You can say: “Regarding breakfast and a clean environment, I can say that the reception provides good service.”

Here’s a clearer and more professional version: Someone else at the reception got angry with me because I took three muffins for my little brother, who was not present during breakfast. The booking was for four guests, but only two guests had breakfast. I have spent more than R25,000 at this hotel. At first, I felt very welcome, but things have changed. The last issue is that they don’t have smoking rooms, and whenever you smoke at the hotel, the security guards complain.

It was so centralised with the mall nearby , their breakfast is really good, bed is so comfy and it's very spacious.

The hot water stopped when I was bathing, but their awesome staff member assist us so quickly and problem was solved.

In town, next to the shops, rooms spacious, food excellent

The rooms are exactly as shown in the picture; they are spacious and comfortable. The Crawdaddy's Restaurant is truly the best part there, especially if you are travelling with kids. It is a huge, spacious restaurant, beautifully designed by the river, it has 3 different seating sections and also has an amazing play area for the kids. There is also a bar on the property for those needing a different vibe. The place is central; petrol stations, shopping centres, event venues and even the Tzaneen Dam are all less than 10 minutes away from the property. The roads are also well kept and the entrance to the place is scenic.

I couldn't find a pool, but then again I didn't ask; I just walked the property and didn't see it.

The bed 🛏️ is big and comfortable... I slept like a baby after a very long day . I enjoyed my breakfast at the Crow daddy restaurant 😋😋. Hands up 💪 😎 to the Chef, the staff were very handy with everything that I needed

For the rate I actually can't say I liked anything.

The TV is the size of a tablet. The bed is too hard. Is a bachelor flat with not very nice finishes. Is too expensive for its standard. Is like a hourly motel disguises as a hotel. The name should not have hotel in it because is not a hotel.

The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. The rooms themselves are spacious and have a great layout /design, the linen was clean and the towels were clean and fluffy.

The hotel has so much potential but is in a desperate need of an update, the beds are old and are bordering on giving in, the TV didn't work and the fridge freezes everything even on the lowest setting, I asked numerous times for the wifi log in but was never given it so I cannot comment on that. the hot water doesn't last long enough to even have a short shower. I didnt try the stove or microwave so hopefully they worked as most of the other appliances didn't.

Restaurant facility on premises

Used as a stopover on our way from Johannesburg to Kruger. The rooms/apartments were spacious, well-equipped, and had effective air conditioning. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. There is also a restaurant on the premises (Crawdaddy), and plenty of parking space for vehicles. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is starting to show its age and could use some maintenance.

Large rooms, very clean, everything is working. The place is modern and looked after.

The space, bedrooms close to each other, kitchen fully equipped, restaurant close by, couches very comfortable. The price was incrediclble, I paid 2400 for a family of 4 including breakfast for 4.

The bedrooms were stuffy from moisture, not sure if it’s because we were on the ground floor or what. Maybe they need some air cons like in the bathroom. The bed was hard, maybe it’s just not my preference

The location is hidden, with a possibility of missing it if not from around. The room was okay, however not properly cleaned, snails where roming in the room The room was placed on the second floor with the outside staircase without lights

Rooms are very dirty and they have bad smell with lot of cockroaches . I don’t recommend anyone to book on this Hotel.

This is our 2nd time that we stay at the hotel on a business trip and we appreciate the location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and comfort. Close to restaurants and easy access to main road.

It’s flats converted to hotel. Not meeting the required standards for B&B. Shower downstairs next to the kitchen and quite small.

Kamer is out dated. Onderhoud buiten echt slecht. De bladeren liggen overal. Ook op het dat. Een flinke bui en ze hebben grote problemen.Zonde een jaar of 8 was ik daar ook. Toen perfect.
