L'appartamento è in centro quindi la sera si può sentire un po' di rumore con la finestra aperta, ma da chiusa si stava benissimo

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Но номере по прибытии чувствовался отчётливый запах мочи (возможно, кошачьей). В отеле отсутствует лифт, всё довольно маленькое (лестница, ресепшн), номер небольшой.

Lo staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. La piscina ottima lo staff ci ha permesso di utilizzarla anche nelle ore post check out in attesa della nave.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Месторасположение отличное. До общественного пляжа 10 минут. Ходили утром в 8:00 вода чистая и спокойная, ближе к 10:00 собирается народ и ходят катера. Лежаков нет, только зонтики. Рядом с отелем много мест, где можно поесть. Но завтракали мы всегда в номере (у нас была плита и чайник) - очень удобно.
Апартаменты располагались на 5-ом этаже - это крыша! Под кондиционером я спать не могу, а открытые окна не спасали (несмотря на то, что на улице было ночью прохладно). Мне бы хотелось знать заранее на какой этаж меня селят, чтобы вовремя отказаться от бронирования!

До пляжа 10 минут медленным шагом и 6 минут быстрым шагом, до набережной и Торгового квартала 5 минут, до старого города 10мин, до продуктового рынка 8мин, до большого Мигроса 6минут. Все в шаговой доступности. . И, что немаловажно, разумная ценовая политика. Рекомендую.
Бассейн небольшого размера, но мне это было неважно, так как пляж рядом. Отсутствует стеклянная перегородка для душа.

Але приготувати сніданок, проблем не було. Прибирають і міняють рушники кожен день. Що по шумоізоляції- не скажу. Ми в берушах). Єдине, що трішки не сподобалось- це ліжко. Десь 1,5. Нам -замале. Але, якісне. Наступного разу замовимо номер з двома окремо. А так- все супер!!

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, storing luggage and offering pool post check out. Was nice to have a pool in a city centre apartment with towels and sunbeds provided. Room was sufficient with 2 stoves and utensils. Accommodated two adults, one teenager and younger sibling with ease. Nice balcony. All well and good.
There is no lift so if you are on the top floor you have a couple of flights of stairs but they are not steep and was not a problem.

Normally, I don’t expect accommodations in very touristy places like Marmaris to exceed expectations, but this apartment was exceptional in every way. Its location, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort, and the price all made it an outstanding choice. It is also a wonderful place for families, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the sea view from the apartment is absolutely beautiful.

Det kom ut någon ”gas” från vasken. Vi spolade flera gånger men inget hände. Efter 1 dag försvann sen gaslukten och den ångan från vasken.

Через пару дней проживания попросили вымыть полы, так произвели полную уборку. С полотенцами проблем тоже не было. Бассейн отличный. Сын в нем научился плавать. До моря 10 минут.
Единственный минус это наверно шум улицы. Спали с открытым балконом, мопеды гоняют. Но если хочется спать и на них все равно)

Reviewed May 9, 2026Close to Migros, busses to Marinas, trusted exchange (not something that makes this place a decent choice for the money)
My reservation was for a nonsmoking room. I came late and was asked to pay in cash. A few minutes later I realised why. My nonsmoking room stank like an ashtray. The smell was so strong that my t-shirt absorbed it after a few minutes spent there. I explained the situation to the man on reception, had to ask several times to come upstairs with me and check the smell. He insisted that my room is clean and prepared for me. I had to ask him to show me other options, and the more expensive one didn't stink (maybe because it's was family room), but he claimed that I have to pay extra 20-30 euro for the upgrade. For the record, it's midnight and and it's highly unlikely that anyone will book it. I refused and spent the next 3 hours looking for a more hospitable place to spend a night, but couldn't find any 24/7 receptions in the area, so I gave up and paid 20 euro for the rest 9 hours. At 8am I woke up to a turkish karaoke in the neighbouring room (good song though). Other than that it's a silent area (at night, during the say there is a loud music at the square with fountains. Another man on the reception welcomed me with an displeased grimace, was rude and didn't seem to be sorry about the situation at all. And the shower is in contrast mode by default. But at least it has hot water. Service and hospitality: Very poor. Non-smoking rooms: Nope. They are all smoking in fact and there are ashtrays in every room. Location: Good for a short stay Price: Highly overpriced. Overall: If you are a non-smoker and can stay somewhere else - go for it.

Hot water intermittent but that tends to normal in small hotels and as it was hot a cool shower often worked better.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We liked that host met us from the street, helped us to put heavy suitcases right to the room. All hosts were highly positive and friendly. We liked their energy. Also we enjoyed the location of the hotel, it is close to all interesting places in Marmaris. We could go to Old Town, Castle, Beach, Restaurants by walk. It saved us a lot of time. The big bonus were the view from our terrace and shared pool. It was amazing. Thank you so much!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική. Θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε την κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν που ήταν γλυκύτατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Επίσης ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πάρα πολύ καλός. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα επιστρέψουμε σύντομα!

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Отличное место для отдыха! Нам очень понравилось проживание — чисто, уютно и комфортно. Зимой было немного прохладно, но хозяева очень приветливые и помогали решить все вопросы. Расположение удобное, недалеко от центра и достопримечательностей. Определённо рекомендую это место для спокойного и приятного отдыха!
