Reviewed Sep 10, 2026I have never had major issues with any stay, but this hotel had a lot of noes for family and I. As of the images, they are exactly the same except for the breakfast.
I was really disappointed with the rules and staff, I understand that they are supposed to be rules, but they are very strict. pets are allowed but only in certain rooms (exterior view), something the app doesn't tell you (they still let you pay for the interior pool view with the extra cost but won't let you stay in it), app doesn't tell you that you have to give a $1000 peso deposit for pets stays and that the pool/outdoor area have time (8a-10p), you are not allowed to spend more time outside in the grass or chairs because security quicks you out and makes you go into your bedroom. Staff are rude and wont resolve anything, they find excuses to get it their way. We had already been staying there for about two days and when one of the managers went to our room due to key issues, she reported our toy chihuahua because we were at the "wrong" room. She left and in about an hour, security knocked and waited for us to get out the room, escorted us to the lobby as if we did something wrong, when reception and the app had the fault of not telling us that those rooms weren't pet friendly. There is only one entrance and exit to the rooms and we didn't at any moment hide my dog, they said we did and didn't want to check cameras. Super bad experience.

el lavamanos estaba tapado y se llenaba de agua y no se iba pronto, la television no servia el control y es demasiada vieja la pantalla, les sugiero actualizar por unas mas recientes con controles de buena calidad, ademas, me hubiera gustado estar mas cerca de la alberca para disfrutarla mas tiempo y ademas los horarios de la alberca hubiera estado increible que fuera de las 12 pm a 12 am

El personal de seguridad, se sabe que ellos solo hacen su trabajo. Pero definitivamente el Guardia de seguridad en el área de alberca nos incomodó a todos, porque no solo era yo, podría decir que el 90% de los que estábamos en e área de alberca estábamos inconformes con el trato del guardia. Definitivamente no dejo disfrutar la estancia en lo absoluto. Necesitan también mas mobiliario para estar en la alberca, ya que esta muy limitado y no hay donde colocarse.

The restaurants are not very close, there is only one convenience store and you have to cross a busy street to get there. The television was broken and there were only a handful of channels. The batroom floods with the shower water as there is no separation to contain it.
