Renovation works will take place until December 2019, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:00pm.
Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026This hotel was one of my few I liked in town untill I didn't like that eventhough its been several times we book here the lady in the front w yellow hair flirted with my husband several occasions. Also once she noticed I noticed we started getting bad service. The rooms booked after that have been always at the very end back of the hotel. The rooms in several occasions are missing the small fridge and iron. At some point when I would stay myself I felt in danger because of the location of the room.. I have asked for other location facing the pool or just not so far but it seems after I made my complaint service was not the same. As for breakfast they have diff variety and the man cooking is polite. Stay Not my favorite anymore no longer feel safe...

Sus aparatos de refrigeración en las habitaciones hacen muchísimo ruido. Fui a cd. Juárez en verano, era imposible estar sin refrigeración, y también fue imposible dormir con el ruido del aparato.

Que no funcionará el teléfono de la habitación. No pudimos hablar a recepción ni pedir servicio a la habitación. Sería bueno que pongan instrucciones claras para llamar.

It didn’t have warm running water, only cold water came out when showering. The rooms were a little small. The rooms are far away from the main entrance were they have the free breakfast. The setup was not good, ugly scenery & outdated appliances plus no cable. The pictures look way better than what it really was.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Lo más rico del buffet son los panes dulces. Cuentan con smart TV en habitaciones. El servicio de lavandería fue rápido y no tan costoso. También cuenta con minibar en las habitaciones.
Los jabones de manos y shampoo corporal no tienen un aroma agradable. Precios de buffet y restaurante elevado. La habitación 101 cierra la puerta con dificulta, si pueden eviten esta habitación.

Me dieron una habitación que no tenia refrigerador, se echó a perder la comida de mi niño que llevaba porque no come cualquier cosa, el teléfono no funcionaba y no pudieron hacer que tuviera línea, al llegar estábamos cansados y no estaba aun lista la cuna que pedí en la reservacion, tuve que esperar mas de una hora a que la llevarán a la habitación para poder descansar, el lugar que era para estacionar el vehículo tenia un montón de tierra por lo que al subir y bajar las cosas a la cajuela era complicado. El segundo día, al regresar de mi trabajo no estaba limpia la habitación, por lo que tuve que esperar a que la limpiaran pues eso también tomó tiempo de espera fuera de la habitación. Muy mala experiencia, ya que desde el primer dia pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y ma persona de recepción no le importó mi solicitud, me dejo la misma habitación que me había asignado en malas condiciones.

People hanging out in the hallways past 1am, being very loud. The showerhead was halfway clogged. Mini fridge was barely cold. Unsafe area. The description was extremely misleading. Definitely not a "deluxe" room. For a five star hotel, it felt like a 2 star.

La limpieza de la habitación debe mejorar, llegamos a media noche, había manchas y pelos en las sábanas de la cama y en el baño habían pelos y la tapa del sanitario estaba quebrada, tuvimos que poner un paño sobre las manchas de las sábanas para poder dormir porque estábamos cansadas

El resto de mi familia tenia reservacion directamente con el hotel y no la respetaron; cuando llegamos en la noche nos informaron que habian dado los cuartos a alguien mas y el hotel estaba lleno.
