Hotel was comfortable but in need of facelift, breakfast was nice but definitely not 4 star.

Good 3-star apart hotel. Apartamento was big and confortable. The only negative aspect was that the shower did not work well. The first morning I tried to take take a shower the hot water was not working. The second day I had to take the shower in the evening, it seems that there is not enough hot water for all guests. Breakfast is ok, it could have been some eggs.

Muy hermoso y acogedor. Muy cerca del centro por lo que nuestro auto estuvo siempre en la cochera (dentro del hotel, muy seguro), podiamos ir a pie a cualquier lado. Depto. Amplio y comodo. Alojamos en un departamento de dos dormitorios muy grandes, con cocina. Las camas muy comodas y la ducha excelente, buena presion de agua y regulable a la temperatura ideal. El desayuno exquisito y abundante. El unico detalle es que las cortinas y rieles de las mismas me parecieron viejas. Las puertas de los muebles de la cocina eran de madera y estaban algo gastados(peladuras). Bajo las camas habia polvo. El tapiz de las sillas del comedor tambien gastadas o viejas. Lo demas todo perfecto. El personal muy amable y servicial.

En general es excelente, muy buen servicio y las condicionee del lugar también. La cochera un poco angosta para las maniobras. Lo único negativo para mencionarves que las ventanas no poseen rejas o algún elemento de contención para el caso de que un niño se asome, a mi criterio lo considero inseguro.

My wife got a hot water burn on her bum from the bidé. This resulted in a big red mark and several blisters with open flesh which is taking many days to heal. The jet of hot water was sudden and at boiling temperature. We are lucky it was not something worse. The same thing could have happened with the shower. The design of the bath made it very dangerous as it was sloping and the surface was very slippery. You could fall at any time. The swimming pool was dirty too. I don't understand how Booking.com allows a place like this in their listing. It should be removed.

Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Bom custo-benefício. Ótima localização. Quarto grande e agradável. Cama maravilhosa! Café da manha bom, se quiser ovos, tem que solicitar por um custo extra. Wi-fi ruim e chuveiro tb deixou a desejar. No geral, achei bom!

I stayed at Altezza Apart Suits when we visited Mendoza from London with my family (wife and 2 children). The room were spacious, clean and nicely arranged. Beds were big and comfortable. All items (fridge, kettle, lights, safe box, TV set, WiFi) worked properly. Hotel staff were extremely kind and always happy to help. My daughter became sick on our last night and the hotel staff helped us to call a doctor and let us check-out later on after my daughter felt better.

Está ubicado en un buen lugar. Cerca de todo. El parking en ocasiones está completo pero hay parking a una cuadra y media fuera del hotel. En Mendoza hace más de 3 meses que no llueve así que por el clima no hay problema en estacionarse fuera del establecimiento.

Hotel is quite old and overdue for renovation. Staff is friendly and helpful with one’s request fir assistance. Location is convenient as it is located in downtown Mendoza, however is not a nice location. If meant for a quick business trip, it is a modest option. For tourists looking for a long time memory, I would not recommend.

Tuvimos problemas con una de las camas, ya que se había reservado 4 camas y sólo se disponía de 3. La disposición del Hotel para dar solución no fue la optima, no obstante, agregaron una cuarta cama. La piscina no estaba en funcionamiento. La señal wifi no es suficiente para navegar. La ubicación bien y el desayuno también.

Bug infested, damp dirty carpets, stained pillows — not a 4 star hotel by any stretch. Friendly staff, though.

Great place at a good price. The rooftop pool is small and slightly old as others have said, but a really lovely area to subathe, swim or have lunch, and there were always deckchairs available. Wear suncream - the sun is very strong here! Shame that the terrace closes at 8pm as you have no outdoor space to sit with a drink in the evenings, but for this price not a deal-breaker. The apartments themselves are quite dated in terms of fittings (e.g., the air con made loud banging noises from time to time which added to the noise from the street, but was not a problem with earplugs). The apartments are extremely clean and rather large - we really enjoyed having a basic cooking and dining area with microwave and full-size fridge. Breakfast is fairly basic but a good continental spread. As others have reported, the gym is not much to speak of (a couple of basic and very old cardio machines only), so don't stay here if that's a priority for you. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, as were the cleaners. Particularly the man on reception whose name we unfortunately can't remember was really lovely. The area does not seem super safe at night if you are used to hotels in the US etc., but is fine, a short walk to the main square which is great, and good for shopping. Overall this was a really enjoyable experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying that I chose this hotel because they offered free parking, free breakfast and wi-if, pool and their location. From the moment we arrived we had several problems, for starters the AC was not working properly and it was 90 degrees everyday. I informed the front desk and even though they tried to fix the problem at least 3 times they were unable to do so. In addition the wifi kept cutting off and my husband had to restart it every day by standing on a chair and reaching for the unit that was on the ceiling outside our room. The frustration came from them not offering an alternative to our concerns until I threatened to leave and ask for a refund. It was at this time they changed our room. In our new room the AC functioned a lot better and so did the wifi however the power outlet in the bathroom was not working and the lightbulb in our bathroom burnt out. Again I expressed my conserns to the front desk waited 24 hrs and reached out to them again. I was informed there was an electrical problem with the outlet and did not offer a solution at that time. In addition they forgot to change my lightbulb- and never did. At this time it was almost towards the end of our stay and I didn't feel the need to continue to go back and forth. Other concerns was that the jacuzzi did not work by the pool and the tile inside the pool was dirty. I did not appreciate how they failed to follow up with our concerns unless we followed up with them. If you want my advice stay at the Hyatt it is absolutely beautiful. I plan to hopefully stay there the next time I travel to Mendoza.

A estadia foi muito boa, Mendonza é uma cidade encantadora. Gastronomia excelente com preços dos melhores restaurantes iguais ou um pouco maior do que no Brasil. Fast food barato. Quem viaja no inverno o ponto alto é conhecer a cordilheira dos Andes. Mesmo quem não gosta de esquiar vale a pena visitar uma estação de esqui. Visual incrível. O valor dos passeios no hotel é maior do o mercado que tem muitas opções. Quarto familia ótimo no tamanho coube 4 tranquilamente. Pessoas educadas atendendo. Limpeza nota 7. Café da manhã bom mais poucas opções e invariante. Mais de 4 dias enjoa.

The staff were nice and the location was pretty central. Our booking didn't work (an outside website's fault) but we were able to stay two nights in one of the suites. The room was huge, as was the bed, which was comfortable. We had a kitchen area and a fridge, though the kitchen just consisted of a sink and counter space. The WiFi did not work at all in our room, and we hung out in the lobby on our floor to have a connection. We found the breakfast quite satisfactory, a buffet-style with coffee, tea and juice, cereal, and a whole array of breads, ham, cheese, croissants, etc.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night as a jumping off point before we explored the neighboring wine country. The hotel was clean, well located, and the staff was very helpful in helping us arrange transport and storing our luggage. It was a good value for its price.

Shower broke and room was frigid because the heat wasn't on. Sorrounding shops looked a bit sketchy but we had no problems. Beds were comfortable. People were nice.

We paid about $80 a night for this place and I think I would have been upset if we had paid any more than that. The hotel was comfortable enough and as others have noted, the location is good--within walking distance of just about everything but still not too loud. The free breakfast in the morning was just okay. The suite we stayed in was large and clean and there was a small but lovely pool where we spent an afternoon lazing in the sun. However, the shower would sporadically run out of hot water and the "gym" was a joke (a barely functioning ancient exercise bike and an old nautilus machine). The wifi was also very spotty.

Péssima estadia, internet não funcionou, o bairro é perigoso, no ato do check in presenciamos ladrões correndo na rua e sendo perseguidos pela polícia. As únicas janelas estão obstruidas por uma parede. O chuveiro estava com defeito esguichando água em todo o banheiro. O barulho noturno é enorme, acordando os hóspedes de madrugada. A garagem é tão apertada que os passageiros tem que descer antes da parada do carro. Tudo foi relatado aos funcionários, mas não tomaram nenhuma providência.

Sehr lautes zimmer (fenster konnten nicht ganz geschlossen werden) Wifi ging nicht im zimmer. Balkon wurde versprochen - gabs jedoch nicht. Personal konnte kein englisch. Lage jedoch super.

A nice spot that's well located in the centre of the city of Mendoza. If coming by car it also has a limited parking space. It's an apart hotel but it doesn't have cookers or burner to actually cook with just a microwave oven in a mini kitchen. If you want the full deal the. You'd have to pay much more... Why? Beats me. The swimming pool is very modest and located on the second floor with a gym and a jacuzzi as well... The only problem I had was that the view from my window was nothing to write home about. It was the backyard of a factory or something of that sort. So if the skyline is your thing then this is a no no. But if budget is the plan then this is the game. With is fleet of friendly staff you're more than welcome from day one.

Fui com minha irmã e meus pais, gostei muito do atendimento, os funcionários forma muitos prestativos e ate me ajudaram a comprar passagens de ônibus pela internet. muito bem localizado , fica próximo de muitos pontos turísticos do qual da para ir andando ou pegar um citytuor na plaza da independencia.

Fuimos 5 amigos a ver el partido de Los Pumas vs. Sudafrica. Estuvimos muy comodos por la ubicacion de hotel y la amplitud de los ambientes de nuestro dpto. No es para 6 pers grandes; si, para 5. El precio no es el mas barato, pero es acorde al buen servicio prestado. Seguro que volveria tanto con familia o amigos...

Stayed at this place one night with my boyfriend. In the middle of the night I woke up and thought I saw someone sTanding near the window Thought my mind was Playing tricks on me and went back to sleep. In the morning, we learned that other hotel guests had been robbed in the middle of the night of their electronics and laptop. We realized that our window (facing a ledge overlooking the street) didn't actually lock even though the lock was applied. You could pop it right open! The hotel staff seemed like they could care less about all of this... Mendoza is a great place, just don't stay at this place!
