Townhouse Hotel Maastricht & Spa

Ligging, netheid, aanwezigheid parkeergarages

Location is central yet quiet

Cleanliness and rooms are a bit dated

Lekker bed Koffie / thee aanwezig

Drukke straat. ‘s nachts veel geluid. Geen stopcontact rechts van het bed.

Personeel en faciliteiten op kamer. Genoeg stopcontacten.

Lawaai. Ik werd vaak wakker van de treinen.

Kleine kamer Slechte service

Verblijf hier altijd zakelijk.

The reception area and dining room An impressive breakfast.

Room was small and cramped, bathroom the absolute minimum. Not at all impressive, almost like a hostel.

It was a lovely room and there was complimentary soup and coffee which was lovely. We also got a free upgrade which made our stay extra special!

Everything was great, if I HAD to say something, I’d say that adding a mirror to the elevator would make it feel more spacious.

Location and staff

No parking, old building, bad was not conformable, value and whats given its not fair, smell of the room.

Prima ontbijt prima personeel

From booking through to check-in and check - out we had a seamless experience in your hotel. The staff we met were very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend the breakfast which was both ample and very relaxed. Location-wise the hotel couldn't have been more convenient as it is situated a stones throw from the train station and in a leafy and safe location.

A minor negative was with regards to the square pillows which were very hard and the air-con was a little noisy but nothing else to report.

Goede service

niks eigenlijk

The property is really well located just outside of the station. Even though our room was facing the station, we heard no noises from trains, it was really well insulated. They also have some free coffee and tea, soup and others which was really a good add-on. The staff was also very hands-on.

Nothing, everything was great

De gastvrijheid en service. Kamer was ook goed

Niets

Locatie

Alles beviel ons

Ruime kamer met pantry, rustig aan achterzijde. Parkeren tegen gunstig tarief bij hotel. 24-uursreceptie. Rustige straat, centraal gelegen bij station. Fijne mogelijkheden in lounge.

great location close to every thing

Air conditioning in room was great as it was very hot in Maastricht when we stayed. Black out blinds in room were excellent. Free tea, coffee, pastries and soup in reception. Luggage storage meant we could make the most of our last day in Maastricht after checking out. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Easy walking distance to train station, International bus stop and the city.

Hartelijk ontvangst, mooie kamer met bad. Uitstekende ligging.

Alles

Goed bed, ruime kamer, goede airco.

Weinig faciliteiten in de kamer zoals waterkoker, kast.

De ligging

Niets. Voor deze prijs had ik dit verwacht

Zeer comfortabel bed!

alles was goed

.

Rustige, goede locatie net buiten centrum.

Kostenlose Suppe, Wasser & Kaffee Sehr freundliches Personal

Goed.

Great location, great comfortable bed.

- the value/price ratio awful, there is a difference between expensive and overpriced and this was overpriced given the value you get - incompetent staff, mostly students that dont even know what to do, worse is that even the other staff not students was also incompetent - ashtray full of cigarets on the room terrace - whole 5 days, still not cleaned - changing towels every day even if they were not dropped to the ground - why? I dont need a fresh towel for my face EVERY day, why waste? - breakfast was mid, eggs cold - who wants to eat scrambled eggs cold? Ugh basic stuff not meeting regular quality conditions here, I expected better, and the dining area so cold, I could see other people finding spots away from air conditition - again - incompetent staff here to turn it off given the outside morning temperature, its not about me asking nonstop, its about the hotel knowing whats the comfort here - I would not book again, disapointment - until today I still dont have an answer to my email I asked before my arrival - this tells you a lot how they care about customers - oh right they are busy standing by the pc at reception all day long - soup with bread available on the reception throughout the day - I come in the afternoon - soup cold and no bread, why offer when you cant provide? again incompetent staff not able to provide it in apropriate conditions throughout the day - refill etc.

Good hotel - coffee complimentary

Have to pay 18 euros for parking

Garage voor fiets, prima kamers op toplocatie

Heel gastvrije ontvangst.

Persoonlijk

Eigenlijk alles

Dichtbij centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Prima ontbijt.

Geen minpunten

The location was great for us. The breakfast was outstanding. The relaxed atmosphere was really nice. The little extras like the free soup in the afternoon, the all day tea and coffee with pastries , and particularly the free gin liqueur for a nightcap were unexpected and really nice

Zeer uitgebreid.

There was nothing NOT to like! Lovely reception, relaxing lounge, bar and breakfast area. Breakfast was very nice and there was something for everyone. Good selection of fruit and the bread was delicious! The 'night cap' was a lovely gesture to come back to at night. Staff were very helpful. The receptionist went out of his way to find me a smaller, less bulky pillow when I explained I could not sleep on the ones allocated to the room.

A selection of pillows to suit different requirements More storage in the room, either, shelves, cupboards, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc.

The location, facilities and the friendly staff. We paid for an extra large room and the air conditioning was very welcome.

Nothing

Location was fantastic.

In room facilities ie no tea or coffee . Limited storage .

The hotel has an excellent location just 5 minutes from the train station and city bus stops. The city center is a 10 minute walk across the river. Our apartment was comfortable and functional although it was in an older building. Free tea/coffee with muffins 24/7 in the lobby was really nice. The breakfast was also great. Overall a good place for business and vacation in Maastricht.

The apartments are in an older building with their associated issues

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful! Also, the breakfast pretty satisfying with many different options!

Ideal location as just across the road from the train station and then only a 20 minute to the centre of Maasricht

Nothing really

Altijd parkeerplek in de buurt. Prima kamer.

Doucheschuim was niet aangevuld.
