Ubicación perfecta, desayuno bueno y lo puedes pedir para llevar el día q sales temprano de excursión. Todo el personal muy amabre y dispuesto a ayudar y dar información.

Hector, the proprietor, couldn't be kinder and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience. The room was warm and comfortable. I would heartily recommend this Hostal.

It was easy. Staff is great. Schedule your meals before the big hikes. Shower hot. Room temperature good. Beds very comfy.

Noise through walls and ceiling but we didn’t have neighbors most of the time so it was fine.

O atendimento do Hector e de todos do hotel foi impecável. Pessoas maravilhosas, prestativas e que cuidam muito bem do seu hotel. A localização é perfeita, bem no centro da cidade e perto de tudo. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e, graças ao ótimo serviço prestado pelo hotel, sempre pronto na hora que você pede.

Tivemos apenas um pequeno problema com o chuveiro do banheiro que vazava um pouco de água para fora dele conforme o uso.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend.

Fijne locatie en zeer schoon. Als je de W-trek gaat lopen en je bent opzoek naar een plek om te verblijven voorafgaand en na afloop, zoek niet verder. Heel vriendelijke gastheren!

The room was warm, cosy and comfortable. Well laid out with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was great.. fresh to the table, plenty of variety. Location was good... a short walk in to the main street and close to a small supermarket and coffee shops. Best of all was being able to leave our luggage whilst hiking in Torres del Paine, coming back and the luggage is already in our room ready for a much needed hot shower. We were told check in could wait until after we were clean and warm.. this was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

This was a great hostel. The rooms were so comfortable and it was amazing value for money. They staff went over and above to help and we even left our packs here while we did the O trekk for a week and it was free as we stayed 2 nights. Also a great location

El personal super amable y agradable. El hostal es lindo y cómodo. El desayuno muy bueno. Nos ayudaron con los tours y otras cuestiones y dieron muy buenas recomendaciones. Seguro que me volvería a quedar aquí en caso de volver a Puerto Natales

Fantástica la atención desde el primer segundo. Llegamos con un problema de pinchazo en el coche, y nos facilitaron toda la información necesaria para solucionarlo. Habitación muy limpia. Como se suele salir muy temprano para las excursiones, te preparan un desayuno buenísimo para llevar. Siempre muy atentos y serviciales. Te aconsejan en todo muy bien. Sin duda volvería, muy recomendable. gracias por todo.

Great location, very central. Price was also good for the location.

Extremely noisy, you will overhear your neighbors’ conversations and there is a window on the side where everyone walks by so you’ll wake up constantly. Room was also very small.

Great location, you can walk to the bus station and the city center. It has restaurants around it too. The room was really clean and the breakfast was good, whether it was at the hostal or to take away. The staff is super friendly and they have an express laundry service.

Since walls are thin you could sometimes hear other guests, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

Wonderful, clean property and the owners and staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The room exceeded my expectations; the decor was lovely. The entire property was spotless. I like that the room had a window that opened; heating was wonderful. The shower temperature and pressure were great. It was nice to have a hairdryer. Breakfast was good and complete. I chose to return to this property and will again in the future.

Cloisons un peu trop fines, fenêtres qui donnent sur l’intérieur, finitions du mobilier et chambre. Prix légèrement élevé pour ce standing.

Great location and about a 10 minute walk to the main bus terminal for catching the bus to Torres del Paine. My room was super clean and the bed was comfy. The hosts were very kind and always available when I had a question. They stored my bag while I hiked the W Trek and it was in my room when I returned. The breakfast was delicious and they provided a box breakfast since I had an early departure. Overall, an excellent stay!

Hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité prix pour y passer une nuit. Comme partout au Chili, le personnel est accueillant et fait le maximum pour vous satisfaire. Le petit déjeuner commence à 7h00 mais à partir de 6h15, ils vous préparent un breakfast box en self-service avec café et thé.

La chambre minuscule pour ne pas dire microscopique pour 2 adultes avec valise. Pas grand chose pour poser les affaires et rien dans la salle de bain non plus pour poser sa trousse de toilette.

I stayed here for a few days and truly highly recommend this place. What I especially want to mention is how wonderful the staff are. The young man at the front desk (I’m sorry I forgot his name) was incredibly friendly, well-organized, and explained everything very clearly. He left a very strong and positive impression on me. The room was warm and very clean, and I felt extremely relaxed during my stay here

Perfect Hostel for hikes in Torres del Paine. Extremely clean. Highly comfortable beds. Great Breakfast. Excellent and very nice and friendly staff. Impeccable organisation eve with the luggage’s we left there (we stayed there before and after the W Trek).

We had a wonderful stay at hostal baquedano and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The staff are simply some of the kindest and most caring people we have ever met. They looked after us with incredible attention and made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. Everything was spotless, the rooms were perfectly clean, and every detail showed how much they care about their guests. Each day they thoughtfully prepared lunch boxes for us, which was such a helpful and appreciated touch. The location is great, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. We are truly grateful for the experience and want to wish the whole team continued success and prosperity. La atención fue excelente, se comunicaron inmediatamente conmigo por medio de WhatsApp, pudimos dejar el equipaje en la hostal antes de ingresar con el chekin, ya que llegamos antes. El desayuno fue exquisito y muy rico.

Llovió durante la noche y se nos goteó una de las camas pero bueno, son cosas que pasan, fuera de eso todo muy bien.

The hotel is close to everything. Only about a 10 minute walk to the bus station. The restaurant Cafe Kaiken is right down the street from here and it is AMAZING. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water with great pressure. Hector and Mateo have a great system to make sure everyone gets their breakfast on time for their departures. Also Hector is an all around excellent host. When we got back from the w trek (we stayed here the day before we departed and the night we returned) our bags were already waiting in our room for us.

Hector was awesome and very accommodating. Free wi-fi, early breakfast, great private shower with nice thick towels. Good breakfast with a variety of items. Friendly staff made us feel like we were home.
