Nothing. The property failed me in every aspect.

I was given a room with a naked man already in our bed. After that I was told the property would do nothing and I was left to make other reservations and transportation. The property then proceeded to lie and say I was a no show. Completely the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Disappointment and resentment is the only way I can portray this property.

Location: 2 nearby stations short commute to city centre, as well as a nice shopping mall and restaurants a short walk away. Hotel: friendly staff, excellent and affordable spa/breakfast add-ons, clean and stylish decor. The TV was a nice LG tv with Netflix and YouTube and an intuitive software - this is a nice bonus as this is somewhere I find hotels often cheap out on. Also the showers are really nice!

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is a modern, stylish and very well-organized property. The overall design is impressive, with three separate hotel wings, each with guest rooms across several floors, while the reception area is located separately. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive, providing quick service and a personal approach. The hotel’s layout makes everything easy to navigate. Each wing has two elevators, which worked perfectly and were rarely a long wait. A particularly thoughtful detail is that the elevators automatically return to the first floor, so they are usually ready to use when needed. We also appreciated the security. Access to the guest-room corridors requires a room key card, so people who are not staying at the hotel cannot simply enter these areas. There are two covered parking areas next to the hotel: a public city parking area and a private, secured hotel parking area. Both are available for an additional fee. Street parking is also available nearby, with hourly or 24-hour rates. Our room was very comfortable, spacious enough and beautifully designed. It had good sound insulation, a large comfortable bed, a small minibar area with tea and coffee facilities, a refrigerator and a safe. The bathroom was spacious and convenient, and the room lighting was particularly well designed, with different options to adjust the atmosphere. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was important to us. We had informed the hotel in advance that we would be travelling with dogs and paid the applicable additional fee. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast due to our travel schedule, but we are sure, that breakfast is excellent too.

There were some intermittent industrial-type noises during the night. They occurred only for short periods and may have been related to the air-conditioning system or another hotel facility. However, they did wake us up during the first night and were slightly disruptive to our sleep. Although the hotel promotes itself as dog-friendly and offers a dedicated Pet Getaway package, we were a little surprised that there were no pet amenities in the room. Despite informing the hotel in advance that we would be travelling with dogs and paying the additional pet fee, we did not find a water bowl, towel, treats or anything else prepared for the dogs. This was only a small disappointment, but considering the hotel's pet-friendly positioning, we had expected at least a small welcome touch for the dogs. Despite these minor points, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable and very well organized, making it a great choice for both a one-night stop and a longer stay. We would definitely return and would happily recommend it to others.

The room was big and clean, the spa was amazing, and the whole property felt clean and beautiful. The breakfast was good, and there was a lot of attention to gluten-free options.

Just a small flaw: the shower has curtains instead of a glass door. The location was a little too far from the city centre, but it was an amazing stay.

A bit out of the way but all in all a great stay with friendly staff.

. الفندق بعيد جدًا عن الـTown، وهذا جعل التنقل غير مريح بالنسبة لنا. والأهم أن الفندق يعلن عن وجود نظام تكييف AC في الغرف، وهذا كان أحد أسباب اختيارنا وحجزنا للفندق. لكن للأسف، عند وصولنا اكتشفنا أن التكييف غير موجود فعليًا/لا يعمل. يوجد جهاز وشكل يوحي بوجود AC، لكنه لا يعمل ولا يصدر حتى أي صوت، والغرفة كانت حارة جدًا بشكل لا يُحتمل. اضطررنا للنوم باستخدام مروحتين، واستيقظنا ونحن نعاني من صداع شديد وتعب بسبب الحرارة وعدم القدرة على النوم بشكل مريح. طلبنا المساعدة، وتم فتح النوافذ لنا، لكن بسبب ذلك دخلت حشرة إلى الغرفة وأثرت على عيني، مما جعل الليالي التي قضيناها في الفندق متعبة جدًا. أكثر ما أزعجني هو أنني حجزت الفندق بناءً على معلومة أن الغرف تحتوي على تكييف، ولكن ما تم تقديمه لنا لم يكن مطابقًا لما تم الإعلان عنه. بالنسبة لي، هذه ليست مجرد مسألة راحة، بل معلومة أساسية أثرت بشكل مباشر على قرار الحجز. للأسف، لا أنصح بالفندق، خصوصًا في الأجواء الحارة. I do not recommend this hotel. Our stay was extremely uncomfortable and exhausting. The hotel is very far from the town, which made getting around inconvenient for us. More importantly, the hotel states that the rooms have air conditioning (AC), and this was one of the main reasons we chose and booked the hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that there was no functioning air conditioning. There is a unit that looks like an AC, but it does not work and does not even make any sound. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had to sleep with two fans, and we woke up with severe headaches and exhaustion because of the heat and lack of proper sleep. The staff opened the windows for us, but unfortunately an insect entered the room and affected my eye, which made our nights at the hotel even more difficult. What upset me the most was that we booked this hotel based on the information that the rooms had air conditioning, but what was provided was not consistent with what was advertised.

The voco is a definitely a very nice place to stay in Stockholm. The rooms have been luxuriously equipped, beds and bathroom are great. The metro station Kista or the commuter train station Helenelund can be reached within a few minutes and offer frequent connections to Stockholm city center within 15 min.

A little annoying was that the hotel sent several emails with offers of special services you could book in addition for an extra fee. However, that's only a poor marketing strategy and does not compromise the nice accomodation.

Bekvämligehten i rummen var ganska bra. Mysigt rum med bra sköna sängar. Badrummet var också ganska fin, inredningen, duschen, allt såg bra ut i rummet. Gillade också hur man blev välkomnad och man kunde se sitt namn på tv:n

Frukosten var ganska god men inte så god som jag trodde. Flera av rätterna var ganska kalla och lite smaklösa, och att det inte fanns sylt eller grädde till pannkakorna tyckte jag också var väldigt konstigt.

the room is big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and provides with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. there's not much shop around. it's about 15mins walk to Galeria and 10 mins walk to eating places. The hotel is clean.

the location is a bit far from city and have to walk like 10mins to the train station but the bus stop is just 2 mins walk. There was a fire alarm going off at 1:30am due to smoke of cooking something or smoking and it takes like one and half hour to settle. even though that's not hotel problem but there should be enough staffs to check for security and emergency issues.

The hotel was modern and comfortable, and the room was generally clean. The location was also convenient for our stay.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but a few issues affected our experience. Although the bedding appeared clean, we found a couple of hairs on the bedsheet and mattress, which made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very busy, and having only one coffee machine resulted in long queues. The most disappointing part was our final morning. Breakfast was included in our booking, but the Sunday opening time of 7:30 was not clearly communicated when we booked. As we had to leave early, we asked at around 7:15 if we could have a coffee and something small to eat, since the food was already out and the tables were being prepared. The receptionist simply refused and was not friendly or helpful. We understand that hotels have fixed breakfast hours, but a small gesture of hospitality would have made a big difference and left us with a much better final impression.

Die Betten waren klasse. Vor allem 2 Oberbetten. Die Nasszelle war funktionell. Es war sehr ruhig von den Nachbarzimmern.

Wir waren zwei Mal innerhalb von 2 Wochen im Hotel und selben Zimmer. Beim ersten Mal war alles okay. Leider gab's beim 2-ten mal kein kostenloses Wasser mehr in der Lobby. Beim 2-ten Mal waren wir gegen 12 Uhr also viel zu früh da, haben die Formalitäten erledigt und unsere Koffer abgeben können. Um 15 Uhr könnten wir dann aufs Zimmer wurde uns gesagt. Das hat leider nicht geklappt....als wir um 15 Uhr kamen war das Zimmer nicht fertig......erst kurz nach halb vier. Und ärgerlich war auch noch dass wir nochmals komplett die Formalitäten erledigen mussten. Eine Entschuldigung gab's nicht eher noch Vorhaltungen..,...nicht kundenfreundlich. Am 2-ten Tag tropfte dann noch Wasser aus dem Kühlgerät unter der Decke auf unsere Koffer.

Meeldis, et toad olid suured ja suurte akendega. Väga ilusad vannitoad, kus oli olemas ka šampoon ja dušigeel. Voodid olid samuti väga mugavad. Hea oli magada, sest kardinad tegid toa meeldivalt pimedaks.

Ei meeldinud see, et tegelikult polnud see hotell väga pere-sõbralik. Enamus inimesi käivad päeva ajal linnas vaatamisväärsuseid ja atraktsioone külastamas ja tulevad alles õhtul tagasi hotelli, kuid selleks ajaks ei olnud lastega spaa külastus enam võimalik. Samuti anti kolme inimese kohta (üks oli laps) ainult kaks uksekaarti. Toad olid suured, kuid üsna kesiselt möbleeritud.

Der Wellnessbereich und die Betten.

Der Lüfter im Bad läuft rund um die Uhr und zwar so stark das er trotz geschlossener Badtüre laut genug ist um das Einschlafen schwierig zu machen. Der Lüfter lief so stark das es durch die Badtüre gepfiffen hat was das noch störendere Geräusch war. Dazu hat es im Zimmer schlecht gerochen. Am 3. Tag gab es ein Leck und es tropfte Wasser von der Decke direkt auf unsere Wäsche. Wir wurden dann auf ein anderes Zimmer umquartiert. Dirt war der Lüfter ebenfalls ständig an aber immerhin ohne das hohe Pfeifen durch die Türe. Uns wurde bezüglich der mit dem dreckigen Wasser nass gewordenen Wäsche nicht geholfen und als Entschädigung wurde uns lediglich ein Abendessen im Restaurant erlassen. Hier hätte ich mir definitiv mehr vom Hotelmanager gewünscht. Wir sitzen auf der nass gewordenen stinken Wäsche, konnten eine Nacht gar nicht schlafen und mussten zu guter letzt wegen einem Leck das Zimmer wechseln. Wir sind jetzt in einem fantastischen Hotel in Göteborg im 58. Stock mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Es gibt hier keine schlafraubenden Lüftergeräusche und es riecht überall phantastisch. Und dass gerade mal für 40€ mehr pro Nacht.

My room wasn’t the best, no view, the pillows were not comfortable and the shower leaked everywhere.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten früher einchecken. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab Kaffee und Tee, das Bad hat eine große Dusche und genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist gut aufgeteilt mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Regal für die persönlichen Sachen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist zwar ein bisschen außerhalb von der City, aber es gibt in der Nähe eine Metro und zum/vom Flughafen kommt man auch sehr gut mit dem Zug.

Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen.

Dejlige værelser, hyggelig spa. Ligger tæt på kista station.

Du kan ikke åbne vinduerne på værelset. Morgenmaden var middelmådig. Ærgerligt med ny spa at man ikke ordner udearealerne og har nogle liggestole mm derude.

Allt var toppen, maten var bra, rummet var fint och personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma

Lovely hotel, staff was so nice, amazing pool, bedrooms really comfy, breakfast really good, nice shower. And it is not that far from the city center, you do have some commute to do, but it is really manageable with city lovely public transportation. Highly recommend a hotel with a fair price.

Between the beds has this stuff suport in the wall that would prevent the beds from being together, but the beds was quite individual and I was with my partner so I wanted to sleep together. Beds could be a bit bigger and nothing between them, so if guests want to join the bed, this is possible. The only thing was the TV was on the side of the beds instead of in front of them, bit hard to watch but I didn't stay long enough to miss a TV but if I was having a longer stay, this might bother me.

The Breakfast was lovely, a really good selection and plenty of it as well.The Staff were all very friendly and helpful, a special thank you to Isabel for helping my daughter🥰 The location was good for us as we didn’t want to spend loads to stay in the centre of Stockholm, a Taxi ride into both town and to the Airport were only like 25 minutes so all good😊

There was nothing we didn’t like. The Only one thing for us was the doors were a bit heavy to open, lots of them did open automatically on scanning so not really a problem

It was a beautiful stay with my family. Everything went well, I would recommend.

I requested for a Cot for my baby, I was told my request was approved via email. But there was no Cot when I got into the room. Can’t tell why, I didn’t bother asking the staff overall, the staff, the ambience, the facility, the breakfast, spa and wellness area, everything was awesome and good value for money.

Le lit et l’espace de la chambre

L’accueil pas très agréable , la climatisation est bloquée pour tout l’hôtel.. on avait trop chaud la nuit. La porte de la salle de bain fonctionnait mal. On avait demandé deux lits séparés, on a eu un grand lit avec ma fille. Le système de réservation spa par le QR code est compliqué. On a eu des moments très désagréables.. on avait l’impression d’être dans une piscine publique.

The room, bathroom was very good and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

There were not slippers in the room. Also in the bathroom there weren’t not cotton buds .
