Ce petit hôtel est tres typique et super bien placé. Le prix est très raisonnable et le prix est vraiment intéressant. En plus nous avions une terrasse dédiée. (Ch 21) Prenez le petit déjeuner, à 12 €, ça vaut vraiment le coup.

Fantastic location, medieval building with so much character and a beautiful courtyard and rooftop terrace. The breakfast was great value too, with a huge selection.

No aircon but fan provided and the room was not too hot.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer unter dem Dach mit einem schönen Blick zur Kathedrale. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Badezimmer klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, mitten im Zentrum, aber doch ruhig, ganz nah zur Kathedrale und Innenstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Très très très déçu par cet hôtel. Je voulais terminer notre road trip par un lieu romantique, c'était raté : un hôtel vieillot rénové à la va vite : juste un coup de peinture sur les murs et les anciens carrelages. Les photos montrent uniquement les studios et pas les chambres. Entre ancien tableau de fusible vide, goulottes pour câbles a gauche et a droite, vous avez un planché affaissé et de fait un lit de travers, et fatigué! Une salle de bain privative oui mais aménagée dans deux débarras séparés avec d'un côté le WC et la baignoire, de l'autre le lavabo et un bidet... La chambre était humide et la porte entre le bain et la chambre n'est qu'un panneau accordéon usé et rouillé qu'on manipule difficilement. Cela n'a rien d'une chambre double "supérieure". Autre fait étrange la chambre comportait un lit supplémentaire d'une personne en plein milieu. Pour quelques euros de plus, il y a un hôtel d'une grande chaîne française à deux pas, et qui a un parking.

Eenvoudig hotel. Het breakfast was heel uitgebreid en veel vers fruit. Fantastisch. Uitstekende locatie; vlak bij de kathedraal, in het centrum in oud rustig straatje. Prachtige locatie. XVII Historisch Monument.

Nice and extra bed in my room made the room crowded now floor space.they had lots of plants on 2 roof tops the window looked out on all the plants were dead best if they were all taken away

Het beviel ons zo slecht dat we zijn weggegaan, we hebben er niet overnacht…

De foto’s op jullie site waren zo anders, ik viel voor de charme van het hotel. Dit zou onze laatste stop zijn in een zelfgemaakte rondreis door Normandië maar wat een afgang zeg. Zo smerig en echt oud. Het behang komt van de muur en toen we het gingen melden konden we een andere kamer krijgen maar we deden de badkamer open en de rioollucht kwam ons tegemoet en er liep water uit het toilet op de grond, we voelden ons er ook niet veilig. Daarbij kwam de stad ook heel druk en naar over, dus hebben we besloten om door te reizen richting een stuk dichterbij huis. Een hotel midden in de Stad Arras gevonden, en nog een heerlijke dag gehad daar, wat een mooi leuk stadje, echt een leuke doorreis plaats! Geen spijt van gehad

hervorragende Lage in der Innenstadt. Tolles Frühstück in einem wundervoll historischem Saal. Tolles Gebäude mit viel Flair! Unbedingt das Treppenhaus im Hinterhaus anschauen.

die Zimmer zum Hof sind sehr klein und lassen sich nicht lüften. Das Bad ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Zur Nacht i.O. , aber sonst keine Aufenthaltsqualitäten.

Chambre très mignonne et très propre. Petit déjeuner au top. L’hôtel est très bien situé, dans un bâtiment ancien plein de charme.

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Pas de bruit extérieur (la chambre donnait sur le patio), mais on entend le bruit de l’étage.

La chambre était vieillotte , réhabilitée à la "va vite " la terrasse n'était pas entretenue , les 3 étoiles non méritées et le prix excessif pour une chambre ne correspondant pas à la photo booking.

Hotel stupendo in un palazzo storico a due passi dalla cattedrale. Stanze ben ristrutturate e dotate di tutti i comfort. Esperienza stupenda.

Location - very close to where I needed to be for main activity planned - playing the organ in St Ouen which is world renowned. Also comfortable, clean and great breakfast! Liked the courtyard garden.

l'hotel è ottimo se non avete la macchina, perchè è solo pedonale. La camera nostra era ottima, sufficentemente larga (ma BASTA le tende per le docce!) silenzioso e letto largo.

Staff un po' rigido - peccato per la stanza senza aria condizionata con un ventilatore rumoroso che ci ha costretti a dormire con la finestra aperta, luce del cortiletto negli occhi e il ronzio nel motore del condizionatore che alcune camere possedevano sotto la finestra; peccato!

Location of the hotel is good.

Booked this for a one-night stay with our 2-year-old daughter and were honestly shocked when we arrived. The entrance was already a bad sign, unclean, worn out, and there was a strange smell as soon as we walked in. We were given room 10 on the first floor. The listing only shows one room type, and it looked clean and spacious in the photos, that's the only reason we booked this hotel. The actual room looked nothing like it. It had 3 beds crammed in with zero floor space left, so we couldn't even set up a travel cot for our daughter. The floor itself was uneven and sloped. The bathroom was dirty and only had towels, no other amenities. The fridge didn't work and wasn't clean inside. We didn't feel comfortable or safe staying there with a toddler, so we ended up having to scramble to find another hotel last minute in a city we didn't know, not something you do not want to do with a 2-year-old. We asked the hotel for a refund on the spot, explained everything clearly, and were denied. Really disappointing given how different the reality was from the listing. Wouldn't recommend for families, and would think twice recommending at all based on the state of the room and how the situation was handled.

Il bagno non era all'altezza di un hotel 3 stelle: i tubi a vista erano impolverati, il rubinetto del lavandino vecchio, fissato male e usciva solo un filo di acqua, la doccia era una vasca da bagno con tenda, scomoda per farsi la doccia in piedi. In camera c'erano degli oggetti d'arredamento impolverati. In generale la stanza non era come quelle mostrate nelle foto, e senza dubbio non valeva il prezzo pagato.

La salle du petit déjeuner est extrêmement charmante avec sa cheminée imposante.

Chambre exiguë et sombre donnant sur le très haut mur de l’archeveche. Une salle de bain en deux parties! Lavabo d’un côté, douche et WC d’un autre côté séparé par un minuscule couloir. Chambre indigne d’un 3 étoiles ! Il faut finir par un escalier pour le 3e étage!a

Struttura in pieno centro storico, raggiungibile solo a piedi. Edificio antico e fresco anche con 38 gradi esterni, la coorte interna ha un microclima davvero freschissimo, ottima per rilassarsi durante le calde giornate estive. Bella atmosfera.

No condizionatore, ma non ci è servito, ci hanno fornito un ventilatore. La struttura va raggiunta a piedi dalla strada attigua, ma ci sono pochi parcheggi, quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere la macchina a pagamento in un parcheggio coperto.

La ubicación. El edificio y el patio. Personal correcto.

Habitación al patio interior, sin ruido de la calle pero tienen un compresor gigante 24 h con un zumbido que no podíamos dormir con la ventana abierta. Al menos había un ventilador. Los detalles de mantenimiento muy descuidados, agujeros en la pared de anteriores muebles que nunca se taparon, pintado a brochazos, paredes con dedazos. El baño medio arreglado, habían pintados los azulejos pero mal, quitaron el suelo y dejaron la taza sobre unos cuantos azulejos y el.resto del suelo como de goma extraña, medio sucio. El lavano estaba roto!

The best thing about this hotel is the location in the heart of old Rouen, between the cathedral and another spectacular Gothic church St Maclou. It has a lovely shady timbered courtyard.

I requested an early check-in on Booking.com which was immediately accepted online; however, the reception doesn't open until 3pm and the unsmiling person who came out from the back said the room was not ready. We were allowed to leave our bags, but they were stored in an open and unsupervised area. Fitting the kitchen area into a smallish bedroom didn't leave room for furniture except two under-counter stools. The room was rather spartan, with no decor or pictures on the walls. The roof terrace of the room we booked was a little disappointing - plastic grass, mostly dead plants and the chairs pictured on the website had been replaced by large ugly reclining chairs so that it wasn't possible to sit up at the table for breakfast. The fridge in the kitchen area was not powerful enough to cool things properly and when I reported that the power adaptor on the cable was hot, the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. We were offered another room, which was nicer than ours in terms of furnishing, but the mini-fridge was no better, and the room had no coffee maker or outdoor space (the reasons we booked the studio with terrace).

The hotel was beautiful, the building was stunning. Right in the city centre. Beautiful big room. Very clean, staff were excellent. Lovely garden.

Nothing this hotel was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Went here with my wife on a vacation trip to see the French countryside. Location is very near cathédrale. It is quiet and off the Main Street, and close to Cathedral Breakfast area is quaint, with an outdoor garden Rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel seems to be a series of buildings that are interconnected, so getting to your room is a fun (daily) adventure. Cost is reasonable, but breakfast is an up-charge and there doesn’t seem to be any afternoon/evening food or drink. The morning desk manager is very stern and stingy. I asked for an extra towel, got a lot of huffing and was reluctantly given one. Brought my own bag of cereal and yaourt for breakfast and only wanted a cup of coffee, was questioned and documented as if I was taking out a mortgage loan. Coffee was not very good (been sitting in carafe, on the warming plate for an hour or more and tasted like a cheap American roast), but it was coffee… oh, and don’t go for a second cup or you get the super-stink-eye. Breakfast and morning coffee should be a warm, inviting, communal event to start your day… not an inquisition. Also Coffee should be free, it’s coffee. The hotel cat is friendly and cute (warm and inviting) and greets you every morning.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und hat viel Charme. Unser Auto haben wir im Parkhaus der Kathedrale abgestellt und waren in 5 min am Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abends konnte man im Innenhof noch nett sitzen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich war ein bisschen über die Dachterrasse enttäuscht. Man könnte sie noch etwas verschönern und abends länger offen lassen und hier auch Getränke anbieten.

Bellissima struttura antica, in una posizione eccellente nella via più caratteristica di Rouen. Vicina a tutti i monumenti più belli della città.

L'attention aux clients. L'emplacement de l'hôtel et son charme. Le patio. Les fruits, le fromage du petit-déjeuner délicieux.

Quelques détails peuvent néanmoins être corrigés encore pour un hôtel plus que parfait : de très rares chambres sans cachet. Proposer du pain aux graines au petit-déjeuner. Mettre plutôt une bouilloire et de l'eau accessible au petit-déjeuner. Faire attention au bruit au petit-déjeuner : la musique telle que n'est pas nécessaire et un peu trop de bruit pour débarrasser.

Location was great

The weather was hot and our room only had a small fan - it was stifling. Only one of the ladies who was on reception bothered to speak to us. The others were not interested - not even a friendly ‘bonjour’ as we went by.
