조식도 너무 좋았고 수영장도 좋았습니다 방도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하구요 4박했는데 좀 더 있을걸 후회했어요

My room was comfortable and big and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It was kept very clean everyday by the cleaners.

The breakfast wasn’t great and there are no spa facilities as advertised

Çalışanlar çok ilgili, müşteri memnuniyeti ön planda. Konumu gayet güzel, her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Odalarda yatak çok konforlu, ses yalıtımı gayet güzel, gün boyu havuzdan gümbür gümbür müzik sesi gelmiyor, tadında tutuluyor ses düzeyi. Temiz. Yani cidden temiz.

Beğenmemek değil ama olumlu eleştiri anlamında, eğer yasal bir zorunluluk yok ise otel önündeki araç park edilen alan branda ile kapatılabilir.

Нам в нем понравилось все: чистые, светлые, отремонтированные номера; удобные кровати и подушки (спалось сладко); уборка и смена белья\полотенец каждый день; очень вкусные завтраки; расположение отличное; вид с балкона потрясающий; хороший бассейн; наличие всех нужных средств в ванной, тапочки; душ отличный с хорошим напором воды; персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

единственный маленький минус - плохой вай-фай. Но у меня была esim, поэтому, в целом, было не важно.

Es war alles wunderbar. Das Hotel ist modern. Preis - Leistung 1A. Zimmer sauber, Pool sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war lecker die variation moderat. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenso super. Die Aussicht ist auch sehr schön. Würde ich jederzeit unter diesen Umständen wieder buchen.

Ich habe keinen Bügeleisen im Zimmer gefunden. Habe aber auch nicht an der Rezeption gefragt, weils auch nicht soooo wichtig war.

Location worked for us, it is near a supermarket and a good healthy walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool is lovely and clean. Breakfast and breakfast staff excellent.

Request for a bedside lamp was rejected, a simple requirement in a hotel that is this expensive.. Reception staff need to take some lessons from the breakfast staff in customer relations.

My partner and I had an amazing time in Kalkan (returned yesterday) and were really well looked after by the staff at the Rhapsody Hotel! We were only there for four nights and spent most of the days exploring Kalkan and nearby areas, but we bonded with a lot of the hotel staff in the evenings. Big shout out to Suleyman and Yaren on the bar – you made us laugh and, like all the staff at Rhapody, were super friendly. Thanks as well to Atakan and Oguzhan (apologies if I’ve spelt people’s names wrong) at reception for helping us out with our excursions. I can’t recommend this hotel more – very comfortable rooms, great pool/bar area, excellent breakfast and evening meals (delicious), the hotel itself is in a very good location with a short walk to the centre of Kalkan, and, most importantly, the staff are just incredible and will really go the extra mile for you. If you're looking for a more peaceful/relaxed hotel then this is definitely the one for you. I can see why people keep coming back to this place, and so will we :)

Nothing really - the room balconies were fairly close together so it wasn't like you had complete privacy or anything when you're out on them but then the hotel itself has such a calm and peaceful vibe to it that this wasn't a problem, and there are rooms available up top with complete privacy I believe.

Pool music 12 hours a day. No facilities to change on last day. Inadequate response to my initial request when booking.

Open air bar located next to swimming pool pool,plus adjoining seated area.Obscure music by unknown singers with a drum machine,from 11 am to 11 pm ,no escape from this as speakers placed around.Noise from bar and music fills rooms above,not just on balconies but also in rooms even with door closed.Guests in bar can be noisy until we’ll gone 12 pm,an enclosed area would improve this.Flight of 36 steep steps,a boutique hotel needs a lift,if you like plenty of constant noise,this could be the one for you.

Vreau sa va povestesc ce mi s a intamplat, dupa ce am facut rezervarea la hotel si am platit rezervarea in drum spre hotel mi s a stricat masina pe drum, am fost nevoit sa intru in service la Istambul pt reparatii. Intre timp am anuntat si hotelul povestindu le ce mi s a intamplat si i am rugat frumos sa mi se restituie o parte din banii platiti. Le am trimis si factura doveditoare de reparatie din service si din pacate nu au vrut sa imi restituie banii. Sincer nu stiu de ce au procedat asa nefiind o suma mare si mai ales in astfel de situatii. Cred ca puteau sa imi ofere o rezervare pt alta perioada sau ceva de genul mai ales ca era vorba de doar 2 zile.

El personal simpático, tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una más pequeña que estaba bien, pero olía mal

Friendly welcome even when checking in, in the early hours. Check in was quick and easy. Husband said the breakfast was amazing fresh tasty and very well presented. Clean and fresh breakfast area with very friendly staff.

They wanted me to pay in us dollars, but managed to pay in euros even though its priced on your website in pounds. We only stayed the half night because of checking in late. Thankfully we werent staying longer as our room was right above pool and bar which was very noisy till about 2 ish am. We had been travelling all day so maybe in the grand scheme of things it wasnt as bad as it sounds. Overall great stay for what we needed.

Great location, easy walk to harbour. Hotel was spotless! Nice good sized room. Good breakfast with great coffee! The staff couldn’t do enough for us.

The breakfast was diabolical, the room was clean but very poorly maintained. Our room had a good view of the pool/ sea. Also a good view into the rooms either side. The balcony was divided with a very low partition making it easily accessible from next door and a good clear view into each other’s rooms. Perfect if your a swinger

The bed was hard & the pillows .breakfast wasn't the best .

The place is spotless and modern as shown in pictures. It's in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes walking from the busy old town. Staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Has its own parking. Breakfast is good and varied. Finally a proper bed side (we found most beds in Türkyie to be far too narrow for couples). The customer base is quite unique, as it is 90% senior British citizens who seem to be repeat-customers (which speaks well of the hotel) and make for a pleasant environment as they're friendly, clearly enjoying their retirement, without ever being noisy or bothersome. It has a nice pool with sun loungers and a bar. They offer a free "tea" (very relevant to the British! ;-) ) which is a nice touch.

Their wifi signal in the rooms is a bit weak, which came as a bit of a surprise given the modern and spotless state of the hotel. The lack of a shower door meant that you have the inevitable flooding of the bathroom, which you mop-up with a towel.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing view over Kalkan. Nice pool and friendly staff. Comfortable and prestine room, and delicious breakfast.

The guests were almost all Brits in their 60s and 70s, I felt a bit out of place.

Only stayed one night unfortunately but would love to stay longer next time. Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Beautiful views and an excellent last minute deal!

Hotel was fab! Every staff member from manager down to housekeeping were friendly, polite and very willing to make our stay memorable!

Was slightly bit too far from town.....fine in evening walking back but daytime temps and hills were a bit much.

Que has de pujar i baixar escales per anar a l.habitacio i es incòmode quan vas carregat. La foto que penjen al web de booking no es real.

The hotel staff all very helpful and very friendly.

Our room was tired and needed updating , flooring replacing and decorating redoing. Some other rooms the glass panes on the balconys were shattered.

A szálloda jó helyen fekszik kilátással a tengerre. Parkoló a hotel előtt. Tágas tiszta szoba, hatalmas ágy tette kényelmessé a pihenésünket. A hotelhez egy kültéri medence is tartozik bárral. A reggeli bőséges volt és finom! A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes. A takarítónő minden nap szépen kitakarított és feltöltötte a hiányzó pipere készletet. Külön köszönet érte. Vízforraló, kávé és tea volt bekészítve a szobába. Délután pedig egy kis süteménnyel és teával kedveskedtek a vendégeknek. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek a hotelt!

La habitación era amplia, limpia, con camas cómodas, y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. La terracita privada se agradece mucho. El personal es muy amable y sirven un desayuno genial. Se puede ir andando al centro del pueblo sin problemas.

The hotel is spotless , very modern and with the best staff ever . Friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour . Food is first class with good options . I highly recommend this hotel .

Temiz bir oteldi.Odamız oldukça genişti ve hiç bir eksiği yoktu.Odayı deniz manzaralı seçmiştim, manzara mükemmeldi.Kahvaltı da oldukça lezzetli ve çeşitliydi.Çalışanlar da güler yüzlüydü.Hatta yanlışlıkla rezervasyon günümü bir gün erken girmişim ne yapacağım şimdi diye düşünürken oteli aradığımda sağolsunlar hiç zorluk çıkarmadan giriş tarihimi revize edip bir gün ileri aldılar.Sonuç olarak benim için güzel bir deneyimdi.Kesinlikle önerebileceğim bir otel.

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse ved at bo på dette hotel. Rene fine værelser, god rengøring og fint pool område. Personalet var rigtig vedkommende og behandlede os godt! Kort afstand indtil byen!

Vi savnede lidt sunde muligheder ved morgenmaden.

Ein wunderschönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren bombastisch nett und hilfsbereit. Alle sind nur am lächeln und die Zufriedenheit der Kunden steht an erster Stelle. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, jeden Tag etwas neues dabei.

Great views of sea, town, mountain, and pool from most balconies. Would recommend the Turkish bath in the spa.

Fabulous location with a gorgeous walk into town. Super clean rooms with fantastic pool with amazing views . Staff were so friendly too.

Water in the room each day would have been great but supermarket only 2 mins walks if needed.

- The receptionist was super friendly - Nice views from the hotel - Good breakfast - Good coffee shop opposite the hotel - Only 10min walking distance to the city center

- Bad WiFi, had to use mobile data since WiFi was very spotty - Bathroom door was transparent, not sure who thought that a transparent door with the toilet right there is a good idea - Overall the room had a slightly worn feel to it and didn't look as new as the pictures suggest - There were no bedside lights - The spa is pay only and the cheapest package is £50. There is no option to use just the Sauna or Hamam, the packages all include at least a massage or further treatments.

Staff were so helpful, especially on front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample.

A couple of items were a bit old looking. Would have liked to have egg options at breakfast like many of the other hotels in Kalkan but I’m being picky!

Rhapsody Hotel is a fantastic hotel! It was so clean and welcoming! The view from the pool area is Spectacular and the rooms were beautifully cleaned every day, with amazing eye for detail! The Hamman in the spa was top rate! Ozlem worked her magic on me, and is so professional and friendly- best hamman l have had, and l have been enjoying hammans for 20years in Kalkan! So wonderful to have a spa at the hotel- so convenient and so good!!🤩 The staff are the highlight of the whole hotel! Run by a group of exceptional women- the manager is so kind, helpful, organised and professional- nothing was too much, and she ran the hotel seamlessly. Always available and always courteous and friendly. This applies to all staff there. Our cleaner always stopped to say hello, and even with her limited English and our limited Turkish, we felt her warmth and kindness. We thought we were fairly tidy guests, but once the cleaner had come through daily, it was like a new room-so thorough and thoughtful! 🥰 This was certainly the case with Yaren who worked at the bar and at breakfast! She is a delight to spend time with- hardworking, enthusiastic, joyful and friendly! She was always happy to help and made sure all the guests were looked after. When not busy, she would happily help us with our attempts to learn Turkish, and would share her life and experiences with us- so lovely to hear about other cultures. The hotel serve complimentary tea and cake at 5pm every day - made by Yaren’s delightful husband, who is an excellent chef,-which was a lovely and delicious touch! We liked that there is a fridge in each room, so you could pop out and buy some supplies for your room, although both the cocktails and food at the hotel are soooo good, there was really no need! The hotel is a very special gem. It was so refreshing to find so many strong, clever, friendly and passionate Turkish women running the hotel, after so many years of only encountering men in those roles.

Emplacement un peu éloigné de la vieille ville, mais facilement joignable à pied. Calme, soigné, belle piscine, magnifique vue. Patronne très à l écoute. Elle est venue nous chercher car le nom de la ruelle concerne 2 segments: un situé plus en bas et qui se termine en cul de sac et celui en haut où se trouve l’hôtel. Parking devant l’hôtel .Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Petit déjeuner nul! Pas de vrai jus de fruit, café faible,transparent,pas de bon pain etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is bright with a beautiful outlook . The pool is lovely , our rooms had lovely view. The walk to town was fine too with lots of shops and restaurants on the way

The only thing i would change is that the guests come down and reserve beds which is absolutely not the fault of the hotel , but would be really improved if there was signs up telling people not to hold beds for longer than an hour if not on them - Generally it was fine getting bed but a couple of occasions i couldnt but largely because people had reserved them and gone into town - would be really helpful if hotel discouraged this ..

Lovely hotel in a great location, close enough to walk to the main part of kalkan and far enough away so you can relax in peace. The staff are amazing and I'd highly recommend going to the SPA as it's probably the best massage I've ever had.

I think there could be a better selection for breakfast but apart from that I have no gripes
