Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und gute Küche am Abend. Schade eigentlich, dass das negative überwogen hat.

Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, laute Musik und Geschrei auf der Straße an beiden Nächten bis 5 Uhr morgen. Es gab daher zwei Optionen mit dem selben Resultat: 1.) Fenster zu und nicht schlafen können, weil im Zimmer zu heiß 2.) Fenster auf und nicht schlafen können wg. Lärm auf der Straße

- sehr gute Lage, direkt am Stadtzentrum - sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer - geräumiges Badezimmer - sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet - Personal freundlich, besonders im Frühstücksbereich

- Zentrale Lage bedeutet in Kitzbühel auch: Abends und nachts sehr laut. Kann das Hotel nichts für, sollte aber bedacht werden - Parksituation unglücklich gelöst. Es gibt eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage und kostenfreie Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel. Diese kostenfreien Plätze habe allerdings ein chaotisches System. Es gibt keine markierten Plätze, es wird so geparkt, dass man am Ende nicht mehr ohne weiteres ausparken kann. Daher sollen die Gäste ihre Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben. Will man fahren, muss der Hausmeister die Autos umparken um das gewünschte Auto frei zu bekommen. Das wird so am Anfang nicht kommuniziert und ist dann leider etwas ärgerlich und umständlich gewesen.

Lieder hat das Hotel kein Schwimmbad, sonst we es perfekt gewesen.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, wo man freundlich und überaus zuvorkommend behandelt wird. Hier haben wir uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt.

Das Bett war mir etwas zu klein (wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer gebucht).

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, Parkplatz gleich gegenüber. Alles fußläufig wunderbar erreichbar. Die Umgebung ein Traum. Frühstück, alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Wir konnten in einem wunderschönen Innenhof das Frühstück genießen.

Location was great -- for restaurants, trains, ski lifts, everything! And the breakfast was the best at any hotel we have stayed in - anywhere! Selection of foods, great coffee, and staff were lovely.

The only slight challenge was the noise from The Londoner - but if our windows were closed then there was no issue at all.

Empfang zu wenig freundlich für ein solches Hotel

A cozy, small family-run hotel in the city center, just a 2-minute walk from the pedestrian area. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and stylish design. We spent a fantastic Christmas Eve in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the artistic programme in the bar.

We are coffee lovers, and although the room has a coffee machine, only two capsules are provided on arrival; any extra must be paid for. I understand the cost-saving logic, but offering two complimentary capsules per day would be a small gesture that adds to the guest experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff from the moment we walked in until our departure.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were super helpful.

The front side of the building faced The Londoner pub which was very noisy, they changed our room so that was very good (and quiet)!

Nice hotel in a lovely village, all restaurants within walking distance.

Pub accross the street very loud until 3am. With windows closed (because of the noise) it got stuffy in the room as there is no possibility to regulate this in the room. We had a few poor nights because of this.

Traumlage direkt am Eingang der Altstadt, gut mit PKW zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich.

Der Spa-Bereich lässt zu wünschen übrig: kein Pool, kein Whirlpool

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, stilvoll und äußerst gepflegt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – einfach ausgezeichnet! Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Beim Thema Aktivitäten wie Rodeln hätten wir uns etwas mehr Engagement und Unterstützung von der Rezeption gewünscht. Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Geissberg noch nicht geöffnet war. Daher sind wir extra dorthin gefahren und haben bereits vor Ort die Ausrüstung gemietet – nur um festzustellen, dass die Bahn nicht in Betrieb war. Hier hat uns das Gespür gefehlt, dem Gast wirklich helfen zu wollen.

Ein Hotel mit Herz und Charakter – seit Jahren unsere absolute Lieblingsadresse in Kitzbühel! Die Lage ist perfekt, keine Frage – mitten in Kitzbühel und dennoch ruhig. Aber was Das Reisch wirklich zu einem außergewöhnlichen Hotel macht, sind die Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter, von der Rezeption über das Service- und Küchenteam bis hin zur Geschäftsführung, trägt dazu bei, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Hier spürt man echte Gastfreundschaft, keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Das gesamte Team schafft eine Atmosphäre, die herzlich, professionell und einfach einzigartig ist. Man merkt, dass hier über Jahre hinweg mit Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren immer wieder Gäste und genießen jedes Mal aufs Neue dieses besondere Gefühl, „nach Hause zu kommen“. Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Reisch-Team – ihr macht den Unterschied!

Wonderful Hotel right in the midst of everything. Great Breakfast Buffet

The rooms were a perfect configuration. I love the glass walls in the bathrooms. Our friends and us met for breakfast every morning. The room was too warm though. Lowering the thermostat had no effect. We tried to keep the window open, and bars across the street were noisy until they closed.

Beautiful family run hotel that is in the city center but quiet. We loved the large selection at the breakfast buffet and the dinners were also delicious!

The treatment and service provided by the staff is unique.

Hotel Das Reisch is perfect gelegen in het centrum van Kitzbühel. Hele mooie kamers en erg vriendelijke medewerkers. Het is een perfecte locatie om van hieruit zowel de stad als de omgeving te ontdekken. De auto kan makkelijk geparkeerd worden. Het ontbijt is ook erg goed verzorgd.

We had the most amazing week in the Kaiser Suite at Das Reisch. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making our dinner reservations for us and providing other helpful tips for enjoying the area. The suite was clean and comfortable and had beautiful views from the 3 balconies. The full breakfast was delicious and a highlight of each morning. The hotel location was ideal- 3 minute walk to the Hannenkham lift and a 1 minute walk to the adorable downtown with shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to Das Reisch soon!

Lovely hotel, good position for town and slopes. I would request rear room to avoid noise from the two bars opposite if you like to have window open. Bar opposite open until 5am. Noise reduced if windows kept closed. Would recommend.

Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the proximity to the gondola and the downtown. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the quality of the hotel guests was extra special. Almost everyone we met had been to this asset multiple times which speaks volumes about the experience. We would add ourselves to that same list and cannot wait for a return visit.

We were super satisfied in this hotel. All the employees were very friendly, kind and helpful, food was very tasty and the location is perfect. In the middle of the city, about 5min walking distance to the slopes. We also used the wellness which is small but very clean and nice as well. The rooms are clean and spacious. I can highly recommend the hotel.

ich hatte eine gute Wahl getroffen. Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Kitzbühel - Hahnenkamm. Der Weg zum Open Air Konzert war steil, aber kurz. Um die Ecke konnte ich ein E-Bike leihen, mit dem es auch Spass macht ohne Auto angereist zu sein.

The hotel was centrally located and close to everything. The only issue was that we were facing a club, which was very noisy at night. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent hotel, superb location for ski trip close to the Hahnenkamm lift and all the main apres-ski and restaurant areas. Friendly efficient helpful staff. Spacious, well appointed room.

A very comfortable and smartly presented hotel with modern and clean rooms in a great part of kitzbuhel. It also has a great bar which looks out onto the street and is very popular with the locals. Highly recommended.
