Otima localização a pouca distancia a pe do centro comercial e restaurantes. Refeições de otima quallidade, tanto no cafe da manha quanto no almoço. Equipe muito prestativa, em especial a Magali.

Uma sugestão de melhoria seria iniciar o cafe da manha as 6:30, dado que vários passeios iniciam bem cedo. Os passeios geralmente incluem o cafe da manhã, que atendem parcialmente os casos de restrição alimentar e medicações, etc. O hotel oferece o box de cafe da manha, que tambem ajuda, mas não resolve os casos de restrição alimentar e medicações. No nosso caso em particular só aproveitamos o ótimo cafe da manha no hotel no dia do retorno.

Apesar do Hotel ficar próximo a área central, ele fica uns 250 metros isolado. A noite quando se retorna ao Hotel, as ruas estão um pouco ermas. Mas o local é bastante seguro.

Excelente ubicación, todo impecable , la gente muy amable, el restaurante muy rico. Desayuno exquisito. Calefacción funciona perfecto. Un detalle por nuestro aniversario, muy cuidado. Especial mención a la amabilidad de Magaly y Endrina del restaurante.

Great hotel. Comfortable set up and beautifully decorated with local weaves and natural elements. Beds were very comfortable, nice pillows and bedding. Felt very clean and well kept. Great breakfast and eating area with complementary water to keep well hydrated. Very service oriented staff, very polite. Just a short walk into the main part of town.

They have solar power for energy which is amazing but the generator at night can feel noisy if your room is close to it and you are noise sensitive. There are plenty of rooms away from it.

La amabilidad del personal y las habitaciones.

La comida del restaurant era pesima. El servicio lento, llegaba fria, no era del 100% de lo que aparecia en el menu, por ej: en el plato de atun decia arroz thai y llego con otro arroz y la salsa no era thai. El sandwich llego con un pan frio, ni siquiera tostado o con una capa de mayonesa, la carne no llegaba al punto solicitado. En general, estuvimos 3 dias completos y pagamos la pension completa y el menu de la sugerencia del chef fue la misma en los tres dias y tenia 4 platos, es decir en un almuerzo y cena, entre dos personas probaban el menu completo y en los otros dias no habian mas opciones. Por ningun motivo pedir las sopas/cremas o los sandwich, y claramente la pension completa no.es una experencia a la altura de lo que uno esperaria del hotel NOI. De todas formas destacar que la amabilidad y cordialidad del personal destacaba. La pension completa no ofrece una experencia para realmente aprovechar el hotel el dia completo.

A very nice hotel just 10 minutes walk from town. Friendly reception staff. Rooms are large and well furnished. On site restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had many early morning activities and were not allowed to boxed up breakfast to go. On checkout we found that this needs to be ordered the night before and collected from reception.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The taff aren’t just courteous - they are genuinely friendly. The food at the restaurant was consistently delicious. I want to give special mention to Maggy at the restaurant, who provided exceptional service.

Had a great experience in atacama. The rooms were very comfortable especially the premium one. Out of the atacama hotels this one had a great atmosphere / rooms for its price. I would highly recommend! Also walking distance to town

The hotel is central, being a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was good and the rooms decent sized and comfortable.

Great location, staff and breakfast. The massage service was reasonable and very good. No ac but the ceiling fan was good. The room was needing painting and updating but it was comfortable.

(Note: I've been to 93 countries and don't usually write reviews but I had to on this one) Aesthetically pleasing property. After 5 days in the Bolivian Desert we were looking forward to this oasis just across the border. We checked in for one night to do a star gazing tour then catch a flight to Santiago. Prior to arrival we were in contact with Andrea at the front desk and she simply was not helpful when it came to trying to assisting us to arrange departure airport transfers and night sky tours. She was actually borderline unnecessarily difficult. IN TOTAL CONTRAST BRIAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Given we arrived at 4p and would leave at 8am, he helped us to book appointments at the spa, reserve the sauna, gave tips on how to use the iPhone for night shots, talked about the neighborhood and things to do and of course showed us our room. We had Room #4 which has a perfect view to the pool. Loved the indoor outdoor feel of the shower and the open plan of the room (just note there's no privacy between the bedroom and bathroom). The bed and pillows were soft an there was enough space not to feel cramped. At the pool the sun felt amazing, too bad there were no towels or pool staff visible. The jacuzzi was a great idea in theory except there were no bubbles or obvious controls or staff to help. The pool was freezing which is probably awesome in warm weather (not March!) Skies were crystal clear and the sun was sunning...so all was well. The welcome drinks tickets were a nice touch so we had pisco sours (not bad for a neighbor). The on site spa is separately managed. They have a well stocked spa menu including sound bath bowls. We opted for deep tissue massages (you'll need it after the bumpy ride from Uyuni to San Pedro Atacama). The massage felt more like the mixed massage of light and soft. But no energy to complain and was grateful to whatever the hands could do. We never made it to the sauna but be sure to book it after 6:30p since it's solar powered and Brian said that's when you'll get the best experience. The food was pretty good. Give yourself time to enjoy a leisurely dinner (we didn't) because everything is made to order and takes 30min to make. We scoffed down shrimp pasta to make it to our tour on time. The tour desk (a different Andrea) pre booked the night sky tour (we went with the STARS & FIRE experience) and it was worth the drive. We saw the Milky Way --we planned it for the new moon since no moon in sky enhances the experience-- and we lucked up and had zero clouds as well. You'll have a fireside chat, wine and cheese, telescope views of planets and constellations and a small ancestral veneration fire ceremony to participate in if you'd like. WARNING: We woke up at 6:30a to no water in the ENTIRE TOWN (doesn't bode well for morning routine). It came back on around 8am --seems like it happens often so the hotel should have warned us and possibly provided water buckets for the toilets or something.)

Brian Neira was the best part of this experience. He is an absolute pleasure to be around and to work with. He is professional, resourceful, goes above and beyond the call of duty to make guests's feel welcome. The level of service that he gives makes the place feel like a 5-star establishment. He is the model employee and should train the other staff, especially Andrea at the front desk. Andrea is unhelpful and uninterested. We practically begged her to help us book a transport from the hotel to CJC. It took almost 5 days of back and forth via email and, at the end, we had to find our own transport. If we weren't resourceful people, we would have been stuck and she was uncovered and uninterested. I hope the establishment is doing everything in its power to keep Brian. He is an asset.

A sanctuary of calm amongst an amazing (but very busy destination) the rooms were very spacious and cleaned immaculately every day. Staff are very friendly and helpful, social shoutout to Andrea who couldn’t do enough for us. Max 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed spending four nights at this hotel. It is an odd place in a way with low and somewhat worn buildings but it is in character with the town. The room (standard room 31) was also a bit rustic and worn but it had character too, was comfortable, and we liked it. The small outdoor courtyard is with high walls and completely without a view – it's an odd way of designing a courtyard – but at least we did have a small private outdoor space. The shower is very big and really nice. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner a couple of times – cosy and nice food. We felt very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

NOI Casa offers a great oasis in the SPDA. The service is excepcional. The rooms offers modern amenities and the restuturant has a wide selection of meals and artisinal drinks from the region. We enjoyed our stay as a family off our with young kids 2 and 9 years old. Would recommend the hotel to anyone especially with a young family. Happy visitors from Trinidad and Tobago.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Booked a suite room and very roomy. Food from the restaurant are tasty and price is fair compared with the restaurant on the street.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel. Front desk and restaurant staff (particularly Rosa & Magaly) are super friendly and always helpful. Architecture blends in nicely, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean though not air conditioning in rooms. Kitchen not very good.

NOI Casa Atacama is a comfortable and well-located hotel, within easy walking distance of the heart of San Pedro de Atacama. The rooms were comfortable and clean. While there is no air conditioning, we found the rooms to be comfortable during our stay. One of the rooms was a little warmer, and the staff brought a portable air conditioner for use. The pool was a nice place to relax, especially after long days out on excursions. The staff truly stood out—friendly, helpful, and always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast buffet was nice, though we didn’t use it most mornings due to very early tour departures. The hotel does offer breakfast boxes to go for early starts, which is a thoughtful option, even though we didn’t take advantage of it. We also appreciated the water bottle refill station, which was very convenient in the desert environment. Overall, NOI Casa Atacama was a solid choice and a great base for exploring the area, with welcoming staff and thoughtful amenities that made our stay easy and comfortable.

We booked this hotel for Christmas night hoping that the Christmas dinner (which was quite expensive) would be a memorable experience. Unfortunately, to the hotel’s discredit, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. There was no program at all, not even basic live music. The food was mediocre, and the meat was completely inedible — it was impossible to chew. As for cleanliness, the balconies and the swimming pool were extremely dirty, which was very disappointing. Another major drawback was the lack of parking: cars had to be parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Layout it’s fantastic and the rooms are lovely and spacious. My room had an outdoor terrace and face the pool. The restaurant was great and they really tried to do a good job. The menu has a lot of options in variety. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It is a lovely place and I would recommend it to other folks to stay here. I could just use a couple of touchups to make it amazing.

Let me start by saying I would definitely stay here again. A couple of notes: 1. The power went out two nights in a row for about 10 to 15 minutes around 9pm. When the lights go out, it is pitch black so you can’t see anything and I was in the middle of washing my face and had to remove my contacts so it’s a bit difficult to find my phone. I don’t think this is typical of the area, but it did happen two nights in a row. 2. There were literally no additional outlets to be found so I had to unplug a lamp to plug in my phone and other items. 2. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable on my phone, but for some reason, it worked better on my laptop. It was more consistently connected. 3. The restaurant was fantastic and the service was wonderful however, the food was a bit heavy on salt. 4. The bed was squeaky - the joints probably needed some lubrication, but it was comfortable 5. The bikes were rickety and old and could definitely use some updating.

The hotel is nice and has a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was pretty good with decent amenities. We booked late so we didn’t get a suite (we had two deluxe rooms). Our outdoor area was a very small high-walled in terrace which was too hot to use. And if we did want to use it there was only one chair. There’s no air conditioning just a noisy fan. The standard of the food was mixed. We had some excellent dishes and some that were poor. The drinks selection is limited. Almost all of the staff were incredibly friendly but few of them had English and so we found it difficult to communicate as we have no Spanish. We had one strange experience. We paid for B&B for 2 rooms for 4 nights. Some excursions leave before the breakfast buffet opens. So you can choose a breakfast box to go. It contains a very limited selection of food from the breakfast buffet: bap with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese; yogurt; piece of fruit; some nuts; and a bottle of still water - it was not good. One morning we returned from our early excursion earlier than scheduled and the breakfast buffet was still open. We went to have breakfast but were told we couldn’t because we had had the breakfast in a box. We were really surprised. I went to reception to speak about it but was told quite firmly that if we wanted breakfast from the buffet then we would have to pay for it. I said I was not happy about that and the receptionist replied “ok” and went back to her looking at her computer. It’s a small thing possibly but we felt it said a lot about the hotel’s attitude towards its guests. Because of this we didn’t eat or drink in the hotel again even though we had planned to have two more lunches and one dinner there. We checked out with same receptionist who I suppose understandably did not ask us how our stay was. If we were ever to return to San Pedro de Atacama we would stay somewhere else.

The treatment was exceptional; like home away from home! All staff was friendly and accommodating to all our needs; especially Endri at the restaurant and pool. My wife and I were celebrating a 2nd honeymoon; which will have to do more often! Thanks to all!

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está muy cerca del pueblo y permite ir caminando. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. El restaurante funcionó muy bien incluso para los niños.

No tienen estacionamiento, los autos quedan en la calle y no hay espacio para la cantidad de huéspedes, sin duda eso es un problema. El desayuno no destacaba y el servicio del desayuno no era nada bueno.

O hotel é ótimo! Apesar de não ficar exatamente no centro, com uma caminhada tranquila de 6/8min é possível chegar na rua principal (Caracoles) , e como no Atacama é tudo muito tranquilo e a maioria das pessoas andam a pé, é fácil de se locomover e chegar aos principais pontos da cidade de forma muito rápida e segura! As instalações do hotel são ótimas, quarto espaçoso, aconchegante e tem frigobar (o que é um ponto muito positivo e diferencial em relação ao outro hotel que me hospedei). Os funcionários também são super solícitos e o café da manhã é bom, tendo a possibilidade de pedi-lo para levar, quando os passeios saírem muito cedo! O único ponto negativo é que o chuveiro do quarto tem uma oscilação pequena de temperatura. Parece ser algo comum nas hospedagens do atacama, mas no outro hotel que fiquei isso não ocorreu. De toda forma, vale a estadia!

Hotel muito bonito, limpo e com funcionários muito atenciosos. Está a duas quadras da Calle Caracoles, muito bem localizado. Tivemos problema no primeiro quarto que ficamos pois estava virado para o gerador do hotel Awasi, que fica em frente, fazendo um barulho chato durante a madrugada toda, mas a equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa e mudou nosso quarto.

Ficamos oito noites e o café da manhã foi sempre igual. Poderia variar. A piscina era muito fria. Difícil de entrar mesmo com o calor do deserto. O que mais nos incomodou foi o barulho dos geradores deles próprios e do hotel Awasi que fica me frente.

Pessima estrutura, sem ar condicionado nos quartos sem notificação clara previamente. Não tem restaurante no hotel. Café da manhã pessimo. Bar da piscina só funciona no final de semana, e ainda assim muiiito ruim e fraco de atendimento.

Great location, lovely staff. Rooms very clean and a good size. A very good laundry service! Very good breakfast, and the occasional lunch, all great quality and catering well for a gluten free diet. There is a small spa which we did not have time to use.The only fault during our visit was that the pool was out of service. Would recommend the hotel to anyone, probably not with children.

This hotel does not have air conditioning—only a fan in the room. It was intolerably hot during the day, and I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it must be in summer. The accommodations felt tired and run down, and overall it was not a good value for the price paid.

We were warmly welcomed at Noi Casa Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. Felipe was amazing host — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We got a room upgrade, welcome drinks, and he even helped us book a tour on our last day. The hotel is cozy, charming, well-heated, and strategically located just 550 meters from Caracoles. Highly recommended!

Front desk staff were great! Otherwise the hotel looks run down, the stucco is delaminating everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, room was tired and the hotel itself was tired. Rooms were cold, I had to ask multiple times to have a fire in the fireplace because the rooms were so cold. Thank goodness was I booked a suite (which was not really a suite) I am sure I would have regretted not having the fireplace. The food served for breakfast was stale and felt like it was the same put out daily. Wishing I had booked a better hotel, as I was on the fence with this hotel when reading other reviews, the value was not there and I don’t mind spending money on a nicer hotel. Pool was half filled and the place just felt old and tired. Asked for non feather pillows, none available which made sleeping hard as I am allergic.

The hotel is a good option in San Pedro de Atacama. It is convenient walking from the main street in the town. The hotel has not parking, so you need to park in front of the hotel or around. The food at the restaurant is just ok. The only inconvenient we had was in the 2nd morning, when we arrived at 07:00 am to the restaurant to take the breakfast. We were informed the night before by the person in charge of reception that the breakfast started at that hour. However, on sunday and holidays the breakfast begin at 07:30 am. That 2nd morning was a Holiday. The person in charge of the restaurant (a man that I do not remember the name), SCOLDED me and my wife for being early on a Holiday, treated us like ignorant that cannot follow instructions. We felt very uncomfortable and we did not allow that man to serve us for the rest of the stay. We know service is not the best in Chile, but scolded people is even worst than a mediocre service.
