We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall our experience was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and the promenade. It is also surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets, while bus stops and several car rental offices are only a few minutes away, making it very easy to explore the island. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a great advantage for guests travelling by car. We were very pleased with our room. It was spacious, spotless, and well maintained throughout our stay. We had a room overlooking the street and a small garden, which turned out to be a great choice. Personally, we preferred this view, as it was much quieter than the poolside and allowed us to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings without the daytime noise from the pool area. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. One of the highlights of the hotel is the beautiful pool area. The pool is large, very well maintained, and the water is pleasantly warm. There are plenty of sun loungers available, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The food was varied, fresh, and of excellent quality, with plenty of choices every day. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only disappointing part of our stay was our interaction with the restaurant manager, Andrés. Unfortunately, we found his approach unprofessional and not guest-oriented. As paying guests, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, but the way the situation was handled left us disappointed. Thankfully, this did not reflect the attitude of the rest of the team, who were consistently kind, professional, and attentive. Despite this isolated incident, we truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel's excellent location, outstanding cleanliness, beautiful pool area, delicious food, and the professionalism of most of the staff make it a hotel we would gladly recommend and happily return to.

Das Essen war sehr gut , die Zimmer sind in Ordnung ein bischen altmodisch aber die Betten sind bequem , das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut man bekommt alles .

Buena comida. La piscina es tranquila. Ambiente tranquilo. Permiten tener perros de hasta 5 kilos.

Los postres estaban malos. La nevera de la habitación olía muy mal y había mucho polvo en las cortinas y lámparas de la habitación. Para llegar al comedor con el carrito del bebé teníamos que dar una gran vuelta.

L'ubicazione è molto buona, sia vicina al centro che alla spiaggia e alla fermata degli autobus. La varietà dei cibi proposti al buffet è buona, con eccezione della frutta non sempre all altezza. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

La struttura risente un po' della vetusta'. Gli spazi dedicati al buffet e al ristorante andrebbero rivisti totalmente. L'area dedicata al buffet è troppo stretta con possibile creazione di code. La terrazza adibita a ristorante è sottodimensionata e non ben coperta, quando la temperatura serale si abbassa non è piacevole sedersi lì a cenare.

Maten är fantastisk! Miljön är fantastisk! Personalen är fantastiskt! Vi har besökt hotellet en gång per år i 16 år, hittar inget bättre.

The food stay similar everyday. Some stuff were not very helpful when we asked questions.

Pool, Frühstück.

Ältere Zimmer, Zimmerhöhe nur 3.stock. Zu laute Musik zum am Pool zu chillen. Poolmusic war extrem laut - hat auch viele Leute ü60 und darum war es zu laut am Pool.

Repas toujours de bonne qualité et variés. Piscine est très bien et l'eau a la température qu'il faut. Les chambres (11 étage pour nous) sont spacieuses , bine équipées et confortables.

Colazione ben fornita posizione ottima poco distante da playa del Inglés.Personale di una gentilezza esagerata.

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal, las piscinas infantiles están bien pensadas para que los niños de todas las edades puedan disfrutar, el entretenimiento y la comida estuvieron también muy bien.

Me gusto en general todo mucho, si pusiera un pero sería la cama, al dormir dos adultos y un niño es más cómodo una cama grande que dos más pequeñas unidas.

Su ubicación es muy buena, a escasos metros de la playa, y con varias zonas cercas con todos los servicios según intereses. Un día pudimos hacer deporte, y salir a cenar a pie desde el mismo hotel. No necesitamos de transporte o largos paseos para estar donde queríamos pasar el día. Nos gustó mucho los espacios comunes del hotel. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de desconexión.

No pudimos probar las cenas del Hotel porque teníamos ya reservas en otros restaurantes antes de la visita, pero en el desayuno quizás poco espacio entre mesas, pero entendemos que los clientes prefieren la terraza al interior del salón.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times . My last visit I missed the first 2 days of my stay because of travel issues . The staff were so kind not to charge me for the first two days I missed and they kept my room until I arrived. Staff were so welcoming and friendly . Food was lovely . I really enjoyed my stay and was so impressed by the amazing staff and hotel . I would always recommend the Sandy Beach for a perfect hotel. Thanks you to all management and staff of Sandy Beach . You are a credit to your tourist industry .

La zona de la piscina es muy incomoda, mal diseñada y muy pocas hamacas alrededor de la piscina que además se acaban desde las 9am, el resto se va a un solárium donde hace demasiado calor y para poder pedir bebidas en el bar tienes que estar caminando y bajando y subiendo escaleras. Una pena la zona de la piscina.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly! Food was good with good variety. However, I was not pleased with the overall condition of my room. For instance no automatic closing mechanism for the main entrance door of the room, the toilet door was not closing and opening easily! No drying rack for clothes in balcony. The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided in the room! The sofa bed for kids are very small, my daughter easily fell down and i ended up sleeping on the sofa bed and she on the main bed which was two single bed connected. In summary we liked the Hotel, staff and food but i would say in overall the facility need a complete refurbishment and upgrade!

The perfect hotel for families and food lovers! 🍽️ The all-inclusive concept truly makes sense here – everything from food to drinks is of the highest quality, varied, and absolutely delicious. Le bruit : ça raisonnait dans le couloir, et la chambre était coté rue (passante) avec un immeuble en travaux juste en face.

Tolles Essen, warmer Pool, alles gut gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist herausragend. Selten habe ich so freundliche, zuvorkommende und immer gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter in einem Hotel erlebt. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen.

As always had a wonderful stay. Love the hotel and the staff are amazingly friendly. The hotel to be fair is a little dated but will be being refurbished next year.

I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.

"Fakir" sängar, resårmadrass utan bäddmadrass. vaknade på morgonen med ont i kroppen. Hotellet saknar restaurang, buffé serverar all inklusive skräpmat -frukost, lunch, middag. Varje kväll ny tema: turkisk, balkansk, schweizisk i ett land som är känd för underbar inhemsk mat Rekommenderar inte detta ställe.

Large and clean room with a comfortable bed (not too soft)! Very friendly service all around. Quiet hotel (although may have been a bit lucky with neighbours considering not too good sound proofing). Quite good breakfast with good variety of bread, meats, fruit, eggs, etc. Good car service from and to airport. Small, but nice sauna area included, with good opening hours. Decent gym and tennis court.

Only buffet dinner with quite average food and the wine served by glass was really not good.. While the breakfast was much better than dinner, the coffe was not that good. How about installing an espresso machine or a proper coffee brewer? Also, 8:00 is quite a late start for breakfast for some people, especially without a coffe maker in the room! No coffee maker in the room… The gym was decent, but could include a few more pieces of equipment (e.g. a wider array of weights, some mats, a row machine, etc.). Room sound proofing was not great (easy to hear someone coughing during the night), but not a big issue considering the high average age of guests and this not seeming to be a hotel for the party crowd. The terraces were nice (also for those wanting to tan sans clothes!), but without service of drinks and snacks. How about someone making regular rounds to take some orders, at an additional expense if necessary?

The rooms are quiet and very clean. The sauna is very good but requires a larger sign stating that no swimsuits are allowed

We liked everything

Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and whilst we visited the entertainment, the class act was the ambidextrous lady who was thrown out of a suitcase!!! Hopefully we’d like to visit at approximately the Same time in 2026 J.P UK

Fourth time this year. As usuall had a lovely stay. Its a very chilled hotel with a lovely atmosphere created by the very friendly staff

Heel correct hotel op goede lokatie. Personeel en maaltijden zijn top👍. Hotel mag stilaan gemoderniseerd worden zoals het volledige eiland eigenlijk. Omgeving lijkt in de jaren 70 te zijn neergepoot en nadien niets meer geïnvesteerd.

Alles sehr abgegriffen und in die Jahre gekommen. Versprüht die Atmosphäre der 80er.. Essen ok, aber kein kulinarisches Highlight. Alles in allem Mittelklasse.

Location, food and the staff are all amazing

Entertainment is dire. We have been visiting this Hotel for over 10 years and whilst all other aspects of the Hotel have been consistently good,over the past couple of years, we have noticed the Hotel now caters for a more “mature” clientele. In addition, air con was very noisy and did not work but took 4 days to fix

Segunda estancia en este hotel, y al igual que en la primera, todo perfecto. A destacar, la amabilidad del personal que te hace sentir muy a gusto en todo momento, el servicio de buffet, sobre todo el de cena y desayuno y la localización a cinco minutos andando de la Playa del Inglés. No tengo nada negativo que decir sobre él, por poner alguna pequeña pega, el hecho que si quieres hamaca junto a la piscina hay que ocuparla pronto por la mañana (si no, no hay problema en cuanto a cantidad disponible) y poco más. Un hotel que no puedo dejar de recomendar. Si lo elijes, no creo que te arrepientas.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war sehr gut und durch Themenabende abwechslungreich. Die Qualität der Cocktails war leider stark davon abhängig wer gerade hinter der Bar steht. Außerdem gibt es zwei Cocktails,einer mit und einer ohne Alkohol,die beide den Namen Seaside haben. Fand ich persönlich sehr unglücklich wenn man jedes Mal aufpassen muss ,dass das Kind den Richtigen bekommt. Die Zimmer sind okay, leider aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Schranktür war halb ausgrissen und im Bad gab es schimmelige Fugen. Im Familienzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage in dem Schlafraum und die im Eingangsbereich ist sehr laut gewesen mit mässiger Kühlleistung. Auch das man durch den Schlafraum muss um das Bad zu betreten ist nicht gut gelöst. Die provisorische Reparatur eines defekten Fenstergriffs hat ganze 5 Tage gedauert und musste mehrfach gemeldet werden. Insgesammt war es aber ein schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt.

El hotel en general obsoleto, instalaciones anticuadas. Piscina pequeña y poco espacio para tumbonas. Las actividades de animación poco animadas. Limpieza ok. Trato del personal sobre todo de la piscina excelente.

Naja das dieses Hotel unter den Namen Seaside Collection geführt wird ist ein Witz. Essen ist soweit in Ordnung allerdings muss man Glück haben wer an der Kochstation steht. Besonders komisch fand ich das einen u.a. Ein China-Buffet präsentiert wurde. Personal ansonsten freundlich und bemüht. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Aber beim nächsten Mal lieber wieder Riu oder Lopesan. Oder man zahlt mehr und nimmt eins der beiden Hotels in Maspalomas. Die sind um Längen Besser.
