Se proprio devo…direi la colazione. Noi italiani abituati a caffè e briosche. Si trova di tutto, dalle uova ai peperoni, ma non si può avere un espresso. Vero che possiamo farne a meno.

Das Hotel ist super gewesen und sauber der Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Die Lage war top - sehr nah zum Zentrum! Das Service war hervorragend, wir haben in einem Boutique-Hotel noch nie so einen Service erlebt. Das Frühstück war auch sensationell, man hat sich jeden Morgen darauf gefreut, weil alles so frisch und köstlich war. Es gab auch "echte" Fruchtsäfte, seeehr frisches Brot und vieles mehr - persönlicher Wasser/Kaffee/Tee-Service ebenso. Beim Pool gab es Handtücher zum Ausleihen. Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen :-)

Alles war top - evtl. dass es keinen Aufzug gab.

La piscina.

El baño estaba sucio era demasiado pequeño el cubo de la basura estaba pegado ala cama impresentable no da buena impresión al llegar. Pagamos 4 días y nos hemos ido a los 3 menos mal no tengo pensado volver a esta localidad pero si he de volver seguramente a este hotel no volveré no lo recomiendo para nada!

L’endroit et la chambre que nous avions étaient top

Personnelle femme à la réception qui ne dis pas bonjour et qui prend de haut ! Mais le pire était le gars du restaurant qui s’occupe de prendre les commande ! Hautain et pas du tout accueillant. Nous avons réserver la chambre jacuzzi pour deux semaines, des fois. Oui prenions des ubereat et cela a déplu au gars du restaurant nous disant que si nous voulions manger nous devons manger à l’extérieur de l’hôtel et de la chambre que j’ai payer ! HONTEUX !

Great location, easy walk to town centre, stunning views and beautiful setting. Lovely bedrooms, nice pool area and breakfast was outstanding. Excellent staff very friendly.

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

We arrived at 9.30am the welcome a d check in service very fast and professional and our room was available and they allowed us to use the room right away which was amazing. The staff really friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have had.

Just missing an ironing board nothing else.

This was our first stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everywhere was beautifully clean and the furnture fixtures & fittings were lovely and modern.. The breakfast choice was extensive and lovely.Having the room.cleaned & fresh towels everyday was a luxury. The views were simply amazing and the rooftop restaurant food was really good both for lunch & dinner.The staff were outstanding, polite, helpful happy and couldnt do enough for you, a credit to the hotel. We will definately be back.

Nowhere in the details does it mention the amount of stairs within the property which may be difficult for some who may have mobility problems. From the main building & the roioftop terrace the pool is down two long flights of stairs., a further flight down to the back of the property to the parking area.To get to our room we had to go down 4 flights of stairs and up 4 flights to get to breakfast etc...My husband has heart problems so he did fiind all the stairs a bit difficult at times especially in the heat. We think.it would be helpful to have a hotel nformation leaflet in the room explaining things like.. breakfast times.. restaurant opening times/menu...info re the pool towels etc... The pool was lovely but the area around it was tiny & cramped with nowhere near enough sunbeds..considering the hotel has 24 rooms there were only 16 sunbeds. Having said that the 3 days out of 9 we had a pool day we did get a sunbed without much troube... None of the above would put us off returning but feel a bit more info in the details would be helpful..

The location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Asena stood out for us as she was always smiling and tried her best to communicate with us despite the language barrier. From our balcony and from the restaurant there was a beautiful views of Kalkan.

The room we were given was called the penthouse room, but it was surprisingly small. Fortunately, we are petite, as taller guests would likely struggle with the low ceiling height. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and there were several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning main shower, a toilet flush that repeatedly came loose from the wall, and a power outlet next to the sink that was hanging out of the wall, which posed a safety concern. There was no iron in the room, so we had to request one each time we needed it, and the hotel did not provide an ironing board therefore we had to do our ironing on the bed. While the room was clean and functional, housekeeping did not replenish bottled water daily. The pool area was also quite small, with limited seating available, so we chose to spend most of our time at nearby beach clubs instead. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection.

Great views, nice pool, nice breakfast

We booked a deluxe suite, which is one of their best and more expensive rooms, only to be given a room where the entire pool area can see directly into your room. There were two men sitting right outside our window drinking beers; making my partner feel too uncomfortable. We were moved to a classic room for one night and another deluxe room on the second night which was perfect. But overall not a great experience.

The hotel is clean and has good facilities.

We booked a standard twin room that was supposed to have a balcony with a mountain view. We were shown into room 119 which is very dim and does not have a window only a door onto a dark balcony with no view whatsoever. The facilities of the room were fine but I have never stayed in a room with so little natural light which made it all quite depressing for the price we had paid many months in advance. It was very disappointing given the hotel was not full and room 119 is obviously the worst room in the hotel.. On the basis of our experience I cannot recommend this hotel

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa zarówno Pan na recepcji , który był dla nas bardzo wyrozumiały i cierpliwy. Pani na śniadaniu uśmiechnięta i bardzo miła. Dostaliśmy pokój w wyższym standardzie niż zamawialiśmy dzięki czemu mieliśmy więcej przestrzeni i wspaniały ogród z basenem! Śniadanie bardzo dobre i obfite

Clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Quite small rooms but lovely large balcony for some outside space. Unfortunately we are here in bad weather so not fully utilised Definitely recommend. Right on the Lycian Way path so ideal position for us on our hike

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. I was upgraded to an amazing top floor room with a jacuzzi, which was wonderful after 4 days of hiking!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr gutes frisch zubereitetes Frühstück reichhaltig und freundlich serviert gutes Ambiente im ganzen Hotel . Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Kalkan Bucht nur ein paar Schritte in die Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen wir kommen gerne wieder!

Comfortable bed. Dinner patio view although didn't eat there and only sat there occasionally. Empty as end of season.

I paid extra for a sea view but it was a stretch to say that's what we got. Very small balcony and not a great view considering the area and price. Breakfast was ok but the same every day, we ate out on the last day. Standard room and bathroom were small

Staff very welcoming They found us a double room as I'd made the mistake of booking a twin.. This turned out to be an upgrade with sea view. The breakfast was excellent with great service. Lovely views.

We had nothing to be negative about, but think twice about staying anywhere in Kalkan if you cannot walk up and down the old hill!

Alles war wirklich sehr gut! Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal super freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was lovely with the option of freshly made eggs and omelets. There was also a large selection of fresh bread and a whole buffet to choose from. The room was cleaned every day and the hotel was spotless.

We had a fabulous stay. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was really fresh and wide array of buffet style Turkish breakfast. 10 minute walk from Main restaurant area. Yali beach club down hill which is connected to the hotel was perfect for lazy days.

Great people. Fantastic location within easy walking distance Kalkans restaurants and waterfront. Exceptional breakfast. Really lovely swimming pool.

Noisy near breakfast room - woken at 7am each day - just ask for a room away from this area if you are a light sleeper Pool area goes into shade late afternoon if that bothers you

- Very Friendly staff. - Spacious room and bathroom. - 10-minute walk from the center and mini-bus station.

- Shower heating is the worst. First day was cold water. Next days, water alternating between cold and super hot. - I found 2 long hairs in the plates in breakfast. - A cat was wandering around clean plates in breakfast. - No beach towels.

I loved the Hotel breakfast was amazing so much to eat from the buffet. The pool is awesome. Staff are 5 star very helpful and friendly. It's walking distance to mostly everywhere we went. Will diffneatly stay there again

The house keeping did come in every day but we found they could have done a little better in the cleaning

First the good: A number of staff went the extra mile. Those worthy of mention are Seba in Reception (unfortunately Seba left), Joseph, Restaurant Maître d, Orhan, Waiter and Chef Deniz. Adequate basic breakfast. Needs variation. The not so good: Unfortunately, those that went the extra mile were let down by those with a laissez faire attitude. The Management of Saray Suites deserve special mention for the wrong reasons: There was little or no managerial direction or focus on what is important i.e., the customer and their basic requirements. Examples of this: water, tea and coffee and basic toiletries not restocked, standard of cleanliness was poor, bordering on abysmal. The Garden Room, Private Pool, wasn't as advertised in that it was supposed to sleep 4. Our room, 118 didn't. It wasn't a problem for my wife and I as were the only 2 occupying the room. The additional room was locked and we were later told by the Manager that it was uninhabitable due to excessive damp on the walls! Now the awful: The bathroom was dated, the drains stank, there was mould on the tiles and grouting. DISGUSTING. It is worthy of note that there is not a single picture of room 118's bathroom! Sitting area around the pool stank of sewage making it unusable! The above were brought to Management's attention for the first few days, then we gave up. During the latter part of the second week of our stay, the owner of the hotel visited and he was shown the smelly damp walls and mouldy bathroom.

The view was great, location was reasonable. Breakfast buffet was good with Turkish options which we liked.

There were things that could be improved. Bathroom, shower (mould) and cups in the room could be cleaner. Noise from the bar upstairs (scraping chairs on ceiling) was bad, not an issue for rooms not on the next level below the bar. Amenities and staff attention could improve - the pool towel basket was empty each time we used the pool.

We stayed at Saray Suites for two nights and absolutely loved everything about it. The highlight for us was definitely the restaurant — the food was beyond delicious, with flavors I had never experienced before. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing stay🙏 Lovely staff and very nice and clean rooms. A big thanks for Seda in the reception for being so friendly to us, always with a smile! We will come back for sure 😊

I did not care for the stairs…and yes I expected that but that was the only downside.

The place is lovely and quiet and private. It is a short walk from the main village. The room was a good size and really clean. Would love to mention the breakfast staff, the gentleman in charge is really kind and helpful. He takes care and time to help the younger members of staff

Great location. Service was mostly very good, especially the staff serving at mealtimes. The restaurant delivered some excellent evening meals with beautiful views over the sea.

The front desk manager was quite abrasive with very limited English and not much knowledge about the area. The rest of the client-facing staff were excellent though. On one or two occasions our room fridge was not restocked and loo paper not replaced.

Facilities were ideal. Staff exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful. Food good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Though a twin room originally booked, only a double was available when we checked in though my friends were moved to a twin after 2 nights, though this was quite small.

Loved the hotel, food was excellent for breakfast fast amount and different variety, excellent staff especially Seda on reception was very helpful and the rest of the staff was lovely . Room was excellent, towel change everyday .

Only one little hiccup and that was the shower in the room we had , it took around 5 minutes to heat up and then it only trickled out . Did let reception know only on leaving and was told should had reported it . But as we were there only 2 nights it didn’t bother us

Small friendly boutique hotel in a great location with free access to Yali beach club. The staff were absolutely amazing all so friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was lovely as was all food in Kalkan! The best we have ever eaten. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend

Well looked after and beautifully designed rooms. The breakfast was of a very high quality and the staff were attentive. The location is great - nice sea view, away from the noise of the old town but easily walkable (and a flat walk into town).

Our room 102 had a small outside space but was right next to the pool sun loungers so not private at all. And we had issues with drains or something as there was an unpleasant smell for the first few days.

The Hotel itself is very clean, very comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast is first class! It's a fantastic place to stay, but the added bonus is the quality of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them - they are good humoured, kind, polite and courteous at all times which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their reactions to my wife's attempts at Turkish were priceless..... Big thanks to Betul, Ismail, Erol and Ata - and ALL of the staff at this Hotel!!!

There is nothing about this hotel worth complaining about. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay.
