Wirklich sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Bahnhofsnähe, Innenstadt nicht weit entfernt, in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer ("Appartement") ist überschaubar groß und ok, nichts Besonderes. Das Bad sehr klein, keine Ablagefläche, Körperlotion nicht nachgefüllt.

L'établissement est bien situé et assez facile à trouver, il y a un parking à proximité. L'appartement que j'avais loué était assez spacieux et disposait d'une climatisation. L'emplacement, bien que situé près de la gare, était calme et il y a des restaurants à proximité.

Le frigo ne marchait pas et dégageait une odeur désagréable. Ce qui m'a le plus dérangé et embêté est le fait qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule clé d'accès à l'appartement. C'est absolument inadmissible!

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Bahnhof und zentral so das man gut zu fuss die Stadt erkunden kann. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt einige Tipps zum erkunden der Stadt.

Nichts. Es passte alles. Wir waren während unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Prima bedden, airco en apartement lag tegenover het hotel. Met de lift naar boven. Rustige straat op worp afstand van het station. Zeer schappelijke prijs.

Ik had een kamer geboekt in "apartments" maar kreeg een kamer in het hotel. De voorzijde is vrij luidruchtig door busverkeer en groepen doe terugkeren naar het naast gelegen Hostel.

A beautiful building, comfortable and quiet rooms, great staff, and lots of free food. There's free coffee, tea, juices, snacks, soup, bread, and fruit available all day. The staff were very friendly and warm. If I ever come back, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Saubere grosse Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett. Aufgefallen ist mir das freundliche Personal, die Lage, der private Parkplatz in einer geschlossenen Garage und das Snack-/Getränkebuffet am Nachmittag. Für die Hotelgäste werden heisse Getränke (Tee, Kaffee), eine Tagessuppe, Früchte, kleine Kuchen und Gebäcke angeboten, wovon man sich frei bedienen durfte. Das war ein grosser Pluspunkt und wurde von uns nach der anstrengenden Anreise sehr geschätzt! Gibt nichts zu bemängeln, alles top!

Near the train station, clean, 24/7 reception, kind staff

Ruim appartement in een hele fijne en gezellige wijk. Wij verbleven er 2 nachten en dan super fijn dat je kan aangeven dat je geen schoonmaak nodig vind en dat Townhouse een boom plant!

Het appartement was ruim maar een beetje ongezellig ingericht. Jammer dat als je voor geen tussen door schoonmaak kiest er niet even de koffie wordt aangevuld. Wij verbleven met z’n 3-en maar er waren maar 2 ontbijtbordjes en geen theedoek om alles af te drogen

This hotel was the best value for money that I have experienced in years! Good Location, great room, friendly staff and free bowl of soup when we arrived plus complimentary drinks during the day, I don't know how they do it for this price! Close to the train station and in a very quiet street. They also had very convenient parking for a very good price.

The location in the Wyck district was perfect. Great for restaurants/bars/ getting to river and city centre, and just a few minutes from railway station. Rooms were big enough, kitchenette facilities modest (sink, microwave, fridge, small hob) but enough for our needs. Hotel lobby and bar great for communal space, chatting with friends, drinks and free coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Parking felt expensive at €19 per day, but no car parks nearby so maybe it was just what it was.

hosts were very kind and helpful Incredible soup and breads offered for free!! It was Easter and they gave away free Easter eggs.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhige Lage und bequeme Betten. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich

Wir hatten ein Appartment, hier hätten wir uns einen normalen kleinen Kühlschrank gewünscht. Leider gab es nur ein Mini-Bar Kühlschrank, dieser hat sehr schlecht gekühlt und es war kein Platz um irgendwelche Lebensmittel aufzubewahren.

Very good surprise. The whole process was super smooth, the location is nice and calm and yet really close to the center (walking distance). We were able to park our car in their garage for 18euros. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and clean!! I recommend this place 100% and would come again without hesitation. :)

The room of this hotel is not the type of apartment. But l received a room key and building, so I can get in and out without the hotel staffs. Very convenient for me. Of course the location is good. They kept my luggage before and after check.

De kamer was absoluut niet schoon. Veel stof in de kamer en bureau wat er in stond zaten nog vlekken op. Badkamer zat veel schimmel.

Good location, comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Quiet at night, and nice to be able to open windows for fresh air.

The layout/design of the room was really poorly considered and all the finishes are really cheap. It’s a shame, because the apartment is really large but the space is poorly utilised. The lighting is awful - the bulbs are a range of inappropriate colours for the spaces - I could hardly see myself in the full-length mirror near the clothing, while the lamps in the living room had very bright lights. Clearly no design sensibility or understanding of how to make spaces beautiful. The staff were also a bit all over the place, some friendly and helpful, others a bit lazy/unhelpful. It was annoying that to access our car we had to go across the road and wait for someone to be available to open the garage - surely there are easier options. The kitchenette is next to an open clothing storage, which means anything you heat up makes the clothing smell. There’s plenty of room in the main room for a proper closed clothing storage and then you could have a full kitchen in the front, but it’s clear the owner isn’t interested in quality or user experience.

Had een appartement geboekt. Dat bleek bij aankomst niet schoongemaakt (vieze kopjes op tafel, vuil en gebruikte handdoeken op de grond, bed niet opgemaakt). Gemeld bij receptie. Kon niet alsnog schoongemaakt worden, en alle andere appartementen waren vol. In plaats daarvan een hotelkamer gekregen, veel kleiner, geen koelkast, geen mogelijkheden om koffie te zetten/ontbijt te maken. Hierover geklaagd. Respons: "excuses". Onprettige ervaring.

Studio Appartement XL. Goede bedden, ook de slaapbank was goed bevallen. Schone en nette kamer en badkamer. Erg ruim. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid. Gratis koffie, thee, fruit en kleine snackjes de gehele dag. Ligging is uitstekend, direct bij het station en 10 minuutjes naar het gezellige centrum van Maastricht.

De lift in ons gebouw was erg smal

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Right across from the station and it is an easy walk to the city centre. The lobby is great, with free coffee and tea among other things.

The room was outdated. Some things were broken. But the worst part were the stains on the walls, on the furniture, and on the curtains. There are better hotels in the city for that amount of money.

Φθάσαμε στο Maastricht αργά το απόγευμα με την λαχτάρα να ξεκουραστούμε και να ζεσταθούμε από το πολύ κρύο. Μας παρέδωσαν δωμάτιο χωρίς να έχει τακτοποιηθεί μετά την αναχώρηση του προηγούμενου πελάτη. Κρεβάτια με εμφανή σημάδια προηγούμενης χρήσης άνω κάτω, το ίδιο οι πετσέτες, η τουαλέτα, μπάνιο, παντου. Θέρμανση ένα πολύ μικρό αιρκοντίσον που δεν απέδιδε θερμότητα και ένα μικρο θερμαντικό ηλεκτρικό σώμα, σε καιρικές συνθήκες παγετού. Μας άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια αμέσως και μας πρόσφεραν δωρεάν πρωϊνο για την επόμενη μέρα σε ένδειξη συγνώμης. Μας δόθηκε η δυνατότητα να ακυρώσουμε, χωρίς πέναλτυ, τις επόμενες νύχτες, και πληρώσαμε μόνο για τη μία που απλά μείναμε μέσα στο δωματιο χωρις να μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε, με μια μικρή έκπτωση, λόγω της κατάστασης με τη θέρμανση. Εμείς ζητήσαμε πλήρη αποζημίωση για τη μία διανυκτέρευση, που δεν μας δόθηκε. Η τιμή ούτως ή άλλως ήταν παρα πολύ υψηλή ακόμη και αν θα ήταν όλα ok. H τιμή την επόμενη μερα, αν ήθελε κάποιος να κάνει κράτηση, στο booking com ήταν η μισή! Η επόμενη μέρα μας στο Maastricht ήταν ένας μαραθώνιος να βρούμε νέο κατάλλυμα. Από τις 4 ημέρες στη διάθεσή μας, για μινι διακοπές, οι 2 σπαταλήθηκαν σε άγχος και ταλαιπωρία, λόγω της κατάστασης στο ξενοδοχείο.

The staff was — although mostly not Dutch speaking — very friendly. Check in was quick, and it was nice that there was an additional option for parking, although it was at quite the hefty fee of €18. There is a coffee bar that is open 24/7 and can be used free of charge. Upon arrival, we were offered a free glass of Cava and a cup of tomato soup.

Parking was a bit expensive. The hotel did not seem to have any other facilities.

De ligging van de locatie tegenover het station is geweldig. De gemeenlijke ruimte is echt een luxe met gratis kofie/thee en iets lekkers erbij

Ik vond de kamer niet echt schoon. Vlekken op de vloer, volle asbak buiten. De geur van het dekbed rook naar de vorige gast. Dat was een roker. Brrr En ik vond het bed te hard. Niet geweldig geslapen.

Altijd fijn om hier te verblijven. Leuk hotel, vriendelijke personeel - voelt als thuis!

Mooie ruime studio, van alle gemakken voorzien, fijne behulpzame staf, ideale locatie vlakbij trein- en busstation, leuk dat je ook welkom bent aan de overkant.

Easy to check in. Beautiful, spacious, well-designed room. Comfortable bed, everything functional as well as attractive. Great showers.

Small detail. The soap/ shampoo dispensers didn't dispense as the inside tube that had become detached and needed to be unscrewed from wall to sort it out. As all the rooms likely have same dispenser, easily fixed and staff could check regularly as the system, though sustainable, not optimal.

Emplacement très pratique, à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Parking de la gare sécurisé pour un prix très correct à deux minutes à pied. Accueil avec un verre de mousseux. Propre, petit-déjeuner impeccable.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, je was met 10 minuutjes in het centrum, de woonkamer was erg gezellig met goede zitplekken en leuke spelletjes.

De douch was onhandig & het warm water werkte niet perfect.

Pillows are horrible! Both of us slept bad and you don’t expect that in a hotel. Suggest changing it for proper ones asap.
