Wat ons het meest beviel, was de fantastische service en de ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Onze villa met privézwembad was prachtig, schoon en zeer comfortabel. De villa werd zelfs twee keer per dag schoongemaakt en de avondservice met het opmaken van het bed en de klaargezette slippers maakte het verblijf extra bijzonder. Alles was tot in de kleinste details verzorgd. Echt fantastisch!

كان كل شيء بيرفكت من أول ما وصلنا إلى أن طلعنا 🤍 الموظفين عسل عسل، جدًا ودودين ويساعدون في كل شيء، ودائمًا مبتسمين وبشوشين. أنا وزوجي كان عندنا رحلة ATV الصباح، والسائق كان ينتظرنا وتأخرنا في النزول. نزلنا مستعجلين وأردنا نأخذ كوفي من مكان الفطور، ولما عرفوا أننا مستعجلين وما لحقنا نفطر، حطوا لنا فواكه وخبز في كيس عشان نأكلها في الطريق وما نكون جوعانين 🥹🤍 اهتمامهم فينا كان بطريقة عجيبة فعلًا، وتفاصيل بسيطة زي كذا هي اللي خلت تجربتنا مميزة جدًا. السبا عندهم أيضًا حلو ومريح جدًا، وأنصح بتجربته. الشيء الوحيد اللي أتمنى يتحسن هو تنوع الفطور، للأمانة الخيارات كانت محدودة شوي. وبرضو ما فيه مصعد، فكنا نضطر نطلع للدور الثاني بالدرج، لكن بالنسبة لنا ما كان شيء يخليّنا نندم على الحجز. بالعكس، مستحيل أزور أوبود مرة ثانية وما أحجز فيه 🤍 موقعه ممتاز جدًا، في وسط سنتر أوبود، وكل شيء تقريبًا تطلع من الفندق وتلقاه قدامك أو قريب منك. والأجمل أنك ما تحس أنك معزول وسط الغابة. غير انو غيرنا موعد الرحلة وكانو جدا. متعاونين فتغير التواريخ تجربة جميلة جدًا، والموظفين تحديدًا هم أكثر شيء خلّى إقامتنا مميزة. أكيد بنرجع له مرة ثانية 🤍🌿

Great room. Very good breakfast. Staff super friendly and attentive. Nice pool.

All staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pool area, restaurant and rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. Food was brilliant as well.

Monkeys around property. However staff were helpful in moving them on.

The location is incredibly convenient and central, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The staff are always warm, attentive and genuinely kind, and as a keen swimmer I particularly love the long pool. The excellent spa and other services are another big plus.

Very little to fault. If anything, the hardest part is leaving and heading home!

Fabulous location close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful spacious room and very lovely staff.

There is construction going on next door. A letter left in my room said that construction would not start until 10am however it started around 8am. Do not stay here if you wish to sleep in. If you’re an early riser, the noise may not bother you. The manager did check if I wanted to change rooms but I had already fully unpacked and so I accepted the morning disturbance.

It was beautiful!! We arrived at night and they gave us a tour of the resort using a golf cart. The staff were so friendly and helpful that I cannot describe. I spent time having long conversations with them and we shared things about out personal lives.

部屋が綺麗でスタッフの方がフレンドリー 英語が苦手な私たちに対しても嫌がらずに分かりやすく身にケーションをとってくれた。 スパも良かった 王宮や市場の観光名所も歩いて行けてロケーションもいい！

The hotel is located next to the monkey forest and surrounding restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel looks bigger and better than in the photos. Photos don't do the hotel justice. The hotel is clean and QUIET, :) and the staff are amazing. We would definitely stay again next time we visit.

If I had to be critical, the fitness center was not great.

As a gay couple, we didn't know how we would be received. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, welcoming hospitality. We never sensed any negative vibes. We always felt comfortable being ourselves.

Es war perfekt. Man kann es garnicht in Worte fassen. Der Aufenthalt war der Wahnsinn. Lage, Hotel, Personal, Hotel... Es war super. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen riesig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Pool hin. Es war unglaublich schön. Es kam zweimal am Tag der Zimmerservice, um das Zimmer zu reinigen und für die Nacht vorzubereiten. Das Personal war sofort hilfsbereit und hatte sehr gute lokale Empfehlungen für uns. Einfach wow.

C est la 2 eme fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi ravie. L équipe à tous les niveau est serviable et à l écoute. Le cadre est magnifique. Que dire nous reviendrons une 3 eme fois!!!! Le restaurant ainsi que le petit déjeuner un vrai délice !! L emplacement est idéal 🥰

Hotel: Royal Kamuela Dates: 30th May to 1st June Room: 11, villa Pros: Room villa very spacious. Private pool a nice touch. Bathroom well laid out in terms of design and is large. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast appears limited with lots of extras you must pay for but in reality they don't charge thankfully and they can make special meals upon request. Location really good, right in the heart of Ubud yet it is peaceful and very quiet. We didn't have any monkeys in the hotel while we were there thankfully though they were on the adjoining street. Bed very comfortable. Overall: would recommend this hotel to others as it has everything you need in a good location.

Cons: Upon arrival they give you a list of things to not do otherwise you'll get fined. The room tour involves telling us the things we get and don't get and items we must pay for, such as bath bombs. All very peculiar and not very inviting for first impressions. Villas are a fair walk uphill to restaurant for breakfast so if you have mobility issues, steer clear. There is a shuttle but you must call ahead to book. Restaurant is a little uninviting. Private pool not heated and in shade all afternoon so can't really use as it's too cold. Breakfast menu is limited. Rooms and furnishings dated. Bathroom has very poor lighting and a fan that stays on constantly which is annoying.

We have absolutely loved our stay at Royal Kamala. First and foremost, the staff has been amazing — so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room itself is incredibly comfortable, cool, and relaxing, and the balcony has been one of our favorite parts of the experience. At night we’ve watched the bats fly overhead, and during the afternoons we’ve been able to sit and watch monkeys playing in the trees and even visiting the balcony. We’ve also loved watching the squirrels running through the palm trees and a dove building a nest just a few feet away from us. It truly feels like being immersed in nature while still being close to everything. The location is perfect. You can walk to practically any restaurant you could want. Monkey Forest is about a 10-minute walk, the market and palace are around 20 minutes away, Lotus Temple about 25 minutes, and even money exchange is only a few minutes from the hotel. Breakfast has been outstanding every morning — delicious food and more than you could possibly want. What truly stood out was the staff and service. Anytime we needed anything, it was taken care of almost immediately and always with kindness and a smile. The level of attentiveness made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. This hotel has been such a beautiful and memorable part of our Bali trip, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Hier ist wirklich alles super! Ich gebe eigentlich nicht die volle Anzahl an Sternen, aber hier ist es verdient. Man muss auch nichtmal unbedingt das Hotel verlassen, weil man alles innerhalb erledigen kann. Die Kehrseite ist natürlich, dass sich das ganz schön aufsummieren kann (Wäsche, Massage, Restaurant).

Ein Buffet als Frühstück ist mir lieber als a la card, aber war trotzdem super. Also kein Kritikpunkt.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was beautiful. It was on the third floor. There was no elevator but the staff helped with our bags. The breakfast was delicious. The location was fantastic. We had monkeys just outside our room.

Lovely team, restaurant and location.

Everything was about profit making. Everything had a price noted next to it such as beach/ pool bag in bedroom. The bath bombs in bathroom. The disclaimers we had to sign quickly without due time to read after a long journey. The information that a token very small birthday cake etc would be chargeable even though advance notice of guests celebration was given ( though in the end they didn’t charge) it was a blight on our celebration. The long uphill walk to the pool rooms ( not mentioned or shown clearly in promotional photos advertising the hotel. This was difficult for elderly people.

Çok temiz, güler yüzlü çalışanlar, sorunsuz, housekeeping çok başarılı, kahvaltı gayet iyi,konumu mükemmel, normal havuza bitişik olan sıcak açık hava havuzunda oturmak çok keyifli, 5 gün içerisinde birkaç kez otelin ortak bahçesinde maymun gördük ancak zararsızlardı.

This villa the serenity was amazing all the staff were kind and friendly and help us with our commute to our next destination no hesitation. The area was clean and just an all round beautiful spot

Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool. Die Einrichtung war sehr komfortabel mit einem sehr bequemen weichen Bett. Der Pool war sehr groß mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, vor allem beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist ala carte zu bestellen. Kleine aber feine Auswahl. Witzig fanden wir die Affen, die frühmorgens um 6:00 in die Anlage gekommen sind. Sind aber harmlos.

Schöne Hotelanlage, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gym hat alles zu bieten was man für ein schnelles Workout benötigt. Das spezielle ist, dass es in einem Affenpark liegt, was aber auch Nachteile hat. Man sollte aber mal die Erfahrung gemacht haben.

Villa mit Pool nicht unbedingt nötig, haben Ihn wegen den Affen nicht genutzt weil es unhygienisch ist. Das Frühstück war gut aber man hatte keine große Auswahl. Wenn man Angst vor Affen hat sollte man das Resort meiden.

My mother and I stayed here and we loved the property. They give a lot of attention to detail and actually care about their guests. The breakfast is great and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. We were scared of the monkeys so they would keep a guard outside to make sure they didn't come to us. The location is walking distance from Ubud market as well.

Many monkeys during the day, but they brief you at check-in and help you if you are scared. Also it's in the name so it was not a surprise.

Per daug maloniai įkyrus viešbučio personalas. Tik atėjus į restoraną, darbuotojų daug, lankytojų mažai, tai dėmesio žymiai per daug, su visais pasisveikink, visiems nusilenk. Kambariai tvarkomi du kartus per dieną, ryte ir dar kiekvieną vakarą ateina ir klausia ar viskas gerai, norėjosi daugiau privatumo, mažiau įkyrumo. Gyvenome savaitę laiko, per pusryčius kasdien gaudavome vaisių lėkštutę , kurie 7dienas iš eilės buvo tie patys (arbūzas,papaja,ananasas), norėjosi įvairovės, pakeisti kitais.

A tranquil oasis in Ubud. The staff were absolutely superb, gentle, thoughtful and kind and made the stay for us. Extremely clean, wonderful facilities, quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic Villa, right next to Monkey Forest and Ubud Centre. The property is fabulous and the private villa pure indulgence. Room Service was excellent and served very quickly. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The pool was the star of the show, along with the massive jacuzzi bath. I loved everything about it and am already looking to book for next year. 5* from me.

Nothing, even the cheeky monkeys coming into the garden and stealing my ice cream was so funny. There were lots of monkeys 🐒 🙈 it was lovely to watch them.

Absolute peace and quiet. You can’t hear a peep, no traffic, no loud talking, just the sound of the water in your pool. Just a dream! Also the pool in our villa was really big, much bigger than expected especially for two people! The staff are all exceptional and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The facilities are lovely and well maintained, we had a villa with our own pool and it was 10/10. There is a lot of monkeys that come and go and you just have to be a bit conscious because they are quite cheeky. A tiny monkey took my husbands vape from outside while he was in the toilet haha! But it’s also really beautiful to see in the evening when they come eat the leaves from our backyard we would just sit inside the villa which has all glass walls and watch them. I would highly recommend staying here for true relaxation without being too far from the action in Ubud! Thank you Royal Kamuela Staff for making our stay so lovely!

Wonderful hotel and amazing service. Room service was offered twice a day, personnel were always very attentive and helpful. The room was big and very comfortable and the location is great. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.

門口就是繁榮的商店街，各種餐廳超商藥局美妝，地點非常方便，飯店人員非常親切，入住villa 泳池房，有大面落地窗，景色很棒，每天到傍晚如果你不在房間工作人員會幫你把窗簾拉下來讓你房間向新的一樣使用，庭院裡不是會有猴子出沒要小心東西不要放在外面，如果想要熟洗衣服，外面的院子空間很好曬，如果需要，飯店每天提供無限量的水，沒有飲水機只有他們提供的玻璃瓶飲用水，入住時還有包含15分鐘的園區拍照體驗，你可以選擇免費一張或是向他們購買更多，提供兩人15分鐘的免費按摩，園區很漂亮植栽整理得很好，公共的泳池很乾淨，周邊被植栽環繞，提供的早餐一人一份非常好吃健康，一早我們去了看日出的行程飯店很貼心的幫我們準備了早餐盒讓我們帶出去，園區都是樓梯，但工作人員會協助行李運送。

Konumu çok merkezi ve her ihtiyacınız yürüme mesafesinde. Tesis genel olarak bakımlı ve çok temizdi. Çalışanlar cok kibar ve yardimseverdi. Odamızın genişliği ve temizliği harikaydı. Tekrar gelirsem konaklama icin farklı bir yer aramama gerek yok. Ubud'da konaklama yapacak herkese tavsiye ederim. Memnun ayrılacağınızdan emin olabilirsiniz.
