Raňajky boli fajn, celkovo hotel a recepcia pôsobila fajn. Lokalita bola ale veľmi dobrá.

Rezervovali sme si izbu, ktorá patrila pravdepodovne medzi tie horšie. Bol to najhorší zážitok aký som mal na dovolenke. Izba smrdela od toalety, nad dverami bolo sklo cez ktoré svietilo svetlo z iných izieb, izba nebola vôbec odhlučnená a všetko bolo počuť. Ostatné izby mohli byt lepšie, ale dávajte si pozor pri tejto jednej izbe, lebo tá bola hrozná. Pýtali sme sa na iné izby, kde personál nám ponúkol že nám izbu zmenia, ale ak sme dá boli pýtať na druhý deň, vyzeralo to akoby sme tam boli prvý krát.

Aardige Club. Eten was heerlijk en aardige mensen. We willen zeker terug!!

Las instalaciones en muchos casos, superan a las de 4 estrellas y la vista a la playita desde la habitacion fue espectacular.

No se por que las chicas de recepcion, que son muy amables y serviciales, tienen prohibido llamar taxis para los huespedes, solo nos dan los numeros de radio taxis para comunicarnos con el problema que nos genero el idioma. Pero ademas es un robo lo que cobran, hemos pagado 90 euros por un viaje de 20 minutos del hotel a Cannigioni y 140 euros por 40 minutos del hotel a Olbia.

Location wise it was just where we needed to be to visit the places nearby that we needed to visit. The location was perfect for us. The breakfast at the start of the day was the buffet, which was good and ample. The welcome from the reception staff was good and they were helpful.

When you drive up to the hotel, the outside was a bit dirty and looked run down, especially the area/road where you go to park your car. I also asked the staff on reception for help and advice on a dinner location, but they didn't seem to know very much about local restaurants are places of interest for the guests, which was surprising.

Die Zimmer waren groß mit einer schönen Aussicht. Preis Leistung war echt gut. Und nah an den schönen Hotspot.

La pulizia, il bagno sporchissimo, la cartigenica con una macchia gialla enorme, il bidet non fissato al muro, ho rischiato di cadere e ovviamente aprendo l’acqua ho fatto un lago a terra!!!!

Our accommodation was horrendous. The room looked like a teenage bedroom back in the 90s, everything looked arranged and not well maintained.

Nos quedamos en la parte remodelada y nos gustó mucho. Las habitaciones está bien equipadas incluyendo wifi, el área del bar y la piscina es muy linda aunque un poco fría. El personal fue muy amable y después de entregar nuestra habitación pudimos disfrutar las instalaciones hasta la hora de salir al aeropuerto.

La única razón por la cual no le doy 5 estrellas es por el servicio de bufet en comida y cena, el cual no tiene mucha variedad; poca oferta por noche y platos repetidos noche tras otra. Hace falta ambiente en el área de la piscina y en el bar de noche Volveríamos! Gracias por todo

Located too far out. Room and beach not as described or as per photographs on booking.com. We had a Superior room with Garden View...but we looked directly into the restaurant (yes they could see us too!) and boat yard...then the very average uninviting beach. Reception staff were not accommodating and the Manager disappeared and left the reception staff to deal with us and our friends who also had room issues...their 'Garden View' looked at a carpark!! Very disappointing.

So di ripetere le recensioni di altri clienti ma le camere nella parte della pineta da rivedere completamente. Bagno vecchio, scarico del wc non funzionante, scolo doccia otturato, ragnatele un po' ovunque, cornice della porta staccata e più volte caduta. Il percorso dall'hotel alle stanze in pinetina da pulire e da sistemare. Insomma, avete ristrutturato la parte dell'hotel centrale? Fatelo anche nelle stanze della pinetina altrimenti non vendetele. Il "risparmio" nell'acquisto di quelle abitazioni non significa che deve essere un disagio per i clienti.

The hotel has several positive aspects. The lobby was clean and nicely renovated, and the pool areas were pleasant, with good pools and plenty of sun loungers. The pool bar staff were very friendly and provided good service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, so there was plenty to choose from. The hotel also offers good value for money compared with other hotels in the area.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a significant issue throughout our stay and had a major impact on our overall experience. When we arrived, almost all of the towels in our room had visible stains. We reported this to the staff, but unfortunately had to raise the issue more than once. This was particularly disappointing as clean towels and basic room cleanliness are things we would expect from any hotel. The room itself was also not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. There was visible dirt in the corners and several areas appeared to have been cleaned only superficially. The bathroom also had a dead insect on the door which was not removed during our stay. There were also cleanliness issues in the breakfast area, including dirty coffee cups. While the breakfast had a good selection, the fact that it was served in one large shared dining area made it quite noisy and meant that the experience was not as peaceful as we had hoped. We also found the response from the staff to the cleanliness issues somewhat inconsistent. Some members of staff were genuinely helpful, apologised for the situation and tried to resolve the problems, which we appreciated. However, on other occasions we were simply told that someone would be sent to clean the room, without the underlying issues being properly addressed. The hotel has many good qualities and the price is reasonable compared with other hotels in the area. However, our stay would have been considerably more enjoyable if the room had been maintained to a higher standard of cleanliness. With more consistent housekeeping and better attention to cleanliness, we believe the overall experience could be much better.

Wij verbleven in een prachtig gerenoveerde kamer. We werden elke keer heel vriendelijk geholpen. Het terras bij de kamer was een fijne plek. Met de maaltijden had je ruime keuze. Het zwembad was een fijne plek om te relaxen. Goede voorzieningen om na het uitchecken nog te douchen na het zwembad of stranddag.

Het is gehorig. We horen de bovenburen 's avonds laat met meubilair schuiven en op hakken lopen. Ook de huilende kinderen in de 2 appartementen naast ons hoekappartement hoorden we veel. De cocktailbar staat hoog aangeschreven maar de kwaliteit en presentatie vielen ons zeer tegen.

El hotel está a medio reformar , hay habitaciones nuevas pero nosotros nos tocó en las antiguas y es una zona que tienes que cruzar la carretera , creo que deberían de especificarlo cuando escoges habitación . El buffet podría tener algo más de variedad

The reception staff were friendly and gave us clear information. The pool area was clean and pleasant, with a nice bar next to it. However, the pool contained salt water, whereas we would expect a freshwater pool from a four-star accommodation.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our room. We had booked two nights but decided to leave after only one. The rooms looked much nicer on Booking.com, and the basic room option was not clearly shown in the photos. We therefore had an unpleasant surprise when we arrived and found that our room was located across the road from the main accommodation. Although we had already paid for the second night, staying another night was simply not worth it during our holiday.

We kregen een upgrade en zelfs na verlenging van 1 dag mochten wij daar blijven, gelukkig was er nog 1 kamer niet verhuurd. Het zwembad was heerlijk

Stato delle camere e igiene: La camera e il bagno assegnati versavano in condizioni inaccettabili. L'ambiente era dominato da una forte e persistente umidità, con evidenti macchie di muffa sulle pareti. Il livello di pulizia generale era decisamente insufficiente. Immagini e realtà: Esiste una forte discrepanza tra la presentazione online e la realtà dei fatti. Le foto pubblicizzate mostrano unicamente la porzione ristrutturata dell'immobile, omettendo del tutto l'esistenza di una sezione vecchia, datata e visibilmente trascurata. Arredi e manutenzione: I mobili all'interno della stanza erano obsoleti, usurati dal tempo e in diversi punti visibilmente danneggiati o rotti, trasmettendo un senso generale di abbandono e scarsa manutenzione. Accoglienza e personale: Salvo rarissime eccezioni individuali, l'atteggiamento complessivo del personale è apparso freddo, poco cordiale e privo della minima predisposizione all'ospitalità o all'ascolto delle esigenze dell'ospite. Purtroppo il soggiorno in questa struttura si è rivelato una delusione, ben lontano da quanto promesso sulla carta. Un'esperienza complessivamente negativa che non riflette ciò che viene venduto. Sconsigliato a chi cerca pulizia, comfort e trasparenza.

De ligging van het hotel is prachtig. Wij een hadden een mooie, moderne kamer met uitzicht op zwembad en de bergen op de achtergrond. Kamer is erg ruim met moderne badkamer en grote douche. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid. Hotel is gemoderniseerd met nette zitjes bij de bar en het zwembad met leuke muziek elke dag eind vd middag en avond. Heerlijk zwembad. In en om het hotel zelf werd elke dag veel en goed schoongemaakt. Vanuit hier prachtige plekjes gezien in de omgeving.

Personeel mag soms iets vriendelijker. Barpersoneel is overigens wel heel vriendelijk en kwamen de drankjes aan de bedjes brengen met soms wat lekkers erbij. Eerste dagen viel de schoonmaak van de kamer een beetje tegen, daarna was beter (wellicht andere schoonmaakster?)

C'est dommage qu'une partie des hébergements soient à l'écart (séparé par une route). L'évacuation de la douche pas trop pratique.

Il soggiorno a Club Esse Cala Bitta è stato molto piacevole. Stanza ampia, pulita ed accogliente, con un giardino esterno accessibile dalla camera (era presente anche uno stendino che può essere sempre utile). La colazione era davvero varia, con molte scelte tra dolce e salato. C’è anche la possibilità di pranzare e cenare al costo di € 25 a persona per pasto, noi abbiamo cenato una volta e ci è piaciuto, c’era ampia scelta anche se meno rispetto alla colazione dal mio punto di vista; la pizza era molto buona. Bella e pulita anche la piscina ed anche le opzioni di pranzo disponibili in piscina ci hanno soddisfatti. Vicino la piscina c’è anche un’area dove i bambini possono giocare e svolgere varie attività. Inoltre abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto di poter restare in piscina il giorno del check out e poter fare la doccia nello spogliatoio con tutto l’occorrente messo a disposizione dall’hotel: asciugamani, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

La struttura molto bella, si capisce che è stata rinnovata recentemente. Il buffet sia a colazione che cena con un'ampia scelta. La piscina tranquilla ottima per rilassarsi. I cocktail al bar molto buoni

Mi è capitato più volte di trovare piattini, cucchiaini o bicchieri al buffet sia pranzo che cena sporchi. Un peccato perché per il resto tutto bene.

Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers zijn net. De benodigdheden zoals shampoo en douchezeep worden op regelmatige basis aangevuld. De diner is gevarieerd en lekker. Er is een vrije parking nabij het hotel.

Het strand ligt net naast een haven wat de zin om in de zee te zwemmen doet afnemen. Om de mooie stranden te bereiken is een huurauto toch aangewezen. Er is geen luchthavenvervoer beschikbaar, iets wat de informatie op de site tegenspreekt. Er wel een shuttle om 2 andere stranden te bezoeken.

Foarte curat, mancare foarte buna, personal extrem de amabil!

Non è un tre stelle... Ma è decisamente da 5 stelle! Personale gentile e al mio arrivo mi hanno anche fatto un upgrade della stanza gratis. Struttura moderna e ben curata. Kit cortesia e acqua nelle camere. La stanza era dorata anche di comodo stendino. Piscina favolosa come n cocktail bar. La sera animazione. Per i bambini la stanza dei giochi molto fornita. Colazione da banchetto reale. Oltre ogni aspettativa!

Colazione molto varia e di buona qualità. Le camere superior sono nuove e nella zona più curata dell’hotel.

Le camere standard sono molto vecchie, la parte di struttura è scollegata dal resto e tenuta in modo non accurato. Sembra un altro hotel con 20 anni di più. La spiaggia è in una zona portuale, quindi brutta.

The pool was the best part of our visit! The hotel is also centrally located near to Olbia airport and to many beaches along the coast.

The “beachfront” location is a little misleading. It technically is, but it’s located in a small marina in a cove - not a place that people normally swim. If booking for that, recommend booking elsewhere. Additionally, I stayed in both a “renovated” room and a non-renovated room. The air conditioners frankly don’t work - especially on the renovated side. The un-renovated side is quite dirty, old, and not a place I would choose to stay. Finally, the staff could probably use a little more training. We asked if we could have a light changed in our bathroom as it was out, and were told that they’d repair it once we checked out…we had to get ready with almost no light in there. Overall, I’d recommend booking somewhere else. Not worth the money.

So, we initially got put in a room that was away from the main property. It was a seperate building about a 7 minute walk from the hotel, pool, bar etc. This building can only be described as a prison cell. The room was TINY. There was the tiniest mirror, the shower would flood after being in it for literally 2 mins. The wardrobe smelt sooo bad so we lived out of our suitcases. We had to carry 22kg of luggage up huge brick steps which was a nightmare. We informed reception immediately that we were unhappy with this given that we’d paid €1400 to stay here. They advised us that they couldn’t do anything as other rooms were full. We then had an issue on day 5 with our aircon which was pouring out with water and soaked our beds. We had to stay in the room for one more night with wet beds and aircon leaking / dripping. We emailed booking.com and informed reception And then we got moved. Our new room for the last 4 days was on the main complex and it was beautiful and faultless. It was like we were staying in a completely different hotel. It was spacious, super clean, right near the pool, big balcony- it was beautiful. If we’d of had this from the get go the hotel would’ve been rated 5 stars. I also would like to add that the staff were lovely. The lifeguards, bar staff & receptionists were so kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options. The poolside lunch menu was a bit limited and we found the toasties to be a bit dry- the bread was stale. But the poolside was clean and nice!

Tolles Zimmer und schöne Anlage. Buffet und Essen super! Besonders die Pizza ist zu empfehlen. Am Abreisetag konnten wir in der Anlage bleiben solange wir wollten und uns in einem separaten und mit Handtüchern und Shampoo ausgestatteten Badezimmer frisch machen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen dort 2 Tage zu entspannen!

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bellezza e dalla pulizia della struttura, molto curata ed elegante, al punto da non sembrare un hotel 3 stelle ma nettamente superiore. Lo stesso vale per le camere.

Gli aspetti negativi si riferiscono alla lontananza del parcheggio e al fatto che per 3 volte le nostre richieste (molto semplici) non sono state esaudite.

La parte fresca di ristrutturazione è carina e le camere, nuovissime, sono ampie e confortevoli, bella e ampia la piscina. Buono il buffet dei pasti, ottima la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

La spiaggia è ben attrezzata ma essendo vicinissima al porto non è delle più desiderabili.

Frühstück in Ordnung, Lage in Ordnung. Pool und Aufenthaltsbereiche waren schön und sauber.

Zimmer sehr alt, ungepflegt, klein. Schimmel bei der Klimaanlage und im Badezimmer. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, man hat jeden Tag nach dem Aufstehen Rückenschmerzen. Man hört alles aus den Nachbarzimmern, selbst reden in normaler Lautstärke. Wir haben pro Nacht maximal 5 Stunden geschlafen.

Unser Zimmer hatte 2 getrennte Schlafräume, war sauber und komfortabel. Die Poolanlage war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Essen waren Bier und Wein im Preis enthalten. Es gab einen großen, kostenlosen hoteleigenen Parkplatz.

Die laute Musik am Pool war sehr nervig. Im Speisesaal war es oft auch extrem laut. Das Essen hätte etwas vielfältiger sein können. Beim Barista brauchte man morgens viel Zeit. An das Hotel grenzt direkt eine Bootswerkstatt an, bei der werktags oftmals schon um 8 Uhr Motoren brummten.

La lontananza e la scomodità della camera rispetto alla struttura principale è veramente un punto a sfavore

Bellissima struttura ristrutturata, abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere ristrutturate vista cortile, ci è stata data una quadrupla nonostante fossimo in due, spaziosa, letti divisi ma ampi, bagno e doccia spaziosi, apprezzati i prodotti beauty compresi. Colazione completa, tantissima offerta, proprio quello che sogni in vacanza, in un salone vista mare. Bellissima la zona piscina e la piscina con più altezze, perfetta anche per bambini piccolissimi. Dopo il check out si sono offerti di tenerci le valigie gratuitamente e darci la possibilità di fare la doccia, anche se non abbiamo sfruttato poi questo servizio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (che spero non aumenti) per la zona in cui si trova la struttura e il periodo (fine agosto inizio settembre 2026)

Il problema più grande é la posizione del parcheggio, non ben collegato con le stanze, raggiungibile da un vialetto davvero poco illuminato la sera. Ci sarebbe un cancello che diminuisce un po le distanze ma è aperto dalle 9-15, dovrebbe essere lasciato aperto almeno fino alle 21. Materassi duri e cuscini troppo soffici, consiglierei il memory.

Il club esse cala bitta offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per rilassarsi , piscina mare a due passi confort delle camere e un ottimo cibo .

Scarsa pulizia nelle camere , purtroppo ho dovuto segnalare due volte la scarsa pulizia giornaliera nelle camere . Appena arrivati era impeccabile nei giorni successivi non veniva pulita la nostra camera in maniera accurata .

The room had a good size, the bathroom was reasonably good, the amenities were okay and the bed was good. The breakfast is your regular resort breakfast, with lots of options, some good, some not. Lots of people, teens and kids. The kids love this buffet style breakfast and for them the big Nutella jar was attractive. They had lots of bread and carbs but nothing tasty. The pool was nice and not busy. Probably one of the best things they had.

The air conditioning didn't work in the middle of summer. We called the staff twice, they'd go there to try to solve the problem but all that they did was to turn the fan on. After complaining a lot to them they said that the air conditioning machine was being shared among multiple rooms and it didn't have the capacity of it all. Well, we had nowhere to go so we had to agree that the nights of good sleep wouldn't happen. The parking lot is a bit of a walk in the evening because they close one of the gates that give access to the property, I bet they could come up with a key arrangement or something to facilitate but that wasn't a thing. Lastly, the beach close to the hotel is a no go. Don't book the hotel because of the beach access.

Il y a eu une infestation de fourmis dans notre chambre et l’ai climatisée coulait et lorsque nous avons averti le personnel, ils ont été super non chalants et très peu réactifs.

colazione eccezionale, c'era veramente di tutto ed i camerieri si sono sempre mostrati gentili e cortesi per ogni necessita .

la struttura dove alloggiavo era vecchia , rifarei gli interni e soprattutto i bagni con le tendine inguardabili ...

Gli spazi comuni come hall e zona piscina sono molto curati. La nostra camera nella parte ristrutturata e vicina alla palestrina all'aperto era molto bella, pulita e con vista mare, al di là del parcheggio. Il buffet della cena era di buona qualità e l'inclusione delle bevande ai pasti (vino incluso) è un plus che non è facile trovare nei trattamenti di HB. La colazione a buffet era ricca e varia. La gentilezza e la cortesia del personale alla reception è un punto a favore.

Andrebbe curata di più la zona beach che ha delle buone potenzialità ma sembra trascurata (non aiuta avere un rimessaggio per barche accanto al molo). Non abbiamo amato il tipo di musica in piscina (uguale tutti i pomeriggi e per tutto il tempo che siamo stati ospiti) ma siamo consapevoli che i gusti sono gusti. Consigliamo solo una maggior varietà per accontentare tutti perché il contesto della piscina è veramente molto bello.

egregio signore la mia camera 202 prenotata dal 25/8 alla notte del 31/08, e'stata una esperienza " disastrosa " per tre notti ho invocato il ricevimento che riparassero lo 'split' del condizionatore,senza avere risposta, con un tombinp della fogna esterno ma adiacente alla mia camera che faceva da contraltare,insomma il tombino dava il tempo e lo split ( rumore da motorino) ci teneva sveglli tutta la notte!! tant'e'che all'inizio del quarto giorno,dopo ,che oserei dire 'minacciati', siamo ' scappati ' come potreste controllare dall' uscita..e dopo che avevo pagato in anticipo l'intero soggiorno, persi !! giudizio?

Todo, el trato, las instalaciones, la decoración es preciosa, el desayuno súper completo, la ludoteca para los niños, la piscina un sueño y las habitaciones espaciosas, nuevas con unas terminaciones muy bonitas y super limpias.

Lo único que el parking estaba un poco a desmano pero nada grave, por suerte tiene donde aparcar gratis y que se cuela la luz por los laterales de las ventanas y en la habitación de camas individuales es molesto ya que va a dar justo donde se tiene la cabeza y directamente a los ojos

Piscina a fost ok. Curata apa calda dusuri și toalete curate. La micul dejun nu funcționa dozatorul de apa. Mâncarea a fost acceptabilă.

Camera a fost îngrozitoare, cu pânze de păianjen, prosoapele miroseau urât, singură fereastră era insuficienta pentru a aerisi. A fost o camera învechită care ar necesita o renovare.

Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha corrisposto a quanto avevo prenotato e alle mie aspettative. Avevo scelto una determinata tipologia di sistemazione, ma mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa, presentata come “superior”, che per me non rappresentava affatto un miglioramento. Il balcone e diversi aspetti della sistemazione erano molto deludenti. Anche la ristorazione e alcuni servizi non sono stati all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Ho segnalato i problemi durante il soggiorno e la situazione è arrivata al punto che sono stata trasferita in un’altra struttura. Per una vacanza pagata circa 1.250 €, mi aspettavo un livello di servizio e di assistenza decisamente superiore.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The pool and pool restaurant were really great and all looked clean and beautiful. We also liked how we were able to use the pool before checking in and after checking out.

Apparently, we had booked the basic room; you only notice this when you scroll all the way down, and it wasn't clearly indicated on Booking.com. We still ended up paying 220 euros per night, but anyway, we really should have looked at the photos. Because the entire resort is truly beautiful, but with the basic room, you sleep in the old, unrenovated section, and compared to the rest of the resort, that is a huge difference. It is very old, and the shower head, for example, is made of plastic. Additionally, our shower didn't drain properly, and the toilet wouldn't flush, but that was eventually resolved, by the very nice staff. Again, it is a very beautiful resort, but pay a little extra and don't stay in the basic room, because that is a disappointment.

Ótimas instalações, quarto muito confortável, a comida do buffet era ótima.

Hotel bello dentro e fuori

Mi hanno rifilato una stanza vecchia al di fuori della struttura dicendo che avevo prenotato una basic quando non esiste una stanza così. Puoi prenotare stanza con 2-3-4 posti e basta. Con una premessa che il costo è stato di €215. Stanza vecchia, bagno vecchio fuori dalla struttura dove ero convinto di alloggiare come in una precedente prenotazione. Veramente dispiaciuto

Unica pecca i km da fare a piedi per raggiungere l'unico parcheggio per auto presente in zona, e molto spesso anche saturo.

La struttura è molto bella, consiglio di prenotare nella zona ristrutturata perché è stupenda. Nelle camere non ristrutturate manca l’aria condizionata.

Il ristorante chiude troppo presto, sia a pranzo che a cena, e il cibo non è di ottima qualità…

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Toller Pool und Außenbereich. Bar und Hotel selbst auch super. Verschiedene Zimmertypen, darauf sollte man achten. Waren in einem separaten Gebäude außerhalb des Hotelkomplexes. Zimmer einfach, aber trotzdem alles da (Klima, Kühlschrank, Dusche mit Druck und heißem Wasser, Safe). Ab 17.00 DJ-Musik im Poolbereich. Speisesaal etwas zu laut, aber Essen ebenfalls alles gut. Italienisch eben.

Habitaciones reformadas y muy amplias. Piscina fantástica y zona de bar de piscina. Restaurante muy cómodo. Personal amable. Wifi en todas las instalaciones. Poca aglomeración de gente.

Sin parking propio, aunque puedes aparcar en uno público gratuito junto al hotel pero tienes que dar toda la vuelta por una calle oscura.

la piscina es chulisima, muy nuevo todo, preciosa decoración. el lugar es para moverse en coche, la cla Bota nunc ala use porque tienes calas espectaculares muy crca y facil de aparcar. si quiere u dia algo diferente la cena de la parte del chef es excepcional, mas o mneos 80 o 90 euros por cabeza per de alta calidad el servicio TODOS excepcional.

Piscina, ristorante con qualità buona dei pasti della colazione e della cena,personale cordiale e disponibile,camera superior bella con bagno grande, posizione perfetta per la costa smeralda. Vista superlativa al tramonto e porticciolo bellissimo

Pulizia delle camere molto superficiale, spiaggia buona per rilassarsi ma non per farsi il bagno, le tende nelle camere erano sporche.

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda, a circa 15/20 min distano le spiagge piu belle e il centro di Porto Cervo, la struttura è accogliente e abbiamo trovato ottimo il bar in piscina, sia per i drink che per il cibo.

Non ci è piaciuta l'organizzazione, a volte sembrava tutto un po improvvisato, e ad alcune richieste da noi presentate non abbiamo avuto la disponibilità che ci saremmo aspettati. Abbiamo cenato alcune sere in struttura ad un costo di 35€ a persona ma non abbiamo trovato all'altezza la cena presentata. la spiaggia dell'hotel da non tenere in considerazione. Anche la pulizia della stanza non all'altezza.

- Amazing location, close to Porto Cervo and Poltu Quatu. It's also quiet at night. - Decent breakfast - Pool area is nice to hang out - Staff is friendly - Room was relatively spacious - Large public parking close by

- Terrible wifi and connectivity. This was a huge problem for me as I was working from the hotel for a few days. - Cleaning of the room is inconsistent. Basic things like soap and shampoo were not added when we ran out of them. - The lunch menu is very limited and the food is quite mediocre for Italy. - Impossible to even buy a bottle of water if you need one at a late time - No iron or iron board. I had wrinkled shirts and couldn't iron/steam them to go out for dinners, etc. - No dry cleaning service - One side of the hotel is quite old and outdated.

Le foto sono totalmente differenti dalla sistemazione a noi assegnata, camera fuori dalla struttura, vecchia con parecchie cose discutibili (lenzuolo bucato, bidè non fissato con rischio caduta,asciugamani con evidenti macchie scure.Mai più... peccato perché è in una zona che meriterebbe di essere valorizzata al meglio.

Camere nuovissime e ampie

Je me suis fait voler mon matériel de plongée dans ma chambre ( déclaration de Gendarmerie à l’appui). Le directeur du site ne s’est jamais déplacé pour me rencontrer et a refusé de me faire une note pour m’aider auprès des assurances. Bien entendu, aucun dédommagement, ni regret, ni excuse lamentable !

The staff is really nice! They upgraded our room. The breakfast was excellent. It's own beach was perfect. I gonna be there again.

Erg mooi en gezellig hotel. Mooi zwembad met leuke bar en gezellig met DJ aan het einde van de middag. Voldoende bedjes om het zwembad en mooi schoon, echt super! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Als je boekt adviseer ik om een premium kamer te reserveren.

De omgeving buiten het hotel. En het is erg gehorig. Hotel ligt afgelegen, je hebt echt een auto nodig. En het strandje bij het hotel ziet er niet aantrekkelijk uit.

El desayuno era variado, respecto las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y luminosas. El personal era muy atento y resolutivo en todos los aspectos, tuvimos un problema con la. Neverita de la habitación y nos la sustituyeron al momento. Si volvemos no tendríamos ningún problema en repetir experiencia

The vibe was not too bad. All ages were there. Front desk lady was nice. The breakfast was decent for all the other Italian typical stays.

There was no Wi-Fi in every room and that wasn't explained ahead. There was nobody in the front to greet me when I arrived and directed me to where to park and leave my luggage. If I wanted to extend the stay they told me I had to call the main company the front desk couldn't do anything. The room window from the shower I could see everybody eating in the dining room there's no privacy. When I open to be outside on my balcony at night, mosquitoes were very present. The pool area had little chairs so what's tough too. Grab somewhere to sit.
