Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Localização muito boa, na região central de Puerto Natales, com cafeteria, supermercado e farmácia muito próximos. O atendimento do proprietário foi ótimo. Nos 5 dias que fiquei, se preocupou com o horário de início dos passeios, para que eu pudesse ter o café da manhã. Se retornar a cidade voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

It’s not worth the money. The towels and beddings were dirty. Breakfast was meh at best. I would suggest to just go for a normal hostel and not this.

De routebeschrijving klopt niet en brengt je op een heel andere plek in de straat.

67 dollars pour un tel établissement c est du vol pur et simple , aucune isolation phonique cloisons bricolées de bric et de broc , sol en bois irrégulier avec des trous et des bosses , fenêtres impossibles à fermer bricolées avec des clous qui dépassent , escalier dangereux avec risque de passer le pied entre deux marches etc etc..., le petit déjeuner est à l avenant , café imbuvable délivré par une machine ( heureusement il y a du nescafé ) , peu de choix et des produits de bas de gamme

Las instilaciones no son las mejores teniendo claro el costo, pero el colchón y almohadas ya están para cambio hace rato. Se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciones, el desayuno muy básico y el último día traté de calentar algo que llevaba y la señora no me dejó, el servicio es hasta las 9:30 am y a esa hora entré y dijo que ya había limpiado todo, cero amable, solo quería calentar algo y servir un café. Lo único bueno el wifi y no sentí frío para nada.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Le couple qui tient cet hostel est vraiment très serviable et gentil. Pouvoir laisser nos gros sacs après le check-out a été une véritable aide ! L’hostel est très bien placé proche du centre ville. La literie est confortable et la douche est chaude !
Nous avons eu une chambre très proche de l’escalier du hall, et donc assez bruyante… l’isolation phonique est quasi en existante, mais comme un peu partout dans les hostels il me semble ! Par contre nous avons eu une chambre avec un puit de lumière sans aucun rideau / volet juste au dessus d’un des deux lits, donc il ne faut vraiment pas être gêné par la lumière pour dormir… ! Mais je ne sais pas si toutes les chambres sont les mêmes.

Private room, bed was fine, hot water in shower, television (didn't use), internet access. Breakfast was generally ok and typical--scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, coffee cake. Good security. Location was nice and convenient to restaurants, Unimarc (grocery store) and other grocery stores.
Fruit with breakfast would be nice. Also nice would be a little common area.

Pulizia un disastro. Pareti credo in lamellare di plastica, praticamente dormirete col vicino in camera vostra e se vi capiterà, come a me, un soggetto che russa e va in apnea con gemiti degni di un film horror, scordatevi il riposo.

La habitación que nos dieron era espaciosa con un baño amplio, el hotel cuenta con una área para tomar bebidas calientes en cualquier momento eso le da un plus ya que hace frío en Puerto Natales.

Parece que que não haviam limpado o quarto muito bem. Estava com bastante cabelo nos lençóis, nas fronhas e nos cantos do banheiro. Chegamos depois do horário de check-in, então não seria falta de tempo para a limpeza. Só faltou um pouco mais de atenção na limpeza.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026This is not a 'star' clsss hotel, something in between a hostal and a hotel. You get what you pay for. A worn out room with a tiny washroom. An outdated heating system. Poor sound proofing. But these outdated amenities does meet your basic needs. This is a place for you to come back after a hectic day at the Torres Del Paine and slump onto the bed. Centrally located and the taxi charges 10k Peso for and to the airport. But the owner, Marcos, does make a big difference - polite and always available to attend to all your needs and concerns. Nothing special about the breakfast, but it's a very big plus point. Even if you are leaving early, the breakfast is available at 6 a.m. No complaints for the price you pay, specially in a touristic place like Puerto Natales.

en el primer habitación el colchón era absolutamente roto ... horrible. Me han cambiado a un habitación con paredes muy finas pegado al recepción, parecía que la impresora era en mi habitación! todo lo que hablaban en la entrada al hostal y en recepción sonaba ... acústica 0. la ducha muy pequeña ... calefacción antigua con poco control, calor tremendo o frío ... obvio cancelo mi segundo estancia allá ... espero por los de mas gente que los habitaciónes arriba sean algo mejor.
