Reviewed Aug 10, 2026No me ha gustado el hecho que ofrezcan el parking en sus servicios y al momento del checkin informen que no hay disponibilidad, no hay parking público cerca por lo que si viajas con niños se hace muy complicado y en la calle es imposible aparcar porque está reservado para los residentes. El mini bar de la habitación no funcionó. Los ascensores son muy limitados, son pequeños y muy lentos.

El personal es encantador, tanto el del restaurante (no paran de trabajar en ningún momento, están súper atentos, recogiendo, reponiendo, limpiando…) como el de recepción. Súper atentos y eficaces. Las habitaciones son amplias así como las camas, están limpias y huelen bien.
La dificultad para encontrar sitio para aparcar. Tienen parking pero cuando llegamos estaba lleno y, aunque hay parkings bastante caros alrededor, estaban todos llenos… fue un poco odisea aparcar. La calidad de la comida no es la mejor del mundo, pero hay variedad.

Very slow lifts, we almost always used stairs as it was impossible to wait 5-10 minutes for a lift. Also , my room on 4th floor had a smell of tobacco, which was very unpleasant.

Para nosotros, nos faltó que estuviera la pata algo más cerca, pero porque estábamos convalecientes y nos resultaba complicado andar las 10 minutos desde el hotel a la playa.

No me gustó que cuando llegamos el baño olía a pis se notaba que acaban de limpiarlo pero aún así el olor persistia y luego se dejaron pelos en el suelo.

La piscina en la azotea, después de llegar a la planta 5, tenías que acceder a subir otras escaleras, creo que era un poco inaccesible para minusvalidos y lo del parking el acceso era un poco justito de entrar y salir tenias que ir con mucho cuidado, pero las plazas eran bastante anchas y mucho espacio para aparcar bien

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026La amabilidad de todo el personal desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, el último nos dieron opción de dejar nuestras pertenencias y poder disfrutar de una mañana de playa, también reseñar la limpieza de la habitación como zonas comunes. Finalmente decir que el desayuno muy correcto y la ubicación no está mal, zona tranquila pero debes andar un poco para llegar a la playa de Poniente.
No nos gustó el parking. Demasiado estrecho para acceder y para salir, hay una rampa y si llevas coche SUV es muy complicado. De hecho tuvimos un roce en un lado.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Decent location away from the beachfront. Good sized room, big telly, decent balcony. Clean and with a fridge and coffee maker. Underground secure parking with lift to all floors. Good staff. Entertainment on most evenings. Drinks prices reasonable.
Parking is a bit of a lottery. Nowhere dedicated to park for check-in. No guarantee of a garage space because it’s not pre-bookable. We were lucky there was a space available. No on-street parking nearby. Packed. The tv is ‘smart’ but the hotel prevent its connection to their own wi-fi - which is very annoying. Whilst 2 coffee pods and 2 milks are provided, these are for your first night only. If you want coffee for subsequent nights, you have to pay. This is penny pinching in the extreme and inordinately jarring for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Furthermore, housekeeping left our ‘dirty’ cups and glasses on the table which was unexpected and not appreciated. Sort the tv and sort the coffee - and maybe supply a couple of teabags to go with the kettle that’s in the room and you’d be a 9 or 10.

Puerta del baño: corredora mal instalada o rota, una vez cerrada desde arriba a abajo estaba inclinada y se puede ver desde fuera. La basura del baño de plástico del chino barata que se suelta a la mínima el enganche para abrir la tapa al pulsar el botón. Cortinas para tapar la luz, sin enganchar el primero y el último clic al techo. Además la luz de la terraza no se puede cerrar. Limpieza en la zona del conedor: las tronas de los bebes... Solo vimos 2. Una pringosísima, la otra no pero las manchas de un día, estaban al día siguiente. Nos semtamos en la misma mesa los 2 días... Migas de pan en la mesa... En su reglamento de régimen interior pone prohibido ir con el torso desbudo y sacar bebidas. Al llegar ya vimos ingleses incumpiéndolo y no decian nada. Roturas en el zócalo de la habitación. Buffet: fruta, verdura de muy poca calidad, medio estropeada: plátanos durísimos, piña sin color, una mandarina que cogimos estaba podrida. El peor capuchino de cafetera automática que he probado.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026El trato del personal es lo único que nos gustó del Hotel. Todos correctos y amables. La comida bien, sin más para un hotel de cuatro estrellas (que le quitaba por lo menos una).
Con respecto a todo lo demás fatal. La habitación que nos dieron para cuatro personas (matrimonio y dos hijos), muy diferente a la de las fotos. Tres camas individuales y una baja horrible. Las sábanas sucias, polvo, pelusa, humedad y wc sin precintar. No volveremos más a ese hotel. Los vasos del comedor sucios. Este hotel no merece cuatro estrellas.
