The location was beautiful and, most importantly, very convenient, with everything close by. It was perfect for enjoying the stay to the fullest. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Top Preis-/Leitungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sowohl der Direktor Ibrahim, als auch der Rezeptionist Mustafa waren immer für uns da und es entstand ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und alles was man will ist zu Fuss in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Die Duschkabine war dreckig und es war laut im Zimmer. Die Putzfrau zog immer den Schlüssel raus, so dass es bei der Ankunft abends im Zimmer sehr heiß war und der Kühlschrank warm war. Viele Russen im Hotel, die hohe Bewertung abgeben, weil sie es nicht anderes kennen. Leider nicht wieder gerne.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Гостеприимный персонал. Чистый номер, удобная кровать. Расположение отличное- всего 5-7 мин по прямой до центрального пляжа и 10-15мин до порта. Хороший континентальный завтрак. На заднем дворе отеля есть бесплатная парковка.
В номере «болтаются» и отваливаются все крючки в ванной комнате. Полотенца приходилось развешивать на душевой кабине и двери. Это же такая мелочь - прикрутить персоналу крючки, чтоб все нормально держалось и будет вообще все отлично!

la piscina non era come le foto: l'acqua era di uno strano colore verde; quindi, quando abbiamo chiesto se fosse agibile, ci hanno risposto che non era stata trattata chimicamente ma l'ingresso non era limitato tant'è che alcuni clienti ci hanno nuotato dentro. Inoltre, ci hanno cambiato il frigorifero durante il soggiorno perché pare che avessero un problema con il frigorifero di un'altra stanza.

El desayuno muy bueno y a muy buen precio. El sitio es muy agradable y la piscina está enfrente, muy grande y casi siempre para ti solo. La verdad estuvimos muy cómodos y nos trataron genial

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for his kind gesture of upgrading us to a suite. This thoughtful surprise made our vacation even more enjoyable and made us feel truly valued as guests. We sincerely appreciate the excellent hospitality and outstanding service provided by the entire team. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Je voelde je thuis, de kamer was groot genoeg en ik had zelfs een terrasje om mijn was op te hangen en om te zitten. De WiFi was uitstekend, de airco, het ontbijt was vers. Voor mensen die minder valide zijn, houd rekening ermee dat er geen lift is. Verder alles op loopafstand.
Voor mij persoonlijk niets.

Our host Ibrahim could not do enough for us,from phoning the excursion companies to arrange our pick ups to cold soft drinks and fresh fruit when we had to check out but our transfer didn't arrive until later in the day which he arranged when I messed it up.He let us keep our luggage on site until pick up. Apartment was cleaned daily the housekeepers were lovely. Clean towels and beds changed daily. Breakfast choice was large, eggs made perfectly on order and on a whole delicious. The location was perfect ,close to the beach front 5 min walk.no noise, The pool was in the middle of being cleaned but it was done quickly and filled so we could enjoy it. The staff definitely made our holiday one to remember. And we will definitely return here again.

От отеля до основной центральной набережной к порту и старому городу минут 10-15. Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда подскажут, помогут и просто приятно пообщаться) Завтраки чудесные - шведский стол. Яйца, омлет, овощи, сыры, выпечка - блинчики, пирожки и др. Все свежее и вкусное.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Всё прошло хорошо. Отель семейный, а значит всё продумано. Есть парковка, номера чистые, Полотенца на 4, а вот постель чистая. В номере есть холодилник, телевизор ( много русских каналов), чайник, чай, кофе, чашки. Завтрак обычный без изысков, но сытный. Очень вкусное варенье. Персонал вежливый. Говорит на английском и даже на русском. Рекомендую.
Вот с канализацией видно у них беда. В ванной комнате неприятный запах.

The owner and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. they arranged airport transfers for us both ways at a very comfortable price. The hotel is small and cozy, located just a 3–4 minute walk from the promenade. There’s a Migros supermarket nearby and a small parking lot for those with a car. Breakfast is basic, nothing fancy, but the essentials are covered. However, we still ended up going to a nearby café every morning for better coffee. The apartment came with a kitchen equipped with utensils and a washing machine, which was very convenient. There was enough space for our clothes, and each room had showers. The only downside was a lack of hooks for clothes and towels. For a budget-friendly option in Marmaris, I highly recommend it.

The room was very spacious, good WiFi, international TV, etc. The breakfast was good, they had very good olives. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I had a small issue at the late arrival, but it was handled the next morning, which I appreciated.
