Mi último día de estancia me quede enjabonada porque no caía agua en la regadera, sin embargo, lo solucionaron en 15 mi n y todo estuvo de maravilla nuevamente, resolvieron muy rápido. Gracias

El cuarto tenía poca ventilación y no podías abrir la ventana porque daba a la calle y sin protección. No había enchufe en el baño para la secadora del pelo.

Love the large room and great size shower at a reasonable price. The tile floors are always clean and the beds are comfy. The restaurant offers a nice variety of dishes. The staff was very friendly. We stayed there multiple nights.

El colchon de mi cama lo senti muy aguado, para los que preferimos colchones un poco mas duros esto puede ser un problema, de ahi en mas todo bien

This hotel is impressive from the outside. It is far from everywhere. The rooms were ok. The fridge was handy but there is no TV. Beds are comfy but 5 days was enough. Food was not great and spa was so so. The pool is so small and not nice. I would not visit this place again

Attention , decorate, service

I stay in the first floor near the dining area, the noise was so loud that I was able to hear the laughter and conversation. Wasn’t able to get up late, as people were already starting there day. Kids running around the halls being loud, screaming and crying. Very disappointed regarding that part.

Todo. El hotel es muy lindo, las instalaciones muy limpias, buen servicio. Cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar sin pagar un precio excesivo.

Atención del personal e instalaciones.

Que las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado. Cometí el error de omitir este requisito cuando realicé la búsqueda para la reservación.

Las instalaciones son muy bellas, limpias y cómodas. Los alrededores de la alberca y la alberca están genial. El servicio de transporte al centro es ideal para poder conocer y recorrer a pie todo el centro de SMA.

La habitación tenía un motor algo ruidoso para mi gusto. Y la calidad y sabor de los alimentos me quedó a deber.

Las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. La comida del restaurante muy buena.

Las vistas desde la ventana. Creo que podría mejorarse un poco más, especialmente los cuartos frente al estacionamiento.

Me encantó su calidad en el servicio, llegamos una hora antes y pudimos hacer check in anticipado, desde que llegas el ambiente del hotel es relajante, huele delicioso y te ofrecen una bebida de cortesía. La habitación es muy grande y bonita, la cama es MUY CÓMODA. La relación calidad precio es muy buena y aunque el hotel no está en el centro, está muy cerca y puedes llegar rápidamente en carro o en el transporte del hotel. En lo personal yo no quería estar en el centro para evitar el ruido y este hotel es tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para estar cerca pero sin el bullicio del centro.

Todo estaba relativamente bien, pero la cafetera no servia, y el lavabo estaba tapado, ademas de que hacia mucho frio en la habitación, me e quedado en este hotel anteriormente y todo bien, espero que solo haya sido tema de una vez. Sin embargo todo el personal nos ayudo con mucha disposición.

La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama es riquísima, el baño tiene mucha presión, la comoda del restaurante es muy rica y bastante, el hotel está muy limpio.

Lo malo es que los ruidos de otros cuartos se escuchan y empiezan desde antes de las 7 de la mañana, nos tocaron cohetes por alguna festividad y comenzaron desde las 06:00 a.m. El personal no es grosero, pero no están al pendiente de ti, llegas, te registras, no llevan tus maletas al cuarto y no están al pendiente de ti.

El hotel es muy bonito, sus instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y el personal fue muy amable. Nos gustaría a futuro regresar. Recomendado.

Por ahora no encontramos motivos de inconformidad. En todo caso solo nos hospedamos una noche.

El ruido de las obras es afuera. Comienzan desde temprano a martillar , sierras eléctricas y música a alto volumen

Ubicación, limpieza aunque podría estar mejor . Las paredes de los baños tienen embarrado pasta de dientes vieja y sucia la pared por el bote de basura junto a la taza del baño.

La recepcionista que nos recibió mala actitud , nada amigable . Nos dió una habitación de abajo y le pedí una de arriba, pero me comentó que no había espacio por ocupación. Sin embargo, llegaron después unos amigos que reservaron el mismo día que yo y les dieron las dos habitaciones arriba . Pues no que no había ? Incluso le dije a la recepcionista que su actitud no era buena. En general el staff cero amigable ! Solo con la excepción de José el chofer. Incluso la recepcionista se notó poco flexible para el transporte y que nos llevaran al centro . Le pedimos un poco más de tiempo y tajante nos dijo que no, y no había nadie más esperando sino solo era para llevarnos a nosotros .

Das Hotel ist relativ ruhig gelegen, weiter draußen von der Innenstadt. Da es sich um einen Neubau handelt, funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Der kostenlose Shuttle war für meine Buchung ausschlaggebend und fährt zuverlässig stündlich in beide Richtungen. Das Hotel ist überall penibel sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Dezember sind die Zimmer eiskalt und nicht zum Verweilen geeignet. Die Betten sind sehr weich, was für mich kein Problem ist. Sehr gute Küche zu fairen Preisen. Ich habe extra early check in ab 12 gezahlt, andere Gäste bekamen es umsonst. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit klarer Empfehlung aufgrund des hohem Komforts.

Die beiden Rezeptionistinnen sind zwar höchst effizient und aufmerksam, ich habe ihren Ton und Ihre Art als ziemlich passiv-aggressiv, motzig und nur gezwungen freundlich empfunden. Etwas Herzlichkeit würde nicht schaden. Der Shuttle fährt ausschließlich zu den vorgegebenen Zeiten, schon aus Prinzip gibt es hier keinerlei Flexibilität. Zu meinen Fahrzeiten fuhr sonst niemand mit dem Shuttle, trotzdem muss man für die Rückfahrt vorher anrufen und einen Platz "reservieren". Das Restaurant ist chaotisch. 45 Minuten Wartezeit für das Frühstück, das mit falscher Bestellung, kalt und ohne Besteck aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde.

La ubicación del hotel, cerca al centro pero no en el centro.

Las cortinas de la habitación bastante deterioradas, no cumplian ningún objetivo ni decoaraban ni oscurecia la habitación. Estaban para cambio.

La habitación 103 tenia cortinas bastante deterioradas, no es de la calidad del hotel y menos de su costo.

This was a solid hotel experience - one that I now reliably count on for it's fantastic rooms, wonderful staff, and amenities. It's not easily walkable to town, but they provide a free shuttle for you; they have elevators if you've got more than a carry-on with you (many of the hotels do not); the restaurant is great, especially for breakfast and lunch; and the older rooms mean that you have quite a bit more space and charm, and they are clean, with nice bedding, well-lit, and are supplied with Molton Brown toiletries. Plus, they have a spa on-site for spa services as well as a pool.

We are four “mature” women and this stat was in the middle of our trip. Two were feeling a bit under the weather so they actually stayed in the hotel the whole time we were there. My other friend and I did take advantage of the shuttle into town. One day we all hung out at the pool. It’s a beautiful area with comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas and tables. It’s right off the bar/restaurant, which is convenient. I was bit confused by the room amenities - one apple, one decaf pod of coffee and one regular pod. Maria hooked up these two coffee drinkers with a cup of coffee a day for each with enough cream. She also helped us figure out the coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decorating in the room and throughout whole hotel. It was always very quiet. I’d have liked the room a tad cooler, but putting the fan on high and opening the window made it tolerable. We are most meals there out of necessity and they were fine. There was a percentage off of meals and spa services due to our Expedia booking, This was great, but you had to go to the front desk every time you wanted one (which meant two times a day due to eating so many of our meals there) which seemed like a cumbersome process. One waiter also only gave me and my roommate a 10% discount, but gave our friends a 20% because there was one check. I think the rest gave 20% each time but when I asked him he told me I was wrong. It wasn’t worth fighting about! We’d stay there again!

Great and beautiful place! Beds are super comfy and the staff are friendly. The shuttles to downtown are great! I give the spa and the food a 7! Everything else a 10!

The property is very nice. The courtyard is a plus. The bedroom is a good size. Mari a very lovely lady in charge of rooms. Diana and Nancy gave very good service at restaurant. Morning front desk girl super nice. We got to talk to the new chef. He seems very nice too.

Internet not so good. Mattress super super soft. No ice machine. The rest of the staff need to be friendlier.

A perfect place to have a calming break, enjoy their spa services and still visit San Miguel de Allende.

It is a very lovely hote. The rooms are quite big and the bed was so comfortable. And I preferred that is not in the city centre. It was easy to walk down town and get a cap back up. It was very quite there. The stuff was very friendly. The wifi was sometimes there and sometimes not. In the restaurant in the hotel you mostly get Mexican food. And there are not really any restaurants close by. Price of the hotel was cheaper compared to the hotel in the city centre

The staff was very helpful, except my Spanish was not as good as theirs and I had trouble understanding sometimes. They were very efficient.

Me equivoqué de semana al minuto marqué a pedir que me la cambien o me dejen cancelarla y no me dejaron y tu ve que perder esas 3 noches entiendo la Política pero fue al instante que la cambié y no pensé que me iban a cobrar por cambio

This place is quiet, pretty, simple Staff is really nice and helpful Location is 10 minutes away from downtown or the main attraction, which is the Parrish or parroquia. They have a shuttle service to downtown San Miguel We never tried the food from their restaurant. Place is really small and very quiet Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is not the nicest but it is safe and it’s very close to the Mirador where you have the most amazing views of San Miguel!
