A warm welcome and a nice cosy little hotel

No elevator so not good if unfortunate enough to be on third or fourth floor. The rooms were cleaned nicely but the cleaners left their equipment all over the floor, almost creating a trip-hazard for customers to negotiate.

Sehr schöne Zimmer im kleinen Hotel De Quebec, geräumig, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut mitten in der Innenstadt, eher in einer Nebenstraße, sodass die Aussicht eher mäßig war - aber darum geht es ja nicht in Rouen. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbufett mit großer Auswahl und sehr freundlichem Service, es wird ständig nachgelegt. Check-In völlig unkompliziert nach telefonischer Abstimmung auch später am Abend.

Excellent petit hôtel au coeur de Rouen, Kimberley nous a accueilli de façon très pro et sympathique, répondant à nos questions sur l'hôtel et la ville. Place de garage dans la cour juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Nett, modern, klasse Lage, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit, um uns ein akzeptables W-LAN zu ermöglichen und hatte eine sehr gute Restaurantempfehlung.

Room comfortable and just the right temperature. Shower lovely and hot and powerful. Location brilliant for walking to bars and shops etc but still quiet. Parking could be tricky but we lucked in on a side street. great breakfast.

I liked the convenient location for public transport to the station and the sights like the Cathedral. I had a 3 day stay which was very reasonable indeed.

I would have liked the reception to be open until 22.00 as I was held up and had to ring for the code at the last minute.

Unica pecca era Senza ascensore.

Lage zur sehenswerten Altstadt ist gut. Parken war nicht reserviert, aber die Tiefgarage unter dem ca. 500 m entfernten Marktplatz war i. O. Das Frühstück war angemessen gut. Zimmer war groß und angenehm.

2. Etage und ohne Fahrstuhl.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, ainsi que le lit. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez facilement accessible, mais il est très difficile de garer une voiture à proximité. Le Parking Rouen Saint-Marc est assez éloigné de l'hôtel, tout en étant assez facile d'accès. Le buffet du petit déjeuné était bien garni et le personnel très aimable et serviable. Seul bémol concerne l'espace entre les tables et le buffet qui est assez réduit.

Nous avons été globalement satisfaits, mais nous avons regretté qu'il ne soit pas possible d'utiliser le parking privé de l'hôtel, car celui ci n'offre que 7 places pour les voitures. La nécessité de réserver une place sur le parking privé de l'hôtel n'était pas explicitement visible sur la page de Booking.com, il serait peut être positif d'y apporter une amélioration. Mais dans tous les cas, les 7 places sur le parking privé sont très vite réservées.

Chambre spacieuse. Bon emplacement. Personnel accueillant. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Petit détail: Pommeau et flexible de douche pas très bien entretenus.

De kamer was heel gezellig en mooi! Badkamer was heel ruim en verzorgd!

We zaten op de vierde verdieping en er was geen lift. De parking bij de accommodatie was niet beschikbaar. Volzet. Jammer, want dat was een van de redenen waarom we deze geboekt hadden.

Eigen parkeergarage was vol wat wel een criterium was bij de zoek opdracht. Ontbijtzaal is best klein en krap maar wel ruim voorzien. En let op als je slecht ter been bent: er is geen lift, dus een kamer op de 4e is veel trappen lopen

Dans une chambre réservée pour 3 personnes à part 3 lits, les autres accessoires, serviettes etc. seulement pour 2 personnes. Suite à l’arrivée après 20h pas de possibilité de résoudre le problème, car personne à l’accueil, la réception ouverte jusqu’à 20h. Sinon l’humidité dans la salle de bains, le vmc ne fonctionnait pas.

Hôtel confortable et bien situé, proche des lieux d'intérêts du centre historique. Personnel très accueillant et bon petit déjeuner.

Good sized room, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed and cheerful and welcoming staff. Good air-conditioning and a quiet third floor room even though it faced the street. Good location close to the centre but a quiet street.

No lift and we had to carry luggage up to the third floor, receptionist did offer to help but we managed OK. Breakfast was good but I would have liked a little more variety

The staff were totally amazing. I broke down and they went out of their way to help me massively. So lovely.

Die Lage ist für einen Besuch von Rouen ideal. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man im Zentrum der Stadt, die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Im Innenhof gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten, die man zubuchen kann. Das Personal ist, wie immer (dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt), sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr ruhig.

Zimmer zur Sraßenseite sind (erwartungsgemäß) etwas laut. Die Zimmergrößen variieren sehr starkt, in 2026 hatte ich leider ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer als in 2025 (dennoch gut!).

Outre la qualité de l'hébergement, mon épouse et moi même, avons tout particulièrment apprécié la qualité de l'accueuil qui nous a été réservé par la jeune fille en en réception.

Posizione comoda per il centro, ottima la possibilità di parcheggio. Camera un po' rumorosa la notte, servirebbero delle tende leggere per il giorno, se no bisogna stare sempre al buio con la luce artificiale! Colazione buona, ma non eccezionale, un po' eccessivo il costo...

Ottima soluzione se si va a Rouen, l'hotel è centralissimo ti permette di visitare a piedi tutta la citta, inoltre si trova a 100 m. dal parcheggio della cattedrale. Il personale molto cordiali ci ha dato indicazioni su cosa visitare e sulle manifestazioni in corso. Buona anche la colazione. La camera era ampia e pulita, e fornita di doppi cuscini e coperte.

The location is an absolute winner. It's a small hotel, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wij hadden kamer aan straatkant. Veel herrie van schreeuwende mensen ´s nachts op straat. Ontbijt was goed maar brood werd niet snel aangevuld.

Une très chouette découverte à Rouen ! 😊 L’hôtel est très bien situé et nous avons beaucoup aimé son cadre, avec une décoration pleine de charme et une atmosphère vraiment agréable. Notre chambre était jolie, très spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. ☕🥐 Le parking de l’hôtel ne dispose que de peu de places, mais un parking public se trouve tout près, ce qui est très pratique. Seul petit bémol : l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur. Il faut donc prévoir de voyager léger ! 😉🧳 Une adresse que nous avons beaucoup appréciée et que nous recommandons volontiers pour une escapade à Rouen. ❤️

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel, persönliche Atmosphäre, sehr netter Empfang, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, wo wir super unser gepacktes Urlaubsauto mit Fahrrädern beruhigt stehen lassen konnten. Etwas eng, aber der Chef wies uns netterweise kompetent ein und aus. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung… nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Kathedrale!

L'hôtel est beau , bien situé pour visiter le centre historique de Rouen. Ce qui est exceptionnel, en plus de tout cela, c'est l'atmosphère . L'hôtel est moderne mais l'ambiance est personnalisée et on sent que l'hôtel ne fait pas partie d'une chaîne. Le personnel est attentif et semble avoir plaisir à y travailler Et cela, cela vaut de l'or. Merci à Luna et à ses précieuses informations touristiques. En arrivant , téléphonez à l'hôtel quelques minutes avant : elles-ils vous accueilleront au parking si vous devez y placer votre voiture. Un très charmant hôtel !

Letto molto comodo, staff gentilissimo che ci ha fornito indicazioni anche per visitare la città. Molto pulito e spazioso (avevamo una tripla per due persone). Bagno con lavandino spazioso con tanti punti d'appoggio e finestra.

Il bagno con wc separato dal resto dei sanitari, senza lavandino dedicato. Assenza di bidet. Parcheggio in zona un incubo.
