While value for money is great, the hotel could use a few room upgrades such as updated flooring. Carpets are old.

Breakfast was ok but I felt rushed. People cleaning around me at the buffet. I had to move my plate so she could shoot the crumbs on the floor

Breakfast was until 10 am but by 9:30, they were cleaning. Some people came in a 10 to 10 and there was basically nothing to eat

Some of the staff are not approachable, cleaners not doing a proper cleaning, my fridge was not working properly, reported to the receptionist. They promised that maintenance team will come and check it. However, all through my stay no feedback. I would also suggest that the hotel manager gets people that can take luggages to the room. It's a great relief and sense of belongings especially for travellers who have had a long trip. Thank you

i myself enjoyed the free breakfast for what i required. my son on the other hand didnt eat properly the day before, so it was nice to add money in order to get eggs, sausage etc. we were both pretty happy. i really enjoyed the night before having a hamburger, fries and a beer. the view was great and had live music

that i didnt have more time to enjoy the pool but we were out longer than anticipated

The location was great for the activities we did during our stay! The hotel was quiet and we were able to get rest for ourselves and child. When traveling with a child free breakfast was a bonus that we didn’t need to go out. Large buffet breakfast with fresh foods to choose from.

Although the room was clean there was no access to fresh air by opening a window.

Decent value for money. It is a nice, clean hotel at a reasonable price (for 2026). I have stayed here previously.

The location is ok only if you have a vehicle. However, I knew that going in. For example, we drove to the Yorkdale Mall and took the subway downtown. While not a big deal to me; the hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh.

Really good value. Not the most up to date or most amazing hotel, but for the money it's really good. Breakfast is also perfectly acceptable . The usual various breads, yogurt, Danish, coffee, tea, juice, etc. If you a plate with eggs, potatoes etc. it's only a $6 add on. I saw a lot of people ordering that. Considering a lot of hotels charge $15 to $20 for a simple plate of eggs and a side, this is a superb value. The rooms are specious and clean. My wife likes having a jacuzzi tub. This is one of the few hotels to have that. This was our 3rd stay in 3 years and still no complaints. Its really good value with a spacious room, comfy mattress, and clean bathroom. I will happily come back again next year for another quick visit to Toronto

Only minor maintenance item was some moisture damage over the jacuzzi tub, not perfect, but for what we paid, the room was really solid. Everything looked well maintained. The bathroom was in good condition. No large gobs of sealant anywhere trying to cheaply fix something. The furniture was all in good condition and not all beaten up. So really no significant issues.

We found garbage left on the window panes and on the table in the room. The coffee maker was dirty. 2nd room we had jettub not working properly but we didnt complain cause we plan to not use it further and be asked to switch to another room cause we were really tired.

Good location, close to Toronto zoo. Pool was very nice. Room was great and the food was very good both for breakfast and supper. I would suggest that they offer kids meals.

Didn’t get enough information about breakfast; I was waiting for a knock on my door for it until I called and I was told to come for a coupon.

Room and shower are good and it’s clean. Shower works better than some of the higher class hotel I’ve been in, but bathroom is a bit small. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi suite, so my room is of very good size. Staff is very friendly.

Public places like elevators are not too clean, rugs in there not vacuumed well. Public places could look messy at times, with things lying around. The main entrance is confusing, after you park, you actually are entering the hotel through the back door, and don’t know where the service desk is. Reaching the parking area could be confusing too. I have to look for it and missed it the first time.

Zimmer war ok, Easy Verbindung nach Toronto, vom Hotel ca 10 Min mit den Auto zur U-Bahn Station Finch, hier riesiger Parkplatz neben der U-Bahn für 5 $ am Tag und dann mit der U-Bahn für 3,50 $ nach Toronto.

Frühstück im Hotel war typisch Amerikanisch also eher einfach.

Shower over the bath is outdated walk in showers needed. Small bath and face towels. Only coffee maker rooms need kettle. Carpets need thorougher steam cleaning and reception area floor tiles have lost their gloss and need renewing.

The bed needs a new mattress and they need to do something with the air flow it’s either FREEZING or BOILING HOT

Overall was great the bed was too soft for me and the rug made it smell a little musty. The elavator was down and caused for long waits for the elavator that was still working.

Breakfast could have a little more variety in the section of breakfast, pasties, and a lot of bread choices. The room had a funky smell. The sheets had a big stain, and the bedcover was so stained it looked brownish-yellow.

My husband and i book for only one night for my graduation .Yet the manager gave us free upgrade. And said to us enjoy our stay which we did. They also have free breakfast complimentary which was plus point. Looking forward to stay again.

The coffee maker its hard to tell if the machine will stop byitself or you have to turn it off.also the power button of the machine is feel unsafe because if you dont know how to use it properly and you press it to turn off. There is a possibility the coffee or tea can spill on you.

It was the cheapest hotel in the area for the price, especially considering that breakfast and parking were included. I think the breakfast provided is more than enough, and the bagels are especially good. For those saying the breakfast options are limited, you can pay an extra $8 for additional choices, and it would still be cheaper than most nearby hotels.

My mom and I checked in around 10:30pm, and were asleep by 11pm after a long day of work and travel. When we woke up at 6:30am, the power was out. The room got very warm during the night, so neither of us slept well. I checked my phones battery, and estimated the power had gone out around midnight, based on how much it charged. When it finally did come on around 7:20am, obviously tjere wasn't any hot water, so neither myself or my mom could comfortably shower, or use the jacuzzi tub. When I unlocked the door to our room to go check out, I realized if I hadn't locked it, anyone could have walked into our hotel room during the night, as we were on the second floor, and both doors to the stairwell wide open. Upon checking out, employees did not ask about our stay, or apologize for the power outage which created huge health and safety issue. I did not feel the need to complain to the front desk employees, as there was already another guest arguing with them about the power outage, whom was getting nowhere. Personally, I will not be staying there again, while in town.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and overall had a decent experience, but one issue stood out. One male kitchen staff member (I think he's thr chef) appeared to spend most of his time walking around or sitting in the office area rather than actively working. He also seemed to be there from after 9am in the mornings until very late at night, especially on Fridays during their interesting entertainment events, which left many of us wondering what his actual role was for spending practically a whole day at work each day. Several guests noticed a major difference in the quality and effort put into the meals depending on who prepared them, and we consistently preferred food made by the other cooks rather than the chef. Unfortunately, this staff member also gave off an uncomfortable and unwelcoming vibe at times. I hope management reviews this feedback, as the rest of the staff provided much better service and care.
