Por empezar el precio de este hotel y sus buenas instalaciones, y además la mayoría de los empleados súper amables sobre todo los camareros de restaurante/bar .

Quizás que mi acompañante avisó de que los cristales de la habitación estaban muy sucios por el uso de los días y nos dijo que lo avisaría pero al llegar por la noche a la habitación seguía igual .

Rooms were a good size and food was good. Can’t fault anything with this hotel. When I return to Gran Canaria it will be only place I stay

Il fatto che abbiamo avuto le lenzuola e federe sporche per 5 notti senza che venissero cambiate, mi ha fatto veramente storcere il naso. Poi a mio avviso, è incredibile che con 1200 euri spesi per la mezza pensione non abbiamo avuto accesso alle bevande per la cena perché erano solo per “ all inclusive” …. Cosa tremenda e inaccettabile

El hotel y la comida bien. Sin embargo para quedarte en la piscina (no en la habitación) el día de la salida te piden 25€ por quedarte hasta las 2pm y aún más si quieres estar hasta las 6pm. Además tampoco te avisan de esta condición ni al reservar ni al hacer el check in.

We had an excellent stay on an all-inclusive basis. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is definitely the friendliness of the staff. From the housekeeping team and waiters to the entertainment staff and everyone else we met, we were always greeted with a smile and genuine kindness throughout our stay. The buffet was varied and of good quality, with plenty of choice, so we never felt like we were eating the same things every day. The hotel also offers plenty of facilities, including several swimming pools, a gym, a pool table (which we unfortunately only discovered on our last day!), as well as an on-site massage area available at an additional cost. There are also lots of activities throughout the day, including yoga, Pilates, archery, air rifle shooting and pistol shooting. There is always something to do if you want to take part. Finally, we particularly enjoyed the evening shows. They were varied and, for the most part, of a very good standard — a great way to end the day. Overall, we had an excellent stay: a particularly friendly team, good food, plenty of facilities and activities, and an all-inclusive experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

La habitación era cómoda y limpia y bien orientada.

Restos de estropajo en la comida. En la zona de plancha la carne o el pescado se hacía y se amontonaban en una bandeja y casi siempre estaba frío al cogerlo. Poco personal en comedor con muchas mesas sucias sin recoger. Muchas sombrillas rotas en la zona de piscina y las hamacas con la tela desgastada que cuando te sientas se hunde. La piscina no tenía buen aspecto. La impermeabilización era un vinilo blanco con burbujas de aire debajo que daban mala sensación al andar y vi como ese mismo revestimiento estropeó bañador de algunos usuarios. Además de resbalar en borde de piscina. En la habitación el minibar vacío y roto.

Spacious room with an ocean view which we really liked. The room was also very clean. Very good breakfast, with various products. Very friendly staff. We didn't try the pool and neither did the shows so we can't comment on those.

PARKING PARKING PARKING. Avoid this hotel if your trip depends on having a car. In one of the FAQs the hotel specifies the parking is limited but we were not expecting this. It has 7 floors and more than 30 rooms per floor, whereas we estimated around 30-40 parking spots. Other users specify that you can park on the street - but those spots are almost always taken. On average the search time was around 15 minutes only to park 10 to 15 minutes away from the hotel. Coming later at night made things even worse, we spent 30 minutes looking for a spot at 1am. Overall it made the experience unpleasurable and we will not stay at this hotel again due to the parking conditions. One more thing that was poorly thought out was the bathroom. The floor of the shower was uneven leading to water puddling up. After coming from the beach it was a hassle cleaning the sand from the shower. And the bathroom had no vent so poor ventilation meant the smells lingered in the room some time. All in all the bathroom was not that bad, but we expected a bit better from a 4 star hotel.

I booked a holiday last week to Conaria Princess hotel now i find there is work commencing on the my arrive date i cant be dropped at the hotel because coaches can not get there this doesn't sound like minor work to me could you tell me what actual work is being carried out 18/09/2026 thankyou

We had the best time at the Gran Canaria Princess. We were worried about the building works and apart from the closed terrace it didn't affect us at all. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our holiday the best. The food was lovely with different things every night. The drink was good too, we were all inclusive. If you wanted branded alcohol you could upgrade but that wasn't necessary. There was never a problem getting a sun lounger because you cannot reserve one with towels before 10am as they are removed. All areas including our room were really clean. This is our third year here and we will be returning in the near future.

La habitación y su climatización.

La piscina finalizaba muy pronto a las 19 h de la tarde. En líneas generales la comida buena pero me faltaron días temáticos como puede ser día de la comida asiática. La animación estuvo bien pero puede mejorar mucho y también ambientada a público español. Las hamacas pueden mejorar bastante algunas se hundían.

Overall it fell short of what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Pros - Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. We never struggled to find one. - No reserving sunbeds rule seemed to be enforced. - Pool area is clean and can be very relaxing when quieter. - Rooms are spacious and clean - Housekeeping staff were friendly. - Evening entertainment was provided every night and was generally okay. Cons - Construction work affected part of the pool area for our entire stay, with noise, visible works and the restaurant terrace closed. None of this was mentioned at check-in. - Day passes make the hotel noticeably busier, particularly at weekends, and change the atmosphere from relaxed to much more lively/party-like. - Despite being advertised as adults-only, children were present with families using day passes on several occasions. - Food was average overall and the lunch offering looked particularly basic. Anything of substance such as burgers or pizza was an extra charger, even for those on all inclusive plus. - The All Inclusive/All Inclusive Plus system seems poor value. Even after upgrading, numerous drinks, premium sunbeds and majority of food items at lunch still cost extra. - Half-board guests are stopped from using the water machine at dinner despite being able to use it at breakfast and during the day. Being expected to pay for basic drinking water with dinner is ridiculous. - Most staff seemed indifferent and rarely smiled or acknowledged guests. - Check-in/out was especially poor. We were simply handed a key and paperwork and had to ask where our room was, how to get there and how meal sittings worked. - No waiter service anywhere, meaning bar queues can be slow when busy. - Some of the sunbeds are incredibly saggy and need replacing. I understand renovation work is necessary, but I’d much rather see investment in food quality, customer service, sunbeds and the confusing pricing structure.

Me gustó todo. Es la quinta vez que me alojo y desde luego que al igual que las anteriores todo ha sido perfecto. El hotel está muy bien pero sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal hace que te encuentres “en familia”, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que haga falta haciendo de las vacaciones unas verdaderas vacaciones. Desde luego que habrá una próxima vez.

La habitación limpia. El bufé bastante bueno y variado.

Pues la reserva de hamacas en la piscina, que aunque no se podía reservar, cuando ibas a coger una para tumbarte estaban todas con las toallas encima y sin nadie. Yo creo que el socorriste debería estar pendiente de este tema.

Los espectáculos de la noche y la comida en general. Personal cualificado, profesional y amable.

El sistema de climatización. Hace mucho calor en las habitaciones y zonas comunes del hotel. Poca zona de aparcamiento.

Minden rendben volt.a 7 nap alatt Változatos étrend,japán,mexikói,stb gasztronómiai esték. Az egész személyzet nagyon kedves volt annak ellenére ,hogy látszik fáradtak a főszezonban.

Az épület homlokzatát felújítják, ezért az étterem kerti része zárva volt ,erről kaptunk értesítést. Ennek következtében nekem vacsoránál kicsit friss levegő hiányzott,de ez elhanyagolható kellemetlenség,szóra sem érdemes.

La estancia fue estupenda. Había bastante gente pero aún así siempre había espacio en la zona de hamacas y la piscina nunca estaba llena. El baño estaba super nuevo y la cama era gigante. El aire acondicionado nos solucionó la vida durante la ola de calor. Lo mejor de todo probablemente haya sido la comida, que estaba deliciosa y muchas cosas parecían super caseras. Además tenían mucha variedad de carnes y pescado para elegir, así como verduras y ensaladas. El personal también muy amable.

No sabíamos que una zona del hotel estaba cerrada. No nos afectó en cuanto a que disfrutamos igualmente, pero por ejemplo la piscina era ligeramente más pequeña que en las fotos, y algunas cosas parecían estar en la zona en obras.

Went there last week and had a brilliant holiday. The hotel was very clean , staff was lovely . Good value for money , the food was lovely plenty of dishes to choose from . Sunbeds was easy to get , and there was plenty of shops , supermarkets and the beach was a 20 minutes walk but easy to get to . Would highly recommend this hotel ,we will be going back there .

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno per 11 giorni in questa struttura e posso dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è ben organizzata e molto pulita, presenta diversi punti bar/ristoro, una piccola palestra e una zona wellness, ogni sera sul palco si può assistere a musica dal vivo e spettacoli di vario tipo. Le camere sono moderne, pulite, spaziose e dotate di una bella vista sulle montagne, sul mare e sulla cittadina. La cucina è abbastanza varia con tematiche differenti ogni sera (cucina messicana, spagnola, cinese ecc.) e diverse opzioni per tutte le portate, molto bello lo show cooking che consente la scelta della cottura di pesce e carne, ciò che non mi è piaciuto molto è stata la totale assenza di spiegazioni degli ingredienti contenuti nelle diverse portate, soprattutto per i dolci, avendo delle intolleranze ho dovuto chiedere più volte al personale di sala. La struttura dispone di pochi posti auto, fortunatamente nelle zone limitrofe sono presenti molti spazi non a pagamento in cui poter parcheggiare. Nel complesso è stata veramente una piacevole vacanza.

Purtroppo siamo capitati nel periodo in cui stavano facendo dei lavori alla facciata della struttura, questo ha portato la chiusura di una parte della piscina, della zona esterna del ristorante e ad un costante rumore durante tutta la giornata, a mio parere avrebbero potuto effettuare questi interventi in un periodo di bassa stagione, non a luglio e ad agosto quando sono presenti la maggior parte dei turisti.

Un poco antiguo, habitacion no muy limpia, no me repusieron gel de baño en ningun momento y el buffet escaso y comidas repetidas todos los dias.

La cama colchón con sobre colchón me pareció algo incómodo porque me escurría para un lado

Lo mejor el personal del hotel. Desde el personal de limpieza, restauración y animación hasta recepción con Fernando como solucionador de todas mis dudas... ¡y fueron unas cuantas! ¡La cama de la habitación era enorme! Pude descansar de lujo.

Instalaciones grandes y muy bien cuidadas. Amplia piscina, con muchas hamacas disponibles y varios bares. Perfecto para la comodidad y el relax.

Mucho ruido. No solo por las obras que eran puntuables y estaba avisado. Las actuaciones de ocio para mi gusto tienen un sonido demasiado alto y molestan el descanso.

Just come back from a week’s all inclusive at this hotel. It was an easyJet holiday which was a nightmare. Every day building work was being done on the exterior of the hotel which resulted in drilling and banging. The food was never hot and was always cold to the point we ate out every day. Saved all year round to have the holiday from hell. The staff were very rude when we spoke to them about the noise from the work being done and told to get on with it. Avoid the hotel at all costs. I have videos but for some reason it won’t let me upload them. Stay clear at all cost.

Es gibt leider keine Bügelmöglichkeit im Hotel. Das Essen im Buffet Restaurant war sehr einfach, das Personal im Restaurant war nicht so motiviert. Wir wurden leider nicht nach Getränken gefragt.

La cocina, la comida está realmente buena, variedad de salsas caseras en especial la de champiñones, con carnes y pescados hechos en vivo, ternera, salmón etc, todo tipo de ensaladas siempre una opción de legumbre y verduras. los arroces nada especiales pero buenos también. Especialmente a la cocinera del desayuno, no es obligatorio que los trabajadores te sonrían y te den los buenos días, pero si es de valorar y está cocinera lo hizo los doce días de mi estancia . El todo incluido está muy bien conseguido, varios puntos de bebidas cafés etc.

Siendo español que cierren la piscina a las siete y el bar de la piscina a las seis, siendo consciente de que los horarios del turismo exterior son otros. Los hamaqueros a las 17:30 se ponen a hacer ruido y a recoger las tumbonas, esto creo que se debe mejorar. Por mala suerte nos tocó época de obras en la fachada entiendo que es coyuntural pero si llegó a molestar. En el comedor se notaba cierta desorganización, no digo que el equipo no trabaje pero me faltaba un líder que diga que tiene que hacer cada cua,l esa figura no estaba y se notaba.

Unfortunately I would not recommend due to the Jack hammers, around the pool. A large piece of facade missed a sun bather and myself from level 7, resulting in a larger section of the pool being fenced off. The activity center (archery, pistol and rifle shooting etc) is closed, so too is the dining room terrace. The hotel managers need to close the hotel to do this large scale renovation, it is not fair on the guests. No way was this a minor disturbance (or words of this manner) as advised by TUI. Many guests are very unhappy.

La piscina cierra a las 19h. Y a las 18:20 se ponen a recoger hamacas haciendo ruido. La gente deja la toalla a las 9 de la mañana y es muy complicado coger una hamaca. Hemos estado 5 días y solo hemos conseguido una hamaca 2 h porque cerraban. A partir de las 19h es cuando mejor se está en la piscina y te echan. La piscina cubre máximo 150. La cena es hasta las 21:30, y a las 21 quitan ya la mitad del comedor. O vas pronto o no cenas.

The hotel is very pleasant, with friendly, helpful, and professional staff who always make guests feel welcome. The food is varied and of good quality, offering plenty of choices for different tastes. The location is also excellent, as it is convenient both for the beach and for the Yumbo Centre. Unfortunately, this stay was less enjoyable because of a group of extremely rude and noisy British guests. During the night, they kept shouting in their rooms on the fifth floor, showing no consideration for the people trying to sleep in the neighboring rooms. During the day, they also monopolized the swimming pool by constantly playing ball games, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy the pool. I believe the hotel staff should intervene more firmly and authoritatively in situations like these to prevent such behavior and ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. El hotel es muy agradable, con un personal muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comida es variada y de buena calidad, con opciones para todos los gustos. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca tanto de la playa como del Centro Comercial Yumbo. Lamentablemente, esta vez la estancia fue menos agradable debido a un grupo de huéspedes británicos extremadamente maleducados y ruidosos. Durante la noche estuvieron gritando en sus habitaciones de la quinta planta sin preocuparse por molestar a quienes intentaban descansar en las habitaciones contiguas. Durante el día, además, monopolizaron la piscina jugando continuamente con una pelota, dificultando que el resto de los huéspedes pudiera disfrutar de ella. Creo que el personal del hotel debería intervenir de forma más firme y decidida en situaciones como esta para evitar este tipo de comportamientos y garantizar una estancia tranquila y agradable para todos los huéspedes.

Fomos com meia pensão. As bebidas não estão incluídas no entanto um funcionário disse-nos que se pedíssemos uma jarra de água era gratuito. No dia seguinte fizemos isso e cobraram-nos. A informação dada é diferente por vários funcionários

Nos gustó mucho todo pero sobre todo la amabilidad del personal en especial de tina una mujer súper amable que nos hizo la estancia en canarias mucho más fácil y agradable

We booked our holiday in January, and we were excited for it, especially given how good the trip advisor reviews were about the evening entertainment. Unfortunately this part of the holiday was a massive letdown. Having spoken to several other guests who were regular guests at the hotel, it has gone down hill massively. They spoke about how there used to be more acts, better acts, and interaction with the animation staff. Now it was just 1 hour of entertainment and that was it! The ABBA tribute was decent, but some of the other acts were pretty woeful. It's a shame as it's one of the things that attracted us to the hotel. Our rooms were decent, and regularly cleaned. The food was good, without being great. Always something decent to eat but not an amazing selection or anything that was special. The bar service was quite slow in the evening and some of the staff were pretty miserable, although a couple were really nice. The choice of drinks was a bit limited unless you were paying extra for all inclusive plus, and the cocktails weren't great as they were made from a machine. The pool area was fine until they started blocking some of it off for renovation work, then it became more cramped. Overall i would say that this is a decent 3 star, but not a 4 star hotel. We had an enjoyable week at the hotel, but the hotel could be so much better.

Evening entertainment was more for children and very loud, staff was not very friendly just spoke amongst themselves never a good morning or anything, breakfast was ok nothing special. They never changed the bed sheets in 7 days I did ask but was never done, the clean they give is very minimal, no top up of teas coffee etc either

A really nice hotel. Staff, cleanliness, rooms, pool, location all excellent. Only downfall was queuing for food for five of seven nights as they closed one of the hot food counters. It was a bit like a free for all at times and chaotic with no order at all.

Great Hotel as many others say, Will say things that had to find out for myself. Love sports, and hotel is brilliant for it with daily activities like Archery,French Bowls, darts shooting etc all free, the animation team are fantastic and encourage anyone to take part of any abilities and they will spend time to teach you. There are 3 table tennis tables to play on any time as they are out doors,just can get windy with 3 comps each week all good fun. There is a pool table in unused bar area, it is 2 euros a time will only accept 1 euros x2 but can get change at reception. I took a pool cue never used as the pool balls are the large heavy type so used their cues. Food so much choice really has everything so no complaints. Did half board, thought of going all inclusive would be just 22 euros each extra per day (44 couple) would say 95% of people there were all inclusive both good, we probably came back a little slimmer with less hangover’s than if went all inclusive! Went out quite a few nights to the Irish bars as were only a 6 minute walk away ( left out of hotel then left again at shop straight ahead there’s in no time.) perfect to escape the hotel but not too far as easy to walk back from. Pool area was impressive,always sunbeds to be had, I noticed there was sometimes local day tickets Spanish people there, so you know it’s a good Hotel when used by locals people. Entertainment was good enjoyed it all. The bar we set up a credit card on day one to go on final bill, a large beer and large white wine cost 8.30 euros really good value and could pay by cash if wanted to even though Hotel says is cashless. Lots of people we met had been there more than once and would like to back there again-enough said.
