третий раз была в Болонии, и это самый лучший отель из всех! Отдельное спасибо персоналу, который понимал меня с полуслова и делал все для моего комфорта. Отель расположен великолепно, от вокзала около 10 минут пешком, до центра 5 минут. В минуте находится супермаркет, рядом очень много баров, кафе и ресторанов, все магазины тоже под рукой. Меня заселили раньше без доплаты. В номере уже работал кондиционер. Все очень чисто, все есть в номер, включая комплект для чистки зубов. У меня не были включены завтраки, но с утра можно было прийти в буфет и в качестве комплимента получить кофе и круассан, это восхитительно! Жила на 5 этаже с прекрасным видом на город. После выселения оставила вещи до отъезда, также все отлично.

Так как отель находится в центре города, то было очень шумно вечером и ночью, тем более сейчас идет чемпионат по футболу, поэтому даже с закрытыми окнами было все слышно.

Locația este extraordinară, aproape de toate obiectivele principale. Personalul a fost deosebit de amabil. Se face curățenie zilnic.

Mobilierul camerei este puțin cam demodat. Nu are frigider în cameră!!!

El wifi en la pieza es inutilizable. Al final tuve que bajar a la terraza del primer piso a trabajar, lo que en el verano puede funcionar bien.

De badkamer was klein. We waren met een baby en om haar mee te wassen en samen onder de douche te gaan was erg krap.

Frühstück war an sich nicht inbegriffen, aber es gab tglich ein italienisches Frühstück mit Kaffee nach Wunsch und Cornetto.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Abfluss war wirklich störend. Leider! Denn ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt

The breakfast was offered as complimentary and was very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great relative to the town centre and the train station and also great for restaurants and cafes.

The street noise was very significant, even though we were on the 4th floor. The odour in the bathroom was unpleasant although not particularly strong.

Definitely bathroom. Not sure we ever saw shower enclosure this small, and the rest of equipment is put quite awkwardly. I understand the limitations of space, but it really takes some time and experimentation to find the best ways to use it.

Resepsiyon daki görevliler çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü kişiler. Sabah erken çıkıp akşam geç saat de döndük, her gelişimizde odamızı pırıl pırıl temiz bulduk. Konumu benim için çok iyi, her yere yürüyerek erişebildim.

duş kabini biraz daha büyük olmasını isterdim. Birde kordonlu bir duş başlığı eklenmiş olsa süper olurdu. Tepedeki duş başlığı güzel ama bence yıkanmak için yeterli değil.

En general el hotel estuvo bien. El problema principal que tuvimos fue con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba y la habitación estaba bastante caliente como para dormir cómodamente.

Personalul este deosebit de amabil. Dimineata se serveste cafea/ceai, croisant, gem excelente, din partea casei! Locatia este extraordinara, aproape de toate obiectivele principale, la maxim 15 minute de mers pe jos!

Nu este ceva care sa nu-mi fi placut, doar baia este cam micuta, si la dus cam stramt.

Utmärkt läge, trevlig personal. Rummet var rymligt och bra. Sängarna ok. Tyst på natten trots livligt ute. Bra att lite frukost ingår. Rekommenderas! Mycket prisvärt!

The sleeping area itself was quite spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. The location was fantastic, very central to everything we wanted to access and just a short walk from the train station. The front desk staff were friendly, which was good because they have to let you in and give you your room key each time you return.

The bathroom had a bit of a musty smell, but likely because the shower was on the smaller side and there was some splashing out. The water pressure was at least fine. There was an air conditioning unit, but we couldn't figure out how to turn it on despite all of our googling and best efforts to just press buttons and hope for the best (note: both of us have lived in Europe before so we weren't unfamiliar with this type of unit generally). But there was a good, strong ceiling fan and the evenings were cool enough that we could just use that and keep the window open to be comfortable (but be warned, there can be a lot of street noise in the early mornings/late in the evenings). If you have more than one person to a room, there is only one key, so if you are coming back at different times, keep that in mind as whoever is in the room first will have to let you in. You also will have to explain to the front desk staff which room you are in. They might call the room to check after.

Front desk is always responsive and quick to help where needed. We have been welcomed warmly, got useful suggestions for visiting the city, and enjoyed a free breakfast every morning. The breakfast is quite small, but that allows more room for local delicacies from bakeries and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The hotel is near the student area. Which means: full of life and cheap options to eat, but also quite some noise at night! I’d suggest bringing earplugs.

Certaines nuits sont trés bruyantes (sorties de bar.....), d'autres beaucoup plus paisibles. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreille, au cas où .... Wifi pas trés fort.

Great little hotel. fantastic staff and very welcoming. Can bit abit noisy outside at night but that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. The location was fabulous.

Super freundliches Personal! Tolle Lage. Nachts sehr belebte Straße, offenes Fenster kann eine Challenge sein. Wir fanden es okay und haben die vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe besucht. Das unerwartete Frühstück war schön für den Start in den Tag. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Dusche ist sehr klein und ich habe Shampoo vermisst.

Posizione perfetta in pieno centro e in posizione strategica rispetto alla stazione. La camera era spaziosa con una buona insonorizzazione delle finestre, fondamentale considerando la posizione. Personale disponibile h24 e molto gentile, ci hanno regalato la colazione non prevista nella nostra offerta.

Peccato perchè l'aria condizionata in stanza non era funzionante. Il bagno davvero molto piccolo e senza bidet. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono se non avesse avuto queste due mancanze.

Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι σε πολύ καλη τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό πολυ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ηταν καθαρό το δωμάτιο και είχε πολύ ωραία θέα.

Το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό που θα μπορούσα να αναφέρω, χωρίς να φταίει το ξενοδοχείο, είναι το οτι ο δρόμος από κάτω έχει φασαρία το βράδυ.

The stuff was very friendly. It was clean and the hotel had an excellent location. They did offer complementary breakfast which we did not end up eating.

The room was okay but bath a bit smelly. But overall okay. The noise made it impossible to sleep so keep in mind to bring earplugs.
