Sometimes the room cleaning was a bit hit and miss, but only once did it get missed. Otherwise perfect.

Appena fuori delle antiche mura della città. Hall imponente, bar e negozi, camere di grandi dimensioni modello loft di buon livello, (che avrebbero però bisogno di una rinfrescatina), buona la pulizia, cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Sala colazioni ampia e colazione completa per poter accontentare tutte le necessità. Fermata della metropolitana appena fuori del perimetro esterno. Un'ottima soluzione trovandosi a Xi'an. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo.

Расположен около метро - очень удобно. До всех интересующих мест - добирались без проблем. Номер большой, просторный. По каким-то причинам в отеле не было нашей брони, оформленной на booking.com, при этом персонал сразу предложил один номер и еще через 30 минут остальные номера (у нас всего 5 номеров). При выезде пересчитали стоимость, тк в двухместных номерах проживали в 3-м - это было приятно и неожиданно.

Все достойно, готова рекомендовать другим путешественникам

Breakfast was too busy so did not use it. Air conditioning was not working very well. Location was good being near the metro. Room was adequate .

Went in September. Hotel had control air-con central unit. So can’t adjust the temperature much. Can consider a decent hotel for China compare to others. Staff were friendly when approach.

La stanza era enorme e il livello di pulizia più che soddisfacente. Il livello di servizio non è da 5 stelle occidentale ma vi si avvicina molto. Colazione variegata sia cinese che occidentale.

L'albergo non è male, l'unico problema è che forse disattende le aspettative classiche di uno Sheraton. Ad esempio, la colazione occidentale per quanto ricca in quantità non lo è altrettanto in quantità (per carità, comunque di ottimo livello per essere in Cina). La struttura è vicina alla stazione Nord e ben collegata con la metro ma purtroppo abbastanza distante dai principali punti di interesse di Xi'An (che col traffico cittadino non aiuta). Le stanze andrebbero un po' rinnovate.

Πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο με δωμάτια μεγάλα καθαρά και ευρύχωρα.Μεγαλο κρεβάτι,άνετο και μαλακά μαξιλάρια. Από τα πιο καλά ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε επισκεφτεί. Δεν του λείπει τίποτα.το πρωινό έχει τεράστια ποικιλία και για ευρωπαίους,έχει πισίνα,εστιατόρια και γυμναστήριο. Έχει παντόφλες,μπουρνούζια ψυγείο βραστήρα για να φτιάξεις τσάι Ο σταθμός του μετρό είναι ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο στα 90 μέτρα και ο σταθμός των τρένων είναι περίπου 4 σταθμούς μακριά. Απέναντι έχει μεγάλο εμπορικό κέντρο με σούπερ μάρκετ και μαγαζιά για ψώνια

The front desk representative keep me waiting for more than 3 hours to get a room. I have booked a suite, and she said she will call me to let me know when the room is ready, I waited from 2:10 pm to 5:30 pm , she still has not called. When I check back with front desk again , I was told she has gone for the day, and the room is available and nobody was calling. That is the worse experience I have ever have.

Good location

The air conditioning was not working. Although I had booked a high-floor room, I had to move to a lower floor because the A/C was not effective there. I did not receive any refund. For two days, the bed was not made. Additionally, the linens were not changed. The towels were old and gray. This is not what I expect from a 5-star hotel. When I called the front desk about a broken light, they complained to me. I will never stay here again.

One of the best in Xi’An!

1. Strategically located. It is close to the subway station (with escalator and elevator) and is more comfortable than staying in the crowed downtown which is now flooded with tourists. 2. The staff is nice; the breakfast is wonderful; the room is spacious. 3. You can walk (25 min) to visit the relics (mounds) of the ancient Tang palace (Da-Ming Khong) which is now a city park.

The fitness area is underwhelming.

Lifetime titanium, traveling with 7 and 11 year old children. Lobby lovely, hotel right next door to Line 2, longcheng (or something like that), exit B. Very useful for getting into old city (2 stops) or to/from airport. Very cheap. Use Alipay or WeChat or cash to purchase tickets at the stations. Executive lounge large and nice. Small selection of foods and light bites in evening. Small plates, not designed as dinner (unlike other Bonvoy lounges in China), but you can do multiple small plates if you wish. No issue bringing children in for a snack and a drink. Restaurant breakfast ample and varied. Must ask for water, though, as no cold water available. They bring bottles from the bar, when asked. Two double bed room good for a family of four. Children free with adults. Bathroom walls open up to the room, if desired, and our kids enjoyed taking a bath whilst still chatting with everyone in the room. The reason for knocking a star off is the proliferation of smokers everywhere,and the staff either don’t care or are powerless to change it. We had to move from our first room as the patrons across the hall were smoking with their room door own - filling the whole floor with pungent smoke. Rather than getting them to stop, we changed floors. Could smell smoke periodically in various hallways and openly smoking in lobby area near bathrooms. Pretty poor experience to always smell smoke in such a nice hotel.

Nice big room, next to metro station, great breakfast - lots of choice!

Sheraton Xi’an North is conveniently located in the middle of Xi’an city. It is right next to subway line 2, on the stop of Long Shou Yuan. It is very convenient to use the subway to travel to various Xi’an attractions and museums throughout the city. The lobby of Sheraton Xi’an is gorgeous, with a huge chandelier hanging from the ceiling. It gives a grand feel of the hotel. As a Bonvoy titanium member, I was upgraded to a King Suite. The room is huge, with a separate full living room with its own bathroom, and a bedroom with king bed, bathtub, toilet and shower. I particularly enjoy the large desk space in the living room where I can comfortably use to get the work done. The hotel provides excellent food and dining options. The executive lounge provides hors d'oeuvres from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. The highlight is its great dessert selection and the specialty noodle of Qishan minced port, a Xi’an favorite. The breakfast buffet is equally impressive. The highlights are a large array of manned stations and local delicacies such as Xi’an minced pork bun, Xi’an specialty pancakes, Biang Biang noodle (a local noodle specialty, Biang Biang reflects the sound when cook flaps the dough, and it is specially wide), crumbled flatbread in beef soup, vegetarian black pepper spicy soup. I found that the hotel staffs very attentive, particularly the services of the staffs of the executive lounge. Overall, I enjoy my stay at Sheraton Xi’an North tremendously.

Pros. - outstanding check-in procedure with competent staff - upgrade to executive floor and spacious double room - street food miles just around the corner with excellent choices of different restaurants Cons. - the breakfast buffet was overcrowded and service was a bit behind customer needs

Breakfast had the most options I have ever seen! Rooms very comfortable, big bathroom, on the usual Sheraton level. Location is ok, with easy subway access, but on a very busy street.

Unfortunately really many people eating breakfast at the same time, it was really loud...

Shower could have been cleaned better

We had an excellent stay here for 5 nights with the ~80 square meter junior suite. The check in staff was very helpful in recommending the bed and breakfast option for my daughter. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Cleaning staff were very friendly and attended to our requests very well. Breakfast was super, with an excellent selection of Xi'an local cuisines. Location wise, it is a few kilometers north from the North gate of the city wall. very easy to get a taxi to visit all attractions in the city, and also an excellent spot (avoiding city traffic congestion) to travel to Airport / Highspeed rail station (Xi'an North Station) and places like Qianling Mausoluem, Famen Temple, Mausolum of the First Qin Emperor. Highly recommended for vacation in Xi'An

The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a large variety and all allergies labelled so it was easy to choose. The steak house was excellent. Staff spoke English (or would get an English speaker) and were helpful. The location is good. Lots of shops nearby and Daming Palace is a lovely park to walk around (no actual palace there) or take a boat ride or hire a pedal trike/electric car. We left our luggage after we checked out with no problem and received a ticket to collect it when we were ready. Metro just a couple of mins away for easy trips to other locations. Room was spacious and very clean with bathtub and shower.

The listing stated that the hotel had a spa (the main reason we booked this hotel) but when we arrived we were told that the hotel did not have a spa. It is closed for refurbishment (Dec 2024) and had no date of opening. The pool was open but this is not what we wanted. The staff in the hotel said there was a spa close by that we could go to (as a recommendation, not affiliated with the hotel) but we opted to book a spa day at another hotel close by (for ease with language). Not as relaxing as we planned and it would have been helpful to know that the spa was not available before we booked.

The size of the room was quite good and was well appointed with nice toiletries. The shower size was decent also.

The room was a bit tired in places and was quite dusty. There was visible dust in quite a few places. Room service kept running out of items.

Excellent breakfast buffer!

Absolutely recommend. Very nice staff. Very nice and large room, very nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. TV had English channels (CNN and HBO). Pool was nice (don’t forget head cap). Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Internet was limited. Hotel is next to the Metro station exit. Note: to go to the Terracotta Warrior will take 2 hours from the hotel door. Take Line 2 (Red) go South 2 stops to Beidajie, then take Line 1 (Blue) going East 9 stops to the terminal station Fangzhicheng, then take Line 9 (Orange) West 11 stops to Huaqing Pool. Forgot the Exit number, but it the South East. There was Bus 613 (I was told you can also use 602), will take half an hour to reach the site.

Staff engagement and environment was excellent with great breakfast.

Pool is too small and crowded to be of use to someone who likes to swim laps.

Room was a 2 bed apartment, very large and on the 30th floor. However rooms could do with either a larger fridge or at the very least another small one. When temps are in the mid 30’s there is a need for cold drinks and water. No writing materials or tourist info in the room Room service , service good ,food so so. Would I stay again Yes

Food was excellent. Good location. Breakfast is spectacular and the best so far in China that I have had.

The only problems were Windows which were not completely soundproof, and you heard constant noise from the busy street.

Not enough seats in the foyer? Particularly in the morning at the time most people are being picked up for tours, there were not enough seats for everyone waiting.

We liked that we were near the subway; however, the white towels and the room looked old and gray. The room service food selection was very limited. English was minimally spoken by the very kind staff. We would not stay here again or recommend

Nice stay, love here

Amazing location with a vibrant street food area, department stores with everything and adjacent to the Da Ming palace park. This hotel essentially has its own metro station with the train going directly into the city centre right next to the entrance. It’s also very close to the city centre being only two stops. Plus the fact that the whole city and the the main sights are accessible by the metro make having the metro right next door very convenient. Check in and out was very easy. The breakfast was excellent and the lounges very comfortable. The service was great all around.

Spacious rooms, corridors. Very good breakfast if you like Chinese breakfast. Otherwise okay if you like to have Western type breakfast

Some corners of our bedroom were not clean. Several light bulbs in the bathroom needed to be changed. Some general maintenance required in bathroom(to old silicone,dirty corners.)
