The room was bright, clean, quiet, and spacious , the breakfast was amazing with variety of food.

location is convenient and staffs were friendly. I like then buffet style breakfast with pretty good food and variety of choices.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and doesn’t have enough support. It was squeaky.

Breakfast was amazing, loved all the choices, including fresh fruit and oatmeal!

Many of the channels for the tv weren’t available.

Room given on our first night was not acceptable. Bathroom didn’t have bathtub but instead shower was only covered with a curtain which wets almost half of the bathroom. When water dries, bathroom smells damp. When we were upgraded, they charged us an additional $20 more. After the second day, toilet started to smell like dried up pee. Rates given when we extended were very high. Last night’s rate was $328. We felt discriminated as seniors. They thought we weren’t able to check online how much the real rates are. After checking, rates are completely different from what online rates are showing. We were very disappointed with our extended four nights stay. Also when asked for different pillows because the ones provided in our first room were too soft, I was told that those were the only pillows they have.

The bathroom sink was a little bit blocked so water won’t keep going and just stay in the bath tub. Also the AC was making too much noise on and off.

Our room was much bigger than expected and very clean. The staff was amazing and very friendly. There was a great variety of choices at breakfast, and even my picky eater could find something he liked.

The window could not be opened and there was no good air circulation in the room. The A/C was installed at near a corner of room beside sofa and facing to the door. The temperature felt very uneven in the room. It was quite cold when sitting on the sofa but the bed area remained warm.

Everything about the hotel is awesome

Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits, fruit salad and waffle was superb. Staff was replenishing everyting as soon as it depletes.

Seating availability could be more for breakfast area.

Good location for shopping, wonderful breakfast and excellent for family trips.

Disappointed with plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast!!. The bathroom door was creaking at a high octave.!!

Mike (Mukesh) was a wonderful check-in staff and accommodated us even though we checked in close to 2AM. Overall the hotel is a great bang for your buck

Location was very handy for HW407 and the Toronto Zoo. Room bathroom was clean and worked well. Lots of eating places nearby. Free breakfast was good, enough space for many hotel guests.

Our room was quite basic, no drawers, shelves or cupboard space. Not really a problem for our one night stay, but any longer with two suitcases might be a problem.

I really recommend this hotel for families. 5 of us enjoyed. It is neat and spacious.

Spacious room for wheelchair; roll-in shower much appreciated, but water leaking outside shower area, maybe curtain too short; breakfast good and eating area very clean. Overall very satisfied ; will go back again and recommend to friends.

Getting a bottle of water for each occupant would have been much appreciated; it's a bit ironic that there is a coffee maker + pack of coffee/tea, but no safe drinkable water; can we rely on tap water? Most of the hotels provide at least 2 bottles and many will freely give more on demand; Your hotel should ensure the safety of their customers, for the least of things.

Everything was easy. Check-in, check-out. Room was clean and ready. Staff was welcoming.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. We were welcomed warmly and with kindness. We liked the size of our room and the breakfast was great.

My only complaint was the pull-out couch. It is very outdated. The springs were very noisy and the mattress was very soft. I didnt sleep very well.

Breakfast was too crowd and not enough sitting

Property is secured, far away from the hustle of the city, near costco and other commercial area. I find it quiet and peaceful so it is perfect for a staycation specially with family. Breakfast serves continental breakfast, the Filipino staff at the reception was very efficient and professional. The kitchen staffs were prompt on refilling the food and very respectful. Beds were comfortable.

A bit far from Toronto downtown, but riding a taxi/uber makes it convenient.

Ventilation is quite poor in the hotel. Gets very stuffy in the room. The fan doesn’t work in the bathroom!

Location is good

Is very noisy especially when others closing their door or running in the hallway. I stayed at the suite hotel beside Hampton last time which doesn’t have this is. Probably is the building structure , I will probably not stay here next time due to the noise. Also I only got 1 room clean service while I am staying there for a week. They said I put the privacy sign out the door but I did not. Lucky I did asked for some new towels.

Noise of highway, and for the first time in my life i see a hotel not providing water , and when i asked they said you have to be Hilton Member to get water!!!! I asked for 2 glass for my drink, then provided with 2 different and not properly clean and i refused to have them...poor customer service for a room that your paying over 200 $ per night..never will come back here!

Clean Room and excellent staff helped accommodating 3 babies and the Crib were in our room before we reached was really helpful.

The rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast was good it had a great selection and good seating space. We were able to do an early check in which was awesome since we had a toddler with us.

There were garbage on the floor in the corridor. The room had a HUGE smell of cigarettes that never went away (think it came from the ventilation system). The mini fridge in the room was so old and dysfunctional that it was buzzing super loudly all day/night.

Everything excellent. Special thanx for desk agent forgot her name bt she from Hong Kong. Who was 2nd April morning shift desk agent. She takecare us professionally. She did good job.again thanx to her.

The room was overall very good—clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was especially quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout the stay.

One area for improvement would be maintenance. Some door locks felt a bit loose or slightly damaged, and a few light fixtures were not securely fixed. Strengthening these would make the experience even better.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were clean. Completely met our expectations.

We have been to this hotel before and have always enjoyed our stay. However, this time we came during March Break meaning that there were a lot of other families in the facilities... which is good but we were woken up by some late night go-getters.

Thr location was very convenient.

The bathroom was very dark and outdated. A simple led lightbulb would do wonders. The Costco customers were leaving the carts in the middle of the road. It's not the hotels responsibility but you should be aware it's happening. Maybe let the city know. It was bad.

Location close to highway, stuffs are nice and friendly

Overpriced Normally the price is reasonable but because of some events that were going on. The price was tripled.

Very friendly staff, clean room and lobby areas. Staff was attentive, they were working hard in the breakfast area and restocking everything. We were only in the area for one night but I would recommend this hotel.
