Frukosten var perfekt med trevlig personal! Mysigt område med allt man kan tänka sig på promenadavstånd. Vi hade en väldigt härlig vistelse!

Its was the worst hotel i stay all my life no clean room no good staff no reception to meet guests I rcevd 4 email from them apology for what happened with me and wife I will make case against t as my wife run from hotel as dirty hotel i have proof about their staff used their hand on breakfast to carry food no gloves alot of dirty thinks I aske compstion as w8fe not stay i can send email

Nothing good all pad

Very good place to stay, quiet and comfortable. The stuff was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The rum was very clean.

One better thing to maybe take in consideration is the parking. The hotel does not have its own parking for customers so you need to think about finding and paying your own place to park and sometimes expensive.

A fair price for the hotel, we were taking the train downtown every day but it was a nice ride of about 15 mins, the distance from the station is about 500 meters quite convenient. Our family room was spacious and we visited the sauna and gym without extra cost. The breakfast is super good worthy the money, we could leave our bags in a store room till we head to the airport which is in the same train line, good attention I would strongly recommend it. If you come with car parking I understood is not included and Mya e good to check the cost

Sehr freundliches Personal, welches auch bei der Parksituation mit einem Hochdachvan behilflich war, da der eigentlichen Parkplatz nur PKW tauglich ist aufgrund der Höhenbarke bei der Einfahrt.

Der am nächstliegende Parkplatz ist nicht für einen Hochdach-Van geeignet aufgrund der Höhenbarke bei der Einfahrt (max. Höhe 2,10m) und dass der Parkplatz nur mit zusätzlichem Ticket nutzbar ist - Kosten für 24 Stunden = 250,00 SEK.

Удобное расположение, пять минут пешком до станции, до центра города не более 20 минут на поезде. Также удобно, что прямая ветка до аэропорта, дорога также не занимает много времени. Магазин в 5-10 минутах ходьбы. Район тихий. Замечательный персонал, все четко и быстро, на все вопросы и запросы реагируют сразу, большое спасибо! Номер просторный, большая и удобная кровать, отличный сан.узел, чисто. Считаю, что мне очень повезло проживать именно в этом отеле!

В номере гладильная доска и утюг, но утюг был сломан, плохо отпаривал и гладил. Также не очень удобно, что в номере нет холодильника, но на ресепшене есть, можно попросить персонал оставить ваши продукты в нем.

O pequeno-almoço era agradável.

Estava imenso calor no quarto e, como o hotel estava cheio, não mudaram o quarto. O ar-condicionado não funcionava e tínhamos uma ventoinha para substituí-lo. O barulho dos outros quartos ouvia-se como se as pessoas estivessem no nosso quarto. Foi uma barulheira até tarde e não se conseguia dormir. Na última noite, cerca das duas da manhã, bateram na porta do nosso quarto com toda a força. Até tive medo de abrir a porta. Era a polícia, a falar sueco (o que vale é que falavam inglês), cheia de perguntas. Era engano e lá foram para outro quarto. Enfim! Ficámos a pensar o que se passaria no hotel e com medo por ter os miúdos noutro piso em outro quarto.

it was close to the public transportation and the staff was helpful

The cleaning system didn’t work properly several times. I think instead of requiring guests to make a reservation for cleaning, the hotel should consider going back to the way of cleaning rooms regularly. The room cleaning itself was also not sufficient.

För varmt i rummet trots att vi satte temp på 18 grader , rummet syrefattigt så det blev omöjligt att sova

в отеле 4 звезды в номере не было даже холодильника. Номер заказывали на двоих взрослых и подростка 15 лет, для этого, кроме кроватей для взрослых нам расстелили широкий двуспальный диван и поставили еще одну дополнительную кровать, как будто на пять человек. После нашей просьбы доп кровать убрали. Однако разложенный для подростка диван скрипел при каждом его движении так сильно, что не давал спать. На столе для чая и кофе были поставлены всего две! чашки, третью чашку не поставили, как будто ребенок совсем даже и не человек. странно...

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Das große Zimmer war ok. Jedoch war das Bad mit Duschvorhang nicht der Hit. Parkplatz noch im Bau aber schon voll zahlbar.

The room was time-worn. Breakfast avarage. we received low floor room so view wasn't an advantage.

Vi hade ett rum på hörnet så det var fin utsikt åt alla håll. Nära till Mall of Scandinavia.

Ligger för nära ganska osäkra områden med ett passerande flöde av skumma människor. Skulle inte rekommendera någon att vara ute på kvällen exempelvis. Badrummet var rätt slitet och det rann ut vatten på golvet när man badade eller duschade.

Może nie wymagam aby codziennie sprzątać pokój, ale wyniesienie śmieci to konieczność. A tego brakowało. No i w pokoju 3 osobowym 2 kubki. Ponadto w dwuosobowym brak czajnika.

Le côté pratique venant de l'aéroport d'arlanda bus 583 direction Masta et train helenlud. (bien moins cher que le train et les navettes) Pratique pour aller à Stockholm, station métro à 10 min (Kista). Nous n'avions pas de voiture et avions pris le pass transport. Pratique et économique. L'hôtel était propre, la salle de sport gratuite et agréable. Un table de pin-pon à disposition également. L'accueil était excellent. Nous recommanderons cet établissement.

Domage que le sauna ait été en panne. Et renouveler les dosettes de café dans les chambres, aurait été appréciable. Un frigo pour nous boisson fraîche dans la chambre aurait été judicieux.

Amazing breakfast buffet (the best we have had for a long time) and very good size room.

Only issue was the a/c was too cold and had no way to adjust.

Bardzo fajne miejsce na pobyt z rodziną. Sam hotel jest ciekawy - wysoki i niebanalny. Każdy szczegół tak dobrany, żeby było najwygodniej. Szybkie windy pozwalały się sprawnie przemieszczać. Super śniadania. Fajna organizacja. Ogólnie - naprawdę super. W pokoju rodzinnym czajnik i szklanki, kubki, w łazience kosmetyki. Lokalizacja też fajna jeśli chodzi o komunikację z centrum. Duży sklep ICA po drodze z metra (km) lub krótsza droga od stacji kolejowej.

Brak sztućców w pokoju - można było jednak zjechać do restauracji i sobie wziąć.
