Bagno vecchio e maleodorante. Con temporale in corso abbiamo chiesto di poter cenare avendo una bambina piccola e ci è stato negato. Lo stesso si è riproposto al pranzo successivo, pur avendolo chiesto al mattino. Non è accettabile che non vi sia una offerta alternativa anche solo di un piatto di pasta per la bambina se non si prenota sin da subito la pensione completa.

The balcony was actually bigger than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. We went to Mongioia beach club daily which I highly recommend as the staff was so friendly and helpful. We were happy that the hotel had bikes that we could use at our leisure.
I was expecting more entertainment for families in the evenings. I thought there would be a magic show or the Queen music show but it wasn't scheduled the week we were there. The elevator was slow and we often took the stairs to our room which wasn't really an issue.

L hotel est confortable, la chambre spacieuse et propre , le personnel à l ' écoute. La vue magnifique dans la chambre vue mer.
Le matelas pour notre enfant dans la chambre familiale etait dur et peu confortable. Une bouilloire sans aucune infusion ni café. Le parking très étroit.

Personnel très gentil ainsi que les femmes de ménage. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre propre, salle de bain refaite à neuf.. Possibilité de mettre un peu de linge à sécher dehors, pratique pour les serviettes de plage et maillot
Le matelas très dur., oreillers plats Dommage, on ne nous a pas expliqué dès notre arrivée qu'il fallait réserver le dîner la veille pour le lendemain. Sinon on serait bien restées dîner à l'hôtel. On nous a également dit qu'ils avaient un accord avec l'hôtel d'en face pour la location de transat et parasol et qu'il n'y avait pas de plage public alors qu'il y a plusieurs plages publiques entre certains hôtels.

Leider hat uns niemand bescheid gegeben das in der Nacht zum 13.6.26 vor dem Hotel etwas aufgebaut wurde und dadurch der Wagen unserer Tochter abgeschleppt wurde welcher vor dem Hotel geparkt war. Schwuppdiwupp waren inkl. Italienischer Taxifahrt ;-) 185 € weg !!!

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Schiff-Motto des Hotels wird überall sehr nett und witzig umgesetzt. Das Frühstück ist gut - es gibt sogar tolle Pancakes mit Pistaziencreme (vielen Dank an den netten Hotelangestellten, der die Pancakes immer frisch für uns zubereitet hat). Zu unserer Reisezeit gab es noch keine Shows im Hotel, nächstes Mal kommen wir zur Hauptsaison für Freddie Mercury wieder.

Reviewed May 31, 2026La struttura e’ particolare con questo tema nave in posizione ottima rispetto alla spiaggia e al centro. Ottima la colazione con lo show cooking, un po misera per la frutta ma tutto sommato buona e gradevole servita sulla terrazza fronte strada. Ha un parcheggio interno molto comodo e danno la possibilità di usare gratuitamente delle biciclette. Non avendo figli non posso dire altro ma ho visto che hanno anche il miniclub. Hanno una spiaggia convenzionata di fronte, carina peccato che gli unici posti liberi fossero a maggio alla 15esima fila. Aria condizionata funzionante, stanza seppur standard era delle dimensioni giuste.
La pulizia della stanza era molto approssimativa. Appena entrati lo specchio era macchiato. Non c’e un telefono in stanza con cui chiamare la reception ma le ragazze sono presenti h24 e sono anche gentili. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, la stanza non e’ stata rifatta perche la mattina siamo andati in spiaggia e non e’ stata pulita e abbiamo sentito che stavano pulendo le altre camere intorno alle 14.30 ma mio marito stava dormendo. Essendo solo in due ci siamo adeguati cosi e non abbiamo chiesto di rifarla in altri orari. Non sappiamo se fosse solo la nostra camera ma l’odore non era buono al suo interno come a che nel piano e nell’ascensore.

Reviewed May 31, 2026J'ai bien apprécié l emplacement de l hôtel et le design de l hôtel ainsi que la chambre était bien sympa. Petit déjeuner Topissime ! Les pane cakes sont excellents et le choix des propositions est varié et frais.
Il faut vraiment réserver le parking car autrement c'est trop galère. Pas de clim dans la chambre quand nous sommes rentrés (plein soleil) ... Pas de lait pour le corps dans la salle de bain. Une bouilloire mais pas de sachet de thé...

Hotel ist in das Alter gekommen. Sehr harte Matratze, etwas unbequem und nicht so gut geschlafen.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Posizione eccezionale sulla passeggiata, tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo, colazione strepitosa (pancake alla Nutella soprattutto), personale molto cortese e allegro, parcheggio libero nelle vie un po' più interne (5/600 m dalla struttura)
