El hotel hermoso en un lugar maravilloso. El personal muy muy amable y profesional. Nos gusto mucho. Lo recomiendo.

Basic facilities and the bar shut at 6pm which meant there was nothing to do at the hotel. This made the evenings boring and meant we had to walk 20 minutes into the town - it was fine, but for the money you pay you expect it to be more lively. You would also expect the mini bar to be free upon arrival too but it was quite expensive. Also, the restaurant options were limited. We were put in an adjoining room so we heard the couple next door play music at 1-3am amongst other noises and kept us awake.

Es ist die perfekte Unterkunft um Port Iguazu und die Iguazu Falls zu erkunden. Alles perfekt. Vom Service, über Zimmer bis hin zum Essen. Selbt die Twin Beds waren extrem breit. Nur zu empfehlen.

The location was beautiful. The cobblestone roads were a little hard to navigate but the property provided golf cart so it was not a problem. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The balcony had a great view and afforded an opportunity to see the sunset, listen to the birds and enjoy the wildlife. The restaurant was beautiful with lots of windows which provided views of the grounds, the food was delicious and of excellent quality.

The water temperature adjustment for the shower did not work despite two attempts by staff to "fix" it. The water was either very hot or scalding hot. No cold water whatsoever. It was extremely uncomfortable and dangerous.

Everything about the hotel from check-in to check out was absolutely amazing. The location is beautiful, the facilities are great and the staff was the best I ever experienced. Grace, Fernando, Manuel & Alexis we’re all exceptional. They treated us with so much kindness and respect. It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The only thing that I would add to make the hotel better was if the bar by the pool stayed open later. Nonetheless, it was still an amazing time and if we ever come back to this part of Argentina, we will be staying here again.

As opções para room service muito restritivas, a maior parte do menu do restaurante não entregam no quarto. Gostaríamos de uma panqueca de doce de leite no meio da tarde, e não deixaram nem que eu pegasse no restaurante para trazer no quarto.

Top Zimmer , sehr sehr sauber super Bad und Dusche mit Wasserkocher absolut top 10points. Tolle Lage , super Frühstück, hervorragendes Frühstück freundliches Personal insbesondere der Barkeeper am Pool.

El hotel esta en plena naturaleza pero al mismo tiempo se puede ir al centro andando. La habitación es grande y con buena mesa de trabajo. El desayuno esta bien. De tipo buffet. Tiene dos piscinas estupendas con bar bien atendido, vestuarios, etc El restaurante es muy bueno. Cenamos un dia y estaba todo muy rico. Tiene buena bodega con muchos vinos distintos. Estuvimos muy bien.

Gostei de tudo, superou minhas expectativas. O hotel é mais lindo pessoalmente. Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o rio, foi emocionante a primeira vez que vi. Tudo perfeito, cercado pela natureza, quarto e banheiro grandes, limpeza impecável, piscina com borda infinita linda, café da manhã uma delícia, e atendimento ótimo. Já quero voltar!!

The location is decent during the day but kind of scary at night--the hotel is at the edge of the town so we stayed on the premises after dark.

Great great hotel in Iguazu! Our room was huge, with a living room and dining room and with a beautiful view of the river. The bed was so comfy. All the staff were nice and friendly, and always very helpful. I love how the bellman always give us a ride to our suite when his around :-) Breakfast was great with lots of selections. I will definitely stay here again.

Nos ha gustado todo. Desde la llegada a Iguazú, donde nos recogió Aníbal con el servicio de transporte que gestiona el propio hotel, hasta la amabilidad del personal que nos recibió. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado y siguen mejorándolas. El restaurante tiene muy buena calidad y la piscina es excelente: incluso en invierno hay días que permiten disfrutarla. El traslado interno en carritos de golf funciona muy bien y quienes se encargan de él son encantadores. El desayuno, muy bueno. La relación calidad-precio, excelente. Cumple lo que promete: un hotel rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilo por la noche. Durante todo el viaje, Aníbal nos llevó a las cataratas del lado brasileño y argentino, a las minas de Wanda y a las ruinas jesuíticas. Un servicio profesional y amable en todo momento; al ser local, resulta un guía excelente y da buenos consejos en cada trayecto. Sin duda, un hotel y un destino para repetir.

Die Lage ist spektakulär, der Poolbereich äußerst einladend gestaltet. Zimmer sind tipp topp gepflegt und die Terrasse mit Blick auf den dichten Dschungel und Rio Iguazú ein Erlebnis für sich.

Man erwartet, dass man eine Auflage für die extrem harten Plastikliegen bekommt. Leider ist dies nicht vorgesehen und man bekommt nur ein Handtuch, wenn man sich ans Pool legt. Dies macht den Aufenthalt am Pool sehr unbequem!

C'est un peu loin des rues animées, mais ça permet d'avoir l'intimité souhaitée, et il n'y a pas de bruit durant la nuit.

Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich geräumig und bieten wirklich allen erdenklichen Komfort. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und haben uns dort als Familie ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig. Ein kleiner Hinweis insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern: Neben der Minibar stehen im Zimmer auch verschiedene Snacks bereit, die kostenpflichtig sind. Für uns war allerdings nicht eindeutig gekennzeichnet, dass diese ebenfalls berechnet werden. Daher sollte man ein wenig darauf achten, was die Kinder davon essen – unsere gingen zunächst davon aus, dass die bereitgestellten Snacks kostenlos seien. Eine deutlichere Kennzeichnung beziehungsweise Preisliste wäre hier hilfreich.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Organisation des Flughafentransfers. Das Hotel hatte uns bereits im Vorfeld kontaktiert und gefragt, ob wir einen Shuttle vom Flughafen Foz do Iguaçu zum Hotel buchen möchten. Dieses Angebot haben wir gerne angenommen und einen Transfer für sechs Personen inklusive Gepäck zum vereinbarten Preis von 95 US-Dollar gebucht. Überraschend war für uns, dass der Fahrer bei der Ankunft den vollständigen Betrag direkt von uns verlangte. Da wir den Transfer über das Hotel beziehungsweise dessen Rezeption gebucht hatten, gingen wir selbstverständlich davon aus, dass wir ihn auch über das Hotel bezahlen könnten. An der Rezeption wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei und der Fahrer grundsätzlich direkt bezahlt werden müsse. Zusätzlich wollte der Fahrer bei einer Zahlung mit Kreditkarte noch eine Gebühr von 15 % auf den vereinbarten Preis aufschlagen. Damit hätte der Transfer mehr als 100 US-Dollar gekostet. Damit waren wir nicht einverstanden. Aus unserer Sicht ist dieses Vorgehen wenig professionell: Wenn ein Hotel seinen Gästen einen Transfer vermittelt und dafür vorab einen festen Preis nennt, sollte entweder eine Bezahlung über das Hotel möglich sein oder zumindest im Vorfeld eindeutig darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Zahlung direkt an den Fahrer erfolgt und bei Kartenzahlung erhebliche zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen. Hinzu kommt, dass die angesetzten 95 US-Dollar ohnehin sehr hoch waren. Für die Rückfahrt vom Hotel zum selben Flughafen haben wir bei einem anderen Anbieter lediglich 50 US-Dollar bezahlt. Wir würden daher empfehlen, den Transfer entweder selbst zu organisieren oder Preis und Zahlungsbedingungen vorab sehr genau zu klären.

tivemos um problema no ar condicionado, mas logo foi resolvido , também sentimos por o café ser somente as 7 da manhã , não conseguimos aproveitar , minha sugestão é que seja antecipado um pouco.

Location is close to border crossing and not too far from the town, so easy to walk in for restaurants etc. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Got double-charged on check-in (I'd prepaid, but forgot this when checking in). Was resolved and refunded. One of the pools was being cleaned. But it was 16 degrees and rainy (winter) so not an issue.

Very nice hotel that is currently being updated to resort status and is likely to become even nicer. My room was beautiful and very clean and had an incredible view of the river with a balcony that was lovely to sit on. Staff was very friendly and helpful and all spoke English quite well, which was great as my Spanish is very limited.

The restaurant was pretty mediocre in terms of quality, though the staff was very nice. It would have been nice if the pool was heated however I realize it was winter there (air temp was like high 70s though), and so it probably doesn’t make sense financially for them to heat it. Puerto Iguazu itself is a bit rundown and the area by the hotel is not easily walkable due to no sidewalks but Ubers are plentiful and cheap.

Our room and the bed were so enormous and comfortable we gave in to temptation; One aftertoon we lounged in the room for hours. The hotel was unique in that we accessed our room by walking across a jungle bridge, then riding an elevator down deeper into the jungle. We could also see the river from our balcony. The property is immaculate (except one of the two pools was under repair) and the swimming pool area with two bars, changing rooms, etc was fantastic. The Falls were a short drive away, rides were quick and easy with Uber, and the town has a fun "tourist" zone with plenty of restaurants, live music in the street and bars, and souvenir shops clustered together. We also had a nice dinner of grilled ribeyes, chicken, and shrimp at reasonable prices. We also loved the guys in golf carts eager to drive us from our room to the restaurant or property entrance.

The staff were professional (with one exception) but there was a hint of arrogance in their attitude, as if they were doing us a favor by assisting us. The exception was the pool bartender who, one evening about 15 minutes before closing time, ignored us completely as we sat at the bar. He was in a deep conversation with the only other customer in the area so we gave up, gave him the benefit of a doubt, and walked away. The breakfast buffet was ample and had a nice selection, but rather unimpressive in quality.

Quarto sensacional (deluxe), pegamos no 5 andar com vista para o Rio Iguaçu e uma cachoeira de brinde. Cafe da Manha perfeito, nenhum problema cm wifi, piscina com bar interno pra quem bebe, rasa com cadeiras de sol pra quem quer relaxar e pra quem quer nadar ate cm 2 raias. Funcionarios atenciosos. O hotel consegue unir a beleza da natureza com o conforto da vida urbana.

A tv nao é smart, e canais somente da regiao. Eles nao parcelam.

La habitación, limpia y cómoda. La vista al río y la zona arbolada con cascadita incluida.

La habitación quedaba un poco alejada del lugar donde se dejaba el auto teniendo que subir una rampa larga para acceder al edificio donde estaban las habitaciones. No fue tan molesto porque prácticamente no llovió pero con niños o personas mayores no es tan cómodo.
