The entire bit of coast is very monotonic

Excellent hotel, clean and perfectly positioned. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It’s amazing waking up and see the view from the room with the balcony as well as seeing the sunset.

Frühstück war toll, Lage zum Strand auch. Ausreichende Größe des Zimmers. Großer Pool.

Disco nebenan hat bis 1.30 laut Musik gespielt was sehr störend war. Ist aber wahrscheinlich schwierig zu ändern. Toilette beim Pool war sehr schmutzig.

Loved the location so close to the beach. Breakfast was great. Pool and hotel room were super clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. Public transport was seamless we got local buses to neighbouring tours viaeggio and forte di marmi. Made it so easy. Also got train from Rome and into pisa for a day trip.

Exceptional stay. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, and the location right on the beach is fantastic. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with excellent beds. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was very well organized and comfortable, and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. A great hotel for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Все, что касается самой гостиницы, было отлично! Чистый уютный номер со всеми удобствами, профессиональное обслуживание, любезный персонал, великолепные завтраки! На самом высоком уровне!

Один раз вечером накануне отъезда решили посетить ресторан при отеле. Забронировали столик на веранде возле бассейна, пришли в числе первых. Однако сначала нам предложили алый плохой столик, а затем и само обслуживание оказалось на крайне низком уровне! Не хочется описывать все детали, ограничусь тем, что не самые сложные блюда (утиную грудку и ризотто) мы ждали более часа, а утка при этом была почти холодной! Нас принесли извинения, которые мы приняли, но больше в этот ресторан мы не пойдем никогда.

Die Poollandschaft mit dem Zaun ist nicht schön. Die Liegestühle sind ziemlich unbequem. Die Markierung im Pool, wo es tief wird, fehlt

Schönes Hotel in Top Lage. Der Pool, das Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist hervorzuheben. Die Parkgarage war top, mein großes Auto hatte gut Platz.

Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse würde man erwarten, dass so Kleinigkeiten nicht auftreten: im Zimmer tropfte es von der Wand, wenn die Klima im Wohnzimmer eingeschaltet war. Beim Pool war es vorbe dreckig und schimmlig, sollte bei einem 4Sterne Hotel nicht sein. Der Kaffee war nicht gut.

(Grösster Mitbewerber Versilia Lido | UNA Esperienze). Frühstücksbuffet sehr auswahlreich, Bar und Restaurant zufriedenstellend. Personal ist sehr bemüht.

>> Einziger Nachteil ist die Parksituation. Für Vans oder SUVs mit Dachbox keine Chance ein Hotelparkplatz in der TG zu bekommen. Vor dem Haus stets ein Lottospiel, es gibt keine reservierten Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. >> Bagno muss selbst organisiert werden, das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Beach

Im Zimmer könnte es ein paar mehr Haken zum Aufhängen geben, da man ja auch am Strand ist. Ansonsten schönes Hotel.

Ein schönes Hotel in bester Lage direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer war groß, mit sehr komfortablen Betten und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und bot viele verschiedene regionale Früchte. Einmal haben wir im Hotelrestaurant sehr lecker gegessen. An der Promenade gab es aber auch viele nette Restaurants, in denen man italienisches Essen genießen konnte. Der Pool war sehr schön und wir konnten jedes Mal einen Liegeplatz bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wände waren etwas hellhörig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist etwas zu hoch.

It’s a lovely hotel in a superb location. Breakfast buffet was good and the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend and it seemed the best hotel in the area.

It’s not so much the hotels fault perhaps but we stayed in the high season August and I thought it was overpriced.

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels. Die Suite war sehr geräumig mit tollen ausblick. Rund um das Hotel sind nette Geschäfte und Restaueants angesiedelt. Wir kommen wieder!

Ligging aan de boulevard, heerlijk zwembad. Ontbijt goed verzorgd met veel keuze. Handdoeken voor het strand en zwembad beschikbaar. Makkelijk met de trein naar Pisa en Lucca.

De kosten voor het huren van een strandbed. Via het hotel nog wat korting, maar die waren niet elke dag beschikbaar.

En général les chambres sont assez petites (nous avons séjourné 2 années de suite dans cet hôtel) mais cette fois ,comme nous sommes à présent 4, nous avions une suite junior et là c'était parfait. Chambre bien grande ! - Les repas du soirs à la carte sont très bons. La qualité est top. - Pour aller à la plage, nous pouvions prendre les essuies de la piscine - La gentillesse du personnel

- ce qui est dommage c'est qu'il y avait cette année beaucoup moins de choix au petit déjeuner ; moins de fruits (pas d'ananas par exemple). De plus, avant il y avait un cuisinier qui faisait les œufs brouillés et ici ils étaient déjà prêts dans un bac mais la qualité était moins bonne et ils étaient sec et pas très chaud. - ce qui nous a le plus déçus c'est qu'avant à midi, nous pouvions prendre des plats à la carte ou le plat du jour. Chaque jour, un plat était annoncé. Cette année, plus de cuisine à midi.. avec les enfants c'était beaucoup moins pratique. Heureusement 2fois nous avons pu bénéficier d'un plat car il y avait des habitués qui y avaient droit et dn insistant un peu, nous avons pu avoir le même plat qu'eux..

Breakfast was good but if you didn’t know they would serve fresh orange juice, they didn’t offer. We had to see other tables ordering it. The front beach seemed to have a deal with the hotel, which turns out increases the value by month! We saw a review online where price was 25 and one month after it was 30! It was super packed compared to other beaches without the agreement with the hotel, and a little cheaper (25) Not a fan of private beaches at all. I also don’t recommend it for toddlers or children between 1 and 4 that love to move around and play all the time. Swimming pool was not very children friendly and other guests didn’t seem to appreciate children much.

Weinig schaduw plekken bij het zwembad. Vaak problemen met het vinden van een parkeerplek.

Gutes vier Sterne Hotel für Italien. Zentral gelegen vielfältiges Frühstück schöner Pool, Parkhaus, kostet allerdings 20 Euro.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Wir wurden beim Check-In sehr freundlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wirkten recht neu und die Größe war ausreichend. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr gut. Beim Frühstück gab es ausreichend Platz und auch eine große Auswahl am Buffet. Die Anzahl der Liegen am Pool ist etwas gering, aber der Strand liegt ja gleich auf der anderen Seite der Promenade. Dort gibt es ausreichend Liegen, die man auch an der Hotelrezeption reservieren kann. Wir hatten auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage reserviert, was zu empfehlen ist, da entlang der Promenade Kurzparkzone ist und auch die Seitengassen sehr voll waren.

Nichts, es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Außer vielleicht die Fans der Argentinischen Mannschaft im Fernsehraum beim WM Finale, die sich auch hier als sehr schlechte Verlierer gezeigt haben ;-)

Amasing staff and great location

Limited lunch options and thought dinner menu looked pricey and didn't suit kids so we chose to eat elsewhere each evening.

Das Hotelpersonal ist allgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem am Empfang wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt und es wird sich bei unseren Anliegen sehr bemüht. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Liegen sollte man im Hotel reserviere, da man bessere Konditionen bekommt als am Strand selbst. Wir hatten einen Balkon. Die Klimaanlage war an obwohl die Karte nicht im entsprechenden Platz gesteckt hat, das war super. Der Zimmerservice war auch mega nett. Es war sauber und hat vorallem im Eingangsbereich gut gerochen.

Die Anlage ist allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das zieht sich durch den gesamten Komplex. Es ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung das größte Hotel an der Promenade. Wir hatten das Glück im 5. OG ein Zimmer zu haben. Lediglich die Zimmer im 5. OG haben einen Balkon. Die Promenade ist sehr touristisch, ich hätte mich im Vorfeld etwas besser damit auseinandersetzen sollen, unser Fehler, hat mit dem Hotel nichts zutun. Wir hatten lediglich Frühstück gebucht. Beim Americano läuft aus der Kaffeeautomaten erstmal braunes Wasser und dann Kaffe. Das spiegelt allgemein den etwas heruntergekommenen Zustand wieder. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nichts weltbewegendes.

It was a challenge to find parking for the rental car and keep the meter funded.

Excellent hotel next to the beach and with a good size swimming pool. The quality is high: good bedding, good bathroom and shower, good AC. You can close the blinds fully for a good night sleep. The staff is super attentive and kind. The breakfast offers many options and the hotel is surrounded by food options. We totally recommend it.

The bathroom at the swimming pool should be upgraded.
